We were regular customers at this establishment and were very happy with their work, until the last time we went there. Our rear view mirror fell off while they were cleaning the inside of our car (I was sitting outside since it was a nice day) and instead of telling me about it, they attempted to fix it by crazy glueing it back it on. Obviously it did not stick, since it is supposed to be mounted with a special silicone. We brought the car to Lebeau to fix, and we ended up having to purchase a brand new rain sensor since the car wash had ruined it by putting crazy glue on it. This cost us $576.00!!! When we went back to the car wash to talk to them about it, they completely denied it. The only people who ever perform any maintenance on the car is Audi, so we would like to know how this crazy glue misteriously appeared on our rain sensor, with traces of crazy glue that spilled onto our dash, and a piece of paper towel is now stuck to out rear view mirror which was not there before. Horrible customer experience!!

Brought my car for an interior shampoo on Friday and told them I’d leave them the car overnight and pick it up Saturday. I get a call the next day that my car is ready, I get to place only to find out they LOST THE KEY TO MY VEHICLE. His response was that they most likely misplaced it in a customer’s car and that I should wait for it to come back… luckily I had a spare key at home and told him to call me if the key ever comes back and we had reached an agreement incase it didn’t. Sunday I get a call that my key was back and he still wanted to charge me full price for the service and that key incident had nothing to do with the washing of my vehicle. They did great on the inside wash to be fair but the outside wasn’t good. Just beware if you ever consider leaving your car overnight.

Not worth the money spent at all. After I left and got home, I checked my car and it was not good at all- too many spots uncleaned indoor and outdoor , tire rim were cleaned with water only - not recommended at all - I put 2 star just because I didn’t have to wait- guess I know why now.

Today was my experience I paid 28dollars and they ask me for tips wish I give bit when I I check ✔️ inside was dirty nasty I ask the then they got mad the outside was very bad too. I do not recommend this place to no body mostly when they ask for tip for a bad job....never ever

They were rude and did a terrible job on the outside of the car and when I showed him all the dirty spots nicely and asked him to please clean it he yelled at me told me to go wait outside and not to come back. It was a horrible experience and I just wanted to get out of there.

They lost the rear mat on a brand new SUV. Mistakes happen, I assumed they put it someones else's car... However, the real problem was with the owner trying to tell me I didn't have a mat in the first place. Dishonest business, mediocre car wash and dirty facilities.

Best car wash I ever went to! The staff is friendly and very professional. My car was full of pet hair and they removed it all. It's like brand new now. They also did a great job compared to the other places I've been to. Excellent service!

They told me it would be 15$ to clean the salt off my front mats - in 2 small spots. When I got to the cash it was now 15$ per mat! 30$ plus the cost of the car wash was NOT worth it at all.
