Visiting Dr. Devassy was the best choice of my life ! It all started over a month ago when I was referred by a friend to visit Dr. Devassy and the results are amazing!! ..15+ years of headaches gone! When I walked in to Dr. Devassy’s unit I was welcomed by his team/staff at the front desk. I told his team I was interested in meeting with Dr. Devassy to explain the pain(s) I, as a 24-year-old was dealing with. His team provided me a short and descriptive application to complete – One thing I really liked about this application was that it provided me a full body diagram to circle and pinpoint where the pain(s) were located! This made it really easy and comfortable for me to explain further. Completing this application, I was seated in a room & boom! Dr. Devassy walked in with the application I had JUST completed. (Keep in mind I was simply a walk-in patient, no appointment) This Doctor is the most down to earth person I have ever met. He took the time to sit down and talk to me about when I started feeling my headaches and shoulder pain and also asked what I do on a daily basis (sports, activities, lifting weights). After that Dr. Devassy took some time to tell me about himself and where he began his journey helping people reach a new level! – another thing I really appreciated and thought was cool! This doctor is truly a superhero! I can’t even remember the last time I woke up with a migraine/headache. My shoulder is back to normal and I am pushing weights in the gym that I thought I would never be able to touch. Great guy, great team, and most importantly great techniques and exercises used by Dr. Devassy. Highly recommend this place!! *10 Stars!

I have been battling Planta Fasciitis for more than 6 years. It has been getting worse, despite me going to 3 different foot doctors. I have spent near $5000.00 dollars over time on: New custom orthotics yearly, shock wave therapy, tube socks, assessments at 3 different podiatrists, acupuncture, rolled the ice water bottle and spiked ball under foot. I Did all the stretching exercises. I wore shoes inside and another pair outside. Yet still I woke up every day as soon as my feet hit the ground I was in pain. The pain was getting worse. It was uncomfortable to sleep some nights. I felt sad, I couldn’t wear nice shoes for any length of time. The pain limited me from doing physical things that I loved. The pain made me feel 30 years older than I am. I was honestly getting so depressed. A friend recommended Dr. Jamie Devassy to me. I was hesitant that he could help me. He doesn’t even specialize in feet were my thoughts. I am so thankful I went. He is the first Doctor that worked to identify my foot issue and root cause. He asks a lot of questions and listens to the response to put the whole puzzle together and find a solution. I have been to him only 4 times and the pain in my left foot went from 6/10 to less that 1/10. The pain in my right foot was a 9/10 it’s now a manageable 2/10. After only four visits. I’m a different person. I feel lighter and happier. I’m hopeful it will get fully healed. I would also like to say his front-end staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place

Dr. Devassy is extremely knowledgable, compassionate and will fix whatever issue you have. I first came to this clinic about 4 years when I was unable to walk due to a really bad pulled muscle in my back. Dr. Devassy got my up and walking in less than 1 week and I haven't looked back ever since. I've sent countless family members and friends to his clinic and they all came back with nothing but praise for him. I'd highly recommend this clinic to anyone! Update to the review: I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Devassy’s clinic again recently, and I must say, he continues to be the best chiropractor out there! This time, I had an injured knee that caused excruciating pain and a significant limp for two weeks. However, just within a week of seeing Dr. Devassy again, my pain went from 7/10 to barely 1/10, and my limp practically vanished. It’s incredible how much he has helped me once more. I heard about Dr. J thru my cousin who is already a patient of his. She told me he can work wonders and I’m glad I listened to her and booked an appointment. The first time I saw him was because of my knee that I hurt just before Christmas last year. I was in crutches before I saw him but after two sessions with him I can already put my body weight on the knee that I hurt. I have to be honest that treatment he gave me hurt at first but gradually disappeared after a few sessions with him. After a week he assured me that I can walk again without my crutches and he was right. I was able to get back to work right away thanks to Dr. J. Now every time I feel like something is wrong with me like muscle soreness and tightness on any part of my body, he can correct the problem right away and fix it. If you need an honest doctor who cares about his patients, a doctor who definitely knows what he is doing then go see Dr. J. It’s also worth mentioning that my cousin who recommended me to him had been suffering back pains for years and only Dr. J was the one who fixed and made the pain go away. That is why she said Dr.J can work wonders and I’m really glad I believed her.

When I pulled my back in November I couldn't stand or even lay flat on my back without pain. Over 4 months I saw a physio and still ended up pulling my back again several times. I was so fed up and scared that this back pain would be with me for life that I went to a sports med dr who recommended I see a chiro. I was slightly worried as I heard only horror stories and have actually never been to see one. Well, was I worried about nothing! Dr. DeVassey was awesome. Within 1 appt I could already feel my back tension easing and by appt #3 I could move without fear of straining my back. It's now over 6 months and I forgot I even had back issues!! Very professional and cares about his patients. He even addressed my fear about Chiros! I love that the appt reminders are texted -- very convenient. Absolutely recommend anyone see him.

