If you are looking for a gym run by some meg corporation with staff that has little to no interest in helping you then this is not the place for you. The staff is friendly, courteous and are always happy to lend a hand. It's not a hight pressure environment and they seem very flexible on the singe up side. The equipment look to be all new and well maintained. The towels are grate bones as well. Stephan has been very helpful and made the Gym feel very much like a friendly place to not just workout but have some fun at the same time.

This is my favorite GYM of all time. I am a VP of HR in Tech and travel to NYC monthly for business this is the best gym in the city that has not only impeccable customer service but a familial staff that loves seeing you again. The GM Julio Ramos, and his trainers are a class act. Pablo is also a great asset who always recommends me the best cafes and local new hot spots when I visit. I am waiting for them to open a GYM NYC - in LA or Chicago... stay tuned y'all and definitely check out their new location :)

Have really enjoyed my experience so far! The owners are very down-to-earth. You can sign up for month-to-month with no contracts and no strings attached. All the equipment is brand new and they pretty much have everything I would want or could later want. My *only* feedback is that I saw there was boxing equipment, but no punching bags. I know the space is a bit small, but if there was a way for one to be added, this place would be perfect!!!

Fantastic new gym! Transformational from when it was Iron & Silk Fitness. All brand new top-of-the line equipment from Life Fitness, Hammer Strength and Cybex! It’s rare in NYC that one can train in an independently-owned facility in which the actual owner is on-site every day. This is everything a real NYC gym should be - it captures the essence of old school, without just being old. Hats off!

Great to have a neighborhood gym with a sense of community, Reasonable price for membership and no 12 month commitment. I have had bad experiences where my gym made it hard for me to leave without paying a few more months or fees. Its straight forward here, is smaller but has everything you need in terms of weights and machines, and never overcrowded like other gyms in the area. Definitely recommend!

Great gym, brand new equipment of very good quality. Changing rooms and showers are stylish and super clean (GYM provides towels as well!). Omar is really helpful and truly well prepared, he recommends spot-on exercises that will make the difference! Moreover, GYM is a hub to meet new people, as the customers are all neighbourhood-based. Highly recommended :)

Well I personally think its the best gym in the area. I may be a little bias but all these gyms around here are overcrowded, old equipment and just too pricy. This spot has all new equipment, you can bring your own trainer or pick one from here, physical therapy, chiro, the locker rooms are cool too! Take ownership of your environment and change it!

Best gym in NYC, (after my home gym of course) and it's not even close. Very clean, very modern, very small and have a beautiful community vibe. Staff are all 15/10. Shout out to everyone there including the men who took care of me- I believe their names were Stephon and Marcos. If you want to feel at home, this gym is for you.

I've worked with one of their trainers for many years. This is a legit wellness and fitness gym. I'm so excited to use all of their services! If you are looking for well trained professionals who actually care about your health and give excellent support for your goals, I can say you found them unequivocally!!!

Training with Omar is an experience like no other. Working with him has changed the shape of my body and the way I walk - so much more fluid and comfortable. I am stronger, healthier and feel confident training on my own. The gym is beautiful and the equipment is pristine!

Finally a clean new gym in the East Village, just joined this morning and they are just getting opened. Super nice people at the front, love the cool locker rooms. Looks like this is going to be a legit health and wellness focused place. We needed this in the EV!!!

Location has only been open for about a year but it's the best gym in the neighborhood for sure! Competitive prices, amazing staff, equipment is brand new and well kept! If you're looking for a place to maximize your workouts, this is the place to be at.

Really conflicted writing this. On one hand I love this gym and wanna support the owner and on the other hand I want nobody to know about this little gem in the city. On second thought actually it's terrible don't come here (but fr its amazing)

gym is good but the hours are horrendous. A gym that closes at 5 pm on the weekends and charges $100 a month seems insane. Please have longer opening hours!
