Ordered $200 worth of flowers, chocolates and teddy bears for my wife for valentines day, about a month prior. Asked that they be delivered to her school/classroom as she's a teacher and it would excite her and the students. Called 4 times the day of to let them know her last class of the day ends at 3:15pm and to ensure they get there earlier as obviously the shop would be busy and the school's location was not very close to the shop. After getting an email that the flowers were out for delivery at 9:30AM, and being repeatedly reassured on the phone (at Noon, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm) that they would be there in time, it should come as no surprise that they were, in fact, not delivered in time. After calling and complaining, they were subsequently delivered to her empty classroom after school hours. At this point I had looped her in so she could wait nearby. She walked over to her empty classroom after the delivery guy left to check the order. Sure enough, the driver failed to deliver the chocolate and teddy bear portion of the order. After yet another call to the shop (the 6th of the day, if you include one my wife placed to see if she should stay at school if they were close, where she was treated as rudely and unprofessionally as can be imagined), and a lengthy argument about the mishandling of her order, I was offered a refund for the chocolates and the teddy bear - and told that delivery couldn't be assured on valentines day and that i was lucky they even took my order (in January mind you) to deliver to my wife's school, which was well out of their way. After explaining to them how basic business is conducted, how the customer comes first, how if they can't meet a delivery deadline that's asked about 30 days in advance they should just refuse to take the order or discuss with the customer ahead of time how to accommodate them, eventually they consented to refund the shipping charge as well. Conveniently to them, they kept the pre-paid tip for the order. First and only google review I'll ever make. This place was that bad. Stay away. EDIT: The entire order was eventually refunded, and the flowers that did show up were of good quality. I will try another order from them in the future, but likely do a pick-up rather than delivery.

Very disappointing to say the least. Used PEACHTREE petals before with no real issues. So I place a very large order 6 days in advance to be delivered on my wife’s birthday about 10am. 6 DAYS IN ADVANCE AROUND 10AM! So the day comes and I get an email update, driver is leaving now....10:09. I called hoping they were close by make it by 10:15-10:20? Of course not, as the driver really didn’t leave and was about to? So the gent was to call the driver and call me back. 30 minutes later I called back spoke to a woman who was absolutely no help at all and asked for the manager. It’s now 11:40 and Mr Todd gets on the phone telling me it will be at least another hour but the driver is on the way. This would put the delivery at 12:40 at best! Then Todd in a condescending voice says “what do you want to make this right” Look pal, I don’t want anything from you except what I paid for. If you can’t make the time asked when ordered 6 days in advance CALL THE CUSTOMER AND SEE IF THERE IS AN OPTION, it’s not rocket science. Assuming it will be ok with a very late delivery isn’t good business practice. I will say they do put great arrangements together and I haven’t had an issue before, but gosh dang this visit was so important (for me anyways) and nobody seemed to care. Mr Todd, consider the fact that you don’t know me, nor I you. A friendly tone from Mgt goes a long way even to an upset-disappointed customer, yours not so much.

Ordered flowers for fiancée's birthday the day before and specified to have them delivered in the morning. Additionally told them what floor she worked on. They delivered them in the flowers in late afternoon and to the mail room. My fiancée did not get the flowers before she left for the day. When I called an expressed my dissatisfaction they only refunded the delivery charge... Which what is the point in spending $100.00 in flowers for someone to get them the day after their birthday. The reason one buys flowers for one's significant other is so they can enjoy them on their birthday and so they can show-off how much they are loved to all their co-workers. Well folks, if you order from Peachtree Petals you may not have such luck. Furthermore, it seems that Peachtree Petals does not really care or pride themselves on delivering customers orders on time for that special occasion. With that said, thank you Peachtree Petals, I am glad that I had the opportunity to spend $100.00 to look like I forgot my fiancée's birthday. Well I'm sure my fiancée's office along with mine will hear about this story and your wonderful customer service. Next time I need flowers the day after a birthday, wedding, funeral, or another one of life's special events I now have my go to company.

