I wasn't planning to go over all the details but now that you have expanded on them happy to provide the full story for potential clients to make a proper assessment. Being courteous over the phone yesterday doesn't mean I'm not dissatisfied for overly paying for a simple service. 1. I'm attaching the bill including the $774 price for the faucet installation. If we add $43 for your service call fee and HST, we're talking about ~$900. The only reason I accepted the "platinum protection plan" is because it's price ($66) is less than the discount ($88). Obviously after my experience I'm not planning to further use this "lifetime" bargain. 2. That your worker left 1:15 pm from the previous client doesn't mean they arrived at that time. At 1:29 pm, I received a call from your company letting me know that the plumber was on its way. Your worker arrived by about 2:00 pm (please confirm with your GPS tracker as mentioned in our call). The first 5-10 mins were on his assessment of the work to be done. Then we spent about 20 mins trying to find the main water valve at my place. He then proceeded to work on changing the faucet (10-15 mins max). At 2:50pm, I received an email asking for feedback on the work done. Meaning your worker left beforehand. Not sure what you're trying to argue with your times. Once again, $900 for a 30 min max job, is out of mind. For other customers, if you are planning to change a kitchen faucet, think twice before calling this company. For the same price you can book a round trip to the beach and very probably you'll find another professional company that will change the faucet for you. 3. You're right, I was the dumb customer that relied on the verbal pricing and my mental expectations. $77 + $43 service fee doesn't sound that bad for a 10-15 min work. I was very surprised when I realized it was almost $900. You worker can tell about my face as well. Only because I trust my gut feeling and didn't paid attention to the paper, I paid for the service. It was my bad! And I totally regret hiring you for this service! Compared to other recent services I hired you're on top of my list. ~$200 for installing a car garage door opener (they also removed the old one!), ~$700 for installing an a/c unit (3 workers doing heavy lifting for about 3-4 hours), ~$250 on my van 15,000km service, ~$150 for changing 3 lamps (it took about 1 1/2 hours). 4. I'm astonished that you're even trying to address your pricing by saying "clean-up the work area". I'm attaching a picture of the area under the sink. Please ask you worker if there was anything different when he arrived. 5. This morning (one day after the job was done), I received a call from your company offering that you, the owner, would come over on Monday to cover the remaining installation items. Now that I'm seeing your feedback, I definitely not trust your true intentions. If the plan is to charge again your service call and get additional $700 from my pocket, please save your time. I was very dumb to make the mistake once, but I won't make it twice. All to say, thanks for installing the faucet, it works well. Without thinking about, it has become one of the most valuable items at my place. Original I got charged almost $900 for changing a basic kitchen faucet (just replacing the faucet, the sink still the same and no changes were done to it). For a 10-15 minutes work I felt robbed. Pay close attention when prices are reviewed before work starts. In my case they were mentioned in the units (77.4 instead of 774 - price before taxes and "discount") By the way, I bought the faucet separately, it isn't even included in the price mentioned above.

I have been using Waterworks plumbing services for many years Booking an appointment was seamless and prompt. Alija was great. He was professional, very knowledgeable, courteous and takes the time to explain thoroughly what needs to be done. He also makes sure everything is tidy up neatly after the repair. Highly recommend Alija or any other technicians. Excellent company that provides great service. Highly recommend! Will definitely call them again in the future. This is my 3rd time using this company. Had a toilet water leakage and random flushing problem. Michael is very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He came in to assess the problem and made the repair after. The service was very prompt. The work done was very organized and neat. He repaired the flushing valve leakage and other parts on both bathrooms. Both Michael and its Waterworks team are very professional and provides excellent customer services. Will definitely use waterworks again for any future matters and highly recommend to others as well. Outstanding service received from the technician, Aaron This is my first experience with WaterWorks company- "Wow, I am so impressed and satisfied with the service provided." I had a problem with bathroom faucet leakage. Aaron was on time, very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He did a thorough assessment of the problem and explained clearly what were the options available to repair it. Before he began repairing, he would show the price list on how much it will cost. If it is agreed upon, then he starts the work. A very polite, courteous, efficient technician. He also made sure the place is clean and tidy after the work is done. The service I received from Aaron was impeccable and am very happy that I called up WaterWorks. Overall, not just the technician was great, but the service and experience that I received from the company was excellent. Natasha, the office manager provided excellent customer service skills and was very helpful on the telephone too. The entire service provided by the company went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone out there. You will not regret. The service provided is trustworthy and reliable.

