This message is in regards to a visit that my family and I had on 27Aug. We attended the park via a Groupon for a total of 7 people. Our visit was sadly disappointing from the moment we walked into the facility. There was a lingering musty smell that hit you the moment you opened up the initial set of doors and then we waited in line at the counter for over 35 minutes before we received any service. The young person at the counter was on the phone attempting to work a birthday party situation and the MOD (manager on duty) spent the ENTIRE TIME attempting to count a drawer. Meanwhile he kept looking up and seeing the line of patrons back up all of the way to the door and he made NO attempt to be a manager and get some assistance to the counter. The person working the phone and birthday party let Camron, the MOD know that they were getting flustered and “about to cry” and apologized to my family for the length of time it was taking and Camron did NOTHINNG! It was not until a patron and his sons behind me approached the counter and asked if anyone else was there to assist and then Camron grabbed his Walker talkie. Another young girl walked up to the front, saw how long the line was and retreated without helping any of us. Camron then proceeded to grab the phone after being asked (again) for assistance and then blatantly hung up on the man attempting to set up a birthday party. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized operation and once we finally got our wristbands all my wife and I noticed were the employees playing on the phones, not cleaning anything. That entire evening crew needs immediate retraining if not being let go and Camron is no where near ready to be a manager of anything. This used to be a really nice place with enthusiastic people working there but clearly that is no longer the case. The bathrooms also had no hand soap and we had to ask the staff to restock so we could wash our hands and they acted as if they did not want to go thru the trouble of locating it and bringing it out.

DO NOT HAVE A PARTY ON A FRIDAY. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would have. I guess Friday nights is the day that parents drop their kids off at altitude and leave. There were SO many middle school-aged kids running around unsupervised. Full on sprinting through the little kids and parents without a care in the world. Witnessed so many kids get knocked over. There were so many spills all over the floors. Saw kids jumping with their slurpee’s in their hands?? Kids were standing in groups everywhere, especially in the bathroom area. The women’s room wreaked of weed. There wasn’t an available stall to be seen even though no one was actively using the bathroom. There were crowds of kids at the front desk the entire time our party attendees were trying to check in. And each one had to wait at least 15-20 minutes to check in. Might have been a good idea to have a lane strictly for party check ins instead of having parents with little kids standing behind kids who are trying to figure what they wanted to eat for a snack. They are clearly understaffed and the few employees that you did see had to of been high school aged or a little older which didn’t help with the unruly teenagers. The one good thing I will mention was that our party host was DJ and he was so well mannered and helpful. I am all for kids having a safe environment to hang out at versus illegal activity out on the town, but maybe having a dedicated night for them and not allowing parties the same day. This was our fourth party here and we were so upset at how this one went.

We booked a birthday party for a Saturday at 6pm. Huge mistake! Very poorly managed facility. There were groups of teenagers using profanity, making out with each other everywhere. The teenagers were clearly running the building the night we were there...most of the staff were teens as well and seemed to be friends with the large group of teenagers. They have a basketball free throw game that a group of teens decided to play a game of 4 on 4 with. Full blown basketball game in the middle of table area, right next to our table we reserved for our 7 year old's birthday party. I ask the employee if this was normal for them to play basketball in the middle of a high traffic area. She said "No they aren't supposed to be doing that, do you want me ask them to stop?" If they aren't supposed to be doing it then yes make them stop! I shouldn't have to ask and you shouldn't have to ask the person that paid $200 for a party so basketballs don't go flying past a bunch of 7 year old's. As we were leaving the manager told us after we expressed the issues with her "Well, it is brave of you to have such a late birthday party." I said "Well I can assure if I would've known it would be this out of control we never would've booked a party here." Trash cans were overflowing, One of the employees dragging a vacuum through the middle of the building with the 30' cord dragging behind it almost causing people to trip. The person assigned to our party would disappear for long stretches' of time. It was a mess... Won't be back.

Two stars only because my son enjoyed his self. Walking in I was met with a young lady who was super nice to me. Had no problem checking in. Took my son for his 7th birthday. But because we didn’t book a room or table …they wouldn’t let us bring a cake in unless we paid a extra $25 … people arriving for my sons party was treated poorly and rude. Made one of my friends buy the “socks” even though her kids had on socks. No one said anything to me about it. In fact…not everyone had on these “special” socks…so why was she forced to get the socks ? Another older lady was behind the desk simply rude to her coworkers… “it’s like I’m cleaning up behind toddlers” she stated to one of them. In front of customers…. Pictures need a update. Balls to the dogs ball area is damaged . Nothing like the pictures above. There was not pit with the foam materials. One attraction was closed off. The basket ball goals had duct tap around the rim. A little kid was pulling the gray ground pieces up off the floor. Like how ! This place needs to definitely do something with the safety hazards. Customerservice and get one one accord.

