Terrible Customer Service. I purchased a brand-new Toyota C-HR from CMI Toyota Adelaide in January this year. At the same day, the staff from CMI Toyota Adelaide, transferred my custom number plate from my old vehicle to my new C-HR. However, the transfer of vehicle registration has not been satisfactory because my rego did not transfer to my C-HR properly, which resulted in the cancellation of my rego from my C-HR by Service SA and SA police systems. After 7 months from date of purchase, I was pulled over by the police because the rego of my C-HR had been cancelled. I called CMI Toyota Adelaide at the same day and talked with the manager Shaun Baily. He was not friendly and helpful for the whole conservation. I asked for an assistance and requested him to solve this rego issue. He refused to provide any help or assistance at all and he told me to deal with SA police by myself. Also, he hung up on my phone call while I was still talking, which I found extraordinarily rude. After following up with SA police and Service SA in my valuable spare time, Service SA believes that during the transfer of vehicle registration, the team member from CMI Toyota Adelaide did not transfer to my C-HR properly, which resulted in the cancellation of my rego from my C-HR by Service SA and SA police systems. As the team member from CMI Toyota refused to provide any help or assistance at all, I was forced to fix the mistake created by CMI Toyota Adelaide myself. Also, I made a complaint to guest experience manager Enzo Vin. He did not handle my complaint in a smooth and professional manner. He kept trying to blame Service SA and SA police for having a problem within their system without evidence based. Also, I replied to his email last Sunday (one week ago), for which he did not respond. I am still waiting an explanation and apology regarding this disrespectful customer service experience from CMI Toyota Adelaide. After the disrespectful customer service experience from CMI Toyota Adelaide over the past few weeks, I hesitate to purchase my next vehicle and use the vehicle servicing provided from CMI Toyota Adelaide in the future.

Update on 13/3/23 So, after the whole incident, Michael from Toyota CMI West Terrace reached out to me and he was great - quick, respectful and really helpful. I went by the other day and they took care of the missing service for the revision of my car according to its age without charging me anything extra. If you're ever in a bind with your car service there, definitely hit up Michael - he'll sort you out no problem! ---- I'm very dissatisfied with the service I received today on the Toyota CMI west terrace. I recently bought a 2013 Toyota car with approximately 110,000 km on it, and I booked a service through the company's website. A day later, someone from Toyota contacted me to confirm the car's registration and mileage. At the end of the service, no signature or stamp was given to me in my service book, and when I asked about it, I was informed that my car had already undergone its 110,000 km service before, when it only had 80,000 km on it, because the manual states that the service should be done at "66 months or 110k km whichever happens first". Therefore, this time, the service they should have provide was for 108 months (180,000 km), which was different from what was actually performed, and so it could not include the stamp and signature. Instead, the attendant recorded the service in my booklet as an additional service without my consent, which upset me greatly. I never requested the 110,000 km service for my car, but rather the service required based on the age or km of the vehicle, as stated in the manual, whichever comes first. When I questioned this, the attendant's explanation was mostly racist, as they blamed the issue on my poor communication. I expected that they would have checked the age of the car by registration or in the service booklet to determine the next service required for the vehicle and then performed it accordingly, based on the age of the vehicle rather than the km in this case. Additionally, I expected not to be discriminated against or have decisions made without my consent. I truly expect for the company to contact me to resolve this issue.

Bought and serviced my used Camry with CMI every 10,000kms. Bought the car with 60,000kms I had been reporting an issue with the engine stalling and making noises for the past 4-5 services, this was diagnosed as engine mount issues. I replaced the faulty engine mount myself and returned for the next service with the issue re-occuring. They did not notice I replaced the faulty mount, and I was recommended to replace all the engine mounts thereafter. Cornes ended up doing this work for me due to WFH/covid, but the issue was still there when I picked up the vehicle. When I spoke to Cornes, they were not sure why I was recommended to replace the mounts and recommended to speak to CMI. Spoke to CMI - who immediately said they would do nothing, as I had the work carried out by Cornes. (never mind it was their advice) and I was put through to the Service Manager (Ben), who offered to diagnose the fault for free. I booked in the car and returned in 2 weeks. I went to pick up the car that afternoon, my service advisor, Marc advised that they didn't know what the root issue was, but my engine has been burning oil, the engine is full of burnt oil gunk and there was only 1.5 litres of oil in the car, and I should 'unoffically' get rid of the car, or buy a second hand engine (my car is at 140,000kms, bought at 60,000 from CMI). I can return the car in 1000km's where they will tell me how much oil I burned. When I asked why this wasn't checked at the last 4 services, I was advised they don't check the oil - they just fill it up. (Service Manual says 'Check oil') I was then asked to pay a $211 for 2 hours labour. When I advised that this was meant to be free, Marc became irate and told me, he told me that morning there would be labour. He did not. He went and spoke to Ben, who then advised Mark that it was meant to be free - if I had booked the car in to be fixed after it was diagnosed. Ben never mentioned this either. I have left a message for Ben to call me back, Still to respond, at the start of September. .

