Extremely Concerning Experience - Not a Safe Gym for Kids I am writing this review with a heavy heart to share my deeply unsettling and alarming experience at this gym. I urge all parents to consider the safety and well-being of their children before even considering bringing them here. From start to finish, my child's time at this facility was nothing short of dangerous and disheartening. First and foremost, I want to emphasize that every single employee at this gym seems to put on a fake show to maintain a facade of professionalism. However, behind this mask, I witnessed firsthand the potential harm that can befall innocent children. My child experienced physical injuries during their time here, and when I gathered the courage to address these concerns with even the managers, I was met with indifference, belittlement, and utter disrespect. Despite clearly and explicitly outlining the injuries sustained by my child, not a single action was taken to rectify the situation or even investigate the circumstances. The lack of accountability from the management team was truly shocking. I was left feeling frustrated, helpless, and most importantly, concerned for the safety of all children at this gym. As a parent, it is our responsibility to trust and believe that the places we entrust the care of our children prioritize their safety above all else. Sadly, this gym failed to meet even the most basic expectations in this regard. The utter disregard shown towards my child's well-being is unacceptable and deeply troubling. I implore every parent reading this review to look elsewhere for a gym that truly values the safety and happiness of its members. It is not worth risking your child's physical and emotional well-being at a place that consistently demonstrates a lack of sincerity, empathy, and accountability. In light of my experience, it is my sincere hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management of this gym. It is high time to reevaluate their practices, prioritize the safety of their young members, and address the concerns raised by concerned parents. Until then, please think twice before considering this gym for your child's well-being.

Really sad to have to let this place go. I've been using lifetime since 2009. Started in Colleyville in high school, to now. I've used this location since I've moved to Fort worth in 2020. It has always been on the lower end of the spectrum for me when comparing it to the other lifetimes. But sadly I cannot justify the cost for this lackluster establishment and terrible cleanliness and customer service. I have complained multiple times to different outlets about how unsanitary the lockers, showers, sauna/spa rooms are. Absolutely filthy depending on when you go, legit mud on the floors, trash everywhere and people shaving everywhere they're not supposed to with no enforcement or cleanup. That has been my main irritant with this store. But the staff is also rude and transactional. The "trainers" they have upstairs only seem to be there to sociaize and to give regular gym goers a hard time. Majority of staff have an attitude as if you are bugging them or interrupting their day for being up at the gym in "their" space. I don't pay for training so that's more annoying than anything, but still shouldn't have to deal with them. My complaints about the club not being clean have all fallen on deaf ears. Someone from the store even left me a voice-mail saying that I was rude for calling them out. My final straw though is the continued price hikes. They have raised the price 3 separate times within the past fiscal year. Each time giving the covid excuse which we are all tired of at this point. But this last time they raised the monthly due another $10 with no warning or email or anything. Just had to find out by seeing the price increase on my monthly statement. Not to mention the number of staff has gone down over time. I hung on as long as I could because I like paying for a BETTER gym experience, but this store no longer delivers that. I can't logically keep paying more for something that continues to get worse. Hopefully this store cleans up their act and follows after their sister stores examples, because this Alliance location has left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't see myself returning to this location, and I don't think they much care about turnover.

Place is clean and machines are new, if you’re an adult the place is awesome. No waits for things etc. do it! If you have LITTLE kids and want to utilize the children's area - be aware that it is pure chaos. There are not enough adults per kid to even attempt to supervise everyone. Kids are standing around crying/screaming or just sitting not being engaged with, and the 2/3 adults working the check in area can’t really give them attention/comfort cause it’s constant in and out, and it doesn’t appear that there are other adults consistently supervising the main area. I watched two boys hitting and shoving each other over the water fountain - no adult was paying any attention (backs to it). In the toddler area there’s one adult (YOUNG adult), and a lot of kids. You can only see that area if you’re taking a baby in - so maybe other parents don’t know how chaotic it is. Also, I’m not certain how comfortable around littles some of the adults are. My older one (2) has massive separation anxiety and cries at drop off - instead of taking him warmly and helping him acclimate (like they do at pre-K), they sorta stand and stare at you. Not extremely helpful. At pick up I asked how he did and the attendant explained to me that it’s not really her job to know - she “walks around” - umm, ok?!? Can you ask someone that would know?!? I think it would be better for older kids that need less supervision/comfort. Maybe when they are off in the classes it’s calmer - but under 3 is no bueno. Also, last time I went to retrieve my baby, he was clearly just brewing in his poopy diaper and had been for a while - but no one called to tell me??? I can’t imagine how they would be able to make those calls though, because it’s such chaos. The first time we came, there was a grandma in the hallway refusing (arguing with her daughter/the mom) to take her granddaughter (1.5ish) in - cause there just aren’t enough adults for the very littles and grandma didn’t feel comfortable, was not having it. Makes you feel awful leaving your (little) kids in that.

I have a membership through a corporate account at this gym. The staff: nice and courteous some of the most polite staff I have encountered work at lifetime. The facility: The reason why I rated it three stars. As far as the cleanliness of the facility absolutely a 10 out of 10. The women’s locker room is kept stocked and cleaned smelling great lots of lockers and overall equipment maintained. Over the last week our area has maintained 100° and above so it’s disappointing that people, to include my corporate company pay such a huge amount of dues and clients experience broken equipment that is essential to enjoying the outdoor pool . I don’t understand why they have these five umbrellas in the picture below seem accessible to the clients however they are all broken pre the staff… The only shade outside to enjoy the swimming pool is under the fixed awnings that they have. All of the umbrellas by the pool are broken. so if you are a parent wanting to lay down as you keep an eye on your child swimming in front of you, you might want to put sunblock on your ears your nose your face because the umbrellas facing that pool are all broken. If you are wanting to just lay down lounge and enjoy the atmosphere and perhaps read a book good luck because the umbrellas are broken. When an establishment has such a beautiful outdoor facility but cannot offer the proper amount of shade for their clients to enjoy, it does upset the atmosphere overall. With the amount of the high dues that are paid monthly by members, the umbrellas should be up , operational and accessible for the clients. Not sure why the umbrellas around the café we’re down but it’s uninviting during the day when it’s over 100° outside who is gonna come and enjoy a snack a drink when all of the umbrellas are down? Not inviting. I understand if the wind is blowing but we all know the wind yesterday was not blowing . Thus my rating of three stars because of the lack of shade, false appearance of having accessible shade and a uninviting area around the cafe.