HORRIBLE customer service & facility has been sub par for over a year. We have attended parties & occasional play dates and noticed that areas are broken or closed but assumed everything was getting fixed, etc. We decided to enroll our 3 children in a monthly membership. We have had the membership for over 6 months and the "wipeout" has been closed except for 1 visit, the "rockwall" has been closed except for 2-3 visits, arcade games/snack machines are broken, etc. We visit weekly and have asked and are told everything will be fixed. I FINALLY called to speak to a manager to address the concerns & Robin was of ZERO help. She was rude and made excuses for everything... she claimed new management had taken over in July and was fixing everything yet based on our own experience we see that is 100% untrue. We will be canceling our membership and going elsewhere. I honestly don't see how this location will remain open.... between the dirty facility, lack of appropriate customer service and broken attractions, it is a HUGE waste of money.

I'm not sure if there's been a change in management or what, but the last time I was here with my kids no one was at the front desk to facilitate check-ins, deliver the pizza for birthday parties, etc. We waited for over 8 minutes with multiple other patrons for an employee to make their way to the front. When 3 of them finally appeared from the back at the same time, they were able to get us checked in. After sitting down for 20 minutes at an unmarked table (e.g. no birthday kids name on a chalkboard denoting it's reserved), which was away from the area birthday parties are hosted, we were approached and told we had to move as the table was reserved for a private birthday party. The birthday party patrons were literally standing there so it was poorly managed. My kids have come here frequently over the past 6+ years, had summer memberships etc., and I've never seen people get booted from an unmarked table. Frustrating experience after waiting at the unmanned front desk for an employee to finally show up. We won't be coming back.

Worst place for birthday party!!!! The manager interrupted singing happy birthday to my granddaughter and addressed my daughter about an issue in front of EVERYONE! The mistake was theirs. Took an hour for them to bring pizzas only after we had to go hunt someone down. Finally pizzas. Then someone brings more later. About 15 mins later, the manager comes in wants to take them away “because they didn’t belong to us” Do you think these pizzas were intact?? No. So as we are literally about to sing happy birthday the manager says the additional pizzas will have to be paid. I went to talk to him and he was RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I told him it was their mistake. He was such a misogynist!!! I asked for his bosses name & number he said after the bill is settled. Yes they did accommodate booking the late birthday party which he threw in our face, but it was being paid… no host, no pizzas, napkins, nothing. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go here. I tried reaching out to someone besides him and I couldn’t. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Absolutely amazing. We had an awful experience at ASI gymnastics and my son and I had to leave a BIRTHDAY party we were invited to. He was just being 3 and excited for being in a new place but had a hard time being engaged with the coaches. He was having a hard meltdown because he couldn't understand why he wasn't allowed to play and they were absolutely no help quoting policy. So, Altitude was just around the corner and saved the day. My son was still having a meltdown. I vented to her what happened at ASI and she helped me fill out the form, even zipped my purse considering the situation. She tried to help settle my son. She wasnt pretending to be empathetic, I truly felt her concern and overall customer service. She also didn't seem to mind when her line got long because of me. She simply asked for help and her team were very happy to help. They treat humans like humans. 2.00 for just me, considering my son was free. Wow! They really saved the day. My son was able to jump to his hearts content.

So first of all we booked a party and it was for the deluxe private room with private host. Once we arrived to a room, our water was in a basket and not on the table. Our host was nowhere to be seen. When he finally arrived he would disappear here and there. So for the majority of our party we were on our own. We set a time for our free dodgeball games. There were supposed to be two and we miss those and our party host again was nowhere to be seen. When he finally brought our pizza, one was burnt. He took it out of the room and miraculously it showed up again. While we served cake, he was outside of our room looking through the window. We really could have had this party at home and not paid such an expensive price to host our own party. By the way, if you purchase the deluxe package, they do not give 10 warrior cards any longer but will still charge you the full price. At the end of the day the park is ran by teenagers and we will never have a party on a Saturday or any other day again.

SO MUCH FUN! Fun for kids, and parents alike! We visited to attend a birthday party, and it was an absolute blast. Lots of jump and play time. And they pulled the littles (age 4 and 5) in for dodge ball. Kind of an early age to play, so was hoping there was something more relevant to their age group. Regardless, they had fun playing ball (which really was "catch"), and goofing off. The party itself was well organized, but primarily run by the parents. The meal and cake time didn't seem to be monitored by a staff member, so they might not run the whole party if that's what you're looking for. Best to call and confirm, as I'm not entirely sure how this works there. As a parent of a child attending a party, you also get a wristband, which means you get to jump too! I can't complain, the whole experience was super fun, and we are antsy to head back. Lots to do and lots to keep the kids busy with. Even our 20 month old had a blast!