Having 2 Toyotas and having to deal with CMI service department 4 times a year is a test of character and patience. I have a Kluger which made a clunking noise while opening the door, the “fix” was to replace the driver side mirror. A quick google search shows that it’s an extremely common problem, I bought the car in for a service in December and it was diagnosed correctly. I got told it’s about a month to get the part in. 5 weeks later I call for an update and get told they are waiting me to okay the work and they can get the part from Melbourne which arrived 2 days later (the car is under warranty so cost me nothing, I wouldn’t be happy if I paid $700 or so to replace a perfectly good mirror) I also have a Corolla which had the HVAC unit replaced, this involved having the dash pulled out and put back together. That works fine now but a month later the dash develops a vibration, this was bought up on the latest service and was fixed. My car is under a factory warranty and I was charged $55 for labour. I questioned the charge was told it’s “because we spent a lot of time on it”. Negating the fact that the rattle was almost certainly caused by the slap dash nature of the technicians rushing to complete the job ASAP (I assume they are pushed hard to complete work ASAP without any thought given to quality control) a factory warranty covers these things in full. If CMI spent 7 weeks on it I shouldn’t be charged a cent. How many customers have you rinsed with that little tactic? Scary to think. The cherry on top is after you have paid your money you get to wait 25 minutes each time to have someone bring your car down from upstairs which I assume is a ploy to get you to wander around the car sales area.

I have been customer for CMI Toyota for nearly 8~9 years and finally I am leaving my review. I didn't leave my review when Elena said it was my fault for not telling her properly for my broken passenger side window (She only replaced it to regular window without tinting when the whole car had tinting around, obviously my fault when i requested for same window screen as all other windows) However today I am going to leave my review, I had my car serviced noticed it wasn't cleaned inside or outside the car so asked them if it is not part of the regular KM serviced then service team from Bruno Called me without any apologies or anything he said if I had time come and get it washed if I want to. such a nice way to talk to a customer who didn't get the service they should've gotten. Guys look at all the other 1 star reviews and the way they replied back they don't really care or try to resolve the problem. All they are trying to do is pretending to care and because its an online they write down replies when we all can vividly see nothing has resolved. Those guys do not understand that sometimes a simple sincere apologize can solve most of the problems instead making excuses and try to cover up their mistakes. what a pity that I still had to come back to for toyota service so I can resell my car with their certificates on. Maybe they know about that so they think they can treat their customers badly. my 8 years of experience at this centre just talk to Alex or Ashleigh they are probably the only ones who actually take care of their customers. Had a absolutely horrible experience with the used car section of CMI Toyota Adelaide. My partner had her heart set on a beautiful corolla that was advertised for sale. I called in the morning and spoke to Rob to arrange a time to come see the car and it was agreed that we would be there at 4pm. My partner and I both arranged to take time off work so that we could organise the finance needed and to also make the appointment on time. when we arrived we noticed the corolla was out the front and ready for us to have a look. what happened next shocked us dearly. another couple that literally just walked off the street jumped in the car with a salesman and took off. We proceeded to walk inside to see what was going on and met up with Rob who apologised for the mishap and that the car would be back in 20 minutes for us to look at. half an hour goes by and we are made to wait in the waiting room whilst Rob attends to another client...….. fed up with waiting we decided to leave. I called Rob later in the afternoon to see what was happening with the car. He apologised once again and told us that he would call back in half an hour to inform us of the situation. we never received a phone call back. And the car we fell in love with and where excited over was sold to the couple off the street. we understand that the rule is first in best dressed. However we expected an appointment time to be honoured. And where EXTREMELY disappointed and expected better from Adelaide's supposed number 1 Toyota dealership. all together a very un-professional, disappointing, and all around horrible experience.

