Dont waste your time ever ordering shoes from them. Went in to get some air max 270s for a present and they said i had to order them. I ordered them and it came in such a beat up box then i boxed it and the shoe box had pizza stains on it.. i called to see if they can get me a new shoe box since it would be embarrassing to give this box as a gift and they told me they couldnt do it that i would need to come in to do an exchange. I went in to store again reordered shoes in hopes box would come decent condition with new shoes and they shipped it out this time wrapped in plastic enveloped which ripped and damaged the shoe box. The shoe box was ruinning and one of the shoes had shoe lace untied and you could tell they were used since the back was scratched. Never buying shoes from this stored again.

Worse customer service ever. My son and I were there today ( 8/21) around noon until almost 1pm. Not one single person came over to ask us if we needed help ( we did). We live in NY and this was our first visit. The young associates had poor customer service and zero ability to multitask. Seriously, you don't even say hi to customers? My son couldn't even try on anything because they have no fitting room and we don't have this store in my town. I mean you can't spare a corner and a curtain for people to try things on? Wake up your employees because they suck and I ask you review your cameras to see their lack of basic communication.

This place certainly has lots of shoes. It's set up like some warehouse type store with boxes and boxes of shoes that you try on for size yourself. Billed as a discount store. Got a pair of Cons (high tops) at nothing near a discount price. Would have been much cheaper going to Tempe but I didn't have the time. Real basic service nothing to complain about as far as the service. It's just that I was drawn in by the hype of a much lower cost. Next time I'm going to shop online and pay about the same and get custom Cons done! All in all nothing to brag about here

They were so nice especially the manager she was awesome and order the shoes I needed with out hesitation when they didnt have them in stock and she even called different stores to see if they had them but they didn't so she went above and beyond to help me out I wish I got her name but the recipe didnt have her name just her number which is 013210 thank you for making my experience at that store a great one I will be for sure getting my next purchase from there thank you

All employees were amazingly helpful. We should give more credit to them. I would have given five stars but I had an inconvenience. The manager Claudia really seemed in a hurry to get to her office the day I went in. I saw her for only a few minutes and all I heard from her were complaints from the employees. A manager should always back her crew up and that way the store would function better.

I have not shopped in any of your locations. I had no idea y'all were even in Phoenix. But I tell you what. 3 separate transactions showed up on our bank statement from 1 day. Totaling almost $300.00dont your employees ask for an ID? These charged were Not authorized by us. This constitutes fraud and identity theft. The police have been notified and a report was filed.

This place has a good variety of footwear, accessories, clothing & more for the whole family. Thier prices are very affordable with a good selection to choose from. Customer service was non-existent when we were here. We don't live in PHX but whenever we are in town we stop in to check out the new products. Our family recommends shopping at this WSS location.

I'm so glad I stopped in to the WSS on Thomas and 40th St today. I was initially greeted by Adam. I am not a savvy shoe shopper and I usually hate the experience but he called over Vivian to assist me and she actually made the whole process fun. I signed up for the rewards plan and I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Wasted my time & gas coming here at 6:30pm. They’re closed and I only drove over here because it says opened here. I just witness a family with a pregnant woman go “oh they’re closed” and 2 other customers left along with me. You should definitely update your hours online for everyone’s convenience! I misunderstood the return policy. I wore my new balance sneakers at work, but the support they provided wasn't good enough. However, the lady at the counter let me return the shoes and I bought scechers instead. They provide more cushion and don't make my feet hurt after 8 hours of standing behind a reception desk

Love this store also the new staff I was greeted right away by Javier and the security guard. After finding the shoes I was looking for javier updated me on a extra discount to download the app and save some money!! Javier is the best I wish I could give more stars!! Will definitely be going back

The shoes here are fake. Missing logos and bogus manufacturing with stitching and glue. Take a very close look at the shoes and compare them to other else where. If i hadn't tossed my recipet i would have through these shoes back the register and got my refund but WSS IS NOT A LEGIT retailer.

Great experience. Fantastic costumer service. Too many styles to choose from newborn to old fashion. Definitively would come back here, good prices for every budget. So if you looking for good shoes and great style but don't want to spent too many dollars on it this is the place.

Never shop at WSS. I tried to exchange a gift and I was told that. I couldn't because the color didn't match exactly even though I never wore them. I had them in my car for a few days. Planning on returning them and I was told I couldn't even exchange them for a different size.

Don't really have good stock or selection compared to other wss stores around town. Tags seem to never match what's wrung up at the registers. And last but not least. I waited in the parking lot for 30 min for them to open just to find out they will be opening 30 min late.

Have alot of shoes to choose from! From sneakers to heels and sandals! it was very messy shoes every where I could barely push the stroller thought the isles. That's the only thing I can say wrong. The staff were nice and curteous.

This WSS always has a great selection of shoes for the entire family. The accessories are a great bargain and the loyalty program is so helpful when you need to get shoes for everyone. I love the Nike backpacks and the sandles.

Killer selection of non slip food service sneakers. Way better than Walfart and the WWS sneakers last and don't get stinky after a week. A bit pricey but it's name brand stuff.