Happily took our $40 for two children, but most of the activities such as wipeout, the ball pit, and the walk wall were closed. Seems like they could have notified us before we spent the money. Maybe short staffed? We probably would have come anyway. Website and phone message says open at 10:00am. We bought tickets stating our time began at 10. But they would not let us in until 11. We drove from Oklahoma to get here. Y’all really need better management, or for your current mgmt to figure this out. You’re really close to having it all together. Just make a few adjustments. Staffing is hard for everyone right now and your staff is great. The kids running the place were nice enough, and just following rules so it wasn’t their fault. Just a really disappointing outing for a 4 hour round trip from home. But the kids made the best of it and you have a great space so, you get two stars.

  • Bethany Harbour

This place used to be such a safe haven for moms & littles. Especially for those with multiple kiddos under 5 with affordable toddler time. But there has been an obvious management/ownership change. I used to come with my coffee and laptop if I needed to work. Or bring little lunches for the kids & we’d meet up with friends and spend a couple hours here. It’s not happening anymore. They absolutely hound and harass about these strict new “rules” meanwhile the place looks terrible- like it’s falling apart. It’s sad. I miss the old days there! Update:: I updated my review. We had a gift card from Christmas and needed to use it. The staff was a lot friendlier this time. And they have a sign up now that says they are doing updates and to pardon the mess. It felt much more peaceful and less stressful. We appreciated being able to have our snacks!

We've been here 3 times this weekend already and I'm loving it. The staff is really responsive, professional, courteous, and we've dealt multiple times with Jada (forgive me if I misspelled that) at the front desk. I don't know her position but she comes off managerial because of her professionalism and her courteousness. She spent a while trying to get things worked out for us a certain way with the membership and went above and beyond to help us out. The place is clean, lots of room to jump, it hasn't been overcrowded yet that we've been there, and I love the new format of the foam pits where they're covered with cloth and are much easier to get out of. Into longer fear for my life after jumping in Highly recommend this location due to the value of the activity and the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff.

  • jenny Tillery

We used to always bring our kiddos here! It was well staffed and clean however this past weekend 1/29 we took 4 kids to enjoy the trampoline park and I will not be returning to this location for a while. There were zero staff members on the floor until 20 minutes until closing, at which time they were only checking socks and wanting the dodge balls out back where they belonged. We got there around 7:30 and there were groups of people throwing the dodge balls and footballs all over the location. My concern with no staff of the floor safety concerns go unnoticed. While the actions and words of children are not the responsibility of the park, presence of staff help to discourage negative behavior. I will give it a while and try again in hopes that the inability to able to obtain and keep staff is creating these impacts,

First the good. Pricing is decent and location has ample parking. The space itself is large. My kids have fun when I bring them. It is also located in a easy to get to area. The service leaves much to desire. When ever i come the check in process is confusing and disorganized. I can never tell if there is one line or four. The facility itself feels unkempt and dirty. I hardly see restroom checks and the benches are not picked up. I saw the same beverage on table top for over an hour. I see TV screens but they are never on. The staff is so disengaged it is obvious they don't care. I feel there is a lot of wasted space and potential in the facility itself.Last is maintenance. Tthe same part of the park was closed off as when I was here well over 2 months ago

  • Michelle F

This was my kids first experience at a trampoline park and maybe the last, at this one at least. First of all the facility needs some loving care and the employees need to be shown good customer service. In every area my kids tried to jump, they were told they couldn't because they were too big, even though they were age appropriate. I even got a dirty look from one of the employees when I tried telling her my autistic son is actually only 12. I originally went to the location on Bryant Irving but my tickets were actually for this location, they offered me 6 hours for 20.00, should have taken them up for the offer my kids would have actually enjoyed themselves. First time adventures can't be remade. Thanks Altitude!!

  • Tangie Shogelola

The workers at the front desk were excellent and have great customer service and they deserve 10 stars, I'm giving 2 stars because of them having a building full of middle schoolers running around everywhere with no parents. The kids were jumping in the toddler area, running and jumping through trampolines causing kids of a smaller weight to fall and just screaming for the fun of it- literally screaming out words, laughing and then doing it again. I got a coupon off Groupon but I don't think I'll ever return. Plus it's dirty. There were cups of slurpees on the ground, part of the turf was coming up, water all over the floor near the fountain so kids socks were wet when they got water...it's just gross.