UPDATE: So; subsequent to my review and as per their reply, CMI have contacted us and apologised for the whole business and have offered to pay for our next service, even if it's not done through them. While it doesn't take away from the very serious questions it all raised about the consistency of their workmanship, it does illustrate that they do value good customer service and are willing to take ownership of a mistake when it happens, even if perhaps a bit late. ORIGINAL REVIEW: An extraordinarily bad effort all round. My wife's car has been serviced here since new. At the last service they managed to shear off a bolt which should never be machine tightened. In attempting to fix it and remove the broken bolt, they made it worse and damaged the surrounds of the bolt hole. When they returned my wife's car to her, they had not taken it for a road test. This was most evident when she attempted to drive off the site and the first cylinder wasn't firing. They had not reconnected spark lead 1 (the site of the destroyed bolt). We took the car back for them to remedy the situation and were told they had double checked the car to make sure everything was perfect. When I cleared their driveway, I found that the engine light was on. Apparently double checking doesn't include using their diagnostic tool. Utterly appalled at the terrible workmanship and incompetence at this site.

I've had to muster up the courage to write this. My husband had been in contact with Simon Sheffield regarding a Toyota Corolla 2017 from Wed/Thurs last week. After many emails over 2 working days and conversations, Simon had sent us an invoice and deal to ship the car from Adelaide to Sydney which takes 12 days. We pay the $1000 deposit on Monday morning and call Simon, only to be told the car had sold 2 hrs prior. Absolutely no communication regarding the sale and I have deposited $1000 which is money taken from looking after my family. My husband sent his bank details to refund the $1000 back and still have not received our money. Absolutely shocking service and quite upsetting, no regards or a heads up regarding the sale. Emails and phone conversations were flowing so don't understand why. Spoke to the Manager of used cars and was not sympathetic to our situation at all and said "oh that's already sold mate this morning." We've been told the refund has been passed to the admin team to be processed. Shocker experience especially because we have just moved from NZ and slowly trying our best to get our first car for our young family. Fingers crossed we get our refund as we really need it to deposit for another and dont have any money coming in for 2 weeks. Dissapointed and frustrated.

Bought a Camry recently and went to CMI Toyota Adelaide on west terrace. It was good initial service as I was attended promptly and looked after well. For the problem I visited, technician informed that’s pretty normal for the model. After that The consulting person asked me about the service and I informed that I just bought the car and haven’t book with anyone. Than he told me that I have a capped services left on my car for $120 as my car is still under warranty and newish One. At that time I still had 4000 kms to go before service. I called them couple of days ago as it’s time for service and the service lady informed me that I will have to pay more than $400 for the service to which I mentioned the conversation I had with her colleague. After keeping me on hold she went to check and said that the staff member didn’t check properly and she apologised for that and said she will give me 10% to compensate and also give me some loyalty program under which I will have a free service in future. But I will have to pay approximately 4 times for service against the price they gave me during visit. That’s seriously not good as it seems a marketing strategy to attract customers and later tell them to pay more and offer more things to get them. wont recommend to anyone on higher note

Booked for servicing after 6 months for the brand new Fortuner. 2 weeks ago I was asking to the LOAN CAR to pick up drop off 2 boys( no worries we are organised for you ) Went today for servicing and end up they've booked me a LOAN VAN Disgusting, without seat for the baby chairs. Could not go anywhere have to wait until finished car service. Wasted for my extra day off. Came there to pick up the car everything good but get in side the car no vacuum. They told me they are not clean in side.This is not a first new car in my life I’m still doing my subi service at Jarvis for 7 years always happy Appreciated to the CMI Toyota to gave me experience to diver the DELIVERY VAN as the loan car. I need the car (ANY CAR) to pickup drop off my son not for DELIVERY Lean from the mistake not do the same mistake (5 months ago Useless to deal with, booked for servicing ages ago to get LOAN CAR. Went today for servicing and end up they've booked me a LOAN VAN. Disgusting service no apologies and wasted our time. Thanks for taking the time to review our dealership and we're terribly disappointed to learn of your 1-star rating.)

Very dishonest dealer!!! Beware!!!! Mate ordered a car from them under his name and now we've decided to transfers the contact into our company name or my name. They did not allows it! Their excuse was Toyota Australia policy that they cannot change the name. Once I called toyota australia, now they are saying it is CMI toyota policy! In fact, they just want to sell it for more once we cancel the order! Very greedy! I've bought two cars from this dealer within 12 months and have cars order inline from them and now I can cancelling all order and won't be dealing with this dealer again! Also the finance guy Kenny, Stop giving people financial advices! When people wants to pay cash, he will push for finance by saying to put money in to house instead lol!! Overall, I am very disappointed by the team at CMI, Michael and Matthew!! Won't be back again! You've lost a great deal today. You lost my 6 monthly services from all my cars! You chose to make a quick thousand dollars for selling a canceled contact but failed to keep your loyal returning customer!