They start well, but end horribly. I reached out to this florist specifically because they said that they did same-day delivery, and particularly because they said that they could deliver my order "by 2pm" which was perfect because the person that I was sending these to would be in the office from 12pm -3pm in between showing properties. When the order didn't arrive at 2pm, I called them at 2:20pm, and they then told me that it would be closer to 3pm before they arrived. So at 2:56pm, I called them to get an ETA as that I knew that my friend had to leave at 3pm, and they responded with, "We're not going to make it. Is there another address where we can send it to?" Huh? What?!?!? No! I need you to send it exactly where I paid to have it sent. Then he told me that it would arrive in about 30 minutes (which would have been roughly 3:30pm), and now it is 4:15pm and it still hasn't arrived and my friend had to leave the office. To make matters worse, they keep sending my calls to their voicemail stating that the shop is now closed. DO NOT USE THEM! There is much better service out there, and you can get bad service for much less if you so desire. Lesson learned!

Ordered an arrangement online - was given the option for morning vs. afternoon delivery (important because the delivery was for someone that was hospitalized and wouldn't be home until afternoon), and chose afternoon delivery. Asked in the comments section for late afternoon delivery, and that request was ignored. Being an arrangement with food, it will have spent a few hours in the hot Atlanta sun before being received. When spending $100 or so - including a reasonably high delivery fee - I'd expect more attention to detail. After corresponding with the shop, the response was "We try to honor all delivery requests. We are located in Midtown and only went up to Alpharetta once today." The location of your shop isn't your customer's problem when they're paying for shipping, and you're clearly not outsourcing shipping to UPS or Fedex. I tried a small business because I figured they'd be better than 1800 flowers or proflowers. I regret that decision.

The one star is being very generous. Do not use this florist due to their discriminatory views. They were supposed to deliver flowers to my grieving family on Wednesday. Flowers never showed up and we were promised it would be delivered on Thursday. When the flowers never came on Thursday we called and asked why, we were told that they needed a safety fee due to the side of town they were delivering to. The safety fee was paid and the florist still claimed it was a safety issue and will not deliver. I have never heard of a safety fee from any other business that comes and delivers to this side of town. What is this safety fee covering besides your discriminatory views? The florist is 9 miles away from the home, there wasn’t a long distance to be traveled. The only issue is that my address is a predominantly black neighborhood. The florist received money and have decided that they will not deliver to a funeral home or a grieving family’s home.

When I ordered these tulips, I selected "morning" as the delivery time so that my fiance could enjoy his first week in his new job. We are living apart so I thought the flowers would brighten his day. When they had not arrived by noon, I called and was assured the flowers would be delivered by 1:00 p.m. By 2:00 p.m., I had grown anxious and irritated that the flowers had not yet arrived and things only got worse when I heard my fiance say he was planning to leave the office early at 4:00 p.m. I called again and a very uninterested employee told me that they would arrive in 15 minutes. They didn't arrive until around 3:15 p.m., which is, by no stretch of the imagination "morning." Given that I paid so much for shipping (and, frankly, the flowers), this was super disappointing, especially since the flower shop was located less than a mile from his office! I won't be using this service again.

Ordered Monday 10/17 rushed delivery for that day. They promised they could do it and get it there before the office closed. The first delivery attempt wasn’t until after 5PM. And extra fee was paid for it to get there before 4PM. Called and spoke to Ian who initially took my order, he put me on hold and then hung up. Got a call from a random number who said they were going to try to deliver again today, but that never occurred. Zero follow up from the business themselves. The flowers never made it to the office/person they were intended for, and I learned a lesson on who not to order flowers from in the greater Atlanta area. Update: Business agrees to refund $12 for rush fee but the flowers were still never delivered so still paying for something that was never received…

I called these wonderful angels yesterday for my small wedding. I was going to make my own bouquet but realized how much was involved. They made me up the perfect bouquet in my price range. They also brought it to ME today (the NEXT day) when I was afraid I wouldnt make it to their shop in time for pick up. Kissy was amazing in helping me get the order in and made it super easy. The presentation was amazing too. The bouquet came in a glass vase, cute box, tissue paper and an adorable card with a pretty dainty flower attached with the sweetest notes inside. I will be using them agian for years to come. They brought my flowers to me for free too!!!! :) Even the delivery guy was a sweetheart! I got an email when they were on their way and got one minutes after he left.

