This review is not for the store. This is for one particular sales associate in the Men's Department at the Domain store. His name is Andrew. I ordered a custom back in February. The original suits were so poorly made, after 9 months and four alterations, my would-be brand new custom suits looked like suits from someone's old closet. I called their district manager to get involved and fix the problem. The district manager never spoke to me directly and never returned my call, but apparently she called the store manager to fix it. I get the call from the store manager, and she promised that she will be personally handle the situation. She apparently handed the task off to the sales associate that originally took my order and messed it up. I told the store manager that I don't want to deal with the original sales associate anymore, and I'm ready to cancel the order after ten month of waiting. I went to the store to tell the store manager to cancel my order and refund my money, but she was on her vacation. That's when Andrew stepped in and he assured that he will do everything in his power to make this right. I felt sincerity in his voice and decided to give him a chance. He called me when the second suite came in unlike with the original sales associate. (with the original sales associate, I had to call to find out the suits were in the store for about a week already.) He even intercepted my suits going out to the original tailor that started the whole mess and sent to the tailor he works with. After two alterations, my suits was perfect. Andrew always kept his promise and his professionalism throughout the whole process of the replacement suits. It's very rare now days to get that kind of customer service from any department store. Dillard's should feel proud that they have an employee that understands what it really means to provide excellent customer services.

I had a very bad experience with at least three of the employees. The first was at the Estee Lauder counter. I honestly don't know if she worked at that counter or not. My son and my daughter in law were getting a gift for someone. She was talking for at least five minutes until I asked if someone could help. Her response was Yes not can I help you. So I proceeded to ask about a certain product and if they were still having the promotion. She pushed the item towards me and stated " Its not free. So I ask again about another item and he response again was " Its not free". At the time my son was very agitated at her so I said mam never mind you are not very helpful. I bought some jewelry for her . So I went to the second floor to have it gift wrapped. At the time I saw a security guard also going up at the same time and was following me. So another counter person told us hi then I went into the gift wrap center it was going to take fifteen at the most is what she stated. So we were walking around looking and she comes towards us and stands there for a while. So my son stated Mom is she staring at us . I guess she is son I don't understand what her problem is but I felt very uncomfortable. Them she started crossing her arms and still staring at us. I walked up to her and said is something wrong she walked away. As were leaving the security guard was standing there so I said hello and said have a nice day. Just gave me a dirty look. I have shopped at Dillard's in Corpus Christi for years and have never been treated like that. It's a shame that we still have employees that discriminate and treat customer in that manner.

This location has a really wide selection on the purses and shoes. The only issue I have with it is that the employees in the shoe department were extremely lazy. This older lady assisted me, my mother and my sister. We are all either prior service military or active duty military; overall stand up citizens. Last week I bought some Kurt Geiger sandals from the Shreveport location. This Saturday around 7 pm I attempted to ask the older lady who was assisting me in the shoe department if they had any more Kurt Geiger sandals like mine, so she pointed out some Teva sandals which were the same style, but not the same brand clearly. I decided that I did not want any more of her assistance due to her lack of attention to detail. I asked another lady near the Violette and Chelsea shoes if she could assist me with a shoe and she sighed and asked was I already being helped. I told her the lady was assisting my mom. She came back and told me that they didn’t have the shoe size I wanted in the shoes I wanted and then the lady leaves the section and goes to the other side where she joins with a group of other shoes department employees on the other side leaving people on the other side to scavenger hunt for assistance. My mother asked for her shoe size for about 3 different shoes, and the lady came back with all different sizes which were not the ones she asked for. Last, but not least, the security guard repeatedly shifted his location to every department we visited making it very uncomfortable to shop. I feel as if we were being unnecessarily profiled which is unfortunate because we came ready and prepared to shop.

Lol. I went to the shoe department, which has an extensive selection of Men's shoes. I just needed shoe laces, but really wanted an excuse to buy some shoes. I found the laces but could never find anyone to help me. There were two other guys looking at shoes, and no one ever approached us to help. Remember, the shoe selection is in a stock room. Aside from jumping up and down waving our hands, we ended up leaving. I headed to home line and met with the same issue. Except, an employee and I crossed paths but she was putting up stock. And when I hesitated to inquire about the Calphalon stock she split. Lol. Why did I hesitate? I ended up shopping on Amazon, right there in the department; purchased my Calphalon 12 inch skillet and checked out down stairs for the shoelaces. Amazon didn't have the shoelaces I needed or I would have purchased them to. In both cases, I looked like I was shopping. I mean how many circles around an item do you have to do? If had wings I would have looked like a Condor. I even tried to pull a skillet out of the box. My fiance did a little better better in the Woman shoe department, but while I sat and waited I could see where if you didn't throw the shoe at the employees you might not get help. Remember, the shoes are in the back, if a customer is walking around with the shoe in their hand they probably need help. Dillard's becareful, that location is near Nordstroms, where the customer service is 10 x better on a bad day. Oh boy. I was comparing Nordstroms reviews to Dillard's reviews.