I would like to thank CMI Toyota Adelaide & Especially Angelo Ketses for his Exceptional customer service . For three weeks I had been out looking for a new car & with my husband away working this was a very nervous & daunting time & I had some not so good experiences at other car dealerships in adelaide with sales people not listening to my request, being pushie & making me feel very uncomfortable. Then a saw a mazda I liked after test driving it with Angelo we established it was just out my price range. But Angelo listened and bent over backwards to find me what I wanted. A week and a half later i had some extra funds & rang Angelo to find out the mazda I test drove was still available and after some great Negotiating on my behalf Angelo got the price down and I was the new proud owner of my dream car. This rating relates to my experience with the service department at West Tce. While all staff were personable there is clearly an issue with listening to customers and actioning requests. I first booked my car in and explained the two issues that needed addressing and relayed the parts required to do the job. I asked if these would be available on the service date and was told yes. You guessed it they weren't. My car was then booked in again after me having to call back to check that the parts were there. I was again ensured they were. I knew there was an issue as soon as I arrived and the person checking the car in refered to the wrong issue. After another day without my car I get a call saying they were really sorry but none of the issues had been solved. Whilst I wasn't charged for the day there was no compensation or offer to find a solution. I am now without a fully functioning car for a 4 week road trip. My recommendation don't service or buy a car here.

Utterly disappointed! I wouldn’t even give it one star. We sent the car in for a wash on 6/1/2020. Was told that there would be a wait for about 45 mins. but instead we waited for 2 hours plus! And guess what! We walked out and to our horror the car was still out there not washed! Everyone that came in after us had left and the excuse was oh they just missed our car, because someone that moved the car left the keys in the ignition. No one bothered to followed up knowing we were there waiting for 2 hours plus. Had we not went out to check, we would probably be sitting there till closing time. Really did expect a better standard from them. Can’t believe we drop in at about 11:15am and only left after 2pm. No one seem to be apologetic about it. Just while we were waiting for the car to be washed at the beginning we were looking around the showroom and thinking of an upgrade in toyota. But after this, we have definitely changed our minds.

I bought a Toyota Corolla sedan 2 years ago and met nice, friendly, professional and supportive staff there (Ante, Greta and Nola). I saw some of them today and they are same friendly people even though I have honda car now. Cut long story short, I traded in my toyota for Honda CRV for upgrade Sept 2023. (If it werent for the wait time, ill go for toyota again. Anyway, 1 month of driving the brand new crv steering wheel not straight, car pulling to the left. 3 times honda glend osmomd did wheel alignment issue not resolved. Honda told me if I want take it to another wheel alignment shop. I told them ill take it toyota. Note, I wanted to take it to toyota back then when they didnt get it 1st try but honda said they should do it. Toyota did alignment today service mechanic did an amazing job all perfectly straight now. Thank you Cmi toyota and Simon (service) for taking time to fix this issue. TOYOTA SERVICE and team is the best!

Customer "service" leaves alot to be desired. Dropped my car off for a service. 5 people at computer screens, 1 serving, 1 gets up to get a coffee, 1 gets up to talk to staff at service counter, zero acknowledgement. I ask one of the girls absorbed in her computer if I wait where I am or go to service counter, she tells me counter. I go over there & the girl tells me to take a seat back on the lounge where I was previously standing & someone will help me soon. Watch incredulously as 5 people chat behind the service counter, guy getting coffee chats with someone & 3 girls still stare at computer screen. After 5 minutes original girl looks up & says sorry about the wait, can I help you **edit** Really appreciate that my review was read while I was waiting for my car to be serviced and to be approached and apologised to for my experience. Guys avoid this place. ESPECIALLY DONT DO SERVICE HERE We went to pick up our brand new car few months ago and sales consultant named Michael was treating us like he is giving us a free car showing attitude and not even letting us have a proper look at the car. We also found out they fitted they wrong tow bar adaptor which they assured us they will change on first service but never happened. Months later booked and went in to do the first 1000ks service, handed my car keys at 7 am and they made me wait 6 hours. After asking the two ladies multiple time at the front desk at service all they were saying it will be done in 20 mins every time but i realised my car was sitting out on the road god knows since when but no one bothered to let me know anything. This place is thrash avoid at any cost specially DONT GO FOR SERVICE

