The good: The boxes are strong and convenient and I have used Frogboxes several times in the past for a smooth move. The okay: The bundles are not ideal in that they don't offer a lot of small box options to add on or give small box bundles as I think they've done in the past. It was a lot easier to add on sets of small boxes in previous moves. The handles are quite uncomfortable carrying boxes of any weight for more than a few metres. The terrible: I experienced deception and a lack of regard for customers. When I booked, the website advertised free local delivery and then charged delivery fees. When I contacted them, they said they just hadn't updated the website and had to charge due to gas prices. They did reverse the charge, but it felt deceptive - gas prices have been high for a while and it doesn't take long to update a website. I think maybe it's been updated now, but I'm wondering how many people didn't notice. The day before my box delivery, I was asked if I could move to a later delivery window. I wrote back and explained that I was balancing the move with a very busy time at work and that delivery in the originally contracted window was vital. They reassured me that they would keep the original window so that the timing would work for me - then showed up an hour after the end of my delivery window. This was apparently due to a more complicated delivery than expected and they offered a small refund for the inconvenience. I would expect the route to be better planned, but sometimes things do go wrong. I did wonder if they moved my delivery time despite telling me they wouldn't, especially as there was deception about delivery fees. I was not pleased, but not furious (yet). I wrote and asked for assurances that the driver would not come earlier than the contracted pick-up window. I was assured that it would not happen - the window would be respected and its start time would be the earliest he would show up. An hour or so before my pick-up window was to start, I was called by the driver to say he'd be there very shortly. I had just walked in the door, hadn't eaten for hours, and was exhausted. I still had a few boxes of books to unpack - 30mins work after a quick break and lunch. I told the driver I wasn't ready and that I'd been assured he wouldn't be there before the start of the window - he was very confused and seemed upset at having to wait almost an hour before he could go on to his last customer a long drive away. So I let my lunch go cold and dumped things on the floor so he could do his pickup early. When I wrote to the office they said the driver had been told, that he was just calling to see if it might be possible to come early, and that I should have just told him it wasn't. But when he called it wasn't presented like he was just calling to see if it might be possible; he seemed pretty upset at my not being ready early. Nor did he seem to know anything about my communication with the office about this pickup window. This is a company that financially incentivizes a very fast turnaround in packing/moving/unpacking. They must expect that customers are going to be on tight timelines and very stressed - respecting delivery windows (or giving more realistic ones if 3 hours is too short) would seem the bare minimum to help reduce stress. In the end, Frogbox made my extremely stressful move even more stressful and I can't see using them again. I felt lied to multiple times and my time completely disrespected. If you do use them, which I can no longer recommend, I suggest you plan for the delivery/pickup windows to be at least 1 - 2 hours longer on either side than they say and watch the bill carefully.

I've used them for 2 moves. The first one was in 2014 and they were good. Nothing stood out as exceptional but good, nonetheless. However, we just used them in August and I'll probably look at the competitors the next time we moved. They gave us a window of 3 hours on a weekday (4-7), which they were good about in 2014, but the guy this time actually tried to come an hour early (3pm) while we were still at work. He wasn't able to reach us because we were working but still came at 3:50 pm and tried to buzzed up. Luckily, I heard the phone this time. When he buzzed up, I off handedly mentiones that he was early and he sounded annoyed. Luckily, the fiance who already left home got there just in time. When he came up with the boxes, he somehow dropped the boxes in a way that broke our oven knob. I'm not sure the conversation he had with my fiance but he left convincing my fiance that the knob slid off. It wasn't until my fiance moved the boxes out of the kitchen after that he discovered the knob was broken. The general manager did offer to pay for the damages and gave us a $50 voucher for next time but didn't apologize for the inconvenience or discount the current rental. I had to take a day off to wait for the repairman because only Priority Appliance repairs viking appliances! So, we had to go by their schedule. The repairman also said the shaft that it's unusual for the shaft to snap in half the way it did so I have no idea what the guy was doing when he unloaded the boxes off the dollie. Anyways, frog box did pay for the repair which I'm satisfied about but they did cause the damage in the first place and I wouldn't say they went above and beyond to make up for it. Anyways, we'll probably try a different company next time and not use the discount. I don't want to take the risk of getting the same unprofessional delivery man or someone similar.