I went to look for some shoes. Their was a gentleman that was very nice and available to help with anything I needed. His name was Lee, but when it got to the point that I was going to bufory something. He asked if I had a "membership" with Dillars. I said: No, I don't think so. He said he was going to search for it. I was ok with that. It got to the point where he asked for my ID when I swiped my credit card. I was ok with this. In my head I thought it was for verification. However, when he asked for my social I caught on and I asked if this was for a "Credit Card". He said: "Yes". I quickly, said "No, no" because throught the whole time I thought it was for the Dillars coupons not the credit card. He, stopped and said: "ok" AND THEN he started puching random numbers for the Social!!! I quickly, said "no,no no" and pressed X. This is the second time something like this has happened to me and am traumatized by situations like these. I don't want the gentleman to get fired or anything but I do want situations like these to be known by people, and be AWARE that things like these are NOT RIGHT. Its literally, like Wells Fargo people creating fake accounts for people in order for them to get incentives or meet their goals. I understand, but when it comes to getting people to apply for a credit card they are not having their consent. This is not right.

I'm writing this review because of the terrible customer service I received in the men's department in the Dillard's at the Domain in Austin. I went on Dec. 10th and purchased 6 pairs of pants for my boyfriend. He tried them on and none fit. When I returned the pants on the 12th, seeing the same clerks who helped me two days prior, they were unable to return one pair of pants because they rang up the order incorrectly (charged me twice for one pair and not at all for the other). After calling a store manager, they claimed they could not rectify the situation and could only reimburse me for 5 pairs of pants because the 6th pair was 'not in the system'. They told me I must call corporate to fix it. I called corporate twice and got the message that the number is not working. Why would a service oriented store make a customer pay for the mistake of an employee (a $60 mistake)? I don't understand. I will NEVER shop at Dillard's again. It's a shame because I do like their shoe selection.

The one star is because I had to put it here to write review. This Dillards is terrible. Not only for shopping but I applied to work here and they made me an offer then said they couldn’t bring me on board because 19 1/2 years ago I apparently worked at another Dillards in Houston? News to me lol. Unbelievable and completely unprofessional the way they handled the entire situation. To say the least I’m working on trying to get with corporate to get my so called employee file from almost 20 years ago lol !!!!! I’d really love to see this information, which I did ask the woman who told me this, I won’t mention her name but when I asked if she could get me the information from back then she said no. I’m actually glad in a way they handled it so poorly because I would not want to work for a company who operates like this or treats people with such disregard, especially these days when you’d think they would go the extra mile to actually help me.

Dillard's feels like a neglected and run down Macy's. Products were stale and dried up in the makeup department. Shoes were missing from display and tossed everywhere like a clearance aisle...I was disappointed. They don't have a Dillard's location in NYC so I was excited to visit my first one here in Austin. Came here to buy some Shiseido gifts for my mom-in-law. Luckily, Shiseido counter was stocked and sales associate Hai Nyugen was spot on with matching skin tones for both the concealer and foundation. 5/5 stars to her! She was knowledgeable and friendly. She even assisted us with our gift purchase. Everything else in Dillard's seems to be dying. I'm not sure how they will bring customers back or keep up with rent. It was a Fri evening around 6pm so maybe we went during and off hour? Will be back but only for Shiseido goods because I like trying out makeup shades in stores and Sephora here doesn't carry stock in stores.

So our first bad experience at the Domain Dillard’s was when we tried to do our wedding registry. We filled out the paperwork and the women went to enter it into the computer. We waited for OVER AN HOUR. When she came back, it was to ask if a letter was an “r” or “v” on our address. Needless to say, we left and never came back. Today’s bad experience we tried to do an exchange because someone bought us something online. Well, we brought up the things we wanted to get with the exchange, told the sales lady we wanted to do an exchange and she proceeds to put the money back on the card. We don’t have the card as someone bought us the outfit online. She tried to take us to another register and still didn’t work so she had to call a manager. Well I just looked in our bag and they didn’t give us one of the items we wanted to purchase. These people they have hired are incompetent.

