The actual workouts and atmosphere was fine. I felt like when I attended my trail period they cared about my end goals. I explained I would be moving 6 hours away and asked what would be the best way to continue classes and I was told month to month. I am now trying to end my membership and they want me to show proof of a new lease, utility bill, address on drivers license which is honestly crazy because it’s not like I’m breaking my apartment lease, it’s only a gym. They told me I should had read the policies that are printed on the wall, again why would I when I trusted the sales rep on the best way to sign up giving I was moving 2-3 months. Now I will be charged for another 4 weeks ($200) when I won’t be utilizing the gym. In fact, I haven’t even utilized the gym in two weeks. The trainer called me and asked if she could look into my scans and that she would text me, never did. Just all in all super disappointing. The same guy owns the Memorial City and EADO F45 and obviously makes a lot of money from this. I was always a big supporter on Instagram and Facebook. I will no longer recommend F45 based off this experience.

I have visited a lot of F45s (I am in traveling sales for my company) - This is definitely one that I cannot wait to return to. Their coaches (including Natalia and Mike) will work out with you while you are in class - that is very motivating. Also Coach CJ is phenomenal in keeping the energy high and motivating members as they work out. If you live in the Houston area, I would recommend you join - you will love the facilities and staff there.

This is the most comprehensive gym I have ever been a part of. I felt welcomed from day 1. The Trainers are very kind, supportive and understanding. Exercises are thoroughly demonstrated prior to every session. This is hard work but it is extremely fun and exciting!!! I encourage anyone who is seeking to get fit, lose, weight or overall improve their well-being to consider F45. I will be here for a while.

Coaches are amazing. I moved to the energy corridor area in February 2021. I hadn’t worked out probably since then… I am so glad I decided to try F45 despite my fear. The coaches really guide you through the exercises and proper form. They will definitely try to push you (which is what I love and definitely need) but there are also modifications. Definitely recommend!

First time back lifting weights since March 2020. First time functional weight lifting. I’m totally out of my element but the trainers are so helpful. They watch you and jump in when you need help. This is perfect for this season of my life and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a positive, uplifting, physically challenging workout.

I have been a member for a year now and absolutely love it! Every trainer has been so helpful and supportive of my fitness journey. I can't say enough good things about this location. The gym is always clean, safe, and filled with so much motivation. Love love love it!

I recently attended a F45 class and I must say, it was an incredibly invigorating experience! From start to finish, the class was thoughtfully designed to engage every muscle group and provide a dynamic workout that left me feeling both accomplished and energized.

I love my CrossFit time at F45 Training Energy Corridor, the CrossFit’s trainers are the best, I am very happy for choose this gym to do my workouts, the motivation to everybody is very helpful to us, I think I will be there for the rest of my life.

One of the best decisions I made after moving to the energy corridor was joining this F45 location. All of the coaches are great! They do a good job with helping you reach your goals and checking in.