I called from Minnesota to have to have a bouquet delivered to my daughter. The "person" told me they were not taking any more orders and when I asked if she could recommend another shop, strangely enough she DIDN'T know of ANY other FLOWER shops in Georgia!! Very strange, as there are 17 florists around peach tree petals! I called another shop which I HIGHLY recommend, FLOWER PARADISE and spoke with the owner/designer, MINDY. She was polite, friendly and gave me many choices. Customer Service and kindness were off the chart! Customer service at peach tree petals, there wasn't any!!! The only reason I gave them one star----they did answer the phone!

I received a floral arrangement from my spouse for Valentine's Day while they were traveling overseas for business. The arrangement was absolutely stunning! We always have great workmanship and long lasting flowers so I reached out to them to let them know that the calla lilies in the arrangement started to turn earlier than usual. To my surprise and amazement, they replaced the whole arrangement exactly like I originally received and its so beautiful! I ordered a bouquet of flowers from Peachtree Petals for my girlfriend for her birthday, I placed the order the day before and requested a morning delivery for the following day as a surprise. Sadly her order was not delivered till much later in the afternoon I believe it was around 4pm, I had multiple phone calls throughout the day with peachtree petals and was told " it will be delivered in 15 minutes" after every phone call. No apology, no attempt to make things right, simply an assurance that they would get it out there at some point. Overall great site, easy to shop but customer service was lacking as well as quality delivery.

They ask you in the web the date and time to be delivered, I ordered to be delivered 2 days later, you type it but it’s a lie! I called the store and they said “ we don’t promise a time” we are too far, and worst: “we start working at 9 am” Why don’t you say the right information? It’s not what you offer in your website! Then I called again because I never received an email after delivering the flowers! Surprise: the store is closed. I called the delivery # and they said it was delivered at 10:30 am. I complained about the email they never sent. They offer to send it again. Never received. Don’t ever trust in this people.

My order was never delivered. When you order online, the order confirmation email you receive details that you will receive a delivery confirmation email, once your order has been delivered. I never received the delivery confirmation email. When I asked them to provide some sort of proof of delivery, I did not get a response from them. Read some of their reviews and found the owner’s email address in one of her responses to another customer below. I reached out to her - did not receive any response. Their reviews show that they’re a good floral shop but I would advise against doing online orders with this business.

I personally want to thank you (John) for fulfilling my last minute order. I was looking for a same day florist and after searching the various florist around town, I came across Peachtree Petals but I was hesitant because ordering out of state I wasn’t sure what to expect. I took a chance after reading the reviews and browsing their website. And in less than 10 minutes on the phone with John , my order was placed, and delivered with the specific colors I wanted. I was very pleased with the professionalism, the price, and the quality of service I received. Thank you very much for your wonderful service.

UPDATE: Peachtree Petals did reach out to me after this initial review and while it did not negate that the initial order was incorrect it did leave a positive impact. A new arrangement has been sent and delivered at no cost to me. I ordered some flowers for a friend and specifically left florist instructions to not put ANY lilies in the bouquet. My friend just sent me a nice message with a photo and the arrangement has MULTIPLE lilies! I'm so disappointed and HATE the way it turned out with those nasty lilies. Needless to say next time I need a florist in ATL I will go with someone else.

Warning to future customers: do not pay for rushed same-day delivery. Called at 10:00AM to confirm expedited delivery within 2.5 hours was possible. Placed my order by 10:30AM. Called around 2:00PM to make sure the flowers were on the way, and was assured they were out for delivery. Called back after 4:00PM (well past the 2.5 hour mark) and was met with a convoluted explanation of "[we] got your order but missed the note about rushed delivery." Really? A refund does not make up for the fact that this company doesn't deliver based on its advertised timeframe. Spend your money elsewhere.