I called this company based on the positive reviews. I explained the job thoroughly: bathtub overflow drain leaking and water entering the unit below. I verified they did work in condos and they said they do. Plumber was to arrive the next day but they called to cancel on the day saying their plumber could not leave a job due to major leak. We rescheduled. On the next appointment day, they called to say their plumber hurt his back and would have to cancel until next week. I was okay with that and rescheduled again. For the second time I had to call the condo management office, tenant and have the suite tenant below notified (access to suite below was required). Plumber arrived for 3rd appointment. He looked at the tub and said he could not replace the drains, the area was too tight to work in and he could not access from the suite below. I told him the building superintendent said this issue had been occurring in many other units and was always the same leak source and had been fixed from the unit below. He looked in his price book and quoted $10,000 to remove the tub and replace the drains. Obviously, I said no thanks. I was able to get another company used many times in the building who accessed the drains from the suite below, replaced the entire drain unit for $1,243. Looks like I saved thousands! If that’s not enough, while in the suite, I found a laundry room shut off valve leaking quite badly. I asked how much to replace it, he checked his price book and said he’d have to replace both valves because he could not charge to change just the one. The cost was over $500 for both. Given the severity of the leak I gave the go ahead to replace both though there was no leak from the hot water valve. The condo has a special key to shut off water to each spigot but the hot water side was stuck and he was unable to shut it off and their plumber now said he could give me a deal on changing only one valve! The total charge for an under 10 minute job: $374.03 (They still charged $39.99 for the site visit). Obviously, I do not recommend this company.

I had a relatively minor repair job in my condo and tried calling a few different companies off Home Stars. Some of them responded with “we’ll call you back” (they never did) and with some it was an incredible hassle to even just book the appointment. One company refused to come because I could not guarantee parking in my building (we don’t have visitor’s parking but there is a lot nearby, for which I said i was willing to pay) and one required an 8-ft clearance for their truck. One said i was better off booking with someone else because I wasn’t home at the exact date and time HE wanted to come. Finally, I called WaterWorks - they responded immediately and I was able to schedule an appointment right away - plus I was told parking was NOT a hassle. They had to reschedule the initial consult but the receptionist was very helpful and communicative throughout to ensure the appointment worked with my schedule. Michael was thoughtful, friendly and considerate - he wore slippers and gloves and asked if I wanted him to wear a mask for my comfort and safety. It didn’t take him long to diagnose and fix the problem and he already had the parts he needed in the car so the repair was a breeze. After the repair he made sure to clean up the area. Their pricing system is standardized (which i appreciate more than when people give quotes off the top of their head) and I got a bit of a discount with their lifetime protection plan. Overall it was a stress-free experience. I highly recommend WaterWorks and will not hesitate to contact them again in the future for any plumbing services.

Today was the first time I used Water Works Plumbing services, and I was so impressed with the company. From the beginning, Natasha was very professional and polite over the phone, and it was extremely easy to book someone to come to my house at a time that was convenient for me. I was also sent an email notification with a picture of the plumber who would be visiting my house, which definitely gave me a sense of security. Michael was very personable and professional as well. All of the pricing was clearly outlined as well as reasonable, and Michael was very good about explaining what the issue was and only fixing what needed to be fixed. Update (11/15/2019): I had to call Waterworks plumbing for another job regarding my water shut off from outside. Mike came by promptly and was quick to fix the issue. What I love about this company is that they are very transparent with pricing. They have a booklet of prices that they show customers prior to staring a job so that there are no surprises, and they won't start working until they confirm costs with you. As mentioned above in my previous review, they send you a verification email when they're on the way to your home. In the email, they feature a picture of the individual who will be coming to assess the issue. This feature alone offers a great sense of security in my opinion. Best plumbing experience ever!! Michael was knowledgeable and friendly. Company sent a picture of Michael via email to ensure I was letting the right individual into my house, great safety feature. He put on his cloth booties as soon as he came in. I like the booties! Michael spent the time to answer my questions and educate me with respect to my current system. He charged me according to his price list, so no surprises. I don't like surprises! He replaced two shower cartridges. Prices were fair and his service was impeccable. Anything he noticed that was incorrect he offered advice and even fixed some minor issues. We had some loose taps in another bathroom and he tightened them, no questions asked! He went above and beyond my expectations. He even gave me some great tips about my fridge - he actually vacuumed my condenser coil/fan on the fridge - LOL! Great guy, great company. I highly recommend Waterworks Plumbing!

