Fabulous local park with great facilities especially nature lovers' picnic or barbecue. Good area for a get together or a walk. Sometimes people are walking their dogs. Lovely view of the river and surrounds. Late in the day the Sulphur crested cockatoos arrive in their numbers followed by the flying foxes! So it can be noisy. A true Aussie and local experience to be enjoyed! A great playground for the kids with soft landings. Huge eucalyptus trees and fresh rolling grass. Four electric barbecues with undercover tables . Nearby boat ramp so there is often folk fishing, skiing, boating , jet skiing etc that adds to the life of the area. Toilet block on site. Must clean up after yourselves. One bin nearby. Plenty of free parking.

Nice and quite good place for the whole family. There is a playground close by and a dog park. Big green areas to play in as well. Toilets are close by to. Bbq areas as well. Good place to relax and watch the boats go by and some wildlife. Plenty of parking space during the week day. Highly recommend going to have a look .

Lovely park, it is on the water as the name suggests. There is a boat ramp, sizeable children's playground, bbqs, undercover picnic tables. Only two toilets (they were clean). The tables are nicely spaced, there is plenty of area for larger groups, as well as flat ground for ball sports. It is a bit hilly, but it has flat ground conveniently around the tables. Would waterfront again.

Lovely family park. Amazing views of the river, especially at sunset. Good playground for kids. Loads of tables and quite a few BBQs to use. Table tennis also available. Exercise equipment and toilets. Loads of grassy area to run and play. The place comes alive one weekends with coffee van in the morning and food/dessert trucks in the arvos.

Wonderful park with excellent playground, outdoor gym, barbecues, toilets, water bubblers, dog park and boat ramp. Also check out Licketysplit Cafe van that's there every day. Coffee and sorbet are delicious!

A quiet park with more amenities than you expect: a kid's playground, public toilet, bbq's, dog park, the boat ramp, exercise equipment. Well maintained and beautiful next to the river.

Beautiful peaceful spot to watch the Brisbane River. Table tennis setup in the kids playground is an absolute winner... nice one BCC.

Nice location for family members to enjoy open Park land next to the river. A food van is often on site on the weekend.

Lovely part of the river to take a small boat or jetski out. Watch out for the currents at change of tides though!

Great local boat ramp but be aware that the pontoon is unavailable because of the floods and still waiting repair.

absolutely hate it dogs barking for hours kids playing ball on pathway. no consideration for residents!!!!

A regular for me and my kids - particularly good on a weekend afternoon when the food trucks are there.
