I originally was put in a rental from them by the insurance company of the person who hit my car, in January. I requested a Toyota Camry, but they didn't have one. Insurance comoanyvstopped paying on Feb 9 and I picked up the tab. I asked if a new contract needed to be started so I could get my rewards points, and was told no that they could be applies once the rental waa returned. I kept the car for a really long time all the while waiting for them to get me a Camry, Every time I would call they would say either they didn't have it or it had already been reserved. It upset me because I had been asking for so long. So on 3/31 I called to ask why I still hasn't been put in a Camry when o was told that they would have one in on the past Monday, dana answered the phone and was very rude stating I wasnt a priority when asking to speak with a manager, she hung up on me, I called back twice and she hung up again. So I said forget it. I called back on 4/4 to ask to be put in a smaller vehicle and was told I would have to pay an additional deposit and wpuld have to make a reservation and sign a new contract, at that point I told them I w asnt signing a new contract and would be returning the car the next afternoon. I checked my bank account the next morning as I do every morning only t9 find they had charged me an additional $200 stating I owed a balance , but enterprise generates a charge every day the car is not checked in and my bank statements show $1912.00 in charges from them. So I told the guy I was going to file fraudlant charges with my bank as it was not authorized nor was it a legit charge. So the guy told me he was calling the police reporting the car stolen and going to have it towed. I called customer service who assured me it wouldn't happen, but when I got home from work, the car was gone. They charged me $331.0 in towing fees and key replacement in addition the other charge sending my account in to over draft status. Then put me on the do not rent list! I have been renting from enterprise for 10 years and never had a problem until them. I would keep cars 4 and 5 months at a time, and no issue. Them I get rude customer service cars that are dirty and when i say dirty i mean left over food stuffed under seats bullets, cars that smell like weed and cigarettes mud in carpets, never had an issue when renting at other locations. This place is a joke and I will never rent from another enterprise again, and corporate took me off the do not rent list. I booked a car with hertz and got a Camry the first time I asked and it was cheaper! Enterprise lost a good customer and on top of that my employer has a contract with them and is not renewing because of how they treated me. Hope no one ever has to deal with all I dealt with. Just go with hertz, they'll treat you better.

I stopped by the Madison, TN location to reserve a vehicle a few days in advance of my weekend trip beginning the morning of Friday, August 4th. A lady went through my paperwork and asked for various things, including a Total loss Waiver. I declined it, yet she added this to my bill. I asked for pickup at 8am on August 4th. I asked for my reservation to be added to my Enterprise Plus rewards account and gave them the account number. On August 4th, no one was available to pick me up until 8:45. When I showed up, I was originally informed that they had no vehicles available. When I informed them that I made the reservation days in advance in person, they looked puzzled until the original agent came to the counter. I had signed up for an economy or small vehicle as it was just going to be myself and one other person. They changed the vehicle they were going to give me twice before deciding on a Ford Fiesta. I was not informed of a deposit when I made my initial reservation. I had planned to use my credit card, which had more than enough without it. Extra money had just been added for my trip to use, but had not cleared yet. Needless to say, the credit card balance available was just shy of the total cost due to the reasons above. I was forced to use my debit card. Even though it denied it, it put a temporary hold on the funds through my credit card company. They released the funds. The car itself was okay, but things like the Bluetooth and usb connector didn't work all weekend. It also was very low powered which made it difficult traveling through South East Tennessee, North Georgia, and North Alabama where it can get quite steep. When I returned the car, I realized the mistake on the extra charge and it was taken off of my bill. I have rented with Enterprise before. Forgetting about the deposit was certainly my mistake. However, when a bill is pending or on hold, the final bill is what is generally charged making it one transaction. This is true with most companies with pending transactions. Enterprise charged me for the full price of the bill with the deposit, and then issued a refund 2 days later for the deposit...making it 2 separate transactions. The entire rental was never added to my Enterprise Plus account. I generally don't have this much problem with Enterprise. This was a complete disaster.