I've been a member at this Gym for about 5 years now and I've definitely got some issues with this location. #1, half the trainers are unfriendly. I stay in my own lane at all times when I workout. However, a trainer seems to always get in my way and either tell .e what to do like a child. It's not their place. I pay a membership...i have a right to use things and make use of my membership. Some small gripes I am having when it is Spring break, christmas break or summer, the court/Gym is nearly unusable. The entire right half of the main floor is the childrens section, yet...daycare is hosted in the Gym. Which is completely fine if the Gym were maybe 3 full courts...but it's only 2, leaving 1 left for pickup games.. keeping anyone from enjoying the use of a shoot around. 80% of the time between 10Am- 6pm you're never greeted in any form when entering the gym. usually I'm scanned in and not even looked at while the hostess is in the middle of a full on conversation with someone. A little rude, you have one job...greet and check in. After allowing a few friends to use the guess pass they are not at all happy with the equipment or the space availability. It seems to them compact when it's busy and i would have to agree to an extent. When hours are busy this locations workout floor just isn't large enough for everyone. Most of the time I have to workout at 5Am or after 7pm to avoid the rush. Not saying this is not a nice Gym, it's beautiful... it's just not built for space. The biggest complaint i hear from guests are they dont really have thay diverse of equipment...sort of basic. I disagree but it's the feedback I hear. For the monthly cost I am expecting a little more availability for what I need to get in and do. of course not everything is possible, but for what we Pay ..i shouldn't have to put of a days excersice because of space. Small requests...throw some music/speakers in the basketball court. TV's in the locker rooms. Cold pressed juices in the cafe.. you have yourself 5 stars.

I will start by sharing that Lifetime has fantastic facilities that remain clean, and the machines are operable 99% of the time. I've been delighted with those aspects. However, when we entered the trailers that LT set up to sign on members while the facility was being built, sales told us that one of the membership perks was the ability to bring additional guests. During that visit, he explained that each month we'd be allotted two guest passes and that if under special circumstances, i.e., a friend visits from out of town, we would be given more if needed. The most frustrating part is that has not been the case. I recently had friends visiting from another state, and they were shut off at a total of four passes. The front desk manager had a no-tolerance policy despite my efforts. From the perspective of a member that has been there from the club's inception, paying for two memberships, purchasing a shake every day from the cafe, and paying for a personal trainer, I don't feel like it's in the club's best interest or mine not to exercise discretion. If you were to look at my history of guest passes since joining, it would average to less than one per month. I pay for an additional membership, and that membership is very rarely used. To charge a member the standard guest pass price of $30 is ridiculous. I could see working with members and setting something reasonable like $10. For $30 a day, I can go five minutes down the street to an all-new club with new equipment and the same amenities, and that $30 will pay for the month. To top it off, three weeks ago, I was told a general manager would contact me to follow up on the issue. That never happened. I canceled my membership and will take that business elsewhere. Brandon

I was a member at this lifetime for around three years and was an employee in the kids academy during grand opening. I saw the high standards that lifetime as a company holds itself to and I watched those standards crumble at this location during COVID, the showers, bathrooms, and pool areas were constantly dirty, club hours were shortened, they’ve been extended back but still. The cherry on top that prompted this 1-star review was going back tonight. When I was there you could sign up for a free one day guest pass and members got two guest passes a month, tonight I wanted to stop in and take a shower so I went to the front desk and asked what I needed to do to use a shower. They told me it would be a $40 fee for a day pass, about a third of a monthly membership, I said I just wanted to shower, $40 for a day pass if you spend the whole day there is almost reasonable but I showed up at 10 pm 2 hrs from closing. So that’s 2 hours of a 20 hour day that they’re open, definitely not worth the money. I mentioned that I was a founding member and with the club for 3 years, that’s thousands of dollars, and the woman at the front desk was a passive aggressive robot named Kamal. She was snarky and completely uncooperative, I’ve seen people be let in for free before dozens of times and she wouldn’t budge on a $40 fee for a 5 minute shower. The club is a money machine and doesn’t care about people or it’s members at all, every complaint that me and my father made while we were there (only 2 or 3 about the cleanliness of the bathroom and pool) was effectively ignored. Waste of money l, go to fitness connection they have more equipment at a fraction of the price.

I've been using this gym in multiple locations for a couple of years now. They are nice gyms, clean and well maintained but... You'll pay easily 2x to 3x the cost of other gyms, and I don't see the value for the extra money I'm paying - the alliance location takes up several acres - one incline bench in the entire compound. They cram all the workout equipment into one spot in the gym, with wide open areas of wasted space. There are no mirrors on the squat racks, they are setup CrossFit style where you have the wonderful distraction of staring at someone while you try to do your moves. I don't feel it's managed well, there is clear demand for more workout space and equipment with everyone packed into the one corner like sardines while the rest of the gm stays largely empty. They also permanently attach workout attachments to the equipment - huge gym with 1 pull down machine with a single cable with changeable attachment - ONE just ONE. So when you think oh no problem I'll grab my attachment and head to this other machine, you get there only to find out YOU CAN'T CHANGE IT! Location is the only reason I go here. It costs way too much for what's available, it may look big but when you get inside the gym and see just how small the workout area is... I still get to stand around wait for equipment because the gym is over crowded and lacks equipment. They have the space and the funding to expand these areas, but they don't. If you want to go to an overpriced gym for your spin class or yoga, this is the gym for you. If you go to the gym to hit some machines and lift some weights, this place is very meh.

This is the definition of a luxury gym! My wife and I workout here 5-6 times a week in the late afternoon and it’s easily the best gym we’ve been to since day one of opening. It does get quite crowded, but there’s a pattern to it and it’s very easy to workaround if you have a flexible schedule at home. Monday’s are the most crowded around 4:30-7 pm, and around that time period it gets less and less crowded as the week goes on. Friday’s around 4:30-close is THE best time to go if you don’t like crowds. The place is almost dead compared to Monday. Saturday and Sunday nights are great too for that. I enjoy having multiple trainers around and if they’re not busy training a client, they’re always happy to answer questions and give small tips of advice. We did have one bad experience with a trainer who was forcing a personal-training sale on us during an on-boarding session, but the issue was resolved and we are cool with this trainer. The locker rooms are pretty nice but I mentioned that Monday’s are crowded and the locker rooms are crowded as well. Sometimes it sucks how close the lockers are to each other but it’s really not bad. And you’ll get the occasional naked guy walking around but it’s a locker room so what are you gonna do? Amenities are very nice, the pools are great, the cafe is good too (kind of expensive) and the equipment is fantastic. I’d say a majority of the members do practice good etiquette and wipe down equipment after use and don’t slam the weights or other equipment. I love this place. It is expensive but you get what you pay for!

