I used to be a loyal fan of many years then it seemed that every time I went obvious things were not done and when it was pointed out it was made to seem as if they had done it but could not get it clean... Even though a quick wipe once pointed out seemed to solve it. After not coming here anymore for over 5 years I decided to try it again. Sadly, same song and dance. 3 places were still dirty, inside doors, car seat and change tray. He said I would need to have the full shampoo service which he tried to sell me on... I said just wipe it which he finally did after the sales pitch and it was magically cleaned with just the wipe of a cloth. The manager then came out and instead of apologizing or seeing what he could do to fix things he also did the sales pitch and was rude, not listening to the point that it is not pleasant to have to get into a big discussion to get it cleaned after spending 45 dollars for the service! Cleaning out the open coin tray apparently requires extra fees... Disappointing attitude and service

I have worked in the car rental industry for 25yrs, cleaned 1000's of vehicules and trained approx 100 employees so I know what a clean car is. For starters, I drive an Elantra and was charged $36+ tax which I later realized was the price for a full size car. I wouldn't have a problem paying if I got what I paid for but I didn't. The final result was disappointing. I had removed everything from the car but the owners manual to make it easier to clean and still the car was not cleaned properly. The trunk liner wasn't vacuumed or wiped down, rear cup holder wasn't done, gear shifter wasn't vacuumed, vanity mirror wasn't done, all windows had a swirling grey film from an over used rag, debris under driver seat and the armor on the tires once dried was blotchy. So was sprayed on but not wiped along the tires. Came home and spent about 30mins finishing up the job. Will go elsewhere in the future.

I wouldn’t even rate this place 1 star. I had showed up for a CAR WASH inside and out. As they started to wet my car, I proceeded to go pay 35$ as then a guy came in to tell me I would need an appointment as my car is too dirty. Too dirty? Isn’t this a cleaning service I asked, he said it’s too dirty and would need an appointment. Keep in mind, there was absolutely no cars being washed nor in back of me. I was the only one there as they REFUSED to clean my car. Clearly there was about 10- 15 guys that were just standing around clearly not wanting to work. This is not the first time I have been refused at Steve’s car wash. I thought to try again as I was refused this second time. I ended up taking my car elsewhere as they were cheaper and would never refused to not clean a car at a CAR WASH. I can’t believe a car wash cleaning service that refuses customers. Worst car wash place in the city.

Been going to Steve's Car Wash since 2000. Haven't gone in ages and decided to go this past Sunday because I had a soccer game nearby. Nothing has changed. Exceptional service, car completely cleaned, wax done very well, and no complaints. Price is excellent as well. Car was cleaned perfectly as it was back in the early 2000's. No idea there were so many cry babies in the feedback section. You get what you pay for. If you expect to pay the minimal price and want a complete overhaul of your car, you're living on another planet. Communication is key. Let them know exactly what you want to have done. Was greeted with a smile when I came up, and a smile when I left. Nothing to complain about. Steve's Car Wash is a gem in the West Island and will continue going there when I have a chance. Highly recommended and you'll get a quick quality car wash. A+

Quite disappointed. Read the explanatory sign for the hike in cost as of May 1, 2022 before entering but never expected to pay more to receive less. Had the exterior and interior of the car cleaned, paid extra for the trunk and also to have the tires ArmourAlled. Outside was clean but interior job left much to be desired as there was still dirt on the mats, lint on the upholstery and dirt on the trunk liner, all of which I easily removed myself once back home. In addition, the tires did not appear to have been ArmourAlled and in fact two still had dirt on them. The staff, on the other hand were polite and friendly but their work left much to be desired for the amount I was charged. There are others offering the same service and they will get my future business.

Went with a Tiguan, quite messy inside, 3 kids. Told the guys to pay attention to the inside, very dirty. A terrible job was done. The owner's response when i called, was that it was dirty and that was the best they could do for the price charged!!! Wow, how is this place still in business, to ignorant to tell me that they will need to charge more to do a good job. Mickey Mouse outfit. There are many other places around offering this kind of service. Go somewhere else. PS. The owner mentionned to go back and would look at it and do a good job, for more money of course. I took the car for my daughter who has 3 kids, not easy for her to go back by herself. Stay away, owner who doesn't care. I will be posting pictures, soon.

My car was horrible !!!!! After a winter with dogs and kids, my car was left without the new car smell, mud, dirt hair and other particulates that were unidentifiable. In fact I'm sure a dump smelt better. I don't know what happened this winter but IT WAS BAD!!!! I took my car in yesterday and a miracle was preformed by the staff!!! I can't believe what they were able to do!!! I actually have gone and looked at my car just to admire what a great job they did!!!!! Worth every penny, I can't believe they were able to clean it back to looking like new... and yes I have the new car smell back. I highly recommend them. Staff had smiles on their faces and were so sweet. Thank you Steve's car wash.