My rental experience was NOT GOOD. Your people were good to work with but the operations was terrible. I made a reservation and arrived 15 minutes after my expected time. After a 10 minute wait, the employee was able to speak with me. We went over the paperwork and then he said that he did not have ANY cars of the size I reserved and wanted to give me an economy car. I planned to take 5 guys to play golf during my trip. We would not fit. He said all he could do was sent me to another branch down the street. We drove another 12 minutes down the street (away from my office with my business associate giving me a ride, which he regretted). When I arrived, they said they had a car to meet my needs and I sent my ride on. I filled out my paperwork and I got the NEW employee. It took much longer because this young lady had to keep going to ask other employees how to work the computer. We finally finished and she invited me to have a seat. After 10 minutes I went back and asked where my car was. She went around to the back of the building to check. She came back in over 5 minutes and said they were cleaning it and it would be a few more minutes. 10 minutes later, they brought it around. I went out to get in and another employee said it was totally out of gas and suggested I wait while the put gas in. About 10 minutes later they returned. It was almost 90 minutes since I left my office to get the car. I took the car back to the office and packed my gear in. After I was on the interstate for a while, the car did not stear or handle very well. I looked at the gauges and found that one tire had 69 PSI, two had 35 PSI and one had 24 PSI. I had to stop at a gas station and get the tires evened out. More delay. After a few more minutes, I decided to play music from my phone. I found that the speaker on the driver door side had been blown and made a terrible buzzing sound whenever there was a bass line. I eventually adjusted the sound to the other speakers more and it was tolerable. From there on out, it was not too bad, but overall it was not a good experience. Worst Enterprise rental i have had in years.

This was my first experience with Enterprise. I'm new to the area and thought I would try it out because of the close proximity. My first impression wasn't a great one. The online reservation process was convenient. When I arrived to the location it was chaotic. There were people standing and sitting all over with no directional signage on how to checkin or order of service. There needs to be a signin sheet, number pulling system or something. Customers are just sitting and unsure if it is there turn and people not honest making some wait longer just to avoid a scene. When I finally received my vehicle it reeked of cigarette smoke and there were ashes ashes in the cup holders. Not having a clean vehicle was upsetting especially since I had to endure the cigarette smell for four days. I tried calling to report but it is impossible to reach anyone with this location or at enterprise. Also the rear windshield wiper was broken and it rained which was difficult on the roads. There were two beacons of hope they are John who was friendly at arrival..although he needed to double check the car...he was very patient even when it was extremely busy. The second is Paris. I informed him of these concerns and he seemed to take the feedback seriously. He offered me a discount..wasn't expecting or asking for it. Paris was my lasting impression and I left thinking I would be open to giving enterprise another chance. Not because of the discount because it was only 10% which I know isn't anything in retail...it doesn't make me want to come running back but I'm not completely ruling out enterprise as a place I would consider. May have been more impressive if offered 20% becausr that's when a retail place really wants to retain your business.

My customer service experience with this location has been phenomenal. From the agents to the store manager, they all were very courteous, professional, and engaging. I am not one to go in to details about my personal experiences but the customer service team at this location is exceptional and deserve to be recognized for they're great work. My husband and I walked into this location at 4:59 pm on a Friday afternoon (basically end of business day) and was greeted by store manager Kunle Kone, whom, instead of advising that the location was closed for the day , took my husband and I in, and asked how can he be of assistant to us. Long story short, my husband and I literally walked to this Enterprise location after being turned away from a local competitor, (mind you we did have a booked reservation which was processed online; but it was a holiday weekend and securing a rental was not looking bright for us), however Kunle told my husband and I to have a seat and he will see about getting us on our way. It was so refreshing working with someone who had a can do attitude! My husband and I felt at ease and reassured and as promised Kunle had us pulling off Enterprise parking lot by 5:26 pm. Kunle and team were such a pleasure to work with, we kept the rental for 25 days. Through the whole process, Kunle and team were there to assist with any inquiries or concerns I had. I wish I remembered all the names of the other members I worked with so I can give them a shout out as well, because they all were superb. Honestly, this has been one of my best rental experiences and I definitely will rent from this location again.