Short version: Great country club style gym, with shifts in environment that, as long time member, do not care for. However, if a new member that is none the wiser attended this gym they would find no fault. Growing up my family would go to lifetime through thick and thin. When they opened a location closer to our new home we were excited to return to the environment. We went religiously around the time of the pandemic and paused our membership toward the end of 2021 due to the influx of traffic, after many restrictions were lifted. Upon return, I've noticed that the staff are not only different faces (after only a couple months) but the style in which the academy treats the guests— the front concierge seems continuously preoccupied with other matters, the management seems to focus solely on regulation compliance rather than guest experience, and where I use to see physical trainers in every corner of the gym (not only on the clock but on personal time) I see less and less of them. Due to the following accounts I have lowered my rating one star because the facility has become (to me) utilitarian and less a luxurious home away from home Now, I am one person, and I will admit my attendance hasn't been the same since everything was in "locked down", just as I can assume the same for the patrons and staff. My grievances are, from a commercial outlook, trivial. I do hope to see this review improve not for my benefit but for the benefit of the one who finds themselves "growing up" going to Lifetime like myself.

All of the lifetime fitness locations are very nice. But the onyx/diamond locations of lifetime athletic are next level. If you enjoy luxury, then you'll enjoy Lifetime. The staff is exquisite, even across all the locations I have been to (DFW, Chicago, Scottsdale). Using the steam room is a necessity if you're training intensively. My workouts usually burn 800-1200 calories (I use a WHOOP fitness band to keep track). All of my targeted muscles are on fire afterwards and the steam room makes recovery so much better. The lap pools are great for cardio, and the ball court rooms are great if you bring some friends. The climbing is currently closed at all the locations I've been to lately. The gym equipment is top of the line and they have everything you need to train any muscle group you can think of. Also, yoga, spin and other classes are available. Personal trainers are everywhere and answer your questions thoroughly. You can also set appointments with them and they will get you to your goals. I haven't used the spa's, but I'm sure they're great as well. At some higher end locations, there is a chiropractor clinic at the gym, and I'm interested to see if that would be useful. Steam rooms, dry heat rooms, showers and everything you need for your hygiene. Towels are always available, and most people that frequent these locations are quite friendly. If you haven't been, you should go at least once!

I am utterly disappointed with the childcare services provided at Lifetime fitness. As a concerned parent, I entrusted the safety and well-being of my child to their supposedly top-notch childcare system, only to be met with constant dismay and distress. Upon picking up my child after each visit, I discovered my little one either injured or in tears, without any prior notification from the gym staff regarding the incidents or any explanation as to how these injuries occurred. This lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable. It is the responsibility of the childcare workers to ensure the safety and happiness of the children under their care. However, it appears that the staff at Lifetime fitness is either neglectful or ill-equipped to handle their responsibilities, as evidenced by the consistent injuries and emotional distress my child experienced. The fact that the workers themselves seemed clueless about the causes of these issues only further highlights the incompetence and lack of attention to detail within the facility. My overall experience with Lifetime has been disheartening, and I would caution any parent considering this facility to think twice before entrusting their precious little ones to their subpar childcare system.

I joined this gym in May or June as the trainer I worked with at my previous gym was now employed here. I paid for the higher priced membership at $200 a month, because, at the time, they offered group training classes over the lunch hour, between 11 and 2 every day, and these were their GTX (group training), and Alpha (Strength and conditioining classes). They also offered a phenomenal cardio conditioning class called UltraFit. Slowly but surely over the next few months classes were canceled and not replaced. They now offer NOTHING included in my enhanced membership during the lunch hour when I am able to make it to the gym. When I spoke with Leslie, the main scheduler, she was very non committal in if or when any classes would return, and didn't quite seem to care that i'd been baited and switched! For $200 a month, I can join f45, orangetheory, or, some other group training facility that will better meet my schedule, and, provide the consisteng workout I need. In addition to this, my locker was broken in to the first 3 weeks there, and all of my credit cards skimmed. The gym was quick to offer a bit of compensation for the cash taken, but apart from that, there was nothing else they could do, so be sure to leave all valuables in the car well hidden.

  • Michael Stefan

I’ve been a member here for 3 years now. This staff is amazing, the amenities are nice, and it’s an overall cool spot. However, the reason I write this review is that the weight training aspect of this gym has gone down hill as of late. The membership price has gone up over the last 3 years which is whatever but they did not add anything to justify that. The gym has gotten extremely crowded, attachments are constantly missing or being stolen. Overall the training equipment is extremely limited. I don’t want to be paying close to $200 a month to maybe have a chance at using a bench press or a leg press. When the machines here are broken, it takes weeks and weeks before they’re repaired. What bothers me the most though is their alpha classes. These classes take up 60% of the squat racks at the busiest times of the day every day of the week and it drives me nuts. I’ve reached out to their staff concerning these issues but obviously nothing will change. If we are paying premium prices, we should be getting premium services. I’ve enjoyed my time here but it’s getting to a point where I literally can no longer get in a proper workout here.

  • Josh

Like other reviews have said, you’re paying a little extra for the experience of coming here. It’s generally worth it, but whoever runs this place is starting to make some horrible decisions. They now have car salesman outside the front doors trying to stop you as you walk in and get you to enter raffles/talk about their new car. I don’t know who in their right mind possibly thought this was a good idea…but nobody comes to the gym (that they’re paying a good amount to come to every month) to be bugged on their way in by salesmen. Especially not at 9am when it’s 50 degrees outside. Your gym should be a comfortable place. Being nagged by car salesman is about the most uncomfortable and annoying situation I can possibly think of and is literally the last thing anyone wants to deal with while walking into their gym. If you’re going to run promos, do something that benefits your customers and local small businesses. Not some money-grab that feels like I’m walking into Sam’s Club as opposed to a “high-end” gym. This is an embarrassingly bad business decision/judgement call and shows how little they actually care about their customers.

