If I could give them a 0 star that would be better, but that is not an option. Yes, I was a customer and I had a glitch in my account as my card information was stolen. They act as if it is your fault and they look at everyone as if they are a criminal. I finally got everything straightened out, no thanks to them, and they closed my account. I am going back to Chase who I have been with for 20 years. I used this bank because it was close and Chase was further. They now have a Chase close to me on Beach Blvd. Save yourself the aggravation from using First Citizens. They Google customers? Now that's just plain weird.

Run away as fast as you can. I agree with the post below. They do Google searches their customers to check you out as a customer and your social media.A friend of mine closed her account about a week ago after they charged her enormous fees. A fee for this and a fee for that is what it amounts to. All I can recommend is stay away from this horrible bank. Go to Chase or Vystar.

My friend said to try this bank as he had been here for about a year. I did and what a poor decision I made. The fees are horrific. Fee, fee, fee driven. I realize how banks are so heavily regulated, but this is ridiculous. At least I still have my account at my other bank and I am going back there. No more changes in banks, especially if it is First Citizens.

Everyone in this Bank welcome us with smile and like family when we go there !! What else a customer will need ?, we feel familiar place when we go First Citizen Bank.

It's a pleasure being able to talk a real person who answers the phone instead of navigating through voice prompts. Customer service is very good.

Horrible experience at this bank. Can't imagine ever dealing with these people again! Please, use another bank than these paranoid people.