  • Jen Buchanan

My kid was bullied by a large group of older kids and the Manager said they are there all the time. He told me their parents don’t care and just drop them off without money all day. He said even if he called the parents they wouldn’t show up until closing time. Another dad was yelling at them to stay away from his small children and the manager did nothing, He didn’t even respond when one of them started cussing at him. One of the kids asked us for money at one point too. It seems kids like this should be banned from this business. Why are they allowed to terrorize the kids who are just there to have a good time?

  • Wayson Miyanishi

Well I went for a friend's son birthday party. It was a pay host party and the hostess was not present. If they needed something they had to go to.the front desk. My son work there as a party host so someone should have been more attentive to the parents' needs. The place was very out of control. The bigger kids were jumping where the 5 and under with no Altitude staff. So parents' had to watch. Also the older kids were running on the walkway next to the rails. Almost knock my daughter down, who was holding my 4mo grandson. If I could give a zero rating I would. So sad it has run down.

  • Estreitta de Kluetz

My 3year old son loves this place and always asking to go to the “jumpaline” park! I love they have the Toddler and younger jumping time during the week. They then have the ability to try things without a lot of bigger kids around. It’s really family oriented and super affordable. Lots of space and jumping areas. I’d like to give this place a 4-5 stars but there are def some areas in need attention because it’s due repair. Some of the foam padding has rips and peeling, we also noticed a floor joint area that had a big gap because the floor mat had shifted. The staff is super friendly.

  • Tiffany

The worst. No supervision by staff at all. The two gentleman at the registers were nice but there was only one staff member actually out on the trampolines and he was flirting with a group of teenage girls the entire time. Big kids running full speed from one end to the other almost knocking over the littles. Kids piling on every structure imaginable. Popcorn spilled all over the floor. It was so chaotic and this was on a Sunday evening. I couldn't imagine a Fri or Sat afternoon. We actually left early and didn't even use our full time because we were so ready to get out of there.

  • Cassidy Bleeker

if I could could this 0 stars I would, ;it I can't do I give it a one. When me and my friend got there, we were trying to purchase tickets for the Saturday teen night it said on the website it was tonight, but the worker at the desk didn't know what it was. also the worker was speaking VERY quietly and I couldn't understand him. after we purchased our tickets, we soon realized that everything except for the normal trampolines was closed. We ended up just sitting on a bench and getting picked up early. extremely disappointed.

  • LHHSh H

This place is open, fun and not too big for a birthday party. As a guest you get socks and a few hours to jump and celebrate. I would recommend a little more staffing to regulate the areas where kids can jump and throw balls. Some kids are small and may need some extra help around the bigger kids. If you are a parent, all eyes are necessary around the rock climb area and basketball. Some kids may take the ball from smaller kids or fall off the rock while kids are in the pit. Kids are kids and its always good to be on guard.

  • Madison Mckenzie

DO NOT GO HERE!!! So many safety concerns. While there my 3 year old brothers leg was FRACTURED! They are refusing to release the video footage. My son had fell and got a scratch and bruise on his face. I asked for them to review the footage to see what happened. I’ve called multiple times to resolve the issue but they keep saying they are too busy. There are so many other trampoline parks that are better and actually safe. I’m not surprised by the LAWSUITS at all! Poorly ran establishment that needs to be shut down.

  • Sarah R

Needs so much repair to the flooring and safety padding. Many gaps that exposed plywood, metal and corners underneath. Extremely busy, long lines and wait times, 2 main attractions closed, but most importantly it’s unsafe and not well managed at all. Seems the owner doesn’t care because reviews like mine go way back in time. Maybe because you sign your legal rights away 14x before you even get in to jump so the owners are protected. There are so many better trampoline parks out there, this is the worst I’ve been to.

  • Robert H

This is a great place to take the kids to get some exercise on cold or rainy days. Fairly inexpensive, big place with lots for the kids to do. Most of the time we've gone it's been mostly little kids which is great for our young ones. Only complaint and reason for 4 instead of 5 is that when there are lots of kids there, especially older kids it can be hard for them to be kept under control and they can get a little careless around young kids. Most of the time that's not a problem though. Still, great place!

  • Zakary Stanley

Kids had a blast. My nephew's birthday was great. Be prepared to have to sign a waiver if it is your first time. There can be a bit of a line when you're waiting to sign the waiver. They have basketball trampoline sections, tons of arcade games. A lot of seating too! Highly suggest for birthday parties. PS. Parking is pretty limited and the lot is a gravel lot. So keep that in mind. It's also right across from a paintball and axe throwing place if you want other activities.