  • Jenny McClure

Please beware & very cautious with your belongings here! My son’s expensive bag (which he worked many late night hours after school to buy) was stolen along with his wallet that had his debit card & social security card in it! I understand this can happen at any gym but the way it was handled by the staff was just ridiculous. I couldn’t get help from anyone! It wasn’t until I filed a police report that someone finally spoke to me about the matter. Long story short, there was no resolution. Somehow there was nothing on camera, nobody saw anything and nothing could be done. I’m sure if effort was put in by the staff something could have been done! Safety & security should be number one and they should have a protocol setup for situations like this. I can not be in the same gym where thieves are allowed to get away with stealing & then workout among them fearing it could happen again. I don’t think I can ever convince my son to join another gym with me after this. Thank you Lifetime Fitness for a memorable experience my son will never forget!

  • Christopher Alamilla

Pretty gym with great lockers and showers with good amenities. Love the steam room. They have a lot of squat racks which is my favorite thing about the gym. The free weight area is not the greatest, but not terrible. The reason why I give the gym 3 stars is their customer service. The majority of employees are nice. Some are snooty. One employee was rude to my wife. I also feel like they do a lot of little things to try to make more money off of their patrons even though we already pay so much monthly. All of their 'customer service' calls are just coverups for them to continuously push their services that you have to pay extra for. It gets old real fast. I will still keep going to the gym. I like all the squat racks. The majority of employees are really nice. The gym is also in a great location from my house. I do hold the gym at a higher standard considering how expensive it is. So I would like to see a few important changes to make the gym environment more enjoyable.

Not worth the money anymore! I have been a member there since the gym first opened few years ago. I have a family membership that cost me almost $300 per month. In recent months, I have received few emails from the General manager about increased dues. I accepted a couple of them in the past because I'm a reasonable person and I understand prices go up every now and then but now they are getting out of control to the point that they are reviewing our dues every other month and applying changes as they see fit. I'm more disappointed by the fact that the general manager agreed to keep my rate the same two months ago and now he changed his mind and when I asked him to honor his customer promise he stopped responding. I cancelled my membership today and will share that info with many of my colleagues and friends who are also Lifetime fitness members or prospects. They obviously do not care about their loyal customers so I'll spend my money elsewhere!

  • Daniel Radovanovic

What an utter disappointment. I relocated to Texas for work and I was excited to find out that there were tennis courts at this lifetime, it was a convincing reason to sign up and pay $170 for my wife and I. The tennis staff is great and the people playing in the league were very welcoming. I can't believe that corporate would decide abruptly to close down all Tennis activities PERMANENTLY and change the courts to pickleball courts. I haven't even been a member for two months and they choose to invest $1000s into resurfacing clean tennis courts into pickleball courts (I have seen only 2 people play pickleball here). They give everyone a 3 week notice via email, no surveys taken, no opinions of paying and using customers asked for. They won't even keep one court for tennis players to use. I won't be the only one cancelling my account because of this reason.

Life Time is a fantastic gym. There is ample equipment that is very well maintained. I never feel like it is too busy even at peak times. There are multiple variations of each type of machine, even different types of treadmills. I have not taken the classes offered for free but there are plenty to choose from. The locker rooms are spacious and you don’t need your own key. The showers are well maintained and towels are provided. The sauna and steam room have a good amount of space and are rarely unavailable. Everyone here is very friendly, from the staff to the other patrons. Life Time creates a fantastic environment for workouts and relaxing afterwards if you need. The trainers here are very knowledgeable and actually helpful. Nothing like a trainer you would get at somewhere like LA Fitness. The price is a bit steep but worth every penny spent.

  • Dixie Gaebler

Coming from someone who is gym phobic and overweight, please believe me when I tell you that they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. My teenage daughter and I walked in to get a membership, Tina helped us from the minute we walked in and it was such a great experience. She got our membership set up, talked us through everything we needed to know, gave us a tour and was generally so friendly and encouraging. She was knowledgeable, kind and funny and made us feel so at ease. We ended with a workout that we both felt so much more comfortable about. We're also very much looking forward to the 1-1 personal trainer appointments we got as part of our memberships. The amenities and included services with membership are incredible, if you've never seen the location or taken a tour, I highly recommend, you can't help but be impressed

  • Jihyun Esther Paik

I've been playing tennis and appreciated that they offer childcare during evening drills. However, they decided to terminate the tennis program at the end of May without any consultation with tennis members, which is beyond disappointing. No communication at all or procedural justice. They just decided to turn 100% of their courts into pickleball courts, and members were notified of this just now. It has been only a week since we formed a team and registered to play in the local league. Now they are "notifying" members that the courts will be gone in less than 4 weeks. Not a single court will be kept for tennis members. If this is how they run a program with loyal members (who were willing to pay $200/mo, solely for tennis and the wonderful community we had on the courts), I am cancelling membership with bitterness.

  • R O

The gym is immaculate for the most part, so if you're looking for clean then this is a great location. However, the personal trainers are exceptionally annoying and are ultimately why I cancelled my membership at this location. They crowd the majority of the space for the larger portion of the day, with no regard to leaving room for others to stretch or exercise. Worst of all is the very tall skinny trainer who thinks it's appropriate to blow an outdoor whistle at full volume during his very poorly guided group training sessions. If you're not wearing headphones at full volume, it's excruciating, and even after asking him to cease and desist he continued to do so. I'd recommend spending $80 less a month and going to a different box gym or driving to a different Life Time because this one has issues.

  • Carlie Jordan

NO. I have been a member of Life Time for almost 10 years and after coming here I CANCELLED my membership! The staff is constantly snubbing their noses like they are better than me and they are incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. We upgraded from a gold membership (which is all that was available in Salt Lake City where we came from) to the Onyx and they never sent us our cards and tried to blame us for not requesting them. And besides the staff the layout of the gym is not great and there are hardly any mirrors which is so obnoxious. The gym is not "Onyx" level but they charge you 3x more to give you a crappier gym with crappier service. In the month of still having my membership after canceling I drove twice as far to go to the Colleyville location just to avoid this place.

