Shawn and his crew are THE BEST. Shawn is the most pleasant, knowledgeable and honest man in the business. The entire team (Matt and Noah) solved my plumbing issue quickly and efficiently and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were kind enough to work on a hot Saturday in August so I could get my house back in working order as soon as possible. Don't even bother calling anyone else. These guys are gems. A year later (October 2018) I needed my favourite plumbing team again for a new problem. First, I was so happy to already know how amazing they are so I called Shawn without hesitation. This guy is truly incredible. They fixed my corroded stack quickly, efficiently and with the same crew as last time (Matthew and Noah are both terrific). Shawn was excellent! We called him in the morning to unclog our shower drain, and he arrived promptly on time and was extremely friendly. He quickly unclogged our shower drain and throughout the entire time explained both what he was doing and possible reasons behind the blockage. To my experience, the best to recommend someone. Among many things, few to mention- very accessible to reach for scheduling services, highly professional in business with skills of Shawn amazed me, and the responsive behaviour of the Shawn (also the owner as well) to address my needs after listening to me with patience. Amazing work done by an amazing technician. This place should be your first call. He was able to do the initial assessment and complete all the work in one visit which is a rarity in this industry. Prices We’re also excellent and they are happy if you wanna pre-purchased the parts for them to use rather than trying to charge the contractor markup. Deroy came to house on Friday 6th October. Humble, very polite young man. Even though it turned out to be a small job but at the time I thought it was a big deal. He told me to to worry he sees the problem and it won’t take long and when he was done he said his boss would call me. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a plumber. Great experience from the initial quote to having the team onsite to complete the work. We added a three piece bathroom to our third floor (new construction). Eddy was very knowledgeable and creative on how to get services up to the third floor and arranged the city inspector to approve the work.