  • Kevin Garrison

This place has the potential to be great is so much fun but it always takes so long to get in on the weekends. Even if you fill out waiver before you get there you still have to wait for everyone who didn't and it is annoying because you still have to get a wrist band and socks from the front even if you did everything online. They also need a separate line for concessions such a better way to do that. Location is terrible due to traffic lights....could easily be awesome.

  • Robert Grubbs (Bobby G)

Very busy place. Some very good staff, and some not so great staff. I will try them again on a weekday, when they might have better provisions for very young children. Today, on the weekend, they have a lot of apparently, unsupervised children running, happily, wherever they wish. That’s okay for the bigger kids, but for myself, it causes me some concern for my small grandson’s safety. I saw a lot of very inattentive parents. The kids seemed to be having a good time.

  • Demeka Tanksley (DTank)

It was ok. My party was near 300$ for about 15 kids. The thing is they will let anyone come in and get things then BAM. I was trying not to be petty with the counting. It was small enough to watch your kids from the tables EXCEPT the dodgeball area which is where the problems could pop off. There was a minor issue with a worker, but kids will be kids. Also it would only allow me to book waaaaaay in North Fort Worth instead of sw Fort Worth like I wanted!

  • Rayyan Amiri

Great place for kids, it is clean place with not many options. My kids they love jumping around, they have guards to watch kids not get hurt but you still need to keep your eyes open as those guards are kids too and they get busy talking and forgets to watch kids. In general a good place for kids to do some activities and enjoy their day!!!! Parking is limited so you might have to park somewhere with no parking mark if you get there in a busy time.

  • Melissa Hamilton

This place is so wonderful you guys! It's seriously the most fun place to take your kids! The staff are so sweet and friendly. It's such a popular place though! But even when it's totally packed it's still a blast! We just did an impromptu get together it was just a fun place for the adults to sit around and talk and know that the kids were safe and having a blast jumping and playing. In my opinion if you haven't been here yet, you are missing out!

  • Heather Mathes

We haven’t came here in a while and we won’t return. We paid $46 for 4 kids and everything to be closed off. We have a trampoline in our backyard. The kids would have probably enjoyed that more. This place has gone totally down hill and needs some upgrades and a good cleaning. There is trash all over the place. Will not be back. This place is disgusting. The line is so long and I don’t see any manager anywhere even offering help. Bad management.

  • Richard Nib

It was my first time there and it was TERRIBLE!!! Service was terrible and slow, our supposed personal party person was an hour late and they tried to tell us we only had an hour left to have to room or jump. It was an overall disaster on a sunday none the less. There was so much more wrong but what's the point in writing it all... I do reviews for google constantly for years and this is the first TERRIBLE one i have ever wrote..

  • Daniel LaFon

Great place to bring the kids to get some energy out. Come during toddler time in the morning on weekdays and it's a cheap way to have some fun! 9$ for my two kids and myself to jump for a couple hours. Lots of different options inside from foam pits to dodgeball, rock wall to basketball hoops. Clean bathrooms. Water fountains as well as vending machines. Pizza available sometimes. Lots of space for large groups and parties.

  • Brandi Edwards

We haven’t been here in a long while, because last time we were here it was an absolute mess. The new management (and staff) have done a GREAT job fixing and cleaning it up! It smelt good, despite stinky kid feet , and I love that they’ve done away with the foam blocks! The lady at the front (Robin I believe was her name) was super nice, and the manager was very sweet as well! Keep up the good work!

  • Madison Turner

We had my twins fourth birthday party there this weekend and everyone had a blast. This place was busy as heck and the staff was doing their best to keep up with the crowd and parties all at once. I appreciate everything they did to make our experience great, and would recommend anyone to have a party there. I hope they hire some more people to help the current staff in the mean time! Thank you so much!

  • Sam Ibarra

Great place to have the kids burn off energy. I've only been during the day, more specifically during or a little after toddler time so I can't say how it gets at night or with bigger kids there. My son loves it though! The only negative thing I have to say is some of the foam blocks that you can jump into are worn down so it leaves pieces of foam on your socks that are hard to take off afterwards.

  • Kathryn Churchward

This is not in Fort Worth. It would be super helpful if they changed their name include that they are in Keller. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve talked to people that think they are booking the Fort Worth location and find out this one is actually in Keller. Also, took us 30 minutes to check in at this location. We had prefilled out the waivers before arriving. Customer service wasn’t great.

  • Sid H

I signed the waiver form online for this location. It sent me a pdf file with my signature. Then at the location it took them 20 minutes and another gentleman said, “oh our online submissions do not work!” I had to fill out the entire form again after waiting in the lunch for 30 minutes. Lots of rips and holes all around the place. Not sure if I would like to to bring the kids back here.

