10/10 very excellent service from the whole team. Priscila took wonderful care of me, she is very friendly and tries to stay forthcoming with the patients. Dr. Abbass is an excellent Dr, the entire procedure was painless and he always tries to know how each of his patients feels. Rosa is very kind and tries to help you with your doubts about the whole process. Sam is very kind, has great charisma, treats you in the best possible way and above all has a lot of knowledge in his work, it has certainly been a great experience.

I loved the Desoto location but this one is lacking. I took my kids to get a ortho consult on June 20th and I am still waiting on the pricing. I was told it would be sent via email. Milicent Garibay sent me a email stating that she was waiting on insurance break downs. That was on July 5. Here we are 7/27 and still nothing. I called to talk to the manager and I was told by the receptionist that the manager sent her to see what I want?!? No ma'am I am not going to do a relay with you. Never mind, I'm off to MINT DENTISTRY.

Very un pleased with employees my brother had his appointment 4 months ago and no one sent out his Pre-authorization and when we took him to a different dental office the employees took it upon themselves to do a provider change WITHOUT any consent. Which is breaking HIPPA and the law. And when i spoke to Priscilla she lied saying someone gave her consent. please go to this office if you want this to happen to you as well.

My son has been going there since his teeth starting coming in. Front desk (Myrna and Jayna) were very helpful and friendly. Loved Mia. She was very helpful and comforting for my son. Talked to him like he was her buddy. Give her 5 stars. Dr. H was cool. He was friendly, professionally, and answered all of my concerns. Wonderful staff. Thanks guy!!

Registration was really easy to say I have 10 children!!! And let’s not mention that the Legacy Dental Team of mesquite scheduled all of my children on the same day and they worked on everybody… I appreciate your awesomeness and care for my family!!! What a lovely experience I had here! The staff is very nice and fast. Dr. Abbas is super nice and skilled. My wisdom tooth was half broken and Dr. Abbas extracted it quickly. It has been couple months now since the extraction and the recovery wad excellent as well. I highly recommend Legacy Dental in Mesquite and Dr. Abbas!
