I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism of Hollywood Floral and the quality of the arrangement I ordered. I called them at 8:30 this morning with a custom arrangement order. The man I spoke with was courteous and helpful as he walked me through all of his question. He was honest with which flowers he had available and how he could substitute ones he didn't have on hand. I was shocked to find out the arrangement had arrived before 3pm. The photos just don't do it justice. The arrangement is even better than I imagined, especially for the price. I would highly recommend Hollywood Floral to anyone in the South Dallas area. Thanks again to the team who made cheering my mom up possible!

I had a great experience purchasing Mother’s Day flowers for my mom. I live out of town nd wanted to use a local florist rather than a national megachain that delivers flowers in a box. Online ordering was easy and smooth. Once order was placed I received a call from a gentleman apologizing that they didn’t have a specific flower from the arrangement. He was kind, knowledgeable, and offered numerous comparable alternatives. Arrangement arrived on time and was gorgeous. Highly recommend.

I made an order and I called to see when it would be delivered. When I called I was told that it would not be delivered because the flowers I ordered were all out and also that they do not deliver to schools. It did not mention anything like this on the website. The flowers even showed available. Website needs to be updated and business needs to be more professional.

Me and my husband walked in here today to buy my mother in law her Mother’s Day flowers and I loved how I was greeted everything about this store is the best and the cutest pet they make small arrangement for children to buy moms it is the cutest you have to stop by and visit them!! Trust me you will love the atmosphere the prices and great quality of work!!!

Absolutely gorgeous arrangement! Hollywood Floral also took it upon themselves to deliver a day earlier since we were getting snow/ice the day it was to be delivered. It’s been a week and the flowers look better than day 1, cause new flowers have bloomed! The vase has a decoration to it, which I find cool. Highly recommend Hollywood Floral :-)

Placed an order early this morning. Got a confirmation of delivery around 11:45. Douglas was very transparent in letting me know that he did not have a certain flower but gave me options and ask for approval on the change. I got exactly what I feel I paid for if not more! Would recommend to anyone and will definitely shop here in the future!

Placed an online order from out of state. It was for a man's funeral who served in the Korean war. I ordered a red, white and blue arrangement and asked for a small American flag added of they had it. Not only did they add 2 flags but they took a photo of the arrangement and emailed it to me. It was so pretty and just what I envisioned.

I called and asked for some flowers to send to my Best Friend. I told Mr. Douglas if he could arrange something Masculine and what he did was beyond my expectations. He not only made the arrangement Masculine but beautiful at the same time. I tip my hat to this man and this Business. Bravo my friend Bravo!

I ordered around noon and was able to get a same day delivery. Douglas was so friendly and helpful. He even went out of his way to redirect the delivery so those gorgeous flowers didn't sit out in that texas heat. So thankful for the awesome service and beautiful arrangement!