  • Jonathan Lambrecht

Checked in online and purchased passed but still have to wait in line with 30 other people because they won’t staff it appropriately. Don’t waste time purchasing passes online beside they won’t let you use the online checkin desk. Come on management get it together! There is a reason we selected a specific time didn’t think we would have to wait 25 min after selected time to start….

  • Miriam Risher

Purchased our tickets and signed waiver online. Get here and still have to wait in a long line. I set our time for 1:30 supposed to be here 15 min prior to appointed time and here it is 2:07 and we're still in line waiting almost an hour wait. Why give the option to pay online when you still have to wait in line??? There should be a line for online purchases only. This is ridiculous

  • Regina Forester

I am giving this a three-star because there is not a lot of options as far as food goes. We had a party here on Saturday and a lot of the adults would have bought food but there was not a lot of options for example it was chips and candy. The party package is only for 2 hours of jumping. For the price we are paying , I would of preferred 2 hours of table time , unlimited jumping.

  • Jim Ward

I reserved a party. They forgot to set up our tables, and they forgot to order our food. We finally got our pizza 20 minutes before our party ended. This facility could also use a little TLC. It's a little worn. We didn't see any moderators in the play area. You need to keep your eye on the little kids, because the older (young teens) kids take over and get a little rough.

  • Candis Richardson

Great birthday party venue. There was an issue with our balance and Joey was AMAZING to straighten it out for me. He was also great with the mix up on the pizza and offered to go pick up the one that was missing. There wound up being plenty for the kids but I do appreciate him offering. This was our 3rd party win Altitude. Thank you Joey I appreciate you a lot !

  • Brittaney Cheeks

This place was EXTREMELY dirty. There was trash all over the tables and floors left from other people! It was absolutely disgusting and gave me the ick. But aside from how dirty everything was, my kids loved it here and there was so much space for them to jump and waste their energy! And all the staff were really nice and had their customer service on point!

  • Casandra Martin

My kids love this place. There were a lot of older kids pushing down younger kids and it seemed that no one paid attention. But they certainly knew when 2 kids were on a single trampoline or a kid was hanging from the basketball rim or touching their decorations. It seems a little more dangerous for a 2 or 3 year old to be run down by a 10 or 12 year old.

  • Alicia Cole

During the weekday it is amazing for all ages. During the weekend it is extremely busy with a lot of different age groups. Which, at any place, can be a bit of a danger zone. But that is why we as parents are to watch our own kids even teenagers. It would be helpful if there were a few more employees on weekends to keep the older ones in line a bit

  • Lilly R

This could be a great place if managed right but it's not managed at all. We went there because they had a groupon price which was great but a bunch a kids in charge of the place. Restrooms were horribly nasty; we never signed a waiver which is odd so they could be sued at anytime and shut down. Owner if you're reading this, it's a fair warning...

  • Samantha Morgan

Not only has the cleanliness and professionalism of this location gone downhill significantly, I have been trying to cancel my membership for months and it's an absolute nightmare. I've spoken to multiple people and they continue to charge my card. Absolutely do NOT recommend this location. The CityView Altitude is much nicer and cleaner.

  • Misty Moncrief

We visited this location around noon on a Saturday. For two children to jump for 1 your it was $17 which is pretty reasonable. The play areas were packed with children and adults of all ages. Staff was present on the play areas to maintain safety and actively redirected negative behavior. We enjoyed our time here and would, come again.

  • Carmen Carter

Very organized and clean facility. Non slip socks are provided at no extra cost. Lots of different areas and activities for the kids with an attendant monitoring each area at all times. All the kids were having an awesome time. Ashley provides quick, professional service and answered all of our questions. Will definitely be back!

  • Cortni LoGalbo

We have fun here, but I do wish they would play kid friendly music. The last time we went up there the music had curse words in it and the language was pretty raunchy. I was not impressed. Hopefully the owners/managers will get that taken care of. Otherwise, the kids have fun there and it is a pretty good deal for the price.

  • Hannah Cox

My kid and I had a blast here. And it’s affordable compared to other trampoline parks. He’s only 2 and I paid under $20 for him to play for 2 hours. There’s tons of trampolines, games, and concessions. It also wasn’t super busy. Will bring him again. The 2 young men at the front desk were very polite and had good service.

  • brigitte meeks

Arrived at opening (10am) to try this new to us park only to find they haven’t opened yet. 45 minutes later it finally opened. Once in the boys were overjoyed with the size and variety of jump activities. Not sure why they didn’t open on time (I assumed a staffing issue) but overall pleased with the facility.