Moving. It's one-word that causes anyone to shudder at the thought. It's stressful, time consuming and a massive pain in the rear. However, I have found that FrogBox actually cut down my anxiety by offering a simple service -- reusable, stackable boxes. I originally ordered the one-bedroom (25 boxes) to be delivered on a Friday and picked up the following Friday when I thought I would be moving out on a Monday. When my move date got switched to the following Thursday, I called them the DAY OF DELIVERY and they rescheduled everything -- no worries. When I was finished unpacking ahead of time, they said the same thing "No worries. We can come by today if it works for you." Works for me? I'm ecstatic. They showed up, carted off my boxes and my move was DONE. Here are the benefits I have found: 1) They deliver to your current and pickup at your next address. This means you don't have to try and find room for empty boxes, make additional runs to the recycle center or try and sell them on Craigslist. 2) It MOTIVATES you to empty out your boxes. You will not be living out of boxes as you may have with previous moves. You can set the length of time you have the boxes -- but to save $$, unpack and get them picked up. 3) I always found purchasing, buying or scouring liquor stores for boxes to be a bit of a pain. The boxes are of various sizes, conditions, etc. You have to tape them up or, in some cases, make them work. These come assembled, easy to stack, move, and you don't have to fit someone else for them. 4) They're environmentally friendly. Gives you that warm, fuzzy feeling.

I'm so thankful for the Frogbox service! The Frogboxes were extremely sturdy and got our belongings safely through our first cross-province move. Using Frogbox has truly been the least stressful part of the move! Delivery was prompt and friendly. I also loved that we didn't have to worry about sourcing boxes and that these ones will be reused over and over again. The customer service from Becks on the Calgary end was impeccable and also set me at ease - they were amazing with using my pronouns which is always appreciated as a gender non-conforming person - for me, interacting with customer service is often an added stress when being misgendered. All my interactions with the Frogbox team have been wonderful and they were great with coordination and answering questions as the website didn't have as much info. A big thank you to the Frogbox team! I'm not looking forward to having to move again but if we do, my partner and I will definitely use Frogbox again - and we're recommending it to all our friends!

UPDATED: Shout out to Phil and Joanne for calling me and addressing the issue. I didn't know I was moving between franchises and appreciate them going the extra mile for me. I'm actually very impressed with the customer service and steps to ensure retention!! **************We've previously used gorilla box in vancouver but unfortunately for our upcoming move they did not pick up from the new area. Thought I would try frogbox and I am a bit disappointed. I spent over $200 on a one week rental and they did not provide any dollies. I was confused thinking that perhaps I should have added them at checkout for an additional cost but I can't for the life of me find where on the website you would specifically state you need a dolly. This will be super frustrating when we move on Saturday as the totes are not easy to haul 1 by 1. Reached out to customer service and was advised that I could rent one from home depot or lowe's.. I won't be back.

I had the most amazing moved thanks to Frogbox. I was researching for a moving company on the Internet and Frogbox link came out from my search. I viewed their website and I filled their online form right away. The next day someone called me to confirm my delivery and pick-up date. There is also a check box if you want them send you some moving company names and they did send me some. I went with Go Truck Go moving company. They were fantastic. A person called me an hour before the delivery to notify me what time exactly he would be delivering the boxes same with the pick-up. There is no hassle I just put everything in boxes and it was done. Someone did call me a few days before the pick-up to make sure that I had enough time to unpack. I recommend strongly Frogbox for your next move.

I've had the joy of working with Frogbox as a referral partner of my business (You Move Me) for the last 4 years. Frogbox is an excellent solution to the traditional moving boxes. All the boxes are uniform in size and stack easy, making them much nicer to move! The best feature is the fact they come pick them after clients are done unpacking! Frog box was so helpful in fixing the miscommunication with my pick up and the customer service was fantastic. Once we figure out where the miscommunication was they made everything right and scheduled the first available pick up! I normally rave about frog box and tell everyone about it! So convenient! This is the second time I’ve used it and the boxes are still sitting in my living room. I’ve called multiple times and left a voicemail every time to set up a pick up time and have had zero contacts from anyone at the company for over a week. Considering I pay for the amount of time I have these boxes for I am a little worried to see the outcome of my bill at this point.

