I have been coming to High Tech Physiotherapy since early last year and I love it! The staff is very kind and will get you the help that you need to feel better. - Ann is a fantastic physiotherapist. She is thorough with her assessment and there is no doubt on her ability and knowledge. She has a variety of treatment methods depending on your situation. Unlike other locations, there has been a long wait in the waiting room. At High Tech Physiotherapy, there is no wait al all! You are in as soon as you walk in the door and you are not left waiting for treatment. Additionally, there is a peaceful and relàxing music playing. I was referred to High tech physiotherapy by my coworker at the Mi Way Transit. I came for treatment for my ankle pain on my right foot few months ago, Ann physiotherapist and Karen took good care of me. Now I have to come back again for a shoulder pain that i am dealing with at the moment. My physiotherapist now is Bimala who is extremely gentle and treating me with all the physical exercises that requires for me to strengthen my shoulder. From the front desk staff Darren & Magda who is always polite and willing to accommodate with my work scheduls and greet everyone with a smile. Thank you Mark for all your help and support, you have a great establishment with wonderful staff working for you. I almost don't want to make this review, as I know it could make it even more difficult to book a massage appointment on short notice. Right now, I have to book at least a month in advance to make sure I get my favorite therapist - Vuk. Nobody does therapeutic massage better than him, IMHO. He applies the perfect pressure and knows which spots need more attention. He patiently removes all my muscle knots and I always leave feeling relaxed. I always go after work, and I always sleep like a baby after coming from therapy. Their massage room is always clean and I love the smell of fresh linen and the fresh cover of the face cushion. Once in a while I end up in another clinic because Vuk is fully booked, and I'm almost always disappointed, as even the fairly good ones are not half as good as Vuk.

I am a client of High Tech Physiotherapy since 2014. I went there with severe sciatica, severe back pain, osteoarthritis in both knees and TMJ issue over the years. Thank you Ann for always treating me with your magical hands and helping me leave in a much better position. I got operated for Total Knee Replacement on Oct 6, 2020 and was struggling with Range of Motion when I went to Ann on Dec 10, 2020. Already my ROM is much better and the goal is to make steady progress. I am feeling very confident since Ann is treating me. Thank you again for everything you did for me in all these years. The staff is very cordial and professional. I always recommend High Tech Physiotherapy to my friends, and also thank my friend who referred me to Ann.

I highly recommend this place to all that need physio. The staff at the front desk are very professional and friendly. My therapist Bimala I highly recommend her. Bimala is very knowledgeable, efficient, compassionate, professional. My shoulder and arm was hurt she gave me massages , exercises that worked wonders. She did cupping which made me feel so good. She gradually introduced me back to lifting weights now I an completely better. Thank you all.

My friend recommended High Tech Physiotheraphy for my shoulder pain. Ann and Karen did a great job in treating my shoulder in 3 months or so. I highly recommend High Tech Physiotheraphy due to their method of treatment in every appointments which consisted of muscle manipulation, ultrasound, tense machine and exercises to strengthen the muscles around the injury. They provide you the exercises in order to prevent recurring injuries.

I started coming to High Tech physio with a pretty intense knee injury so I was nervous. Ann is great! She's very knowledgeable and explains things about my knee each session. She's very hands on making sure my scar tissue gets worked out. She takes time during our sessions I never feel rushed. High tech physio is clean and organized and follow Covid protocols making sure patients are spread out and the place isn't crowded.

So far, I have taken advantage of massage and physio services at High Tech. The facilities are clean, quiet, and relaxing. Helen (massage) and Pierre (physio) are both highly skilled professionals and I look forward to going in for my treatments. The admin staff are also excellent, and I always feel welcome when I come. More importantly, I feel stronger and more energized when I leave!

My dad has been attending physio sessions with Ann for the past few months. He’s had such a great experience with the zoom sessions during the pandemic as well as in person. She takes her time and has given a variety of exercises that has truly improved the pain in his back and shoulder. We’d recommend anyone to see Ann!

I have received of great help with my chronic upper back pain and stiffness. They were very thorough and professional. Mr Vuk Brkovic is a professional and knowledgeable massage therapist very Happy with the massage and Mr Kevin chan he checks your pulse prior to the Acupuncture and very knowledgeable. It was my first acupuncture and It was great. Overall very good experience.