  • Katherine Neill

The gym is great, however, the safety and security is less than average. My car along with several others, was burglarized in broad daylight. I did not have items in plain view, parked out in the open, and near parked police cars. The police and myself have been trying to get a hold of the General Managers for over a week! The gym has not provided surveillance video to me or the police, to my knowledge. The police have told me that this gym has been a target for theft. I was watched and targeted. I no longer feel safe at this location. For any members with children, I had my infant seat ruined by the glass. Though I don’t hold the gym responsibilities for theft, I do feel they should have some follow up and follow through to ensure it’s members are safe.

Myself, wife and son joined this gym about 6 months ago. At first I found the monthly dues a bit expensive but after making the gym part of our weekly routine I felt the costs were fair. The facility is very clean, lots of equipment, the kids academy is awesome and the staff very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location to everyone just make sure this is your type of gym. If you just want to ride a stationary bike or pump iron every once in awhile this is not your place. However, if you want to make it a lifestyle and part of your daily or weekly routine then this is your place. With all of the amenities and endless classes, equipment and friendly staff they make it easy. My experience with this location has been very positive!!

  • Erryn Fredrick

I absolutely love Lifetime fitness! The classes and their performers are the best! Their dedication to giving us the best workout is very apparent and making a point to meet you and make you feel welcome. The front desk staff quickly learned my name and greet me with it each day. Just another way they make you feel like your supposed to be there. The child care is the best I’ve ever experienced. The classes that are offered for them keep my kids interested and wanting to come back. We also take swim lessons at lifetime as well and have had a great experience. I have also heard that pickle ball is coming and I am so excited for it! What a fun addition! You won’t find a better gym in the area that hits all the marks!

  • Alec Barnett

Best gym I've ever been to... ever! Look, it is 100 dollars a month but I want to point out something. This gym is extremely maintained with best equipment, trainers, and platforms for advanced olymoic lifting. Its also equipped with pools, sauna, steam room, showers, and basketball courts. All of these amenities for you to take advantage of. If you want to go to the gym just to ride the treadmill 2x a week then this probably isn't your best option. However, if you come 5 days a week to lift, run, swim, stretch or whatever, then you are merely paying 5 dollars a day for every amenity. The more you come, the less it adds up to be for each day. Just take advantage of your membership. Make it important.

  • Justin Niederhauser

They no longer do sign up fees, and monthly is a flat rate which can be easily turned on or off. My family joined a few years ago and their rate is lower than mine though they mentioned it recently went up to adjust for inflation. I just signed up at $135. The facility was so nice and well maintained, including classes, huge pools multiple hot tubs, sauna, eucalyptus steam rooms, child care, cafe etc etc etc.... its a fair rate.... Mens locker room has everything needed. Towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, razors, shaving cream, cue tips, blow driers, hair-spray, moisturizer, spray-deodorant, swim suit spinner, etc. These amenities make a gym routine so much more convenient.

  • RYan Anderson

This is one of the best health clubs I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to my share over the last 30 years. First off the young lady that works the desk early during the week like 4:00am early. Is always smiling professional and after just a few times of visiting would remember you name and say by and have a good day when you leave. The club is meticulously cleansed. I’m not a class guy but the selection looks pretty impressive. Equipment is well maintained and information is communicated well. Not sure if these are franchised or all corporate but it is very well run and worth the three to four times you pay at other “clubs” but seriously money we’ll spent. Congrats to the boss.

  • Jessica Hilger

I love this gym it’s great! I joined for me and my son. I personally enjoy the classes and my child enjoys being around other kids. My 3 stars is to bring awareness to the clubs attention that their Kid Academy hours and their night classes do not work. The Kids Academy closes before the last class ends. Or the two nights the KA stays open until 8:30 and the class gets out at 8:30 I have been talked to rudely for not picking my child up right on the dot. I canceled my membership last night but hope they change the hours to match group fitness schedule and allow parents to finish the classes and get down stairs to retrieve their children without felling like a burden.

  • Melanie Gresham

I’ve paid many a monthly membership fee at other gyms and hardly stepped foot in the door. Life Time is the first gym that I have ever gone to that I look forward to going to each day. It is my happy place. It feels like a resort when you walk through the doors. The staff is friendly, helpful, understanding and take the initiative to learn the names of “the regulars.” Everything in the gym is beautiful and clean. Then, there’s the group classes which are by far the best classes taught by the best instructors in the metroplex! They keep you motivated, you see results and you have FUN! I would recommend (and I do recommend often) this club to anyone and everyone!

  • Mollie

The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the kids club. To be clear, the kids club staff are kind to the kids and I feel they try their best to create a positive atmosphere and they really do hire employees that enjoy working with children! My 3 boys love the kids club! BUT- I spoke with staff and management to point out having babies/toddlers and kids aged 6-12 in the same small area is dangerous. I was told it was against protocol and would not happen again but it has continued regularly. Just today it was a room full of all aged kids running around small babies crawling on the floor. Just one big kid tripping could severely injure a crawling baby. It’s scary!

  • najam mirza

It pains me and saddens me to write this review. I’ve been a member of this club for years and have had a great experience here. Having said that, it is apparent that Lifetime does not value customer loyalty, at-least not above profits. Good companies are driven by their customers needs, horrible companies are driven by short term profit maximization. Lifetime unfortunately is the latter. Closing down all 8 tennis courts at the START of the Tennis season, with no notice, to chase a lucrative short term market is a stab in the back of loyal customers that stuck with the company all through Covid. It is disgusting and utterly disappointing.

  • Mars Vargas

It’s clean, the staff is polite and helpful. It’s pricey but you’re paying for the attention that the staff give the gym and the customers, machines that work and get repaired very quickly, the classes are reliable, the swimming pools are beautiful and maintained well. The classes are ran on a schedule that is easy to figure out if you use the app, and if you have anxiety about group classes, I used to as well. However each trainer I’ve had in the yoga classes has been helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I felt at ease even when I didn’t feel I was at everyone else’s level. It’s been a great experience here at this gym

  • Joyce Cisneros

It’s a bit on the pricey side, that’s why I gave it 4 stars, but it has everything you could ever need and want in a fitness center and so much more. Everything is extremely clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and there are so many different things to do that it’s almost impossible to get bored or get stuck in a rut with the same old mundane workout routines that everyone eventually gets used to. They have Pickleball, classes for families to do things together, a pool with water slides, a sauna, tennis, a cafe with really great food, classes for people 50 and older (me!), and the list goes on!