Awful experience a few months ago when trying to purchase a used car. I walked off the street several times only to be completely ignored. So I made a booking and met with Rob. I specifically explained what I was looking for - a RAV4 no older than 2017 but preferably 2018/2019. He showed me a 2016 and when I mentioned the newer features I was interested in I was dismissed. He pushed and pushed the 2016 and didn't show me any 2018s. After leaving I searched the website for 2018 models and saw that there were several for sale on the lot that had not been shown to me. So THREE TIMES I sent through requests for new appointments and was never contacted. Absolutely love the car I purchased from Newspot Motors and highly recommend them. CMI Toyotas lost a $45K sale.

I got a service in last 2 months I kept getting notifications that oil maintenance was required. I called the CMI Toyota and talked with the manager. She was not taking responsibility at all and kept trying to blame me for them not performing a standard part of a service, and that I have to come and pay for another one. I already paid for a service and expected a good job, I did not pay just to drive for an hour to come there for another check up or update that I will have to pay for again. I am not happy with the customer service and for them not respecting my time and money even though my family bought 4 cars in last 2 years from here including me. We were planning to buy a family car but I would rather go to different car dealer after this scummy service.

This is the 1st time I went to the city Toyota. I had to get my radio unlocked after getting a new battery. First off Trudie in the service department (i think it was her name ) was extremely helpful over the phone when I rang to see if they can fix the pin number. When I hung up she had made a booking for me and a few minutes later an SMS confirmation came thru. On the Monday I went to the service desk, told someone will available to soon. A few minutes later my car details were taken I have them the key and was told to take a seat in the waiting area. Had a nice coffee and hot chocolate while watching tv. When the car was finished it was washed and I was on my way with music. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I received great customer service.

Very Happy with the business I did with CMI Toyota!!! The entire deal was managed in a very professional manner. Stephen was very supportive and understanding in terms of my requirement, throughout this deal along with his team of Shaun and Rob.It has been wonderful experience in terms of service and timely communication about my vehicle. Delivery was well planned and arranged. Handover of the vehicle was done with detailed explanation about the car and its features. I would like to thank CMI Toyota and in particular Stephen for an excellent display of customer service. Definitely Recommended !

Had our car serviced @ cmi today. Booked online and gave all details, then we had to phone to confirm and you kept saying 90 thousand service!!! No as email said 70 thousand!!! So extra hour added to service!!! Only to be finished an hour earlier when you discovered 70 thousand!! Message to pick up car an hour earlier than scheduled!! We arrived 20 minutes later and couldn’t site car!! Had to be driven from outside. Then to receive a call at 5.27 from Alex with attitude that we had 3 minutes to collect our car!! When are we coming to get it!! Seriously pretty poor overall. Will definitely not be back. You need to take a leaf out of Adelaide Hills Toyota exceptional service from them every time.

I’ve just had delivery of my new car & I’m extremely grateful to CMI Toyota Adelaide for their excellent service. I’m based in Melbourne & after looking locally, ending up having the best experience with CMI. I contacted them as I wasn’t getting much progress / love here & I’d had a positive experience buying my previous car from them back in 2010 when I used to live in Adelaide. Many thanks to the great initiative & help from Carley M -> she made the whole process of buying remotely easy & was very responsive for all the questions I had. When I eventually buy another car, I’ll probably go to CMI first next time. 3 words to describe my opinion of them -> decent, responsive, efficient.

Excellent service from all across! Highly recommend to any serious buyers to drop by and check their drive-out offers. Came in during the busy last EOFY weekend sale and got a great deal. Sales team were very professional in handling our inquiries - provided all relevant information and offered good deals on accessories but we never felt pressured into getting anything we didn't need. Great follow up and made sure the car was ready for delivery at our specified date. Handover was done very smoothly, no issues and great follow up from the team a week later in regards to how the new car is running. Glad we decided to buy from CMI. Special thanks to Carley who handled my sale!