My experience could have been better. I had a reservation to pick up my rental at 7:30 am. Strike one -When I arrived around 7:45 ish my car was not there. It was in route back to the location from getting an oil change. I personally felt that should have already been done prior. Strike two-I was never informed that I could not leave my car there until I returned. Keep in mind I called several times prior for information on what I needed and if there was anything additional that I needed to know prior to me arriving. I've left my car there before in the past and it was never an issue so I don't know when all of this changed. Strike 3- The car I requested was an Altima or similar to that size. All they had was a Versa unless I upgraded. Ok cool no problem there HOWEVER I felt like the rate should have remained the same since it was no fault due to my own. Strike 4- The car was not cleaned good at all. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because of their pleasantness and professionalism . They were all very nice and friendly and I really wanted to give them 5 stars because of that unfortunately the issues I encounter somewhat overshadowed that. My advice is to be more organized so that things like this can be prevented. I waited almost an hour for my rental to arrive which caused my trip to be delayed. Things like that should NEVER happen.

Terrible experience! I have never written a negative review of a company, but this one felt worthy. My husband spent well over an over trying to get the vehicle, apparently there was something wrong with their online reservations. We were supposed to have an SUV. They were out of SUV’s, so we ended up with a Volkswagen Jetta. About 60 miles out of Nashville the oil light comes on. My husband pulls over to check the oil only to discover it is super low. I called to report this issue and was told to just go to the next Enterprise on our road trip. When we got to the Crossville location, they were out of cars and tried to send us for an oil change. People typically rent cars because they have somewhere they need/have to be! They were not friendly at all! We leave from there and I call Madison back and asked them if they could do leg work to track us down a vehicle. He reluctantly agreed. I made sure he had my number, but never received a call back. I tried to call corporate. After sitting on eternal hold, I finally get someone on the phone. I explain the situation. She puts me on hold again....acts like she’s helping me, then the phone starts ringing and I am being transferred elsewhere to an automated system. This has been a disaster since we walked in the door of Madison, TN Enterprise.

I believe I’ve had the same experience as some other customers who appear to have made similar complaints about someone at the Madison TN location. I’m not sure if others have complained about the employee I’m complaining about but the reviews appear to align with the employee. I’m making a complaint about a young man who I believe is named Darcell. He checked me out upon return and I asked him over an hour early before closing time to please drop me off at a location about 10 minutes away from the enterprise. He told me that he couldn’t because it’s late in the day and he was the only one working. When I was inside waiting for my Uber I found out that there were 2 other people working, maybe more, and Darcell and the other employees were in the back sitting down laughing and socializing while I was still waiting for my Uber. Then Darcell got up and said he’s going to go grab snacks from the dollar store and asked if anyone wanted something. On top of this, my rental car had smells of cigarettes and other fowl smells coming out of the AC. I had to roll the window down several times just to try to get the smell out. I am overall very upset with my experience at this location.

My RESERVATION was in Franklin KY where I’ve made several reservations and had good experiences. 5 min before 8am-the time of the RESERVATION, I received a call from the location (30 min away from my home) saying they had zero cars. Hmm. I called another location 30 minutes the OTHER way from my house and they were also without vehicles. I called the 800 number and was redirected to the bowling green ky which is an hour away in the wrong direction. I told them that I couldn’t use that location because it’s too far from the mechanic where my Tahoe was being serviced. They changed my reservation to Nashville airport. When I arrived they said I couldn’t rent with my debit card unless I had a return flight ticket (I live in Tennessee). On to location number 5! While Tristan did get me a car, it was a Toyota Corolla (I reserved a luxury car) because they actually had reservations for their larger cars. I’m 6’3” and 260 pounds worth of grown man, so you can imagine the horror show getting in and out of this car. On top of it, I paid over $500 for a 4 day rental that I couldn’t return on a Sunday. Disappointed doesn’t even scratch the surface of how bad this experience was.