  • Ariel Sims

This is the most amazing health club with a luxury resort feel! There is a program for every member of the family; all the equipment is top of the line; the staff is friendly and truly cares and each and every member; the classes are top notch; they offer an awesome Recovery Zone; and the fitness staff will jump at the chance to help you get connected to the right plan to meet your specific health and fitness related goals. (I do work for this facility, but I promise you, you will agree with everything I just said, I am amazed that this awesome place is where I'm blessed to spend so much of my time).

  • Lari Furlow

My husband and I are members of this gym, and we have been going every day since it opened. We have a 5 month old daughter that we drop off at the infant center while we work out. The childcare is great, and the infants are kept in a separate room from the older kids. They will watch her for up to 2 hours each day which gives me enough time to work out and shower. The facility is amazing! It’s the nicest gym I have ever seen, and the equipment and workout classes have all been great. Having such a nice facility to go to gives me incentive to work out each day. It’s worth every penny!

  • Hugo Sanchez

For the amount of money, the members pay the building should be maintained better. There is a lot of wear and tear all throughout the building. The main concern is the equipment… it’s bad they need to replace the majority of the equipment. Several machines and benches are outdated, janky, and unbalanced. Which is a safety concern… also I noticed that the placement of the machines feels cramped and I’m not sure why they decided to do that when there is alot of dead space in the gym. Other than that the staff are great and that’s the only reason I didn’t give the building a one star.

  • Path Girl

This is a great athletic facility. Wonderful equipment and space. The best is the cleanliness! Spot on! The only problem is that they are low staffed. I know this is a problem with the virus, re-opening, and what not. I also do not like that the website is not coordinated. I usually have text and call to set up private lessons, reminders and what not. Also, there needs to be more personal training. And more knowledge about all equipment and how to set them up properly. Again, the money is worth it, for the cleanliness and space; otherwise, I would join another club.

  • Diana Sellers

LTF Ft. Worth is the most amazing fitness center I have ever been a member of. So many amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, tons of workout equipment, a huge variety of classes to choose from which are included in the membership, experienced and friendly fitness professionals and fitness trainers, a yoga studio, a healthy café, a salon, a recovery center, locket rooms with free lockers, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi, and more. Love the new addition of pickle ball courts! It is always super clean and you are greeted at the door with a welcoming smile!

  • Lex D

I am still impressed with this athletic club. I can’t speak for the classes, but they do have a large variety. The free weight area is a little crowded but courtesy gym goers help in that aspect. My favorite is that there are multiple squat racks with platforms. I have had my hair cut by Chris two times now and will continue to go to him. I had a 2 hour massage by Luis, it was wonderful as well. It by far has the best locker room and makes getting ready for the day easy and comfortable on days I can’t go home before work. You get what you pay for.

  • Ra-jin Graulau

This is a nice facility. However, we pay for private swim lessons and they allow other children to be in my child’s lessons while ignoring my child to just roam in the pool alone. So much so, I took my child out early and the instructor barely noticed and said nothing to me. I was told by the supervisor that the manager would contact me however I have yet to be contacted over this. But that seems to the standard with them as they consistently fail to communicate with us in regards to when we will have a substitute or the classes are cancelled.

  • Justin Moffitt

This place is nice. Probably the nicest fitness center in the area. Unfortunately it’s overcrowded. There’s not enough equipment to go around because there are so many people. The trainers and classes are always in the way and they take up all the shared equipment. Been a member for almost 2 years and it’s only gotten worse. COVID dispersed the crowd a bit, but that’s not the case anymore. I wish they’d open up another club in the Roanoke/south lake area to pull some of the crowd. That or start charging more to weed out the part timers.

  • Kendall Salsberry

I’ve been meaning to make this review for a long time! I have to give praises to the kids gym team. My daughter has been going here for almost a year now and is thriving. She absolutely loves Ms. Paige and her staff. There is low staff turnover which is great. As a stay at home mom I was hesitant to have my daughter in a daycare setting but this place has exceeded all my expectations. Oh, and the gym classes are amazing too! All the instructors are good, especially McKenna! Thanks lifetime for being the best gym ever.

  • Lindsay Hull

This place is exceptional. My only issue, us Texans are expanding all over this state and need a location in East texas!!!! So many people would go to this location!! In October my family and I were at the gym when we found out my uncle passed away. We had a devastating episode and Natalie came out of nowhere like an angel and helped us with our 4 year old throwing a horrible tantrum. She helped us get a grasp of everything so we could leave. Carrie and staff keep locker room area perfect. Highy recommend!!

  • Mike Woods

I like this fitness center. the only complaints I have are NOT against the facility or their personnel, but the people that use the gym. 1: so many people occupying equipment while texting or watching something on the phone. don't they realize others may be waiting? 2: lots of people using the facilities that must have had "MOM" picking up after them at home. The staff is not there to pick up after you slobs! They have plenty of trash receptacles and dirty towel deposit bins to suffice, USE THEM

  • Monica Garza

I took my son this morning for a tour of the facility and the front desk person just scanned his barcode and says to him go ahead look around. I feel that maybe if you want people to join you should show them the facility with a smile on your face especially when the front desk person is the one we will see first. He was so excited but this brought him down and when he left he didn’t get a have a nice day or anything. It starts with awesome customer service! Very disappointing

  • Darth Veda

Have been going here for about 3 months now. A little more expensive than your average gym but I feel like it’s worth it with all you get. Pool, spa, kid classes, plenty of squat racks, plenty of room even when it’s really busy. Love Joe up front and Jordan from yoga. Madeline in the kids area is soooo sweet (along with all the other staff in there as well). It was a little adjustment at first with my kid getting used to being in there. But it’s been great over all.

  • Matt Sundberg

Very clean, friendly staff, and a ton of amazing classes. The child care is also top notch with a lot of fun kids classes. My kids love visiting. Outside the normal weight lifting and cardio areas, there is indoor/outdoor swimming, wet and dry saunas, and more. Lifetime is pricey but you definitely get what you pay for, from quality of machines to the amenities and extras. We especially like that they do occasional date nights at the child care place.

  • Jacqueline Nardi

The edges around the inside pool need to be cleaned desperately. There is a slimy film. We quit swim classes for my toddler because of it. That’s the only place that I feel is unclean. In the kids academy they have taken infants and toddlers in the big kids areas. I don’t mind if there are a hand full of kids, but just safety of the small babies that can’t walk. Love the friendly staff though! Front desk employees are always kind and helpful.

