Horrible customer service. First time I've been blatantly lied to about banking capabilities. Either the guy, who had an office, was totally untrained, or stalling to avoid doing work. Being a 5/3rd customer for over 30yrs, and having quite a large acct, the way I was treated was unspeakable.

Sold a house and the mortgage got paid off same day and they want to hold my money for 10 days. They know the check is good but won’t release the funds. Just crazy stupid.

Rude and unprofessional. The hidden overdraft fees. Which should never happen to begin with. But being charged every week? That's why I don't bank with them.

This bank atm stole over a thousand dollars and the bank refuses to return it says they can’t do anything. NEVER take your business here

The staff here are friendly and professional. I feel like they really care about our relationship and want to help me.