I'm so happy with my first Frogbox experience. The uniformity of the boxes seemed to simplify the whole process. The customer service was great. They were always happy to accommodate my date and time changes. Without knowing beforehand, the delivery man happened to be a gentleman I'd worked with for years as our mover. His name is Brian and he's always so funny; our client's loved him. He is always professional, pleasant and willing to do whatever needs to doing to get the job done. So, all in all, though moving is stressful and exhausting, Brian and the office team at Frogbox made things much easier!

I had the most horrible experience! They didn’t delivery my order, didn’t give me any explanation about the not delivery. I sent my confirmation by email as well, the form signed as requested and them totally ignored me. And they just answered my email after the third day, when I made another complain about the bad service (that never happened!). I was desperate as I had just two days to move from my house... I am grateful that another company Gorilla, delivered me the boxes That I needed in less than 3h after ordered (when I realized that Frogbox never would do it) and way more cheap. Gosh!

Initially I wasn’t sure as I had to try a couple of times to get a call back. Once I did connect and had my questions answered the rest of my experience was seamless. Easy online order process with lots of delivery and pickup options. My boxes were delivered by Jayson who was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that the boxes themselves were clean and that I had everything I needed to begin packing. So nice to meet such a personable employee. Is Frogbox fantastic? Yes. Does it make my move easier? Believe it or not, it actually did. These guys are your one-stop shop for your moving supplies. Not only do they have boxes, they also have packing material and mattress protector. The boxes are super sturdy, and the fact they can be reused over and over again make them even more environmentally friendly than recycled cardboard boxes. And who wants to make 10 trips to the garbage to get rid of all the boxes? Their ace delivery and pick-up service will make you say "ahhhhh".

I loved using the reusable boxes from Frogbox. First of all, not having to buy all those cardboard boxes just to throw them away, is the biggest benefit. But also, Frogbox's customer service was great. They were very flexible with letting us keep the boxes longer, then picking them up sooner than scheduled so we can get them out of our home once we were done packing. They are also very responsive by email, which saves a lot of time on phone calls during the busy time of moving house.

My family and I were completely satisfied with the Frogbox experience. The people we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. It's a brilliant idea, and not only convenient for the customer, but eco-friendly, too. I was especially pleased with the idea that Frogbox donates part of every transaction to frog habitat and wetland restoration. Good for you!! I would most surely recommend Frogbox to all friends who are contemplating a move -- sure made my move easier!

Great service, awesome boxes and cheaper than cardboard. This was the first move that I didn't end up with boxes that fell through or squashed their contents. Aside from the great delivery and pick service, it's the little things that made the move easier like easily being able to stack boxes and the molded handles that made carrying them very easy. Having Frogboxes easily shaved a quarter of the cost off our movers bill because they were so quick to move around.

Use these for moving! Costs the same as buying boxes but they deliver to your door, movers can easily stack them, and then they take them away. Nothing that I put in them broke or was damaged. Also anyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant to deal with both on the phone and in person - poor guy had to lug these things up two sets of stairs on delivery - didn't complain once. Hopefully I won't be moving again soon but when I do I will definitely use again.

Our go to guy to buy cardboard boxes shut down. So we thought we would try Frogbox for this move. What a great concept! Light weight, stackable and sturdy this perhaps may have been one of the easiest moves ever. Delivered and picked up meant no running around, recycling or hoarding in the darkest corners as boxes are expensive. Frogbox is comparable, affordable and way less hassle than our old system. Professional, courteous and accommodating team. Bravo!

I was initially attracted to the idea of moving with a lighter footprint, but was completely blown-away with the quality and commitment that everyone at Frogbox demonstrated. They clearly see their job as "making your move easier" not just providing moving boxes. From the first call, through the delivery and pick-up to the follow-up afterwards, then consistently impressed me. Every company - no matter what service they provide - should work this one.