I am usually not a person who writes reviews, but I felt it necessary considering I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for years, but this Enterprise location is of very low standards. I rented a car, and upon receiving the car it wasn’t fully clean. Within a day of having the car I got a call stating that I needed to return the car, because the car needed to be maintenance. I returned the car the next day, and received a different car, that was slightly better, but not as clean as I know Enterprise cars to be. A day later I get another call from Enterprise stating if I could check the car to see if there was a package in the car, due to the last customer potential leaving this item behind, which I kindly complied. In completion I state that I’m a very patient person and considerable of many things, but this was beyond my tolerance. My experience was very unpleasant, and I was inconvenient several times, due to lack of cleanses and failure of individuals not doing their job correctly. I will never rent from Enterprise ever again. The staff members I worked with specifically were pleasant, but the quality of service was unacceptable.

I recently moved to Madison from another area where I usually rent a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car and have always experienced excellent service. The Madison office staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was with the car they chose for me to use. There was a problem with the side view mirrors switch. It did not work and the rep who helped me tried to fix it, but it broke off on him. So I had to adjust the mirrors manually. Of course I could have asked for another car, but I chose not to. The side mirrors were smudged, but the rep took the time to clean them for me. The car seemed to be in need of maintenance since the "change oil" light was lit up. At one point while I was driving it, it almost died out on me until I put it in neutral and kept it going. I had no other problem with it. When I turned it in, the office staff who gave me a ride home went out of his way to help me and he was extremely kind. But overall, I still would chose Enterprise when I need to rent a car again.

We rented a rental car in Madison, TN and they gave us a Toyota RAV 4 which is not the size vehicle that we made reservations for. Once we were on the interstate going on a 9 hours trip the car was terrible. The tire pressure light would not go out and when you drove and reached the speed of 75 mph the entire car would vibrate really bad. We have to stop at 7:30am in the morning at a location that was a 2 hours drive away in Cookeville, TN. That Enterprise was wonderful and swapped out our vehicle with no problems and the staff at that location was the Top of the Line staff. I commend them for their assistance to us and the vehicle that they did the replacement with. I would like to give Shout out to the representative that assisted us in the Cookeville, TN location (Brooke Sheehan). I am giving 3 stars for the vehicle that was given to us in Madison, TN but I am giving 5+ Stars to the staff at the Cookeville, TN location. Thanks again for all your wonderful help.

Horrible customer service. My wife had her car stolen with her phone and wallet in it, after that her insurance set her up with a rental here. Having her wallet stolen she had nothing. Enterprise said sorry there's nothing they can do for her. She asked them what all she needed and they said you need an I.D. After receiving her new I.D. she went to pick up the rental they said she needed a card with her name on it for a 25$ deposit. i asked if i came up there with my card with my id if they could put that on file instead and they said absolutely not. I get that is there policy and understandable. After waiting days for her new debit card with her name on it, & days later after the INITIAL setup, she went up there for the rental. THEY DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE CARD TO SEE WHAT NAME WAS IT, just looked at the ID and let her get her rental. The only reason i'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because they finally let her get the rental today.

Please do use the one located in Madison. Kunle Kola refused to accept a picture of my husband's military I'd from a text. He was very rude and disrespectful. When I asked him why is it that the young white guy was giving me the discount with a text picture. He said it's our policy to see the actual card. When I continue to ask why the price was so high he said " I'm calling Katie, you'll never be able to rent a car from enterprise ever." Then I proceeded to curse him so that I have a reason to be band. He's the branch manager but he needs to take another course on customer service. The place I rented a car from was very accommodating, reasonable, and kind. I WILL NEVER USE THIS ENTERPRISE. we own a trucking company and periodically we have to rent a car and hotel. This is the worst I have ever been treated by a manager.

The rent a car was great. The car sales was not so good. They tried to make me buy Gap insurance and an extended warranty. I didn't need either one. Which saved me over$3000 plus whatever interest I would have paid on that over 5 years. I guess this made them angry, so they took 3 months to give me my tags. They told me that I could not get them myself because I had given them POA to get them and they had been paid to get them. The tags kept expiring and they would give me another temporary tag, eventually I was stopped by a police officer, and was given a ticket for an expired tags. He said that they weren't supposed to do that and for me to get my money back from them and get my tags myself. I finally got them to let me go with one of their employee to go get the tag. I still had to pay$12 for the ticket.

