This morning Ryan Knapp did a customer pick up for me. We arrived at the the Enterprise location after him telling me I had a 250.00 deposit I advised him that I wasn’t aware of the deposit. He then asked me how much did I have on my card I showed him and told him. He said okay I can work with you with that. So he went inside the billing and claims to have ran my card for the amount. Now EVERY SINGLE TIME A transaction is made with any of my cards I receive a text and email notification NEVER received one but I received one from my other card he ran with was declined. So Because my cards decline I decided to just go get the money off the card and put it into my REGIONS account. So I advised him that i would just walk the 3 miles to go put it in my account. He said okay. Well while walking to the bank I decided to call and see if they took cash. I called over 10 times no answer. Finally about 12 times later he answered. I said “hey because I’m walking and it’s raining” before I passed the store i wanted to know if you took cash”. He replied and said sorry WE WONT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. I said excuse me he said yeah I just talked to my manager and he said that there’s nothing we can do for you. So I respond and ask to speak with the manager ‭he responds with HE’S not here. So I advised him that I would be contacting the corporate office and AND I WOULD BE SITTING AT THE LOCATION until his manager came back so here we are 2 hours later I’m still sitting

Small, quaint location with excellent service. Worth a taxi or Uber ride from the downtown area and the busier rental car agencies. I rent cars frequently and all across the nation and always from Enterprise, and I must say this location was a super pleasant experience. A tall handsome Steven was my associate, coupled with a sweet, cute, blond number, whos name I cannot remember. Both were professional in appearance and manner. Steven took the time to explain what was going on even though I'm well aware that rentals are hot this time of year. Although many of his vehicles were out for repair he had a close by Enterprise bring a spare over for me. It was not crowded but busy, yet Steven remained cool as a cucumber. Definitely extremely patient with myself and the other customers. I also overheard him making sure the vehicle was satisfactorily cleaned and fueled. They both seemed eerily happy to be at work, and did go above and beyond to make sure I myself, and the other customers were very happy. Will definitely be back

During our recent vacation in Nashville Tennessee we went to the Enterprise Rent a Car at 302 Hermitage Avenue to rent a vehicle. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Brooke Bartelt who made us feel right at home. Brooke was very friendly and professional and took care of everything we needed. The vehicles were all very nice, especially the vehicle Brooke selected for us to use during our vacation. We were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary in Nashville. This was our first trip to Nashville and we plan on many returns, everyone that we encountered were great. The excellent service and true southern hospitality that Brooke extended to us is greatly appreciated. Having staff like Brooke is why we choose Enterprise Rent a Car for our vehicle needs. never renting from here again. Booked my rental last week. Got here yesterday morning and had to wait 2 hours just for them to tell me they didn't have any working luxury class vehicles for another hour. They put me in a Jeep and told me to come back the next day. Came back the next and now they won't have any luxury rentals all week. A leaking tire that's gonna take an hour turned into struts and shocks that take a week. And an air filter that's recalled. Somehow this just happened today. Then I had to call the corporate office to get the rate adjusted because I had already paid for a luxury vehicle. No discount or credit. They told "just don't worry about puttin gas back in" like I didn't already pay for that option. NEVER AGAIN

I've been renting from Enterprise for quite some time now! They never cease too making sure I was fully taking care of! From easy online booking, to easy pick up and drop off! They are on it. I love dealing with the branch on Hermitage ave, close to downtown. Can't name everyone, but they always make me feel special even in times when I do and do not. From Birthday/getaway trips, couples trips, and family trips they always had my back, I am so grateful for you all for making all my trips possible and pleasant to do business with! Xavier and Melody were extremely polite and helpful! We are from out of town and unfamiliar with the area. They assisted us with arranging our travel needs and after hours drop off in a very timely manner. They explained all the details of the contract and performed a thorough vehicle walk-around. I'm addition they explained how to resolve any issues that may occur. While we were waiting for them to pull the car around, another staff member came out to ensure we had been helped. I highly recommend this location! Best enterprise experience yet.

I rented a car on Saturday. I called on the following Monday and spoke with Jake Gaffney. He advise me that they had a better section today. I advise him I wasn't getting off until 5pm and that I would get there around 5:30pm. When i arrived Jake had a car ready for me. JAKE has very good customer service skills and made the process quick and pleasant. JAKE even helped me move items out the old car into the new car. I would recommend this location to anyone. Great service and great customer service is hard to find. This location has both.

I would absolutely recommend this specific location we were so exhausted from getting off the horrible Greyhound bus. And this place treated us like heaven! You walked in super clean, and they let us use their washroom and greeted us as soon as we opened the door! Caitlyn representative answered all my questions and Danny the manager was also involved in our experience making sure everything was good during our entire trip in Nashville we were definitely super happy we found this place! Great customer service 5 stars all the way!

Had to get a rental car as my vehicle was at a body shop. Insurance covered for rental for a specific time period. The days I was on my own has been a chaos. I have called the branch 3 times and 3 people have given me different information and different numbers. Still I don’t have an invoice. Credit card keeps being charged and no one will take the time to settle it down. So far have paid around $400 for a middle size SUV for 5 days. That’s extortion!!! I don’t recommend this particular business to anybody.

