Knight Locksmiths are quick to respond to queries and will happily accommodate your schedule. Sarah was prompt in arranging everything for us administrative wise, and Tom was friendly and highly efficient and professional in servicing our locks on the day. He went to our place within a day's notice and had 5 old locks changed in 1hr+ (including an entire doorknob). He worked over his usual hours, went the extra mile to grease our locks to ensure they're in a serviceable condition despite its age, and even explained how to use an antique deadlock that came with the home previously. He made us feel more secure knowing our new home was previously fitted with security screens without us realizing. All our locks were able to be keyed the same to save trouble from handling duplicate keys. The entire experience was impeccable and their rates are affordable, highly recommended!

Following an issue with our front door Knight Locksmiths responded quickly to come and assess and try and rectify the problem. The locksmith concerned was not able to fix the problem and reassembled the lock to the best of his ability. Knight offered to send out a more experienced person to further explore the repair options at no extra cost. A the lock was under warranty Gainsborough instructed us not to have the second visit and subsequently repaired the lock for us with a small account to follow. In negotiation with Knight Locksmiths we agreed to go half in the initial cost and as a result received a 50% refund which shows integrity.

The team at Knight Locksmiths were great with getting our home updated and prepared for sale. Office staff were friendly and helpful, the locksmiths were on time, worked efficiently, left the areas tidy and the price suited our budget. We have since had them out to our new property to tidy up some lose ends and again were great to deal with.

Did a really good job installing a smart lock on my door for a reasonable price. There was a small issue that occurred during installation but the team went above and beyond to resolve it for me, which I think is highly commendable! Definitely recommend them if you need a locksmith, and they will be my first choice in the future for sure.

Could not be better, have worked in the automotive industry for a few years but called some locksmiths about my personal car, it was outrageous some of the quotes I got up to $380.
