Service was great, highly recommend, they worked to get the car back to me before the long weekend. Mal was really focussed, professional and attentive, knew what was going on with my car at all times and note-they are a helpful RESPECTFUL team, competitive pricing (I made calls for comparative quotes, they are good). I ended up making the big trek, especially to see these Toyota guys, after around 4K already spent, numerous mechanic visits, weeks of loan cars and no freaking answers to some major engine problems. My new Google degree in diesel engines and researching every theory thrown at me like, blown turbos, pistons rings, head gaskets, incorrectly fitted injectors, understanding your mainfold (yes you can ask me about diesel engines and i'll make stuff up:) and the possibility of having to take out another morgage rattling in my head. I arrived with my detailed list, attended to straight away, I asked if they could check the doo dad, what about the thingem me bob, there is grease on this thing, is that leaking, please check this and could it be the big grey thing under the bonnet, well not quite this bad but nearly .. It was evident Mal actually did listen and write it all down and investigated every point I had raised, when he contacted me addressing every concern I had made. I was a bit surprised actually. At no point did they make me feel disrespected coz i do ask alot of questions and at all times I felt full focus on my concerns and listened to. Thank you. Then to top it all off, due to all my new banking safety protocols etc, when I wentto pay, I just couldnt make it work, my own bank was rejecting me, I felt like real dill. So its their peak hour, car pick time just before long weekend knockoff and I'm on way to being that customer we have all experienced, the wanna be, internet educated mechanic, waving my list, determined for answers, repeatedly checking warranties and now I cant freaking pay. OMG..... They still made time for me. Young tech savvy guy, i think it was Kane, jumped up happily and sorts last steps and emails himself the receipt from my banking app, he got that sorted. Little legend! I can say confidently, with my new google diesel qualifications, geez these guys must know what they are doing with Toyotas and I have pages of print outs and diagnosis that they actually spent time investigating the issues. For me relief, no more plumes of black and blue smoke, strange noises, spluttering and surging down the highway, waiting for something to blow up and whether I'll get home tonight. The car is certainly running significantly smoother, fuel consumption has decreased and stabalised, she sounds like a serious grunty diesel now ;) and certainly moves and responds more assertively. Thanks Team Jarvis Tonsley and hope you all had a happy happy easter.

Don't Get Ripped-Off by the Big Brand!! JARVIS TOYOTA! I was to rate 5-star customer service until I got my work report upon completion of the repair work. The recent service with Jarvis Toyota in Clovelly Park has been an absolute nightmare! They worked on my 2007 Toyota HiAce (petrol) commuter. After a fuse block replacement (BLOCK ASSY FUSIBLE) cost $85.80, they charged me $1231.47 for labor, including diagnostics [I was told $192 as diagnostic fees]—this is ridiculous! Prior to the repair work, I discussed it with the service center; they told me the all-up price, and I thought maybe the part or parts would cost a few hundred $$$. What is the rocket science technology there to charge over $1K to replace a fuse block? Please correct me in reply if I am wrong. I just went there for trusted service!! Re: Thanks Toyota for emailing me with your all justifications. Anyway, I am not convinced and I know it doesn't matter to you. I can't map the cost of labour!! Over a thousand bucks for replacement of a fuse block. GOOD LUCK!! I spoke to a few mechanics later they charge $200-$500 for this job. It was me made the decision to go to your place. Your excellency!!

Score 10 Reason : Staff Were Friendly and/or Helpful Comments : This is my first experience with Jarvis. I recently purchased my 2020 200 Land cruiser privately and it was due for its 1 year 20,000 km service. It had been purchased from Jarvis Closely Park. The warranty was still in the original owners name and I wanted to get that updated to my name. I anticipated that this service would cost between $400 to $800 but I wanted to have the first service done to ensure to continuity of the warranty. After my great experience yesterday I will continue to use Jarvis. The staff were friendly and informative. They explained everything in great detail and there were NO nasty surprises. The total service cost with a wheel alignment came in under $400 and I was delighted. I will definitely be back for the 30,000 km service.

From the moment I made contact with Jarvis Toyota Clovelly Park, I was impressed with the service. I was treated as a person, not just a woman, but with 100% respect. I had chosen a car from online, drove to Adelaide to see it and loved it. However, after consulting with my friend, I chose a different one. Again the customer service was the best. I am now the proud owner of a RAV4 GXL The detailing of the car is amazing. I also noted this on the other cars I looked at in the yard. I have to personally note here that Neville Waldron gave me superb customer service. As a past customer service representative, I gave good service and I therefore expect good service myself, and this I received from Neville. Well done to others I spoke with at times as well. Having purchased our last vehicle from Jarvis over 8 years ago and having it regularly serviced throughout its warranty period and beyond; when it came to getting my sons first car we again chose Jarvis. When it was due for its first service, although being a Holden we chose to again return to Clovelly Park Jarvis for its first service. Kendall dealt with us from beginning to end. He provided great service and updates from drop off to pick up, even a day later when we developed a problem not identified prior to the service. Kendall personally replied to an e-mail ensuring me that a note had been made on the cars service file to hopefully address the issue on it next service. Just to add we drove 800 kms from Ceduna knowing our car would be looked after by Jarvis Clovelly park.

John, Gregory and Monique were all amazing and delivered a high level of customer care and professionalism over the entire process. We received outstanding service from our Sales Consultant Neville Waldron. He was always very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and communicated well throughout the whole process of purchasing our new car. Our Customer Relations Manager Monique Berger was friendly and went above and beyond. She provided a comprehensive explanation regarding Dash Cam and helpful advice with cleaning and car maintenance. Took my Landcruiser in for a service today at there new location on Brighton road. I was met with the same friendly staff members as last location. Everything was explained to me in a professional manner. The quote given was more than satisfactory and the amount paid upon pick up was as quoted. They did a few small jobs to my car for free as I purchased my car from these guys. Very nice to also get my car back cleaned. Highly recommend Jarvis Toyota to any one wanting a new car or getting you vehicle serviced.

Buying a new car is a major investment. This is our 2nd Landcruiser in 25 years but we are still hanging on to the 100 series. The Jarvis Toyota team were brilliant starting with our order almost 12 months ago, keeping us in the loop when it was scheduled for production and then delivery. Staff were very knowledgeable and were always upfront and honest. Some great ideas for fitting accessories. Picked it up on Saturday and wow, love the car. Jarvis Toyota- removes a 100+ year old gum tree on Brighton Rd so that they can sell more cars. This was done in spite of a rejection by the City of Holdfast Bay council of their application, so they took it to the ERD court to object. Lucky they are selling so many hybrid cars... praps walk the talk Toyota and work to maintain our precious urban environment instead of recklessly destroying it.

So disappointing to see the beautiful river red gum removed to be replaced by a car dealership & sanctioned by our Government. The fact it was done on one of the hottest days this year is disgusting, how many animals/birds were killed I wonder. Shame!