Kunle is one of the most utmost, kind, efficient and personable people I have ever met. I had booked online with AVIS got 2 different confirmations and even spoke to someone on the phone, getting there to find out there was no cars on the lot. When I went to Enterprise obviously distressed, Kunle had me in and out within 10 minutes! At the return of the vehicle this morning, the gentleman who helped me had me wrapped up within 3 minutes and even waived my gas fee because I could not find the button to open the tank! THIS will be the ONLY location I will use for RENTALS when necessary. My first experience was through my insurance company and second was out of pocket. FAST, FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND SINCERE. THANK YOU GUYS, ESPECIALLY KUNLE

I've been using a rental car from Enterprise while my insurance has been working out the details of a recent accident I had in my CLS550. The staff is very friendly and they even drop my car off at my house which was nice, however they charge me over $1,000 on my credit card that should not have been charged as my insurance will pick up that bill and Enterprise was perfectly aware of this arrangement as my insurance set up the rental agreement with them. I'm very unhappy to see that much money charged on my account and if the situation is rectified I will edit this review to reflect the customer service I received from Enterprise which was exemplary. As of right now Enterprise you have dropped the ball and charged me way too much money

The whole experience from start to finish was very stressful and inconvenient. The representatives kept giving in accurate and false information, which made us having to change contract many times. Their excuse was because their representative that I was speaking with was new and on is 2nd day. Well enterprise, you need to have him shadowing and not taking clients and giving false information and take accountability and not blame it on the new guy and try to argue with me, when nobody there is following policy. Not just that I had to switch cars twice because of oil light coming on and they gave me a car that smelled like dog and all the seat belts buckles were chewed up in the back seat! Don’t waste your time or money!

It was an amazing experience! Kunle was extremely professional, friendly and very helpful! He went above and beyond! His customer service was one of the best my husband and I have had the pleasure of experiencing. Once he found out that we were staying on our way back to Nashville he recommended some restaurants to try and some helpful tips in Nashville on where to stay and how to experience Nashville on New Year's Eve! You have an amazing dedicated employee who cares about the customer experience! Thank you for making our travels easier when traveling especially at the holidays when it can be trying! The whole team at this location deserves a 10 meaning the best!! I would highly recommend this particular location!

The place was understaffed and I had to leave the body shop and drive to the location be ause they were not answering the phones due to a shortage in staff. However, once I was there, I was immediately serviced. But I was given a Ford Fusion as the replacement car. This was not my 1st, 2nd or 5th choice. The car was very small and uncomfortable to drive. I told the rep that I didn't want that car but they insisted it was a great car. Well it is not a great car and I was completely dissatisfied with the vehicle. The rating would have been lower just due to the car but they were short staffed so that is why they have a 3 otherwise it would have been a 1 just for the car. My insurance allowed a full size car.

Reserve a car for pickup at one location, arriving at pickup time to be told they didn't have the car and we would need to drive to another location. Arrive there and they hadn't gotten back with the car for us from another location, after much discussion, we can get a different car,pay for the upgrade. Problem is, side mirrors can't be adjusted and we then have to take it back... Finally got a car,had to get a credit for the upgrade. This location is not open on Sundays, we had to return the car to the original location we didn't rent it from. People were lining down the street just trying to get in the parking lot. A disaster in the making. Not worth saving a few dollars to rent on that end of town.

The service really was terrible. My hisband made a reservation for me and when we got there the girl paris was really rude and abnoxious with me said i don't know who made your reservation but our cars are al booked up and we don't have any at all. Then she said i have to see if you qualify for a rental and gave me restrictions on what i could bring in then said i would need to go to another store in hendersonville but told me last minute and never apologized for not having a car for me and refused to contact the hendersonville location for me and left me stranded with no vehicle. Absolutely the worst service I have ever gotten in my life!! Don't rent from this location if you don't have to.