This is my 1st time using Peachtree Petals. I went today 5/9/22 to get some Lavender Roses for my wife. All things purple make my wife happy...LOL I usually use 1-800-flowers, but they wanted was too much money and it would take to long to get to me. So looking for an option I find Peachtree Petals. Maybe it was meant for me to go this route and use Peachtree Petals. The flowers are amazing and my wife loves them. The gentlemen who took my order was super friendly and the person took care of my arrangement, she too was super friendly. It only took an hour.....REAL TALK!!! Thank you.

My best friends mom died and they needed a casket blanket. With the viewing and funeral on a Monday morning, I called and explained what I needed and that there was a very tight budget for this, and knowing it's not a cheap piece. Absolutely stellar customer service. And absolutely beautiful craftsmanship in the piece. Awesome customer service and arrangements. I placed the order online and needed same day delivery for my mom's birthday arrangement. The flowers I selected look exactly like the arrangement on their website and my mom loved them! I received an email when they were on their way to be delivered and another email to notify me they were delivered, along with who signed for them. Loved the experience and appreciated the notification of the status along the way. Absolutely recommend! This is the second order I've placed with them and I'll continue to use them.

Expecting an arrangement scheduled to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. When I checked my order status, it said it was delivered and signed for at 6:30pm. Ran back camera footage with concierge and security for hours, just to call them the next day for Ian to tell me it was in fact not delivered and will be delivered the following day because the business was closed. I am the business owner and my business was in fact not closed. Ian was very unapologetic, lousy, and lack professionalism. Being that I am a business owner myself, I’m beyond disappointed.

I ordered the Tropics Appeal arrangement for my significant other and I she absolutely loved them. Loved them so much that she sent pictures to her friends. I must say, Peachtree Petals exceeded my expectations, especially considering their competitive prices. I received a notification when my order was placed; a notification when the flowers were sent for delivery; and a final notification when the flowers were delivered. I cannot explain how happy my daughter is with the 2 arrangements done by Peachtree Petals! After explaining she was having a brunch for 8 very pregnant ladies including herself I wanted to surprise her with some uplifting flowers. Although I wanted one pink and one blue I asked to keep them elegant and not in baby motif vases. Not only are the flowers gorgeous but the containers perfect. I ordered flowers two weeks ago from Peachtree Petals for a friend's graduation. She is a teacher and has the flowers in her classroom. Her husband ordered her flowers the same day from Pro Flowers and they died a week ago. My flowers from Peachtree Petals have lasted all this time! The bouquet is beautiful... it's the prettiest bouquet I've ever ordered. I also ordered them the morning of my friend's graduation and they were delivered to her hours later. I am so pleased with this purchase! :)

The worst! We paid for same day delivery for a birthday present and the flowers we delivered the next day. My friend did not get any flowers on her birthday. When I called them to tell them the flowers were delivered on Friday (when we paid for them to be delivered thursday) his response was "oh traffic was bad" How is that our problem? You need to refund our money. The only thing they said they could do is re-deliver the flowers next week. I will never use them again.

We used Peachtree Petals as a vendor for our wedding, and they did a fantastic job. Our contact, Todd Hausman, was very responsive to our requests for a consultation, preparing a quote, and working with us on an ongoing basis throughout our wedding planning. Our most glowing review, however, is the quality of Peachtree Petals' work. The arrangements were Pinterest-worthy at a very reasonable price. We will be using Peachtree Petals as our regular florist from now on.

Ordered flowers for a family funeral. Paid a premium for same day delivery. Later, I was notified that my order missed delivery for that day, and the premium was refunded. Was told the flowers would be delivered the next day before the funeral. That did happen, however, the arrangement was the absolute worst arrangement I have seen. The poor quality was shocking and embarrassing. The blooms were beginning to brown and shed. Would never do business with them again!

