So let me start by saying, I completely get that there is fault on my end for spending as much money as I did through the internet without calling first, especially considering the vague condition that the local shop has the right to alter your order based on what they have available. So... now I know. On top of that, their corporate customer service was very understanding and offered me 50% refund. That said, the experience for me was unforgivable. Even if 100% refund were given, the outcome was embarrassing and the damage was done when these were delivered. The arrangement I ordered versus what was sent was wildly different, and not in a good way. I spent over $100 on the premium version of the "This magic moment" arrangement which is the highest level of 3 available tiers. The photo showed a large, round bouquet of pastel colored roses, with attractive green rose leaves and buds. The colors were modern, muted shades of peachy pink, faded yellow, off white. It looked like something you'd see in the center of the Bride's table at a high end wedding (I worked at a high end catering company through college, so I have a decent feel for what to expect at different price points). What was sent looked like something you'd give to a coworker's grandma in the hospital (A stuffy beach-themed hospital in Florida comes to mind). It was a weak arrangement of bright yellow and stark white roses. Not romantic at all. Instead of green rose leaves, they used thick/ugly round leaf bush branches (poo green with tan edges). The color combination was hideous and cheap looking. I wouldn't have sent my girl this arrangement even if it were free of charge. At the end of the day, the money isn't the issue. If I could go back in time, I would spend 5x as much to guarantee what I ordered would actually get delivered as expected. This was for an important occasion. I ordered one thing—I got another, and what i got was insanely incomparable. The result was downright embarrassing and that's inexcusable for a business like this, in my opinion.

Gorgeous flowers and amazing customer service! I can't imagine it could get any better. A beautiful floral design was delivered to my door last Friday, but sadly, while my address was on the card, they were intended for a different recipient. I called Florist Atlanta and told them (the address error was not their error) and they tracked down the correct recipient and the flowers and intended recipient were united very soon thereafter. On Monday I received a lovely arrangement from Florist Atlanta thanking me for letting them know that the flowers were delivered to the wrong person! Wow!! So, while I have never personally ordered anything from them, they are the only local florist I will use in the future. You just don't see this kind of generous customer service anymore. Really Amazing - thank you Florist Atlanta!

I always google a local florist if out of the state I am in. When I bypass the ADS from chain florists that make it look like they are local I will go to websites to see the selection and prices and then I look at Google ratings. I ended up choosing Florist Atlanta and am SO GLAD I DID! Their designer who answered the phone was professional, friendly and helpful. She went ABOVE & BEYOND even sending me a photo of what I ordered. They are also going to confirm it with me after it is delivered. I HIGHLY recommend them (FYI...DO NOT EVER!!!!! ORDER FROM AVAS FLOWERS)

This florist saved the day for Mother's Day. I could not get the web based vendors nor the local florists to provide me with the arrangement that I needed in time. I saved money even though it took a little time and gas to get what I wanted. I highly recommend them for the great selection, customer service and price. It's obvious from the other reviews that this is consistently the place to go. It's not the largest shop so do not overlook them on that basis. You will not be disappointed for stopping by, calling or ordering online.

Not much on writing a review, but then I have used them for over 20 plus years, so I must be happy with their work!!!!! I have now retired to live at the Beach in Florida and still call them for my needs. I seem to always get Ken and he never asks "what do you want to spend". He just handles it, I get a thank you from whoever gets the flowers from me. Placed an order by phone. Spoke with Laura who was very friendly and engaging. Offered advice on what to put on the card and the arrangement to send. She also added that if the recipient (who is at a hospital in a special unit, not his own room) wasn't allowed to have flowers at this time she would keep following up with the hospital to get them delivered as soon as they would allow. Would highly recommend this florist.

Called to ask a question about a delivery and got the rudest response I have ever received. Whomever is running this shop needs to have a serious talk with the service provided by the person answering their phones (older male) who is not there to answer any questions or make this a pleasant experience. Do not waste your money here - it will turn what should have been a great day of love into a horrible conversation.

Called from Chicago to have flowers delivered to my sister. I asked for an arrangement in a price range and not include delivery in the pricing and that they use something fun and colorful The lady who answered was lovely; funny and courteous and efficient. My favorite part of this experience was that they texted me a picture of the arrangement before sending. Very nice touch. Wonderful customer service. Thank you!

This is the 2nd year I’ve used them for a bouquet for my mother on Valentine’s Day and I couldn’t be happier. They are always beautiful and they ended up running out of a vase, but Lorelai (s/p) called with options and they were great with communication and always would respond immediately if I had any other questions about delivery. We will be using them again next year for year 3♥️ Thank you guys

While the flowers were beautiful, the customer service was absolute atrocious. When calling to check in the arrival of the flowers, the person on the other end was rude, snarky, and very unhelpful. Told us that, “he didn’t know the drivers route, and the flowers would get there when they get there.” Would suggest another place with better customer service and attitudes.

This is the best florist shop ever, with the best florist in Atlanta!!! A stellar florist and stellar person. I've been going to this store for 5 years, and I love the aesthetics and bouquets that he and his staff put together. Always stunning, and I'm a picky customer. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was a little too late calling for a delivery for today. Laura was very nice and explained to me what their delivery times are and even gave me the number to another florist closer to the zip code that I needed the delivery to go. Customer service goes a long way and I will call Florist Atlanta again!

I've used this neighborhood florist for years, for everything from simple cut flowers, to flowers for events or funerals. They are wonderful people who do beautiful work and have the best prices in town. If you live in the Collier Hills/Howell Mill area, this is absolutely the best place for flowers.

We want to thank Ken and Florist Atlanta for helping us with the American Rosie the Riveter Convention held in Atlanta this month. The bouquets were beautiful. I went in paid for a cross that cost $315.00 to be delivered, so I trusted that what I paid for would be equal to the picture on website. What a let down. It was less than 20 roses when it was suppose to be full of roses. Never again. Ask to see exactly what you're getting for your money.

My mother paid $322 for this arrangement for her grand daughter. Very disappointed, they could benefit from floral arranging classes. They just stuck the hydrangeas around the base of the arrangement instead of incorporating them. Certainly over priced for the sad arrangement.

They should definitely update their operating hours. I came on a Saturday morning and they aren’t open. Kinda disappointed because I’ve been looking at this place for a while since I just moved into the neighborhood and they’re the closest florist to me.