  • Kevin Bates

I gave it a two simply because my kids had fun (though I’m quite sure my eight year old learned lots of new words). This place is insane. In the 40 minutes we have been here I quite literally have never seen an employee (except when I went to concession stand). It’s complete and utter chaos. Do Not Come Here.

  • Rachel McLeod

Clean and cool. This place is perfect for kids to get exercise while having fun and staying out of the heat. They've got two different dodge ball courts, so many trampolines, and also these super trampolines that spring you twice as high into the air! The staff has always been friendly. We love to go.

  • Jessika Iloff

Altitude on Kroger Dr. Y’all never disappoint me. Had my daughters 12th bday here and y’all rocked it !! Staff & management was attentive, everyone had a blast. Couldn’t have asked for more ! Thank to management Krystal, Laura and all the staff for making my babies birthday absolutely amazing !!!

  • Sal Ramos

My kids and I love this place!!! It’s just awesome!! It’s perfect for all ages. We normally come during toddler time and we love it!! They have tons of different activities you can play! Super super fair prices and staff is very helpful and friendly! (See pictures for prices and deals)

  • kevin pate

Overall great place for family fun. Saturday's parents are free. Prices are based on the amount of time you want to jump and are very reasonable. Overall the facility was pretty clean. Lots of space and variety of trampolines but lacking better amenities for food and drinks.

  • Korgaun cyrus

Three areas closed. Not enough balls to play dodgeball and the employees here just stand around checking people in. Value is worth it if you are only spending 10 bucks a kid, but for only one hour it’s not worth it. All extra areas like I said are closed. You can only jump

  • Tyler Shoaf

My kiddo loves this place. They do a good job of keeping it clean and ensuring everyone is being safe. Everyone should be aware that trampolines are inherently dangerous and kids can (and sometimes do) get hurt. If that's not for you then this isn't the place for you :-)

  • Dre Tibbs

This place was a blast, I came earlier today to celebrate my son's 10th Birthday although its tomorrow, but the place was jam packed with kids running around, smiling faces and happy families. 10$ a month for the membership??? Definitely worth it at the end of the day.

  • jeneta riley

Wonderful place for kids to play out of this ridiculous heat we are having this summer and a place parents can feel safe letting their children run free. We got memberships and it’s reasonable not taxing on our wallets. I recommend everyone to go and enjoy all ages

  • jarrod wayman

We had my daughters birthday party here two months ago, and have been here numerous times to jump for an hour or so. The staff has always been friendly. My kids love jumping here, and I like taking them. It wears them out, and get to relax the rest of the day!

  • Monique Howard

This was fun for our family outing. I actually jumped and played around with my kids. And I was sore the next day from trying to flip and play tag with them on a trampoline. This place is not as big as the one and grapevine. But you still have a lot of fun

  • Yadran Yukopila

Unfortunately this location is going down, several safety issues, several Stratton closed, bathrooms in horrible shape, never will be back Bathroom with feses in the floor, floor coming out by the jumping area Look for a safer place for your kiddos!!!

  • ANDREA MARTINEZ

Some areas are closed, the restroom is a mess (the doors , soap dispensers are broken) , the whole place smells bad and its messy/dirty . It is not was it was before the pandemic .$18 dlls / 90 min its too expensive for what you get. The kids had fun

  • Andrea Griswold

My daughter celebrated her 10th birthday here and it was great! The party hostess was wonderful and took care of everything. It was easy and the kids had a lot of fun. The staff here is very friendly and made the he entire experience enjoyable.

  • Ronnie Iloff

Love this place, the management is wonderful and friendly. This is such a great place kids and teens to hang out and have fun. I have no complaints at all. Thanks, altitude, for being amazing and having friendly staff and wonderful management.

  • Dusty Pack

Fun trampoline park but a complete lack of adult supervision. Virtually no monitoring staff and absentee parents use it as a daycare, so misbehaved kids run wild. Recommend monitoring your kids, especially little ones, to avoid injuries.

  • Kevin favier

We had a great experience tonight for my daughters 7th birthday party. Tyler (almost positive that was his name) was our host and did a great job with our cake, the pizzas, and the kiddos. Highly recommend for a low key birthday party!

  • Cory Rankin

this was amazing we brought our 5 kids and it was amazing.. they taught our kids how to do jumps and probably the best customer service i have ever experienced... I highly recomend getting a membership here which is very affordable!!!!

  • Robin Lee

The line was out the door. If you never been there before you would have waited and waited. They need to have someone by the door directing people for birthday parties and give them some directions. Place felt dirty and sticky to me.

  • Lupita Ochoa

Would’ve been nice if they would’ve mentioned that it was going to close early due to a private birthday party. We paid for more than an hour to stay till 9pm just for them to close at 8pm because there was a private birthday party.

