THE PERSON THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HELP OUT SEEN ME WALKING IN. NO GREET NOTHING SO I CIRCLE HER AND ASK IS IT TO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE. I WAS TRYING TO PURCHASE THE NIKE VAPORMAX IN ALL WHITE. SHE'S LIKE THEIR ISNT WHITE ONES. I REPLIED WHATS THAT IN ALL WHITE SHES LIKE YOU SAID . VAPORMAX THOSE ARE PLUS . I REPLIED I DIDNT KNOW THEY WERE PLUS BUT EVEN BETTER.I CHANGED MY MIND BECAUSE SHE SAID YOUR 8 1/2 SHOE IS THE DISPLAY ONE. SO I SAID IM GONNA PAY 250 FOR SOME BRAND NEW SHOES AND GET A DIRTY YELLOW SHOE. SHE'S LIKE YOU DONT HAVE TO AND I DIDNT. I BOUGHT THESE INSTEAD AND LEFT WITH A SMILE‍♂️I WORE THESE TO WORK

I had to give this place a one-star because I was followed around the store blatantly stared at the whole entire time I was there there were other people in the store besides myself and every step I took Cody took it with me and he would just stand there and stare at us with his arms crossed as if I'm some type of common criminal that's coming in here to steal I've never stolen anything in my life and I don't appreciate being treated as if I would steal from them so the store gets one star if I could give less I would never feel like I'm going to be treated as a criminal and not as a customer wanting to purchase the products that are for sale in the store

purchased shoes over there a week later they were bad they were hurting my foot something happened inside the soles went back to take care of it it took another week before I was taken care of if it's something wrong with the shoe you have to get same shoe you can't get different one I will never buy shoes again at the malls their return or exchange policy suck. Go to Kohl's even Sam's Club or Costco or Sears no questions asked

I ordered some Ultra Boost on sale, online. But, they fit a little too snug. Because of COVID, the north side stores have been closed. I came to the Christown location to exchange for a bigger size. The young woman that helped me was friendly, professional, & helpful. She even gave me $11 back, because they were on sale in the store. I'll be supporting this location moving forward simply because of the great customer service.

I ordered some shoes from here for my nephew. I never received a notice letting me know the shoes were at the store. Furthermore, the stores phone number is useless. It always says its busy. In went down to the store to pick up the shoes and the store associates took awhile to get them. They also bounced back and forth telling each other to help me. I felt like 2 of the associates didn't care about customer service.

Worst store , worst customer service , everyone standing around doing nothing, no one spoke when we came in, I was standing right in front of their employees and still no one acknowledged me or said anything, at this point I should of went and got the shoes my self from the back of the store , will not be back 0/10

Excellent but when you walk in there they act like you don't exist because you don't look like a somebody's going to go buy a pair of shoes that are kind of expensive you have to go grab somebody to say something just because I was in a wheelchair that doesn't mean that I'm not going to buy something

They didnt even try to help me.. tried asking if they could order online for me but they brushed me aside and said it wont work and they said no other footlocker has the size I wanted - how.? When they didnt even check for me.. never going back to this footlocker again..

Went there 2 evenings ago looking for shoes. The 2 young salesmen that were there.....offered no help at all. No greeting....and very little clothes left in the store. This is usually my "go to" footlocker for years now..... Time for a change.

Small size foot locker usually with 2 youngsters offering basic help "we got some Jordans in stock" on the way in but forgetting to up sell the socks on the way out. Good to grab a fresh pair just nothing amazing.

Not the biggest fan of this location. Good selection but staff seemed not interested in helping me. More interested in helping someone else who was just browsing. Went to famous footwear and bought shoes instead.

This location sucks man I still bus shoes here and was told a pair of the last pair of jordans id bought were fake and yet I'm not sure besides though this place doesnt have many jordans and other shoes or hats

Inside the old christown Mall, this store is a standard foot locker. The only problem with this location as the employees seem to be more interested in looking at their phones than helping customers.

The assistant was helpful as soon as I stepped in the store. He showed me the women's shoes. The shoes I wanted wasn't there. Then he pointed out two stores in the mall that sold shoes.

Staff super helpful. Found a shoe I need and can afford. I will be back during the weekend to buy them. The shoe in picture is black. The picture for some reason came out looking gray.

This foot locker is really terrible!!! I picked out 4 different pairs of shoes and they didn't have my 12 or 13 in any of them ... I won't go back to this store

I got a pair of Nike's there today that are fabulous. And not only are they so cool. The comfort level is bar none the best. Great selection too. Made my day

I waited a long time for a manager to come and do a return. Even though I had the receipt. Any employees should have been able to return my t-shirt for me.

There was a lot of people and not enough employees to help me. I wish it had a bigger selection of shoes. I didn't buy anything today but I will be back!

The manager was really nice, he was the ONLY one who came up and asked if I needed any help though. As far as I saw he was the only one helping anyone.
