Small park with lots of short walking paths & deer & lots of trees and shade. A few interesting monuments to learn a bit about yet not much parking nor other activities to enjoy. Portapotty is the only eyesore & inconvenience at this otherwise quaint, quiet lil' gem of a park.

Good that there is a PortaPotty at trailhead in parking lot - I needed to cut my walk short to utilize it. Paved walkway for first few yards, then it turns into gravel. It's right next to railroad tracks with no barrier. Playground, a few picnic tables...

Nice park tucked away in the neighborhood. Never had heard of it before thru the City of San Antonio Parks and Recreation. Saw it passing by and decided to check it out. Glad I stopped by. Will definitely have to go by when I have more time

This was one the coolest lunch break trails ever. No one was there to spread C-19. There is a family of Cardinals living in there and some Orioles around the area. Short and simple trail. If you get lost, I don't know what to tell you.

it's a quaint little park... great path to walk, but litter clogs the creek that flows right through it. I am interested in organizing a crew to volunteer in a cleanup project. let's Clean Gorrell Park !!

This is a small park with a very small playground and a nice trail of about two miles. Nothing special but nice and quiet. They have a few picking tables and one of those portable restrooms.

Gorgeous!! We loved this park sm :) Unfortunately, there was lots of trash that we were picking up along out walk. Remember- don't be a litterbug, and pick it up when you can …

This is a small park. Small Playground, kids 7 and under would like imo. Maybe 3 picnic tables. One portal potty and 1/4 mile walk. Very quite. But the scenery is beautiful

Very small trail 1/4 of a mile it says and the trail shifts from pavement to gravel then back to gravel the scenery is ok but wouldn’t go back

It's a small trail. Calm and quiet. Went off the trail a bit in the end and walked along the side of the creek which was beautiful and green.

Wonderful little park with little over 1/4 mile walking trail. Nice little playground for kids 3-10. Kept clean and patrolled often.

Good park with quarter mile trail and lots of shady trees. Only issue is it has lots of mosquitoes when I visited it in sep morning.

This park is BEAUTIFUL!!! The walking trails are great though not stroller friendly if you have little ones. Our kids had a blast!

This is a hidden treasure within the dirt. Definitely love the nature here even though its a small and has a very short trail.

  • Robert Acosta

Great small trail. 1/4 mile, but you can use some off trail sections that lead to the query and train tracks.
