No proper sitting in this covid-19 pandemic..I had placed the order and canceled my order too...well the customer service also is not gud by staff's and the shift manager who is not able to understand my concern request where I had requested for the sitting. So I had to cancel my order and asked me to refund the amount, well they refunded as the branch staffs says but stil the amount is not refunded. It's been 20 days...stil they asked me to check with UPI customer care that is phone pay, spoken to phone pay customer they tell they have not received any kind of refund statement by my name...from Domino's branch. This is very much bad service by the team I'm upset of this wasting my time and money.

It's a good place. Parking is available. If you buy the pizzas from pizza mania range then there won't be much of topping or cheese also. Sometimes it won't be even baked properly. When I had ordered chicken sausage, I just got around 4-5 pieces of sausage. Domino's should improve the quantity of topping of the pizzas in pizza mania. Also if you book it online, after delivery minimum 2 calls will be there from their side. Asking ma'am please give review which is sometimes irritating.

Is this how you make a pizza? Irregular crest and cheese is concentrated only on one side. Most useless workers of Domino's here in this branch. And they don't have courtesy to give a cover when ordeed more than 4 pizzas. Last time i got hair in my pizza and when shown them, they apologized and gave another pizza with increased quality all of a sudden for the same pizza. Why can't they give the same quality everytime? Domino's owner has to know this and visit the place and check the quality once in a while to know the reality. We understand you give so much capital in establishing Domino's but with the quality less workers its just a waste of money and fame.

I went to this place and the cashier told me it will take 30 mins. Even during the weekends this people don't keep extra staffs and expects everyone to pay above 500 to get the pizza by 40 mins. There were 2 people who were waiting for more than 40 mins for their pizza just thinking how much it would have taken for mine. Hence I moved out. This outlet operates only one pos during busy hours and does a lot of cost cutting on staffs. Hence an avg person spending rs 700 has to wait 40 mins just to get a pizza. It seems the operating company running on huge cash surplus that's why they can do whatever they want.

All the employees were very nice and friendly but, the one that stood out the most was an employee named xxxxx. She is very patient and helped me a lot. I was trying to find good deals for the pizza and xxxxx was very helpful. She knows how to treat customers and has a smile on her face. xxxxx clearly knows what she is doing and I am very impressed with the customer service here at Domino's. Not only the customer service, but the food itself I was satisfied with! I will definitely be coming back to Domino's. I give Domino's 4 stars because of the wonderful customer service and food! Thank You!

Do not order pizza for delivery from this outlet. They will deliver wrong and cheap pizzas. Worst Domino's Pizza outlet I have ever experienced. If you rate them down the manager will always call you and say it's a mistake and won't repeat it next time. But they will do the same thing repeatedly. @Manager very dirty business tactic. Chicken wings tasted like urine. They we not even cooked properly. And for home delivery, the tomato ketchup is not sent. They say it is to be added while placing the order itself but no such option was visible in swiggy. This information is really important as pizza without tomato sauce tastes so disgusting! At least oligarchy delivery not carried extra sachets, I could have paid there itself. Basically i had to eat 300 rupees worth of order while feeling disgusted without ketchup.at night 10 o clock, there was no alternative.

As usual Domino's is one of the best Pizzas available! This branch is located near Bagalur cross. The outlet is in regular size with good crowds most of the time. The food is amazing and the waiting time is quite high as usual. They offer all the varieties of pizzas, garlic breads, sides as in the other outlets. A cool outlet in the area to have a bite of pizza and chill with your loved ones.

Seriously not even one star I would like to give. Hopeless service, thought telling to staff to clean the tables they least care about it. It's weekend they are busy in orders but they give shirt about walk in customers service. Customer inside the store has to see were the tables are clean enough to sit in, if no staff cares we our self need to take boxes of eaten and left out and shift it to side so we feel comfortable. Really so pathetic service in domino's which not expected. Never visit Domino's store again.

Worst service......they charge even for a single ketchup sache also ......and they took the order and never called us to recieve that .....the pizza was lying there for 20 min i guess. We ate a dried pizza because of them. And i saw another customer also fighting with the counter lady for not showing the respect and politeness......if you're not able to give a good and proper service then shut your branch and get lost. Dont make customers to hate pizza just because of your negligence and negative attitude.

Worst pizza is prepared at this place , I always love to eat pizza in dominos atlest once or twice in a week I eat pizza .But after tasting pizza at this dominos which is situated near kattigenahalli I felt I was eating some dry roti.The quality was really very bad , tr was no chicken in a non veg loaded pizza and no cheese too...Guys please increase the quality and atlest provide a quantity which is provided in every other dominos ...the pizza prepared here is not worth the money we pay.

The last time I had a Domino's Pizza was in North India, and the one here was significantly better. Also, the personnel at the counter was really professional, polite and helpful. It would have been a 5/5 experience, but there was dusting off and cleaning going on while customers were present - quite the unhygienic practice. The person doing it had earphones on and was unaware of the noise he was making while moving things around too. Just that, otherwise no qualms.

One of the worst Domino's Pizza outlet. They always deliver the cheapest quality of pizza every single time. And the manager is always ready to apologise and say they will not repeat it next time. I've ordered around 7-8 times just with a hope that they will serve better this time.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY FAST FOOD JOINT!!!.We took a delivery.The pizza was cold and felt like a day or two old pizza the chicken wasnt fresh at all .We weren't even able to see a tiny bit of cheese in the pizza felt like a leftover pizza reheated we didn't even feel like having the pizza by seeing the looks of it .THis outlet is surely spoiling the reputation of the food joint!!

What a rude speaking staff.ill behavior, the staff's specifically the lady staff was very disobedient towards customers. I being a student of REVA university is very disappointed and my friends too. I request my reva friends to not go in such a bad staff place where they donot even respect the customers. Even there is no parking for cars. Where shall we park car then ? Extremely bad experience.

Domino's is one of my favourite places to have pizza and trust me they make very good pizzas. I suggest you to go 17 try this place is quite congested but there servicing is very good they also provide the option of parcel. And also get home delivery from here. If you ask me please try their farmhouse. I am head over heels for it.

Grab on the go facility. Dont ask servers or teller staff about exclusions or dietary restrictions, they will simply ask you to order something else. Ordered pizza from this dominos store and they made sure its rich in taste and on time. Sri Ram was the delievery boy and he made sure that Pizza is hot and it's delievered much before time. I never had such a great experience before this delievery. Thanks to Sri Ram for making this night craving amazing.

Veg zingy parcel was fine. But i found a small cockroach in the pizza while eating, and that too on a last bite. It was sooooo disgusting. I couldn't even escalate it to the manager as I was in a hurry to go somewhere. Truly will never visit this place ever again. Worst.

I loved the attention given to me.And they were relatively fast.(may be they are still new).And it is good place and location for area.Nothing over the too but it good for a group hangover and pick up.Not so good for dating groups.

Very well maintained and hygienic place. Best and fast served. Thermal screening is done now and will provide hand sanitizer. Table are cleaned after every meal. You can enjoy being safe as well ☺️