I received great service! I came close to closing on Saturday & they were super helpful. They were efficient and made sure I got all I needed. Austin checked me in, DeMayo helped inspect the car to make sure it was to my liking. Antone checked me out and asked me again, how I liked the car. I appreciate them treating me like a regular renter at their location. My usual location was sold out, so they were the only place with cars. I appreciate them servicing me with smiles. I will be back! Ask for Austin anytime you can, he's the best! DeMayo, Antone are the management team, be assured if you see one of them, you won't have any problems. Thank you all for the good service and car!

So they're supposed to "pick you up" but I've called this branch 5 times this morning where they leave the call waiting and after 5 mins you can hear someone actually pick up the phone & hang it up. I made this appt 2 weeks ago & confirmed pick up, called Saturday confirmed pick up & told to call this morning. Well I've been calling since 715 am and nothing. I'll add names once I talk to someone. Alex answered (never addressed ppl hanging the phone up, only the phone been ringing off the hook) he also came to get me, he was nice nasty. Meaning he said all the right words but his demeanor was off putting. When I return this car I won't be back. Ugh!

I've been renting cars from you for several months and I have always been pleased until this last time. My car was booked in advance for a 9:30 am pickup. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was not able to get my car until almost 10:30. This was a set back for my plans but when I got on the interstate I couldn't find the cruise control and called to see if they could help me. I was put on hold and after 5 minutes I gave up. I didn't know that you could even buy a new car without cruise control but I was driving one. Needless to say I was very unhappy with the way things had been handled. I'm still on the fence about renting a car from you again.

I’ve used this Enterprise location several times for local and distant purposes. They do a lot of business at this one and I’ve observed some less than kind customers renting or dropping off. What sets this location apart is that the staff are ALL SUPER FRIENDLY! In all of the interactions - pleasant and otherwise, they remain professional and helpful. Each staff member acknowledges me even if they aren’t directly assisting me. When I’ve called, I receive the same treatment on the phone as I do in person. Kindness can go a long way and these folks seem to all get that. I will be renting from them going forward!

Better hope you aren't having any kind of emergency need of a rental car. I booked a car through my insurance. I told then from the beginning I do not have a car I needed picked up. I was told it would be fine. I get set up with one location. I spent hours just trying to get them to answer my call. Then the guy says you are too far from us but the Madison location can come get you. I will transfer your reservation to them. Madison location is just like nope sorry about your luck lady. So after hours of trying to get helped I get someone who couldn't care less I was stranded. I will NEVER use enterprise again.

I recently called the local Madison Enterprise office with the hopes of reserving a rental car for a two day business trip. The local number was transferred to a 1-800 hotline for Enterprise. The customer service agent assured me a car would be waiting upon my arrival. I arrived and the local agents explained they did not have any available cars. I understand the car availability might not have been their problem but they made no attempts to arrange for another rental office to transfer a car. Instead they suggested I try the airport. For myself and my family we will no longer use Enterprise.

Chose Enterprise the first time upon recommendation of a neighbor. I was not disappointed. I dealt with Hillary in the Madison TN office and I am completely happy with my experience, I was left with only a Ford which I can't stand but the trip was total success and we had plenty of room for baggage and passengers both. pick up and return was smooth and easy and this was simply a completely enjoyable process even though our reason for needing the rental wasn't. 5 stars all around. They were super busy the day I picked up my rental which was ok, except the employees seemed to not care. Cars had out of date registrations. When I returned my car on the following Saturday, the office did not have a night drop for keys, so the main office said I would be charged 2 extra days for not turning the car in on time. When I talked to the branch office manager he explained that “Due to the area they have had some cars stolen.” We came to an agreement on the return of my deposit. I will not be using the Madison Tn branch of Enterprise Rent A Car again.

This location has very poor customer service and I was not satisfied at all my friend currently booked a reservation with them and had issues with them everyday they was telling her that she owe this that when she called to extend the rental. The employees were rude she shouldn’t be paying extra when people not doing they job the right way. Then she kept calling they hung up on her and kept putting her on hold. I wouldn’t won’t nobody to book reservations with them. All the workers in there not doing they job not nice just rude. Then charging her extra for what.