I had an incredibly good experience using this company. Very quick response to my request, friendly and very efficient and understanding employees. The companies contact online, Rupinder Kaur, established a quick response time and kept me informed all through the process of organizing a visit to my home, assessing the issue and providing an on-site quote and solution to my problem. When Alija Hasanovic and a trainee, Constantine, arrived they were incredibly efficient and amazingly polite and helpful. They turned a nightmare situation into an amazing experience and were so helpful beyond my expectations. I then received a follow up call from Rupinder to make sure all was well. An incredible end to a difficult experience, which at least leaves me with a solution if I have another issue of this kind. I would not hesitate to recommend Waterworks. Amazingly caring and incredibly efficient Employees.

I am so sad to report that I am so surprised at the reviews. I will say the staff are very polite but the service is a rip off. I was in complete awe! First off the part the staff told me I needed was completely wrong. He quoted me for a different brand. Even though the brand was very visible. He then told me the part was not in stock and they can order it and it would cost $277. 00. It was a $70 part. thirdly- the labor was $431.00 The guy must have made a mistake. Who pays $708 before taxes to replace a simple diverter. I ended up doing the job myself and it cost me $80.00 and took 30 mins. This place is a complete rip off. I do not like it when people take advantage of others. The company I bought the part from was appalled at my experience. I think you might need to train your staff on how to quote.

Wow!! I can't express enough how impressed I am with the service I received from Michael and Rhonda. Within seconds after sending a request on their website, I was contacted by Rhonda. Michael is cheerful, informative, helpful and competent plumber. He was a pleasure to work with. I had a leaky toilet and a problem with the hand shower on my bathtub which ended up to be a bigger problem than expected. After we agreed on the work, the job was completed quickly and tidy. Within seconds of Michael leaving, Rhonda called to follow up. That was the easiest hassle-free service call I have ever had. I found Waterworks on Homestars and I don't regret calling them. I admit that their pricing was more than I expected but it was worth it for the added service I received.

We've used Waterworks on numerous occasions, and have always been satisfied with the quality of service they provide. It's a good business that ensures a prompt response and a job well done. We recently had them repair a tap assembly and mounting that had collapsed even though the tap itself was fine. The work done by Elijah was fast and prompt and well done, with a fiddly problem that would have taken me hours to rectify fixed in less than an hour. Elijah was courteous and efficient as well as respecting all the boundaries now forced upon us by COVID-19. They are a bit on the pricey side but are very transparent about their pricing and reward loyal customers. Bottom line is if you want the job done properly and promptly then these guys are hard to beat.

I honestly can't say enough about WaterWorks! My wife and I have used them for all plumbing repairs and installation since we bought our house 7 years ago. Most recently, our water heater went and needed replacing. We decided to go with an efficient on-demand system. What an amazing unit! Only about 15-20 seconds longer than a tank to get hot water to the faucet. The service, support and installation was flawless and they follow up to make sure everything is working properly. I have to say that WW isn't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Professional repairs and installation by people who really care about what they do. It's unfortunate how rare this is these days. My recommendation: Pay a little more, get it done right!

Michael not only replaced our washing machine taps in a jiffy. He also looked at my water bill, which was too high, and after some investigating he advised me that it was one of my toilets. I can’t say enough good things about Michael. He’s courteous, professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Going forward I will only use waterworks plumbing and drains. I would also like to mention how amazing Rupinder is, their secretary. She called me on a regular basis to keep in the loop, answer my questions, advise me that the technician was on his way etc. Rupinder’s customer service skills are exceptional and she goes above and beyond to assist customers. Rupinder and Michael are two of Waterworks plumbing most valuable assets.