Went into Barton Creek Austin Dillard's location 7/15/22 Friday evening to do some shopping. All went well until we made it around to the men's Polo section where me and my wife were stared at and continually watched but never greeted or acknowledged by employee Brenda. She stared and walked around us but never asked if we needed any help. I could not understand why we were treated so coldly. I am not the type to play the "race card" but this blatantly felt races. We couldn't help but wonder if we were a white couple this would not have happened. I ended up picking out a shirt and having to pay for it in a different department due to Brenda not being at the register and not willing to even acknowledge us the whole time we were there. I would NOT recommend shopping at Dillard's if you will be treated this way.

Not super happy with the customer service desk at this location. I recently purchased two dresses as options to wear to an event. I didn't end up wearing either, and when I went to return them, the lady only scanned in one of my items. I didn't realize until I had left. I brought my problem to the service desk and they told me since the transaction had been completed there was nothing they could do. As someone who also works in retail, I know this isn't true. Inventory processing systems are advanced enough to see that they have an item in their inventory that was purchased and not returned. Additionally, this was a mistake on their part and they did little to nothing to help me in this admittedly difficult situation. I'm now out $150 and I don't even have the dress I payed for.

  • It-Xetl Salas

The shoe department sales people are not friendly. Along with getting no service despite a lot of them on the floor shelving shoes, one of the shoe sales people passed gas in front of me! I worked retail before and I understand that flatulence is a normality, but when I worked in retail I made sure to be in a corner or in the backroom when I needed to toot! A couple of sales people passed by me and it seemed like they acknowledged my existence but if you look like you're still in teacher clothes, they'd rather have nothing to do with you. Additionally I stayed around to survey if I was the only one ignored by sales people (all of the store, not just shoes) and the employees could look more approachable or greet others as they approach them. You're welcome for the advice

Came to try and exchange a bottle of cologne I purchased at a different Dillards location. The bottle I purchased was broken and the cologne was spilt in the box, I never even had the chance to use the cologne so I came to try and get a new one. The associate I first spoke to gaslit me saying “*it was impossible that could happen” and went to get her manager. I explained my dilemma with the manager and told her I called customer service and they assured me as long as I had the receipt and it was under 30 days, exchanging wouldn’t be an issue. The managers response was “well customer service doesn’t make the decisions in my store, I do”. Basically unwilling to help me, they were very rude and condescending, not coming back to this snobby & entitled location.

  • Taylor Torres

Your employee CJ is very rude. She helped me with one pair of shoes and then dissapeared, and when another employee helped me much more than her and was very diligent and helping me, she's popped out of no where and became very competitive and told me to my face that it is "against the rules" for one employee to steal another's commission. For one, I think it is VERY unprofessional to tell any customer that, and second of all, she didn't really help me at all. She grabbed one shoe for me and then left me unattended. I really wanted to be checked out by the other employee, I was angry and very annoyed to be checking out with CJ which ruined my experience because of how rude she was and how she addressed the situation.

I will not be returning to this Dillard's store. On my last visit I asked a manager, not a seasonal employee, what the return policy was. Instead of telling me, she angrily looks at me and says, "Why are you going to return this stuff? You can't get more money than you paid for it today." And then she never actually told me the return policy. Her response made me feel like a criminal, as if I was planning to con the store with a return. This is completely unacceptable, especially from a manager. It shouldn't matter what you're buying or the time of day you're in the store. If I ask a question about your store policy I deserve to be treated with respect. I've had enough bad experiences here I will not be coming back.

  • Alicia Mathews

I saw an item at Dillard's yesterday. I called back today because I decided I wanted to purchase. The customer service associate informed me that they would not take my over the phone order even though I am from out of town and unable to make it back to the store, the item is not available online - and refused to transfer me to someone who could help. I have worked in retail for over 10 years and have been expected to bend over backwards to make the customer happy. This was a very simple request that should have been completed, no questions asked. It is unfortunate that a company the size of Dillard's does not have the ability to complete such a simple task, even on a busy sale day. You lost a sale, and a customer.