If I could put ten negative stars I would. I made a reservation a day in advance. Then when I called to make arrangements to be picked up no one answered. I was on hold for nearly an hour. Never once talked to a human. Then I got a ride there and my employer was paying for the car for an entire week. They wouldn't accept that due to me not having the card physically on me. They would not take the card from the Secretary over the phone. So. The secretary had to physically go to another location to give them the card. The entire process took half the day.

Great customer service and excellent choice of cars. I rented a 2020 Hyundai Elantra and it was niceeeeee! I know what my next car is gonna be lol ! Just saying. They only accept card forms of payment though which is a bummer. Was renting through my insurance for my car to get fixed. They made the process easy and simple. Also they went above and beyond for me because I left my birth control in the rental glove box and they not only tracked the customer down who currently was using it they also held it for me for about a month. Great Great place.

Enterprise in Madison, They hung up on my mom multiple times after verifying her insurance covered roadside. Dylan Hampton in Madison was the rep. We were very polite and he hung up on me and her then the lady there after being on phone with state farm getting verification thats she is covered the lady at enterprise hung up in my mother and state farm. They can shove this car...... We will never do business with them again. Very unprofessional. If you don't like customer service get a different job but you don't treat people's mothers this way.

good rates. I paid for Premium but the Maxima i got didnt feel premium. It was dirty to the point that i would have upgraded but the upgrade was 2 door and per company rules needed 4 door. I had to leave the lot right away for my trip so i took the car without complaining per time. I ended up stopping and vacuumed out the car which revealed a baby bottle with milk still in it and the trunk had a dirt like substance in it. The staff was friendly and competent and i will rent there again if needed, i just hope the car is a bit cleaner next time

Also , they never return calls or emails like they tell you they will . I will NEVER rent from this company again . UPDATE - I’ve been emailing back and forth with Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Owner) for 2 weeks now . Unfortunately , My issue still isn’t resolved as I just keep getting told management will reach out . Absolutely terrible service from Lakendra. My husband had a confirmed reservation, and from the time he walked through the door, she was disrespectful to him. He was working out of town, had just gotten off work (blue collar job) & was trying to drive home to see his daughter be inducted into the National Honor Society. There was NOTHING wrong with his payment method or anything else. She made excuses & refused service to him. He is broken-hearted he has to miss this. Lakendra - you do not need to work in the service industry!

Always pleasant and professional. Great cars! But last time I used them I rented the car on a Saturday morning and was told I had to return it at the same time I rented it if I wanted for one day. I had to bring it back the same time the next day. Well the next day was Sunday. They didn't open up until 12:00 that morning and was charged for a full 2 days when I didn't have it but for one full day. I was very disappointed and felt it wasn't fair. From now on I will go where they have regular times and fair business scruples.

Got my rental vehicle from here, while my Jeep was in the shop. The day I picked the vehicle up, they gave me what they had, which was a gigantic Dodge Grand caravan. They asked me if I'd like to have something smaller if it came in, and I said yes. Next day they called me and told me they had something for me, and to come on in when I was ready. So when I got there, they had a Nissan rogue, four-wheel drive, ready and waiting. They were very polite, and courteous, and got me out switched out very quickly.

The people were friendly but the location was very unorganized. The first car I was put in ended up needing an oil change so I had to get another one. The second one was already rented out to somebody else when it was given to me. After that was sorted out I left with the car only to discover a headlight was out and the car was badly out of alignment. I was told the light was only a fog light and not to worry about it. The light was not a fog light so I was given a car with a missing headlight.

At the Madison/ Gallatin Rd. location the staff is both professional and prompt. My most recent visit exceeded my expectations of outstanding customer service. Kunle was attentive and compassionate regarding my need for an intermediate vehicle with a spacious interior after receiving a car that I later found out was terribly uncomfortable. He exemplifies extraordinary customer service with care, compassion and concern in resolving my dilemma. This is my go to store for all my rental needs.