It was great experience dealing with Water Works. Water Works was very professional from the time I made the first call to their office to the finishing job. Michael did fantastic job in replacing the new kitchen faucet. He was very knowledgeable and made sure the job was done right with no future leakages. We were provided with very efficient, excellent and professional service during the COVID-19 pandemic while the city of Toronto was under lock down in April our kitchen sink pipe in our condo was leaking and flooding under the cabinet. The gentleman moved our garbage bin which was screwed down to the bottom of the cabinet to ensure we don't hit the pipe again and have the same problem which was very nice. The service was provided on a timely manner it took them less than an hour to arrive at our place quickly fixed the issue while wearing protective gear to ensure health and safety protocols were followed. Overall and excellent experience. I would 100% recommend them.

Waterworks are very professional and do an amazing job with whatever plumbing work you need. Natasha is polite and thorough on the phone as she understands what needs doing. Michael, the business owner is a master plumber who really knows his stuff and goes out on many of the calls himself. I have used Waterworks 3 times now, and every has been a positive experience which is saying something when your day starts with toilet water showering down on you through a bathroom fan vent. The cost of the repairs is not cheap, as it rarely is with plumbing, but the job will be done right and in good time. I highly recommend using these guys for all your plumbing needs.

Michael did an evaluation of my house’s plumbing fixtures’ issues and promptly started to fix them! He changed the faucet in the bathroom, he changed the flapper thing in the toilet, he changed the valves in the laundry room taps and he replaced the tap outside for the garden hose. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and neatly. Michael is very pleasant to talk to and he doesn’t mind if you watch and ask questions. Rupinder in the office is very pleasant on the phone. She phones and emails reminders of the appointment, sends an alert when the plumber is on the way and promptly sends an email copy of the invoice. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience.

Service & Warranty Call: We called Michael for a repair of a fancy European faucet in the bathtub that had never really worked properly and was well broken by this point. He sourced a comparable part, made the repair the same day - was friendly, informative and fast. It was more than we had expected to pay but Michael was clear and transparent about the costs up front. A few months later, the faucet was running a little and the handle was not holding properly - within hours of our call, Michael and Sasha were back, fixed it and tested it and were off - no charge. Yes, I’d recommend Waterworks. Friendly, efficient and trustworthy.

Michael did a whole home inspection and discovered a leak in all 4 of my toilets which explained why my water bills were so high. He also repaired, cleaned and flushed my on-demand hot water heater which had been deteriorating for a couple of months to the point of only producing lukewarm water. I thought I would have to replace it but once he was done with it, it worked like new. I am so grateful to have hot water now without having to go to the expense of replacing the hot water heater. Michael is very respectful of my home, cleans up after himself, and explains what needs to be done clearly. I highly recommend his service.

I have used WaterWorks Plumbing for a number of years, everything was laundry washing sink install, to kitchen faucet replacement and just this past week a shower repair. Michael is usually the one who has done all of the work for us. He is a true professional, identifying the cause of the issue very efficiently, detailing the price upfront so you are aware of the cost before the work starts, completing a quality repair/replacement and ensuring you are satisfied with the work done by following up. He is also a very nice person, as is everyone you will encounter at WaterWorks.

We have been using him for around 15 years now. he helped us with medium sized projects, and also emergencies and leaks.....never an issue after he leaves. I highly recommend him. The company replied in a timely manner when I requested information about getting a quote for the work that we need done. The lady on the phone was very pleasant to speak with as we booked a visit to give our quote. Our technician, Michael, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, answered all questions, gave great advice, explained everything in detail and was a joy to work with. I've used Waterworks previously and this time (early October 2019) they continued to impress. Booking was easy and they had prompt availability. They contacted me early in the day to let me know they thought they might be a bit late, but actually arrived and completed the job within the originally quoted timeframe. Michael was friendly, completed the job quickly, and left everything as clean as it had been when he arrived. Highly recommend them. Oh, and the job done was good with no leaks or issues after, so that's also a reason to consider them!

Michael from Waterworks recently came over to replace our old bidet. We were very happy with his work. He is very professional and gives you the choice of buying the hardware on your own or for him to acquire it. He is very pleasant to work with and leaves the site spotless. We were also very happy with his highly structured pricing, which is job-based rather than time-based, and he provides an accurate estimate ahead of time. We went with Waterworks because of good online reviews so we felt we should share our positive experience with them.