  • Sarah Thomas

The gym is very nice; the facilities are generally clean and neat. The customer service is lacking; also please be wary of the spa services. I had a color and cut as I had a 100$ spa bucks. The cut was choppy; the color is uneven and the service was 200$. I was also sold a 30$ conditioner treatment that was said to last 8 weeks they didn’t last past the 1st wash. Oh well? I will know to use a reputable spa next time.

  • Kit Kat

I love this gym. I've been a member for several years and have gone to different locations. It can be a little pricey but I think it's worth the investment. The facilities are always clean and fresh smelling. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This gym is more like a spa with a gym. I love love love going. They have just as much for the kids of any age. Very family friendly. Did I mention I love this place?

  • Kaden Niemann

The facility is nice. Just know when you sign up paying a premium and expecting a premium service, there are fees on fees for every branch of the facility. We have gone here for months and never had any issues with having a two month old baby join us to the pool(that we paid extra to go to) now are requiring a baby fee. It’s not a pool fee, but an infant care fee that she can’t even go to due to her age.

  • Mista J

Weight room is crowded ALL the time. Outdoor lap pool is consistently gross with bandaids, gum, and trash. If you’re like me and thought paying a premium for a gym membership would give you access to a higher class of gym goers, then you will be sadly mistaken. This is not a place for working on aesthetics, it’s for old or overweight people to have a place to hangout and say they went to the gym.

  • G Flores

Love this gym, is it expensive? God yes but is it worth it? Every penny. The child care is exceptional, the staff is helpful and friendly, even the other gym members are super kind and helpful. When I was new new I was always getting lost, but I was always able to ask the 1st person I saw where something was and being pointed in the right direction. If I could give life time 10 stars I would.

  • Robert H

Really great gym with some excellent facilities and tons of cool features. I would give this 5 stars but my biggest complaint is the indoor lap pool. It is still very nice but can be a little dirty compared to some others I've used. I still use it frequently so it's not enough to turn me off from using but something to note. Otherwise excellent facilities and amazing hours of operation.

  • Tanner Hearne

This athletic club is incredible. The equipment is plentiful and seriously top notch. The design of the building is intentional and grandiose. The size of this location is gigantic. This location has so many features and classes available. I believe it is well worth the extra money. Additionally, they have a ton of classes for kids. Many parents I know are super happy with the schedule.

  • Trina Rinaldi

Always will love this place. Staff is friendly. Always well kept! Classes are in with your membership, except specialty ones of course. All the extra amenities that come with it are amazing. Its pretty much a one stop. You can get a workout, get a massage, your hair cut, you nails done, then stop in the cafe on the way out for something yummy to eat! Its well worth every penny you pay!

  • Amanda A

Great facility just WAY WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I signed up before prices went up and me and my boyfriend pay 240 a month. It is very clean and large, friendly staff, so minus two stars for that. Also the prices have gone up since then. Lastly the classes schedule SUCKS. Nothing after 10 on Saturday and nothing on Sunday. What the hell? Are y’all catering to stay at home moms or what?

  • Meeka Fielding

Overall lifetime is a good gym that keeps their facility clean. I’m not happy that they took away they standard membership but plan leaving people to only have the option of their signature package which is way too expensive for most people. I don’t believe anyone should have to pay over 120 dollars a month for a gym membership. I will not be continuing my membership here.

  • Ben Shaw

A fantastic gym. Puts the gym close to my house to shame. Lol Very spacious locker rooms and shower stalls. Lots of space to move around (I'm 6'4" with long arms) when drying off. I also liked the small touches in the men's locker room: Qtips, razors, shaving cream, mouthwash, lotion, etc. The equipment is top notch and plenty of machines, even during the lunch time rush.

  • Marissa Carey

This is the best gym on the planet. When we first moved to the area the gym was being built. I wasn't crazy about the area at that time. Once Lifetime opened, it literally changed my entire outlook on where we live. The staff, the classes, the equipment etc are all simply the best. It is like a country club but better! If you are considering visiting or joining, DO IT!

  • Kristina Gautreaux

We love lifetime fitness. After taking their swimming lessons my daughter joined the swim team and is doing great. Coach Jena is such a blessing to our family! That’s Jena cheering her on in the video. My daughter is only 12 and performing at this level thanks to Coach Jena. This club offers many activities for the whole family. I highly recommend!

  • D

After gym shopping, I decided to try out LifeTime. I stopped by to sign up for membership and get a tour of the facility but “there was no one available to sign me up.” So yeah, if you’re not going to take the time to prioritize new client intake then you’re definitely not getting my dollars. And need I mention the obvious fact that I am a minority

  • Brett Costa

Nice new gym with tons of new equipment, classes and a great pool. Traveling for business throughout the US, Lifetime makes it convenient to use other gyms as long as I am a Diamond member. There needs to be a water fountain in the free weight area. Also, there is newer and better equipment on the market that Lifetime needs to get on board with.

  • Melissa Ellen

I was hesitant to pay the dues for this gym because more often then not I sign-up and never use. This is the first gym I'm excited to go to every day. The amenities, facilities, and staff are amazing. They were even kind enough to send some of their employees outside to help me change a flat tire on my car that I discovered after my yoga class.

  • B Moore

This place is awesome. Two stories of machines and workout rooms, ellipticals and treadmills. We spent the majority of our time on the second floor at the squat racks, which they have at least 10 at this location. If you’re looking for a full-service gym with lockers, a pool, a cafeteria, even an in-house spa, then this is the place for you.

  • Raiden Cooke

This Location needs some work. Some trainers are overstepping their rank, being rude about assisting patrons. I shouldnt be told what to do in a condescending manner at a Gym that charges $130+. I should be able to make use of all equipment and respected. Not a strong look. This location lacks a lot of equipment. Very basic, bare bones gym.

  • g p

I absolutely love this gym! They have the best team members ever! Today I worked with Zach. He was amazing. He took the time to walk through everything with me. He made sure I felt totally confident working out on my own or with him If I decided to go that route. This gym has amazing amenities and an equally amazing staff! …

  • Stacy Adams

Lifetime Fort Worth is the best club there is! I’ve been to many gyms and even other lifetime gyms and nothing compares to my Lifetime gym! The fitness instructors cheer you on and keep you accountable. The staff is so friendly! The gym is so clean! The classes are so fun! It’s just amazing! I would never go anywhere else!!