I wanted to give these guys a second chance after my previous disappointment, but yet again, they failed to impress me. I expect better attention to detail for 38$ Dashboard was left with 3” untouched streak of dust (just like the first time), media center was full of lines from their product, did not even touch the cup holders in the center - left out major coffee spots and dirt. I had to clean my car myself, after spending 38$ AND leaving 20$ tip for the guys to share. They always rush so much to pass as many cars as possible, I wouldn’t have minded paying a bit extra to have my interior cleaned properly… Not going back.

Paid $200 for a wash inside an out. I figured they would do a great job for that price. but I was disappointed to see there there was still visible dirt on the outside of the car. Also the inside wasnt cleaned very well, there was even dried coffee on the side of my cup holder. The coffee was in a area easy to see and came right off with a paper towel and water. My car gets a better clean at the automatic car wash, I'll know for next time to save my money. Its disappointing since this place has been around since I was a kid and had a great reputation as far back as I can remember.

Took my car to be properly washed and than they delivered it to me full of stains . After showing it to them , Ive been told that the tree stains require “detailing “ . I do not understand why I was not told about that while they were cleaning the car . I wouldn’t mind to have paid extra for that , but I didn’t like to have my car delivered like that to me . I find it highly unprofessional and I did not expect to receive such a low quality service after paying 42$ And after talking to the owner, I was not even offered a fix up for the mistake . UNPROFESSIONAL AND OVERPRICED

This place used to be one of the best but I find the quality has really gone downhill and for the prices they are now charging I don't feel that is acceptable. You get the impression that they are trying to get as many cars done in an hour as possible even if they sacrifice quality. You feel you are being rushed through like a conveyor belt and your job is just to pay and leave. There was still dirt on the windshield. There was dust still all over the dash too! They really need to up their game to where it used to be years ago. Very disappointed.

I really don’t have any complaints and don’t share the same views as a lot of the negative reviews I asked for exterior / interior / trunk / armor all on tires and it was 42$. Everyone was very nice , my car was pretty dirty and it was cleaned properly in about 20 mins. Is it perfect with everything single thing picked up and cleaned? No … but I also didn’t pay for that or expect that. You can see with the before and after the job that was done and you can decide if it’s worth your money. happy and will gladly go back.

I went to Steve’s a few days ago for an interior and exterior service that used to cost me around $32. This time it was $47 and change. I asked what was going on and was told that because the size of my vehicle this was the price. Well my vehicle hasn’t grown since the last time I was there. I was told they raised their prices a few times. I got home and had to continue with the cleaning process as there was a bunch of leaves and dirt all around the back hatch of my car. I will never go back.

Steve’s is great for a pretty good car wash inside & out. I say pretty good because I do find they miss spots here and there each time but overall it’s great. I just take some windex and a rag at home and fix it. It’s quick. Takes about 15-20 minutes. The waiting room is very comfortable. It’s about $34 plus tax for a car wash inside & out. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue. In some of the West Island flyers you can find coupons for Steve’s. It’s usually $2-$3 but it helps.

I came to have my car cleaned and took the interior/exterior option. I found they did a very sloppy job despite my calling out two specific things I wanted clean. When I got in my car it was obvious they hadn't cleaned some parts so I had to go ask the guy to come clean them. After driving off I noticed a bunch of other things weren't cleaned well and I went back for a second time to have them clean those parts. Overall, a very sloppy job and not worth the $35 price tag.

I come there every few weeks for an interior/exterior car wash, wax and armor all. I really like the service and the place is super clean! I put 4 stars because the employees often forget to clean some spots such as the front dashboard or the interior doors, sometimes seats as well. I pay around 40$ every time which is a bit pricey so I'm expecting the car to be perfectly clean. How ever I like the shine they give to my car afterall! Will definitely keep coming back!

I paid for an interior deep clean of my boyfriend's gross toyota corolla, I am absolutely thrilled at what a great job they did! The car was so filthy, I wasn't expecting for the original color to come back the way it did. Now, its so clean inside, it smells so fresh, i cant go back to the way it was before, i definitely wont wait as long before getting it cleaned again. I am beyond beyond happy, you can bet that I'll be referring people here in the future.

Steve's is a staple in the area. His prices seem higher than some others, but he is operating fully legal with tax added to the bill where competitors are cash deals and tax isn't discussed. 4 stars out of 5 as I do save money with others doing similar cleaning for less cash. (They say tax is included in cash payment?) Quality of cleaning is most times very good and if there is an issue, they will take care of it. I recommend them.