Discrimination wreaks an awful smell at this store Walked around the department store for awhile looking at sales. Nothing out of the ordinary. Salespeople who saw us asked if we needed any assistance, awesome! Security however, was following my family and I the ENTIRE time. Going through aisles, going down escalators, all the way out the door. No one was dressed suspicious, nothing but a Mexican family walking through Dillard's... Dillard's people! Didn't get this treatment at nieman marcus, Louis Vuitton, etc. Only felt discriminated at Dillard's. Thank you Dillard's, I won't spend my money at your store any more. Dillard's, please retrain your mall-cop security personnel @dillards

  • Zoe Tizard

Dillards in my opinion is a great department store with a wide range of variety for specifically their beauty products and perfumes, but when it comes to their clothes it tends to be on the more high end side so the prices are substantially high. I usually get my dresses for dances, makeup and perfume there and on occasion shoes but otherwise I don't look at much else. Except for the other weekend when I went to look for a bathing suit and they had little to non options that weren't very overpriced. But other then that I really appreciate not having only one enormous floor to look around at things that you want but dont need, but three!! I mean this place is probably as big as Ikea.

  • Chelsea Howa

Barbara is the best employee there. I had one employee not say anything and left the area. People were standing at the counter asking if I've seen anyone. Then when another lady comes over she tells me which dressing room to go into even though she just watched the lady before me just go in one. Why did you have to tell me which one to use!?! Like you need to keep an eye out on me. I was so mad that I almost just left. I went to the other register and asked Barbara bra questions and she was so nice and helpful! I'll be back if Barbara is here!

  • Brooke English

I needed shoes for my cousin's wedding. I found the shoes I wanted to try on. I brought one pair to the ladies at the register. The three girls just said okay and stared at me after I asked for the shoes to try on in my size. Then finally one walked to the back and got them for me. She gave them to me and went back to her huddle. I think they were trying to order lunch, yelling across the floor their orders. I had the same issues trying to check out. Not sure if they were working through their lunch break but it was very annoying.

  • lavinia hays

If I could give a zero star review I would. I am at Dillard’s with my mom and my mom asked a sales lady to help with bras or pasties for a spaghetti strap dress that I would be wearing at a wedding. and the sales lady asked me what size bra I wear and I said 38c and the sales lady said in a really rude way ‘no your not’ and I told her that I didn’t need her help and she kept saying that I’m 38c and that she’s a professional and kept staring at my chest in a really weird way. The sales lady didn’t measure me

  • Ariana D

This is a nice Dillard's with a lot more options than I find at the one at Lakeline Mall. My favorite brand is Antonio Melani, which they seem to have a ton of (both full price and sale). They also have a great shoe section, and I've never had an issue finding an employee when I needed help. There is a parking garage attached to the store which makes access very easy. It has three stories' worth of stuff to see so it's a great place for a variety of shopping (men's, women's, shoes, jewelry, makeup, etc).

  • Rebecca Gomez

I am so sad to rank this store so low, because I used to enjoy shopping here. However, I walked through the entire store for over an hour, looking at different department, picking up different items I wanted to purchase. Not one single person offered to help even though it was not that busy on a week day. Many of the customer service were not helping other customer, but talking amongst themselves. I eventually left and took my business to another store where they were willing to help me.

  • L.P.

I love this place as well for the sales especially when the sales start on Jan 1st of every year. I have bought all of family from my wife, daughter, and son clothes or shoes over the years. Always get quality for less Polo shirts, Daniel Cremuix, Morano, round tree and Yorke shirts for very cheap. This location is very clean and my man Darrell is the best sales person there very helpful look for him upstairs in the Men's dept. Good place to shop all around!

  • D Dickson

First I would like to say I love Dillard's and have been shopping there for years. But this particular visit was very unpleasant to say the least. I was shopping for shoes and was ignored by the sales people. The same lady walked by me 3 times and never inquired if I needed assistance. Finally I got the attention of a sales clerk who just so happened to be the manager. I shared my experience with her and she made the remainder of my visit tolerable.

  • Jennifer N

This store can get picked over rather fast and leaves the store in a state of disaster at times. I like that this store has all of the departments in one store. The parking can be a disaster in the garage at times, but there are other options. This store doesn't have a large selection of purses, it is just spread out. There is a giant selection of shoes, but not a lot in the smaller sizes. The shoe department employees are really nice,

  • Alessandra Rejellias

Aiden in shoes is the best he helped me pick out some shoes to match a dress for this wedding I am going to next week. I would’ve never picked them out myself, but he has amazing taste and he’s definitely “on trend”! If you’re having trouble or even if you just want to grt assistance with one of the more friendly associates, who is not in it just for the money, find Aiden at Dillards! Will definitely be back for more! Thank you Aiden!

