Nothing but problems online and at this store love the shoes hate the service well famous footwear. A lot of competition out there that sell the same damn shoes unbelievably I asked to try on men's 9 and she didn't get me some to try on instead told me that mens size 9 waS not going to fit .I was persistent to find me the red and black tanjun men's 8.5 they didn't have that size And then she says " why do you have to have red and black shoes Do You actually Wear that much red and black" could have made a sale that day .i purchased 2 pairs online that same evening.

If I could give 0 stars I would , I do not recommend this location the cashier Daniella spoke Spanish using racial slurs assuming I couldn’t understand when I called her out on it she refused to sale me shoes after so she also cost the company money for the 3 pair of shoes I was going to buy , I’ll be leaving the same review on google so people know what type of service to expect!!!

The female worker was rude and not very helpful. The other male employee never once asked if we needed help. I'll never ever shop at this location again. If you need good service, great customer service representatives and awesome people go to Litchfield and McDowell

I give this store five stars for customer service. The two girls running the store knew how to run the show. Always asked us if we needed to try on any shoe or asked if we any questions about a shoe. Super attentive employees working here.

Came here for Easter shoes and got a great BOGO deal. I saved a lot with my store rewards discount on top of that. The store is clean and the staff is helpful.