After looking for a car through many dealerships, for many weeks, this was our last stop. Not because we had given up, but because David had made the process incredibly easy and exciting! Both David and Catherine both showed great kindness, professionalism and were not pushy as I’d found most dealers were. The straight forward process enabled us to relax and really enjoy our new family car purchase. CMI Toyota in Adelaide were accomodating to my young children, to us as a family and I could not recommend them enough! Went there to view a vehicle they advertised online (Range Rover). Walked around the yard for 20mins & entered the office multiple times; but received no service. The manager even saw us standing their, but still didn’t acknowledge us. As we were walking away from the yard, someone yelled out to us, we reluctantly came back; asked to view the car. It was left parked on the road, and we were told the boss had been driving it about. Considering it was a 90K vehicle, we were not impressed with how it was being treated. Will not be returning due to poor customer service & little respect shown to merchandise.

Having never purchased a vehicle site unseen I was very apprehensive. After speaking with Rob on the phone and Rob explaining what a Certified Toyota Vehicle brings I was reassured and went ahead with the deal to have a vehicle delivered to myself site unseen interstate. The price was much more competitive to the rest of the market too. I had one slight hiccup when I received the vehicle which was sorted out by Rob efficiently, seamlessly and without fuss. I have been going to this Toyota for a few years but sadly I will not be returning. During servicing and repairs they always missed parts of the service to the point I had to check there work. The last time I went there I paid over $700 for steering wheel column replacement and was told everything was fixed including the steering controls but sadly not. I am that fed up going back to Adelaide Toyota CBD that I had to find a new place for mechanical servicing. My recommendation to anyone is go to another place that you can trust, as I don't believe you can trust this Toyota service provider.

Popped in today to see whether my desired hire car was of a sufficient size to take my gravel bike for an upcoming event. The dealership has a bike of an appropriate size, which is fit for purpose. This long-running Toyota dealership has seen many changes over the years, with the latest building encompassing a broad range of the vehicles offered by the company in Australia. Apart from offering car rental through Toyota Australia's Kinto brand, there is servicing, sale of Toyota enthusiast accessories, and a well-appointed lounge with coffee and comfortable chairs.

Really disappointed this time around. Purchased a Hilux in 2020 and couldn’t fault the service. Attempted to purchase a Corolla in March this year and were advised of around a 6 month wait. No communication from Toyota at any stage, any communication has only occurred when I followed up for an update. Most recent was advised unlikely to be this year and would now also incur an increase of $2300 - $2800 despite a signed contract. Understand delays are outside anyones control but the experience has been one of poor form, poor service and poor communication.

Very disappointed, I am a loyal customer but will no longer be servicing with CMI Toyota. I find it suspicious that I drive out of CMI after getting a major car service and work done on my breaks, and my car no longer accelerates correctly. Sure enough the next day the car breaks down and has to be towed in, I wait 3 more days for it to get looked at and apparently it's just a rare event and not caused from the service, even though my car was running completely fine before going into Toyota.

Elena needs a pay rise! After discovering an intercooler leak in our coaster before being serviced at CMI, to say I was worried about how this might play out would be an understatement. Once diagnosed, Elena explained that she would lodge a claim with Toyota. I won’t bore with all the details but she competently took care of everything and we could not have been happier. Purchased an used 17 Hilux from Christos Manias the finance manager. Yes he is the finance manager but excellent salesman too. From test drive, pick the right vehicle, finance application to picking up the car, the whole process was a delight. Car Service : I have let the guy know that I had issues with my breaks ( weird vibration when I was coming down the freeway ) . After the service was completed they advised me that they fixed my breaks /vibration issues . 500 dollars later - the vibration was still there ( literally the day after the service ) . Nothing has changed . No refund was mentioned or provided when I called them to fix the issue !

Serviced and charged my wife for something after only 6 months and 3000km (on a near new car) which didn't need servicing anywhere near that frequently. I called them out on it and got a refund. They also said brake pads were 80% worn and recommended new pads. We went to a different place and brake pads were actually only 10% worn. Please make your judgement on how honest they are from this information.

Rude, arrogant and no customer service at all. Even the reply they give to you is system generated. Ironically, they claim themselves to be the third largest dealer in the country, while other smaller dealers have stocks but they don’t. Never mind, be arrogant and ignorant as you always are. Worst experience. I bought camry hybrid 2022 from them and there was serious issue with front windows rattling which was reported and management refused to fix it, as they said that this issue is with all new camry hybrid models. Sales team did not report it to me, at the time, they sold me the car. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Three times I left my details for the service manager to ring me back. Three times they didn't ring me back. Fourth time I rang and got the same spiel, he will ring me back . Apparently they don't want my money. But that's ok because the other Toyota dealers did. If you want any sort of customer service then go elsewhere.
