This place goes above and beyond! I live out of state. Through a mixup, flowers I had ordered at another place for a funeral service was over 3 hours away from the actual service location. In a panic, I searched and found Joyce Florist of Dallas on the internet and made a desperate call for new flowers. The desperation came because there were 20 minutes left before the service was to start - Yikes! Not only did they calm me down, assure me they could help because they were close to the service location, they filled my order and raced it over in time for the service. As if that wasn’t impressive enough, they called me back to let me know the flowers made it on time (whew). The driver, Mr. C, went even further: he delivered the flowers and stepped in to help with carrying the casket when it was needed. I cried with gratitude when they told me what they had done on such sort notice (20 minutes people!) and that they showed so much care and compassion for me and my family members. The folks at Joyce Florist of Dallas are the very best sort of people and deserve to be the first choice for quality flowers and service in the Dallas area!!

I ordered a military floral arrangement for a loved one. I specified that it was for a military service and only one arrangement was allowed so it had to be beautiful. What showed up at the service was nothing less than horrible. The roses were all dead when it arrived, it was not on an easel and it looked absolutely NOTHING like what was pictured on their website. It was supposed to be a red, white, and blue military spray but instead was full of coral flowers. I over heard people commenting on how horrible the flowers were. I was so embarrassed! I called the florist after the service to demand reimbursement and all they would tell me was that I needed to speak to the owner and she was out. I continued to call every few days and was given the same answer...the owner was out and would be back the following day and would return my call. The service was 3 months ago and I have yet to hear back from the owner. Not even an apology for the flowers much less reimbursement! Please do not use this florist!!

When we walked in, the place was rather empty and a lady was working on something and said she’d be right with us. Right off the bat she seemed annoyed and not wanting to deal with my grandmother and I by asking questions rapidly, sighing, and not wanting to explain the questions. She was then rude throughout the whole experience and treated us like we were bothering her or she wanted to get back to her other duties. This was our first time here and she was not patient with my grandmother at all. It’s disgusting and not a good look for y’all. everyone should go to another florist with more patience and one who has staff that respects elders.

My wife just received a small Christmas-shaped arrangement from a beloved friend that is of poor quality. The tiny green container will not hold water, it doesn't sit evenly on the counter, the bows (cheap fabric & poorly tied) look like they were made by a kindergartener, sparse decorations (3 red balls). Branches of greenery just stuck in the arrangement - no shape (2 actually placed in backwards showing the under side of the leaves). And, already shedding leaves. This should have had more decorations & a decent container. I hope this did not cost over $25.00. The roses were of good quality (only positive).

Please stay away from this florist! I paid for a beautiful bouquet for my wedding day and when I got to the church it was a completely different shaped bouquet! I was devastated but at that point what can you do? The wedding must go on. After the wedding I cried and just thought about the time I took to pick it out was a waste and the thought to have my dream bouquet was shattered the minute I saw it was not what I had chosen. Please do not deposit your trust in this florist (I talked to Lisa) as I did before my special day :'(

I do not recommend this place. My Bf had ordered flowers from another state so i can get them here in dallas. When i sent him the photo of the flowers he said they weren't the flowers he got then he sent me a photo and accidently showed the price. 70$ . I called the place and indeed they had sent the wrong ones. The Following day not only did they take back the other flowers but the flowers were nothing like the photo online, was not worth the 70$ he had paid. They look like there 40-50$. i am not pleased with this place.

I went to order flowers for our upcoming wedding and was told rather rudely I had to be the one to pick them up. After I explained I was the bride and would not be able to due to the timing of the pickup , the employee said there was no way around that policy even if I called ahead to let her know who was picking them up. I cancelled my order with them and went with a florist who is more flexible especially for folks needing flexibility and kindness. I would not recommend Joyce Florist.

I order a deluxe bouquet with balloons to be delivered to my sister for her birthday and the only cute thing about the order was the balloons the flowers were beat up and online it listed 4 flowers, pink spray roses, white lilies,pink wax flowers, and white Monte casino and they placed white dead lilies ,sprayed painted pink carnations and baby boomers.. called the shop and owner wasn't in I called the next And she redelivered new flowers that looked awesome. Ordered 2 Flower arrangements. One was exactly what was online. The other resembled the online example but the cubed vase was substituted without any notice. Which is why I selected that arrangement. The lady I talked to about it was nice but offered no solution. She then dismissed it by saying they had a disclaimer at the check out the stated they can change the vase or flowers as needed . So I would say if you want it a certain way go in person or use another florist.

My sister got me an assortment for my birthday. I don't know how much she paid, but... I loved the surprise. I don't like pink, so she said they swapped out the ribbon for her on the basket. The gentleman who delivered was really nice and had a sense of humor. The flowers were beautiful when delivered and still look good 4 days later, so no complaints. Smell good to. The bear is really soft. Shared the candy with my coworkers... They loved that basket.

Everything is very good, just be careful with the schedule, if they rent you until 11, they stop the party at 10:30, depending on why they have to clean, check your contacts well. I think it's not fair. todo muy bien solo cuidado con el horario si te rentan asta las 11 te paran la fiesta alas 10:30 segun por que tienen que limpiar revicen bien sus contato creo que no es justo.

In May 2017 My husband Passed Away. I Contacted Joyce Florist And Ordered Two Wreaths For The Front Door. As A Wife I Was Grieving Very Hard. After They Found Out It Was For My Deceased Husband They Upgraded My Order To ROSES Without A Additional Charge I Was Blown Away. The Roses Were BEAUTIFUL. I Use Joyce Occasionally But They Are Now My Most Recommended Florist!

my best friend order me tulips and they handed out sending whatever flowers should be more profesional and say they don’t have tulips but should give options to the customer plus not fresh small little roses dying and the arrangement is sideways not fix professionally i won’t recommend but i do i appreciate my best friend for think about me

My husband bought me some beautiful flowers for my birthday on 11/23 and I was really sad they they were dead 3 days later !! He also made plans with the florist to make them special but they did not have it done when he picked up! This was his first time buying flowers from there hope he does not get discouraged to buy from there again!

If you would like a fully bloomed, dried out, old arrangement for a birthday that resembles a funeral arrangement this is your place! Of course I contacted them thinking this was a mistake however, I spoke with Joyce herself and O what an attitude displayed. Not recommended, if I could rate a zero I would.

I went here a couple days ago, they made me this beautiful bouquet. I've got to say they were the best flowers I've ever bought!! They also have great customer service, they helped me pick out what flowers I wanted in the bouquet. I will definitely go back and get some more flowers!!!

Dead flowers on Valentine’s Day… Used half a lily as a front center flower… later realized it was just dead and the petals had fallen into the arrangement. Absolute let down and total waste of money… quality over quantity would’ve been a good motto to use…

Well they did 1 thing right and that was delivering the flowers. I also bought a bear and a valentine's card for them to deliver and the driver forgot to deliver those 2 items which I was charged 20 dollars extra to deliver the bear and the card.