I called to make a reservation...over the phone, NOT online. I was told they had cars available, they tried to take my card info, but my phone was about to die so I just got a cab down there to finish the process. While I was in my cab and almost there I received a call saying they don’t have anything available. When I explained my situation I got a snarky comment shot back at me that when like this, ver batum, “We don’t control the internet.” Never will I use their services again. If you do, be weary.

I needed a large vehicle (fit at least 6) for a day trip. I chose this location, since it was the only one I could find that had an after-hours drop off. I'm so glad with my decision - We had a new vehicle that was comfortable and easy to drive, the after-hours drop off process was easy and simple, and the customer service from Omar (calling to confirm, getting us set up, etc.) was impeccable. If I ever needed another car rental in Nashville, I would definitely come here.

I work for a company that constantly rents cars. I have had to call this location a couple of times, and the employees at the Hermitage Avenue location have been EXTREMELY helpful. They either help me on the spot or point me in the direction that I need to go if it is something out of their hands. Vacationing from Canada and was very impressed with quality of vehicle we received from Enterprise at 302 Hermitage Ave Nashville. Also, I think his name was Matt(tall gentleman with blonde hair) was excellent!! Kind, courteous etc...was very thorough with everything we needed to know about the vehicle and things to do in Nashville. We would definitely use this enterprise if ever visiting Nashville again. Highly recommend

I had previously rated this location but since then have had more contact (or lack of contact I would say regarding the return of some items that I left in the rental car. The manager assured me that items would be returned and I have even provided a shipping label and also sent a box to return items in. Manger is "ghosting" me now and will not return my phone calls or respond to emails. VERY unsatisfied!

We reserved a car for 9AM, but arrived at 10AM, so our car was not immediately available. They did provide a better car in ~15 minutes at no extra cost, so that worked out fine for us. The car was clean and in reasonable shape for 42k miles. The facility was closed when we dropped off the car, but the key drop process worked well and the pricing was accurate compared to the original quote.

Had to call 3 times and wait on hold everytime for a minimum of 5 mins each time until I finally got a hold of someone. 3 stars because of long wait time on the phone. Representatives at the location were very professional, and friendly. Greeted me at the door ready to take my info. Transaction took less than 5 mins to complete and I was in my rental car. 5 stars for the location visit.

Do not book at this location!! I reserved ahead over one month ago. Arrived for my reservation and they did not have my car! Then magically one showed up at another location in Nashville for us when I became upset. They did not call or email to notify us of problem. They claimed my phone number and email were not on my reservation which is a lie.

After having an awful experience at the Donelson location we called this location and were told that they had a vehicle for us for a same day booking. We high tailed it over there and were greeted by the most delightful gentleman that not only got us into a vehicle but told us of some great places to eat during our visit. This place is the best!

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is truely dedicated to the customer as they should be. I had an issue with the airport location and this branch went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive for the company. They definitely restored my confidence in renting from enterprise again. This branch deserves recognition.

Picked up a rental car from this location for a weekend in Nashville to visit family. Checking in was fine, good customer service but the vehicle I was given was terrible. It was extremely dirty on the inside (stained seats, smelled weird). Not sure I would rent again if there isn't a better selection of vehicles, especially for the price.

Hermitage Ave location exceeded my expectations. They know what they’re doing, customer service is as good as it gets, I could not have been more pleased with the service and friendliness of this location. If you have a choice in locations I’d highly recommend enterprise on hermitage avenue.

While on vacation my parents rented a car from here. What could’ve been a nightmare situation turned out to be a good experience. The branch manager Omar was AMAZING and knows the true definition of customer service. We will be renting from this branch next time we are in the area.

Telling me, "We open at 7:30" is not the same thing as "You have a reservation at 7:30 and if you're not here we will give your car away to someone else." Needless to say you gave my car away and now I am out 1 hour of worktime and $35 in Lyft fees. Communication is important.

Worse rental car I have ever received. The car is horrible on gas, was not cleaned out, the changed oil light came on during my drive and the car had stains all over it's interior. I honestly believe the car was just dropped off and I was given it without it being inspected.

Great customer service and nice car selection. Got a good deal on Jaguar SUV. Personel was very helpful and fast with the rental. Very close to downtown. Might need to maintain the cars better. I was getting low coolant notifications on dash the whole time at highway speeds.

Enterprise made car rental an affordable, easy and pleasant experience. They picked us up from our motel--free of charge, in the vehicle we would be renting. They were efficient, fast, friendly, and beat all other agencies prices by a mile! Enterprise is "the way to go"!!!!

Great experience. Very kind and even match my rental to my car that was in the shop. The guy who met me at the body shop was awesome. Had the car warmed up for me. Did a great job on showing me where everything was. He was there pretty quick too.

A very professional team. Tate Scott used her initiative and brought me a vehicle that was a close match to my own (Toyota Tacoma) even though the insurance company requested a smaller vehicle. Tate and her team were always easy to contact