  • Karen Flores

Horrible service in the shoe Dept. Several employees walked by and never even acknowledged me. I was just stopping in for a pair of heels bc I didn't like the pair I'd packed and Dillard's was close to the hotel. I found the heels I wanted and waited almost half an hour for the poor lady who was working the register to get done. She was helpful! The rest of them just walked by me as I tried to flag them down for assistance.

  • Colin Gwiazdowski

Eugene Jones is the most knowledgeable professional I have spoken to in a long time in terms of fashion and men's formalwear. He is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and so personable. Highly recommend. First guy I talked to was quite pompous, large white male, who made a poor first impression. I recommend working on that, whomever it may be: first impressions are everything (ironic this is at a Dress store).

  • Fermin Gonzales

Do you have and are you using your dillards card to earn rewards today? How many points do i currently have? You have to call customer service for that information! What? What if i want to use my current rewards, call customer service? Friendly and attentive associates. Very well maintained stores, and not very specials to be seen. Beautiful store, pricey merchandise but it doesn't cost anything to browse the store.

  • Vincent Bennett

A very racist store. Everytime I shop here, the employees in the men's department are quick to help the white males or white couples. But never ask the black shoppers if they need help. I have witnessed this on many different visits to this department store. Hopefully someone will look into this. I have spent almost an hour waiting for help on a couple of different trips and the employees just ignored me.

  • kj17

My new favorite store, the people there are too friendly and that is the reasons for my four stars. I became a fan of their Murano Evan very slim fit pants (real X-slim) and not some slim in disguise. The best time to shop there is usually the last Thursday of the month where they then to have real and generous discounts. The problem is that after this review their prices will go up and that is sad

  • Jo Ann Rodriguez

I had no luck, due to lack of customer service, purchasing at Dillard's Lakeline so I traveled to Dillard's at the Domain. I went in to purchase items at the Lancome counter and I have to say I was pleased with the customer service I received from Lacey (I hope the name is correct). Without a doubt, I will go back to purchase from her again. This took place on Sunday, 08/11/2019.

  • Chris F

To the salesperson working at the Polo Ralph Lauren register yesterday October 8th (so sorry I didn’t catch your name) … thank you for helping me pick out my jacket. It’s so comfortable and your thoughts on the jacket helped me decide. You’re very much appreciated. Thank you! I also found this adorable mug that looks exactly like my dog. I bought it right away!

  • mara stace

Everytime I walk in here (which is rarely) I'm surprised Dillard's is still around. It gets three stars because I can go online and see if something is probably in stock before I go. But while the staff is helpful when you're buying, they are almost rude when you're returning. Makes me feel like they're working for commission and makes me not want to return.

  • Neda G

I ordered a non returnable dress online a while ago. I understand it was non returnable under normal condition, and I never intended to return it, but the dress was defective and when I tried to return it in the store the manager said she cannot do anything about it and I can take the dress to a retail store and pay someone to fix it. Unbelievable!

  • chiefbarkontree

I shop in the men's section mostly and buy lots of clothes here because the staff is really nice and the selection is pretty great. They also were happy to help take a few links out of my watch for me even though I didn't buy it from them. It's exemplary service such as this that will have me coming back for many years to come. Great job guys!!

  • Cherie Gaspar

Anna at the Lancome Cosmetic counter was amazing. She did not judge me by my lack of experience buying Cosmetics of that caliber. She was helpful and patient and so encouraging I truly believe she ought to be recognized for her true since of authenticity and compassion. She has made me a customer for as long as I am in Austin.

  • Tammy Paley

Dropped in to use my gift cards that I have been carrying around for over a year. The sales woman in the perfume department helped me locate a perfume that I couldn't remember the name of. Such patience with me as I looked until something rang a bell. A true pleasure to deal with and I will seek her out on my next trip.

  • P Ktz

Much better experience than the Cedar Park location. The GM, Hector is horrible and thought I would try the domain in Austin. Night and day. The sales person who helped me actually spoke English. Not at Hector store. I spent a lot of money..a n d I don't have to return anything. Stay away from the Cedar Park location.

  • Texas Ratings

Avoid this store! The worst customer service ever. Refused to return an item, the cashier said that it's on three days return policy which is no one told me about when I bought the shirt even tho I have mentioned that I might return it because it feels a bit big and the cashier confirmed, yes of course you can.