It was not what I expected. There were issues withe type car and price quoted. Had to upgrade because of the style and size. Not by choice but because that was all that was available. I was charged more than I was prepared to pay. I didn't have much choice because of time and it was making me start later than wanted for a 10 hr drive. I plan to call the reservation dept and manager when I get back to hopefully make adjustments with the cost. The customer svc was good.

My experience with this Enterprise was my first experience... EVER. I reserved my car online and arrived about 30min later for pickup. The gentleman was courteous and pleasant and has me on my way in just a few minutes. When I returned the vehicle, the young lady who helped was also extremely courteous and professional. Enterprise has great customer service in my experiences. I rent several times a year from all over the country. They always make sure to meet the needs I have by getting me the right vehicle. The reason I give a 4 star instead of 5 star is due to the increase in vehicles that smell like smoke. I know that it is the customers who break the rules but I would appreciate stricter rules to prevent people from making others have to put up with vehicles that smell.

I recently had some car trouble and had to scramble to get a rental until I could get my car to a garage. Every single employee I interacted with was so polite and fun. They really made what could've been a highly stressful situation so seamless and easy. When I realized I needed the car for an extra day, 10 minutes before I was supposed to return it, a two minute call was all it took to add another day. My vehicle broke down outside of Nashville on the way through Tennessee. Had to find a rental for the day and this location was closest to the Repair shop. Despite being out of state and subject to tighter rental restrictions, Argenis Salazar worked with me to book a car for the night while I waited for my vehicle to get fixed. Not a great experience. The lack of communication up front bothers me. I was charged a extra day despite my knowledge of a grace period (even though I returned my car way before closing time). Everything was rushed and no real ownership on the reps part. I will not rent from this place again. i overall enjoyed the car, but just some feedback: be sure you communicate everything especially any thing that could cost someone upfront to renters.

The company was very friendly ,and the building was clean. However; the detail of pricing was not explained to me when I rented the car. Once it was time to return I was unaware of not getting my deposit back. I then spoke with the manager ,who handle everything to my liking. I was very pleased after leaving. I would rent again from this company but I will need a full detail of pricing per day,as that was not explained during pick up.

I have rented numerous times over the last 1-1/2 years. My last rental was Oct 2015 until this past weekend (03/18/16), and upon my arrival there was a completely new staff. I am pleased to say that the great customer service I have been receiving from this location is continuing. I had a very nice experience with Enterprise.. My only drawback, is the daily rate is more than I care to spend. It's pretty expensive! So, I have to stick with another rental company for that matter, because they're less expensive. But overall, I had a good experience. Nice staff, clean office, process was easy, quick and efficient. I left the counter (where I was waiting on the agent to return) to use the restroom while my agent went to bring a car for me and upon leaving the restroom another person was there at that particular counter with some of my things still there! They are understaffed. I waited on hold for 10 minutes for a pickup before I just gave up and called an Uber. Additionally, I had to wait 20 minutes just to get a car pulled around to me even though I had a reservation. The staff was friendly but they need more hands on deck at this location. Also, the staff was pushing hard for 5-star reviews which always seems distasteful.

Car had bad breaks and tires and the trim coming off the passenger side door. Something in the car rattled when you drove it. They gave me the car half full of gas so when I turned it back in I turned it in half full of gas and they charged my credit card for gas they had to refund me. I had to call them twice to get my money put back on my card.

Customer service at the Madison, TN location is wonderful. However, my plates were expired on the vehicle and we didn't know until already on the road! We had no issues but that was a concern. They expired June 2021 so not too expired. I know they have been short on cars and rentals are in high demand so I didn't call customer service about it.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. My only negative feedback would be that the car I was rented had broken windshield wipers and errors appearring for the pressure in the tires. When I brought that to their attention upon returning the vehicle, they did apologize and said they would check the car out. Overall a good experience.

Buy, uber drop me off at wrong place that had no cars available, and they promptly sent someone to get me an after 5 hrs- start to finish!