Cheap so I never expected a lot, I've been 3 times in total the first 2 times being winter and my car being mostly clean before going, they did a decent job and kind of what I expected for the price. I just went again after switching my summer wheels which had dry mud on them ( expected it to be gone just by being sprayed ) and it was extremely dirty still after, won't be going again if my wheels can't even be sprayed..

Paid $48 for interior/exterior & trunk wash and wax. Upon arrival, I explained I had never visted before. The exterior and mats were washed great. Unfortunately they completely missed the trunk and to wipe down the back seats. While I understand I have not paid for a detailed clean, a basic wipe down would have sufficed. I feel because I told them it it was my first time, they intentionally didn’t do a great job :(

I went to have my car wash inside out last week. I used to go every month or so and over the years prices went up substantially but the quality of the work is not what it used to be . The inside of my windshield and my dash were not done properly so was the back of the car . I know the owner read the comments , he can make changes to improve the quality of his services.

My second time going their and something always has to happen to me. First, spots on my trims (owner Steve does not remember talking to me and I was offered a free wash, but that is not my issue) and now my dashboard was completely changed. I like to see my speed when I am driving but it was a different dashboard. I guess a wrong button was pressed accidentally.

I went there this week for the first time, and it will be last time, I found it very expensive, I paid $40 for interior and exterior wash with "Wax", NO TRUNK, because it was another extra fee, after taking my car back home, I ended up washing and cleaning the many details left uncleaned and dusty. It was very disappointing after paying this amount.

Went for a wash here today. Interior and exterior, $24 tip not included and noticed on my way home that the inside and parts of the outside were not cleaned very thoroughly. Not asking to have my returned to factory condition, but still, take a look at the pictures. These were taken less than 5 minutes after the wash. Kinda disappointed.

One of the worst rustproofing jobs I have ever gotten... They got some on the brakes so stopping was terrifying for a day or two and when I got my car on a lift not long after to change the tires I could see that they did not take off any of the plastic undertray to spray under it. Would not recommend... Specially for the price

I brought my Tesla Model Y and I asked for a few extra services since I had a coupon but boy was I surprised when it was time to pay! $46?! For a basic car wash inside/outside it’s $37 plus taxes!? That’s $42! I get the same service and quality elsewhere for $20-25 max tax included. That’s half the cost. Never going back!

Went for a car wash inside out with wax and armor all. After washing inside of the car still dirty did not even removed the mats doors were full of dust center console still dirty. Looks like they never vacuumed and they did not even put armor all on the vehicle. Paid 35.00 for me was a very poor job will not go back.

I brought a 2017 car and picked up something that looked like a brand new car from a dealership. All salt and mud stains gone. It looks like if they replaced carpets with new ones. The entire interior looks brand new, same with the exterior. Their attention to detail is at another level. Definitely highly recommended.

Not that great... Was better before. Staff is friendly but they did a bad job with aquapel. They had not dried the windshield well and applied it over a streak mark which should have been wiped beforehand. Now that streak is always visible. I am not going there again. Disappointed.

I've been getting my car's cleaned here for year but just got my car detailed. My 7 year old Audi looks brand-new. Amazing services and a great price I can't recommend Steve's enough. They even cleaned the interior which wasn't even asked for. Amazing team and at a great price!

This place is a hidden gem. I hate going to carwashes but I was pleasantly surprised. You drop off your keys, step inside into the bistro to pay and relax on the couch with a coffee. Once done they bring you your clean car. My car was CLEAN.

I like to wash my car here, I prefer to pay a-bit more than automatic carwash which is about 15$ just for outside and have such good service. you can’t have a very detailed cleaning, it is a 30$ wash , but for this price is one of the bests.

I have been going to this car wash for the past 7 years and I am always more than happy when I drive out with a fresh car wash! They pay attention to details and the owner Steve always makes sure to keep everyone happy.

I paid nearly 50$ and the car wasn't clean. Very disappointed. I used to go before but the service was good now no way I am returning back..I hope they will improve the service for the amount of money they charge.

Brought my Lincoln in for a in and out carwash. There was a very small amount of vomit and they refused it. The outside job was garbage. Never again... Better off bringing the car to a drive through .

Not recommended if you drive manual transmission vehicle as the staff are not allowed to drive the. I the client Had to keep moving forward the car getting in and out.

Great place for a nice clean wash. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is cause they missed a couple of spots in the back of the car. Otherwise car is very clean!

Pretty impressed with the service. The staff is competent and efficient. The lounge area is kept clean. Prices are reasonable. Overall an above par experience.

So here’s a new one. If you drive a manual stick shift car, you have to stay with the car and move it along the line for them. Car is pretty clean though.