  • Jennifer Land

I love that they are open during the day! We visited with a Groupon, and my kids had a blast. It was such a nice way to spend the morning on a rainy day. We've been several times over the years, and my kids always have a good time.

  • Shawn Hutchinson

This place is a mess. Did waivers for all 4 kids this morning had to redo said it’s the wrong system. Took 20 minutes to check in. This place is dirty hasn’t had any upgrades in the past ten years. Your better off going elsewhere.

  • Shawna Noel

Toddler time is monday-friday from 10-1PM and my children LOVE it! So many areas to jump, play ball, block pit, rock climb, basket ball and dodge ball areas. If you want a clean facility to let your child play indoors, this is it!

  • Jessica Kuspa

Have taken kids here a few times. They really enjoy it. Sometimes certain areas are blocked but they always have a fun time. My little loves the preschool time as well. If your kids love to jump this is a great no frills option.

  • Sondra Barton

I took grandkids here to play. Most areas are blocked off and unable to use. See photos. Floors are dirty and need of maintenance due to separation of top layer. Small kids enjoyed running but preteen was not entertained at all

  • Kristina H

The staff is always amazing and friendly! We love coming here for family time. Price is reasonable, and if you buy socks don’t forget to bring them with you the next time to save you $3 each time. We love Altitude!!

  • Elaine King

Not enough employees. Slow. We served our own pizza and cake. Had to use the bottom of a fork to cut the cake. The kids had fun jumping that was the only plus as far as I'm concerned. Never again for that price.

  • Alex Kientz

Great fun! Lots of ways for children, young and old, to have fun! Staff was helpful and friendly. Three only reason this isn't a five star review is that the bathrooms could have certainly been more clean.

  • Nathan Harwood

My son loves this place. Good clean fun. As it’s the case at many businesses post pandemic, help is hard to find so sometimes some of the attractions aren’t staffed. Not a big deal at Altitude for sure.

  • Tori Mulvaney

So much fun for the kids. Highly recommend. They were able to get out most of their energy. Staff was super nice, bathrooms are clean. We were there when doors opened at 11am, by 1pm it was pretty busy.

  • Mitul Mehta

Very good place for parties! We came here for a birthday party and everything was very well organized. They allow food from outside too, which is great than eating crappy pizzas at other places.

  • Mark Crouch

The membership is a pretty good deal. There is only so much trampolining to do so kiddos can lose interest. But going 2-4 times a month for an hour seems to be worth it to the kids and wallet.

  • Mista Flahless

The kids and I had a little to much fun y'all could charge less for the socks though especially when you we have 17 people to pay for plus socks I mean come on but we did have fun …

  • Kyle Draper

Altitude is awesome! It’s big enough to not be cramped, but has smaller areas for little ones. It’s great for get togethers with your mom group abs birthday parties. I highly recommend it!

  • Quel Holland

The kids loved it. It was our first time here and we were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and made sure toto keep everything clean and sanitized. We will be returning soon.

  • Christy Castillo

My daughter and grandson really liked it! Some of the tables needed wiping down and could have used a little more cleaning but it's a great place for your kids to burn off some energy!

  • Kyle Schwanz

Great place, especially if you want to wear your kiddos out haha. You have to fill out a “updated” waiver almost every time you come which is kind of a pain, but def a fun place!!!

  • S Kendrick

Took My 2 Year Old Granddaughter For Her Birthday. We Had A Ton Of Fun. There Are Sections Specifically For different size jumpers and we felt safe and free to have fun in our area

  • Rick Cruz

I attended my granddaughter's birthday party. I had so much fun even though I didn't jump. I was worried the facility would be warm inside, but it was quite comfortable and clean.

  • Anne Rutkowski

We loved it. Had so much fun with my 4 year old grandson. Staff was friendly and the place was pretty clean. It did look like some of the trampolines could use a cleaning though.

  • Joshua DeCarlo

My kids love it here, the Groupon is always a hit when I see it. Staff is always super friendly, prices aren't horrid and if your good at jurassic park 1$ got me really far lol.

  • natalie hogan

We had an absolute blast! So much fun in one hour for my 12 year old and my two year old! I love that the prices are cheaper than other places. Also, they have a Groupon!

  • Dustin Mills

Half the stuff is broken and shut down. The staff is kids that hang out at the front together and not watch the kids. Kids got bored fast cause there was nothing to do.

  • Dawn R

My kids always enjoy coming here , it does seem like it’s always dirty when we visit but I usually see a bunch of kids working so I don’t expect it to be super clean

  • William A

Fun jump park. Kids love this place and the prices are reasonable. I recommend looking on Groupon or their site for specials they may be running before going.
