Sam arrived on time. He was professional, courteous, experienced and did a thorough job diagnosing the issue with the the three-way switch in the basement and the light fixture in the garage and ensured everything was working properly after the repairs. The complimentary inspection was a bonus and gave us peace of mind that the breaker switch box, smoke detector and grounded GFCI Outlets were in good working order. He was more than happy to answer any questions I had. Let's face it, there are good and bad tradies but Sam is right up there with the very best. He is an exceptionally good tradesman. He answers his phone and responds quickly to enquiries. His quote was more than fair. He arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, and was very patient when I wanted something changed. He did a great job changing my lights over to LEDs and installed new fire alarms and probably left my house cleaner than when he arrived. Did I mention he is also warm, friendly and kind. Thanks Sam.
