I booked an appointment for 8.30am Friday and the person did not turn up. When I rang I was advised they were on another job. They still hadn't turned up by 11am so I decided to cancel and go elsewhere. They didn't even have the courtesy to communicate that they had booked another job in my time slot. I thought when you make a time with a customer first thing in the morning, you keep to it. Just of interest their fees were $105 call out fee, plus $50 per every lock they change. I do not recommend them. Just a side comment: They seem to be using another companies web search, because I intended originally to use Modbury Locksmiths but for some reason the link diverted to them? Not sure whats going on there??

Needed replacement keys, (of course), so called here for first time. Talk about being impressed. Robert was the one who attended to my request, then did so smartly and to my satisfaction. Explained certain things regarding the 'new' keys, which I found absolutely correct. I would have no hesitation in recommending this business at Prospect to whomever would like to be treated in such a positive and sincere manner. Thank you for the assistance. Fig us innate last minute for multiple locks to be fitted in a business. The worker they sent out was an absolute legend and a pleasure to deal with unlike 2 other lock smith companies this week. He was very honest and forthcoming and their rates are extremely competitive! Would recommend in the future whether you have one normal lock or 8 digital locks to be fitted! searched all over Adelaide for FOB issue. Every excuse "can't be done", "maybe", "you need a new one - $300'. Found these guys by sheer chance. "Yep, no worries. Had a problem with the handle and lock on my security door. They said someone would be here within an hour, and Ben arrived well within that time. Handle replaced promptly, also fitted a new closer as old one not working well. Ben was very pleasant and easy to deal with, and I'm happy with the job. Would be happy to use them again.

Despite a small hiccup with the booking being made for the wrong day, Julie was so quick to rectify the problem and was happy to still come do the job with very little notice, as soon as she realised what had happened. Very happy with the customer service.

Really, really good locksmiths! And great value as well. They did something for $50 that all the other locksmiths said would be "at least $180-$250 mate". I'm never going anywhere else again. You can trust these guys to do a good job at the right price.

Called when car locked down with 18mth child, dog and keys inside. Apparently key battery went flat and that's what this vehicle does! Came within 20 minutes and was genuinely concerned about situation. Opened door within 2 minutes, no damage.