Very quick at getting me an appointment when my kitchen double sinks clogged up. They came on time, did the work efficiently and cleared up afterwards. I also appreciated being sent a picture of the plumber and his credentials via email. It's a plus to know who I am letting in my house. Unfortunately the plumber wasn't able to completely clear the clog so he came back the next day to finish up. No extra charges for coming out. It's all good now. I also appreciated all charges were clearly explained before any work started.

I had a kitchen sink trap that needed to be replaced and Michael came to take care of it, while he was here I had him replace the faucet as well. He also identified a problem with the dishwasher hookup that might have failed, although he didn't have the special part that was required, he arranged a follow up visit for 2 days later and took care of it. Rupinder kept me up to date on Michael's arrival time and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was OK. The team was very easy to deal with and very professional.

Alija attended and did a great job replacement our sump pump. He was professional and efficient and took the time to explain the job requirements, the price as well as to review the product life cycle. Also, Rupinder the office staff, was able to arrange a prompt appointment time and kept me updated throughout the process as to Alija's arrival time and checked with me within 30 minutes of the job completion to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. What a great experience from all levels of Water Works!

Toilet Leaking Issue Alija and his partner were amazing. We had a contractor install our new toilet incorrectly resulting in leakage and a cracked bowl. They came in, undid their terrible work and reinstalled our new toilet. Not only does the job look cleaner and better than our previous one, but they were friendly, and worked SO hard to investigate alternative ways to fix the problem without having to resort to cutting into our ceiling which would've been incredibly expensive. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Went online to find a plumber and found Water Works. Natasha kept me informed as to when the plumber would arrive, right away I knew I was dealing with professionals. Michael inspected the issue and gave me his honest opinion as to how to proceed. We had a terrible noise and shaking in our pipes. Used other plumbers, who wasted our money and time. Called Waterworks and they promptly sent Elijah H. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it, checked out the new shower before we bought it, and installed it perfectly. Elijah is efficient, friendly and polite, as is the office person. I could not be more satisfied with the work that has repeatedly been done for us over the years by WaterWorks Plumbing. Their service is prompt and they provide very fair pricing. It is clear they want their customers to be pleased with their work. Over the past year, we have had a number of different problems and Alija Hasanovic, each time, has provided A+ work. He is also extremely polite, informative and a pleasure to have in our house. They have a 5 star rating from me!

Called about a blocked toilet. As seniors, climbing stars to access another toilet was a problem. Rupinder worked at fitting us in and was able to quickly connect us with Alijah. He arrived quickly and performed a test to see if there was any other reason for the blockage. Alijah proceeded to fix the blockage and answered all our questions. No pressure tactics only information. It was not cheap but worthwhile and we will happily use Waterworks again if the need arises.

I was advised of the consultation fee up front and there were no surprises when it came to price. I have used Waterworks many times for a variety of plumbing issues. Michael is knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Among other issues, I had a difficult and complicated Sump pump issue and was very stressed as there was a danger of the basement flooding. Michael quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. His calm demeanour and obvious expertise put me at ease and relieved my stress. He knows what he’s doing and is always a pleasure to work with.

Great service! Super quick and appreciated the experience and knowledge of our plumber (Mike). He asked all the right questions and offered some great advice to help sort things out. Our issues were more of a grout issue rather a plumbing issue but Mike quickly diagnosed this and provided us with a list of pros to help solve the issue we were dealing with. Would recommend these guys any day of the week. True professionals and great customer service.

We've used WaterWorks twice now, and both of our experiences have been fantastic. Prices are fair and the customer service is unbelievable. Michael is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and just a plain nice guy. The first time we used WaterWorks it was to change a positemp shower faucet and the second time it was to fix a leaky drain in our master bath. I think someone else mentioned impeccable service, and I have to agree it was exactly that.

We contacted WaterWorks to perform an assessment of our Heritage Building (hot/cold water system). They arrived on time and detailed everything they would do and documented it along the way. Mike took special care to explain the issues he saw and gave multiple solutions we could choose from. We have not yet begun the work but will definitely use them once ready and would recommend you give them a chance to at minimum quote you on your job.