Wow!!! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful!!! I was so nervous ordering the flowers, since I do not live in Atlanta. The price for the arrangement fit my budget perfectly. I looked online for over a week trying to find a florist that made an arrangement that did not cost $100 plus dollars. This was their deal of the day. They sent an email when it was out for delivery and another email with pic of flowers by the door. Thank you for your quality work!!!!

Absolutely terrible service, I don’t know why I gave them a third chance. After the first time they screwed something up, they said they would make it right and made what I would call a half hearted effort to do it. It wasn’t great, but I gave them another shot. Figuring everyone deserves at least a second chance. This time, they ruined Valentine’s Day just like they’ve done twice before. Please please please do yourself a favor and find a different florist.

Their customer service was fantastic from start to finish. I loved how sweet & helpful the girl over the phone was; not to mention the convenience of the e-mail updates I received regarding the status of my delivery. They put together a custom designed floral arrangement at a very affordable price & they were able to deliver same day when I called pretty late in the afternoon!! I will for sure call them next time I need flowers delivered in Atlanta!!

My husband is out of town for our 29th anniversary and we are fairly new here ie ,we don't know our way around. Our two daughters helped him out by finding Peachtree Petals on Google and I could not be happier with the outcome! I just got a single, gorgeous red rose in a sea of baby's breath plus a delicious box of chocolate truffles!!! Excellent! I hope there are some of the truffles left by the time he gets home! :-) Highly recommend this place!

I had a terrible experience. The website says one thing but means something completely different. I paid for same day delivery for my girlfriends birthday only to find out later in the afternoon that the time they have on the website is wrong. Really ruined the day. If I would have known it was not possible, I would have went with another option. Instead, I had her and her parents waiting at home for 3 hours for flowers that never came.

I ordered flowers for a friend in the hospital. I was told that they would be discharged over the weekend, but they were discharged early. They tried to deliver the flowers, but it was after he was discharged. I received a phone call from a very nice person at Peachtree Petals to let me know and was given a full refund. I was pleasantly surprised at how kind they were about it. You don't find that very often anymore.

After years of being disappointed in the arrangements I sent, I finally found a florist who takes pride in the work they send out. They have consistently provided me with arrangements that are simply beautiful and full of blooms. I no longer have to worry about what I send. Ordered flowers online through their website to send to someone in a different state (GA). Ordered a fairly inexpensive bouquet but when pictures of the flowers were sent to me, I was pleasantly surprised by how full and beautiful the bouquet was, particularly for the cost. Flowers were delivered in a timely fashion and I had no issues with the process. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Ordered flowers to be delivered right down the road from their address at little after 10 am and 3:41 pm in the afternoon no delivery. Person to receive the flowers leaves work at 3 pm which was communicated to rep on the phone who stated they would note that. They did reimburse immediately but plans screwed up. 2 stars for answering the phone and reimbursing. Will never use them again!

I placed an order online and the afterpay system didn’t let me go back to verify I had entered the correct address for the recipient. I sent them an e-mail explaining the change I needed to make and they called me back within minutes to confirm the changes and even waived the delivery fee to the recipient. I am very impressed with their customer service and really appreciate their help!

My sister loved her daily special flowers! It was a perfect birthday gift, and the same day delivery option was great for last minute. Even me having forgotten that the delivery address required a gate code (and also not answering my phone), the still deliveryman did a wonderful job at getting them to her door when she wasn't there. Flowers were included that weren’t supposed to be and flowers that should’ve been included were no where to be found. They literally just put random things together. I placed an order for delivery and it was delivered within 2.5 hours of placing the order. Extremely pleased! I requested that they leave on doorstep if the recipient wasn't home. Excellent experience with them--I made an error on an order online after hours and emailed them to correct it--they replied promptly the next morning. We ordered for an employee that was in the hospital and was to be discharged the next day so we ordered morning delivery. She ended up leaving before the cut off time but Peachtree Petals is going to pick them up from the hospital and deliver them to her home. Thad was very nice about it. Great customer service!

The flowers were fresh, and every two days or so the bouquet would change in appearance; it was like "new" flowers blossomed. It was gorgeous. Even when it started to wilt it was still beautiful.