  • Meg B

Called in first to get fitted for a bra & they said yes a certified bra fitter is on staff the day I went but when I got there from 6' away she said 'the one you have on is fine' and refused to find other options etc. she seemed eager to get back to scrolling through her phone. won't go back, what a joke

  • Yasmin J

I understand people are always shoplifting at Dillards but that’s no one’s fault but the company’s. Yall seriously need to let us customers of color breath and let them do there shopping comfortably please it’s so disrespectful the way we get treated not everyone is going to steal from y’all …

  • Doug Smith

Lazy staff. Wanted to buy jewelry and some things for Christmas. I stood at a few counter tops with staff nearby for maybe 40 minutes total with no help. They just talk between themselves and ignore everyone. Massive loss of business as I wasn’t the only one waiting for help (Ladies Jewelry Area)

  • Lavan Kumar

Good place to buy the clothes for women's and men's. All the items are in the reasonable price range and are good quality. Service provided is extremely great and welcoming. Sales Representative are helpful in nature and will help you to find the stuff you need. Overall experience is great.

  • Miriam Hilton Mora

Went looking for shoes. Jarmela was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. When I could not find a shoe in my size she offered to bring a different color in the correct size to see if I like the fit then she offered to order it and have it delivered to my house. GREAT customer service!!

  • Jason Castille

Every employee greeted me and offered to help me should I need it. The store was impeccably organized. The selection of clothes was extensive and the brands were name, high quality and superbly fashionable. They also have awesome sales racks. What a great place to acquire attire.

  • Mark Gibson

I had an unexpected trip out of the country tomorrow. Ran into Dillard's at 5:30.They close at 6PM. Eugene Jones was the best help in the world With helping me with my clothes and wardrobe. Got out of there in 15 to 20 minutes. This man cares and Is. Awesome? A true keeper. Mg.

  • Ed O'connor

5 star service from customer service associates and unlike so many other places went above and beyond to help us with the selection of clothes for my family member. Friendly and willing to offer suggestions. Will definitely go back to this store clean and very well organized

  • Dawn Harris

Gene at the Domain location in the men's section is the greatest. Extremely helpful finding the new suit we ordered and had fitted. Helped us find coordinating shirts, a tie and socks with my dress for two weddings coming up. This will be our first stop from now on.

  • Bill Holder

Nice shopping place. Great selection of clothing items. Prices can be high, solve this by keeping an eye out for sales. Salespeople are helpful and easyish to find most of the time. Styles seem to be up to date for men, but maybe geared for slightly older ladies.

  • A B

I absolutely love this location. Everything is always so neat and in place. The shoe selection is awesome. It never seems to be too crowded, which is great because they always seem to have my size and I don't have to wait to be tended to. A shoppers paradise!

  • jamatt14

I don't shop at Dillard's often but when I do, I always wonder why I don't shop there more:). Dora stopped me to see if I needed help and took wonderful care of me. She helped me find what I needed for the wedding I was attending. Smooth an easy experience!

  • Mark Hammer

Loved the store but the shoes guy, no. Don't butter me up with "hey man" then ask me what brings me here, only to respond "you here to buy, shop, or browse?" Hated that. This guy is terrible. I ended up buying at Macy's. He could have had my business.

Gene in the mens department is AWESOME! He had me in my new suit in 15 minutes with matching shirt & tie looking like a million bucks! I hate to shop and he made it easy. Suit will be altered in a week. He even threw in a pocket square! Ty Gene !

I like this Dillard's better than most Dillards... it was organized and the staff were friendly. I found a couple of nicely priced items that I was had been looking for. They need help in the shoe department. Of course I guess that's every store.

  • G TH

Still a nice department store. In the days of online shopping Dillard's is still an icon. Wish they still anchored malls but those days are long gone. Quality clothes and other essentials for home and decor. The Dillard at the domain is great

  • Michael DeHaven

My experience at Dillard's today felt like classic department store shopping! I loved it. The store was clean with enough room to move around, and the quality of clothes was far above other stores like Macy's and JCPenney.

  • Jeff L

Outstanding customer service !!! A real pleasure doing business with them. Although I would suggest using JD's Pressure Washing to clean up the parking garage. Everything else was much better than expected !!! Thank you ❤️

  • Audrey Amos - McGehee

My favorite store. Great quality, good selection and reasonable prices. Awesome sales allow you to buy high end quality at reasonable prices. Sales associates are knowledgeable, professional and customer service oriented.