  • Alexis Nichols

If you’re looking for a safe place to leave your children while you work out then this place isn’t for you. This is how I picked up my daughter (with a black eye) and nobody cares. Spoke to the General Manager twice. He basically told me he didn’t care if we canceled our membership and we could always just go to the YMCA.

  • Matt Czimer

Great location with fresh amenities. The outdoor water area is rather impressive. It's a location where you go to feel like you have gotten out of the cluster of the city. Lots of professionals and people with some semblance of class, unlike what one might experience as you get closer to Dallas proper.

  • Seth Webster (freshyseth)

This is the best Lifetime I've visited. Granted I've only been to this one and the Colleyville, TX locations. What I like about this one is that it isn't too crowded. There are way more power rack stations. They have a leg-stretching machine! That thing is awesome! It is a really great club!

  • 이상원

They just decided to remove all the tennis courts without any communication. We paid a lot just to play tennis, but they made this decision without any notice!!! It is not just an issue of "tennis", but it just shows how they communicate with their (even loyal & dedicated) members.

  • Eimmy Salas

Love this gym! The daycare is a huge help to us parents on top of everything else they Have to offer! And a huge thank you to Debra and Bryan for an incredible experience in the sign up process. I am absolutely in awe of the staff here and how welcoming they are!

  • Gerardo Nava

Besides it being a super nice gym, I gotta give a lot of credit to Bryan for giving us such a nice welcoming to this gym! This guy has such a positive attitude! His customer service was awesome! He made me and my family feel welcomed! This dude needs a raise!

  • The Ma’ams

I’m always greeted by happy smiling faces. LifeTime is huge with a lot of guest, but I always find parking. There is a wide variety of activities and classes and they also provide child care. They have a lot of cardio machines with different varieties.

  • Geoffrey Birkemeier

I love everything about this gym with the exception of the Cafe. I understand that hiring additional resources is an issue, but you might as well not even be open in the morning if you don’t have the staff to prepare orders for more than one person.

  • Rachel Diaz

Cannot say enough good things about this Lifetime. The staff are so so kind to our kids and know all of us by name. We may have an obsession with the yoga studio and teachers because they are amazing! We probably spend 6 mornings a week here!

  • Nakeeyta Ware

I had an amazing guest experience. Tina was and is an absolute treasure to have to have on the team her knowledge and passion are very comforting. Loved the time she took to give me a tour and bond on other levels ..... Amazing overall!!!!!

  • Nate Shattuck

This is my first gym to join. I honestly don't like paying this much for it... But for a family- 2 adults & 2 kids club kids it was $219 a month so $55 a person and it's no contract so month to month. Individual memberships are alot more

  • Eric Fox

I have to say this facility is amazing. It is clean and and spacious. Everyone smiles and greets you throughout the gym. That is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back. Thank you to the staff here at this location. You Guys Rock!

  • Loco Smiley

best gym out there, you get what you pay for. Management of this gym is top notch, they are role models to the staff when it comes to customer service, Yahra is the best! kids academy staff is great to my kids even when they are swamped.

  • Richard Bush

Life time fitness, what can I say...you get what you pay for. Always friendly, helpful staff, great motivators, great gym features including cardio equipment with no waiting, great locker rooms and always clean, nice aquatic center, and

  • Andrew Gelbard

Horrible gym i would highly recommend you stay away. I had to fight for weeks to get my membership cancelled after i had proof of cancellation and military orders. I was constantly harrased through email and phone calls with threats of

If I could recommend one thing to improve your life, it would be to join Lifetime Athletics! This gym has something very special and you can feel it the minute you walk in! It’s nice to go to a place where you are pushed, motivated and

  • Jacqueline Ventimiglia

This is one of my favorite ltf gyms. I love coming on vacation here. Christa is a great coach. She keeps you motivated! I also enjoyed Aaron's GTX class! The children's center is nice and big, my kids perfer it over our home lifetime !

  • michael aldas

Love this place! Has everything, full court basketball, tons of tennis courts, indoor/outdoor pools, saunas and steam rooms, a spa, a cafe, and tons of classes. Not to mention, amazing free weights and machines. Highly recommend!!

  • Kay K.

Great Gym. Its big, clean and the staff are pleasant. There are multiple options for classes and a lot of morning availabilities which is something I was looking for. The locker/shower rooms are clean. So far, great experience.

  • Annarose Lepley

This is the best gym ever! Everything is so clean and well maintained. Staff here is amazing and the members are all courteous and respectful. Classes are fun and challenging. I recommend this to people of all fitness levels!

  • Svetlana Brown

My family started the membership more than a month ago. We love going to the gym. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. My kids love Kids Academy, especially gymnastics. I wish you have more classes during weekends.

  • Mara Braish

So clean and always friendly staff. They have absolutely every type of workout equipment, class, and amenities you could possibly need. Doesn't even feel like I'm at a gym to workout. Feel like I'm at a resort. Super nice!

  • Madai Kell

I just love This gym! From the amazing equipment , to top notch instructors in the amazing array of classes, to the pools , cafe and management that always available ! This place is my second home and I just LOVE IT !

  • Lauren Debayle

Love this gym! Always so clean and the staff is friendly. Childcare is awesome and have so many activities for kids to do which is nice to know they’re having fun and doing things and I don’t worry while working out.

  • Shaurav Es-B

This is my gym. It has everything that you can ask for. The staff is amazing. I would like to see the monthly price lowered a little bit. But again for the amount of cleanliness and services. I am not complaining.

  • Dana Pollard Moving Up in Texas

I love this gym! It's clean, friendly, and I love having the cafe right there! They also have several areas to work on my computer after a workout which is very helpful. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

  • Maggie Casanova

I love their Yoga classes especially Jean. She is a phenomenal human being, full of energy and admirable woman, so flexible and knowledgeable. Her vibe is just contagious. This gym feels like my second home.

  • regina chenault

Our experience is always great, everyone is nice and accommodating to include guests. The place is always exceptionally clean and never a shortage of towels, sanitizer, hair care products, etc.

  • malcolm smith

Tell me you want to get rid of your black customers without saying it. They are replacing Basketball with a pickleball. The majority of their Basketball customers are you guessed it black..