Frogbox was amazing!!! They delivered everything I ordered exactly as I wished, and were very informative the entire time. When I had to delay the pickup of my boxes after my move was complete due to an injury - they were extremely generous and understanding. When I was able, the pickup of the boxes and dolly went very smoothly. FYI the large dolly is tricky to operate, but once you figure out it's a piece of cake. I would recommend frogbox.

Frog box is amazing. Used them for our move. Even adding an extra week didn’t cost much. Super friendly and very fast to respond to inquiries. The crew that drops off and picked up were amazing and very cautious how they bring the boxes into the building to watch for walls and even give you instructions not to slide them on the floor. The labels are awesome and it made moving for our movers that much faster! Highly recommend!!!!

Poor customer experience. I didn't receive any confirmation after ordering on their website and I haven't heard back after calling 5 times and leaving a voicemail. Nobody seems to pick up the phone during business hours. Since these deliveries are time sensitive you would expect them to return your call promptly. If they don't show up to deliver the boxes in the time I scheduled today I will be going with a different company.

I went with Frogbox because I wanted to be more sustainable and use reusable boxes for my move. I love that they're stackable and easy to close. They showed up on time with my boxes and delivered/picked them to my door. I had a lovely chat with the gentleman who picked up my boxes. I didn't catch his name, but he was very kind and I want to send him my best wishes and luck! I will continue to use Frogbox again in the future!

Service was excellent. Dropping and pickup went as planned. These boxes really are handy and no hunting for cardboard. I ordered mine to be delivered 3 to 4 days before the move so that I had at least 3 days after for unpacking. I found I was running out of time before they picked them up so I had to quickly empty a few of the last ones out and just pile it on the floor but I would definitely use Frog boxes again.

Our experience with Frogbox was great! They kept us up to date on their availability and let us know well ahead if time when they had to reschedule the delivery. Stressful moving. Frogbox helped by being on time on delivery day. They are not cheap at all, but all my 50 boxes were perfectly clean. Then I extended one week, then another, then another, you know. Only $1 a box per week, which I thought was reasonable and helped with the stress. Picking up was done competently and also on time. It was a good choice for us.

Great service and very accommodating on an extension while we were trying to renovate and move into our new home. We've used their service multiple times and are always amazed at how much time is saved by not having to worry about collecting cardboard boxes. Just don't overpack them with books, or your movers will get mad at you for making them too heavy :)

I got my pick up scheduled. Then got an email for an alternate timed I re-arrange my schedule to make that time work. The day off I got a call from the driver saying they will be there 1 hour before the window provided. The driver had to wait for me to get home. I wonder what is the point of having a window if chances are they are going to be there sooner?

Frogbox made moving much easier - the boxes were delivered on time and in excellent condition - they are so sturdy that the last minute items arrived safe and sound. These sturdy green boxes didn't remove the pain of moving but it sure made it a lot less painful. Love the rental model and that they deliver and pick up when done. Price is fair too. My wife was always impressed with the service and liked the especially liked the receptionist with the British accent who was unfailingly polite and helpful.

Love this eco-friendly and super convenient option for moving. The door to door delivery was very convenient, and both my deliveries were on time. The boxes made packing easier and were much sturdier than cardboard boxes. They add a little weight as they’ve got some weight on their own, but I didn’t find it to be a problem for my move.

Most painless move ever because of Frogbox. Clean boxes showed up right on time, filling them was so much easier than cardboard, then we just loaded them all up on dollies in a truck. Using FROGBOX made my move so easy I got everything packed and unpacked in a day. The strong, easy to stack, easy to close, clean boxes made packing a dream. The movers were happy too and commented that they love moves where items are packed in FROGBOXES. Certainly jumping from pad to pad has never been so easy :)

Love frogbox, it is such a fabulous idea, Everyone was great to deal with and how wonderful is it to not have to assemble, disassemble and store dusty boxes! Face it, we all hate the packing and unpacking of moving, anything that makes moving easier is most welcome.

Such a great service, I used 15 boxes and 3 clothing racks to move last week and it was the smoothest move I've ever had! The move was so quick that the bill for the movers I hired ended up being $300 cheaper than the lowest estimate they gave. Highly recommended!