  • SM

Five stars are given because of one person - Tara. She works in evening wear. Tara is extremely kind, patient, honest, and compassionate, even with the department being busy! She is a powerhouse. Thank you Tara!!!

  • Wendy Eames

Now would be a good time to clothes shop there. It's not quite time for fall shopping needs, but they seemed to have a good stock of late summer & nice collections were well stocked, like e. Fisher & Joule.

  • Ryan Smith

I love Dillard’s, always have they have incredible sales at times. My only gripe is that they don’t always have my size and they have stuff online that is not available in store which can be frustrating

  • Rick McMaster

Bright, open, and clean but tough to find a cashier. Be warned that if you buy online, any returns have to be processed through customer service, not through any register as other places do.

  • Sam Scott

Love this location! We had Darrell help us in the Polo section, he was considerate and approached us but also gave us our distance when we wanted to roam a bit. Polite and perfect salesman.

  • PJ Collins

We were shopping for a dress for my 8 yr old granddaughter, she is going to be a flower girl. We found the perfect dress and she loves it. We are going to go back to get something for us!

  • Chris Williams

The store is overly large and spread out, making navigation confusing. But, the racks and shelves were neat and not overstuffed with merchandise, and the atmosphere is clean and bright.

  • Robbie Sorrell

Traded in some socks that were a present. The gentleman in the men's department could not have been more helpful and gracious. Great eye contact, enunciation and well mannered.

  • Cynthia

Didn't have what I was looking for but sales person helped me try to find something. Just wasn't my luck that day. The store was clean and organized. Had alot of good sales.

  • Anthony Contreras (Tony Contreras)

Very disappointed in the limited stock of King size matress sheets. Did not see anything above 800 thread count. Used to find 1000 thread count sheets and various brands.

  • TM

Very clean and organized. Though, For a lot of employees no one asked if I needed help. Just a side note: I feel like their shopping bag needs to be updated. ;)

  • Michelle Mitchell

Love this place! Beautiful bags, clothes, shoes, jewelry and space. Makeup counters are top notch staffed with super excellent customer service! ❤ …

  • Lizzy brandani

Got amazing help from Eugene Jones picking out a suit for my brother. I would highly recommend him to anyone struggling to find a good suit that fits well

Dillard's Customer Experience is Top Notch. Easy to shop. Well-Stocked, Friendly, Helpful Staff, Easy Online Ordering and In-Store/Curb-Side Service

  • Bobby Dennis

Good selection and my wife found what she wanted but couldn't find a single person on the whole third floor to check out & pay for our purchase!

  • Jose Tapia

Given the electronic commerce you expect good service at the store. In this store specially at the lingerie area sellers are rude and racists.

  • Kamille Blood

Nice store but could be better. Didn't have the one Vera Bradley tote I was looking for but plenty of other purses and totes. Nice bathrooms.

  • Honey Weinstein

The GM at the Austin Domain location is lacking in customer service skills. We have options and I won't walk back in after a poor experience.

  • Nico Saldivar

The store is well organized and very clean. Matilda in the men's section was an absolute joy and a great help. Will definitely be back!

  • Emillie Rose

They don't have a lot of good petite dresses but very clean store. It's nice spending my lunch break here. Great purse selection.

  • B Gardella

Prices are a little high but great quality brands. Too few staff however. Too many fitting rooms and check out stands closed.

  • Melody Hawthorn

Very friendly service. The store was clean and selections were good. The one thing I think they could organize better.

  • Bracin K

My go to place when I need a special outfit. Disappointed that the store stopped it's day after Christmas sale.

  • Iyaa karim

Helpful staff, wide variety of items, and was able to find everything I needed for an important occasion.

  • John Bleeker

Liked there clothes and atmosphere. Didn't buy anything because I can find their products less expensive.

  • CeeCeeCandice “Oneness Journey”

Great employees! They used to be not so attentive but they're much better! Nice selection too. Good sales

  • Kenneth Michael

Michael from Dior was amazing and helped me get what I needed when I needed it you can count on him.

  • P C

The store is always organized and clean. Staff has always been friendly the times I've been there.

  • Liz Parra (LizComensal)

This store was above average in order and variety of products. A nice experience.

  • Ryan Dempsey

Billy gave great service! The 3 stars are for limited inventory.