I came here for the recovery of miniscus and surrounding knee structures after seriously dislocating my kneecap. Physiotherapy and chiropractic care with Jamie was almost painless and very effective. He was great throughout all the appointments and really understands how to keep pain at a minumum when dealing with tight muscle groups and bone areas. He's also very informative and made all the problems with my knee throughout the process really easy to understand. I saw a lot of change in my knee's movement after every appointment and thanks to him, its at 100% again! These guys are also very flexible with their scheduling, whenever something came up and I could not make it on the time of my appointments they were always able to postpone by a few hours or reschedule with no payment problems. 5 stars bois

I was led to Dr. Devassy for help with chronic migraines and soft tissue injuries after a car accident in August 2022. I've seen many chiropractors and other health practitioners in various fields; I was very impressed with his integrative approach to assessing and treating me. He's very knowledgeable, personable and good at explaining the reasoning behind his actions and what he prescribes regarding exercises. Dr. Devassy's professionalism and effective communication also helped reduce the stress caused by my injury as the healing progressed well. I will return to see him in the future. Dr. Devassy is amazing! For as long as I can remember I’ve experienced migraines and headaches. I used to get at least one to two headaches a week and would always blamed them on lack of sleep. It got to a point where they started to get so bad I couldn’t deal with them anymore. After doing some research I came across Dr. Devassy and read some great reviews about him dealing with headache patients. When I came to see Dr. Devassy I had been experiencing a mild headache for about a month. Visiting Dr. Devassy was the best decision I could have ever made. My neck and shoulders were a disaster but after two weeks of treatment I felt brand new. He is very knowledgeable and uses a variety of different techniques.

I am so livid at this point. Had a booking for tonight at 17h30. I arrived on time and when I walked in to the physiotherapist on duty, I saw another gentleman that walked in just ahead of me. I found this odd that they would have a double booking. The physiotherapist, Bikramjeet, told me to give him 10-15 minutes. After nearly 25 of waiting I decided to ask the receptionist why they had two sessions at the same time. She informed me that the patient before me was running late. I find that totally unacceptable. I value my time and had another engagement. I cancelled my session and wont be going back! For the fee they charge, I don't think I received very good service!

I went to Derry Village Physio because I injured my groin and back weightlifting. I had the injury for the past 5 years, going to different people for treatment but none of the other treatments helped at all. I was referred here by a friend who had a similar injury, and on the first treatment Dr. Jamie instantly knew what the issue was and how to treat it. By the fourth treatment I was back to weightlifting after 5 years. Coming here was life changing for me. I thought the injury was irreversible but now I’m back to playing sports and going to the gym. Would definitely recommend Dr. Jamie to anyone looking for physical treatment.

I had suffered a year with unexplained back pain. Probably one of my many mountain biking injuries. I would get maybe 3 or 4 hrs of sleep a night before waking up in pain. My doctor had me get a whole barrage of test (blood, CT, ultrasounds, xrays, etc.) and he couldn't find the problem. I did massage therapy and other chiropractors with no results. My wife found Dr. Jamie and she read up on his techniques for active release, etc. Skeptical I gave it a try. Two sessions with Dr. Jamie and my back pain was gone! Unbelievable! You cannot imagine the relief after 1 year. Highly recommended!

I had excessive pain on my knee. My joints were making it difficult for any kind of movement. On a friend’s recommendation I went to see the chiropractor. On my first visit with Dr Jamie I was surprised with the care and treatment he provided. I could see the difference the same day when I went back home. A great experience since my first visit. Jamie is very attentive and knowledgeable. He helped me not only with a back spasm which first brought me in, but I was surprised when I found out he could help with my headaches. Suffering from frequent severe headaches and migraines for many years. Since starting treatments here, my migraines and headaches have become rare. If I do experience a headache, the pain is more manageable. He also helped with a partially dislocating jaw issue I’ve had for years.

Very congestive place to get relax from pain, no spaces to stretch , not very hygienic place, in small area three beds setup for message where therapist move one patient to other. Just money making place don’t waste your money and time,If you don’t want electrical procedure they reduce your time but charge you fully. Not a good experience. Places such as this one should not allowed to practice, receptionist and massage therapist are very rude not recommend this place for anyone

My sons play sports and when/if they ever get injured or simply need a general adjustment, Dr. Devassy is ALWAYS the first person we go to. He is amazing with them and is really focused on helping them. He uses a variety of techniques and there is nothing he hasn’t been able to fix! The clinic vibe is easy and comfortable as well. Best best best i would say. I had back problem for more then a year and everywhere i have went i was getting no results and most of them told me to get the surgery done but when i got here i started getting progress after first sitting. I was not able to walk without help and my body was not strate but after forth sitting it was all fixed and i went back to work in 5 weeks. I am really thankful of everyone for the treatment and avoid the surgery.

Dr. Devassy was amazing. I had knee pain for a few years and I didn’t receive proper treatment until I consulted Dr. Devassy. He not only treated my knee but was also able to figure our other issues such as frequent headaches due to jaw and neck stiffness. It took a couple of appointments and now my knee is SO much better. Came to see Dr. Jamie for long standing knee injuries that were preventing me from being active. I was becoming discouraged that nothing was going to help. Well, this was my first experience with a chiropractor and it was fantastic! Came in with a horrible shin splint. Started with chiro and Dr. Jamie really helped loosen my leg up a bit. Added physio after a bit and it became so much better with great stretching techniques and all the other services that Dr. Ansari provided to relieve pain and heal my legs. Overall, a very comfortable and inviting experience and definitely recommended for any pain or issue that you may be feeling.

I have been going to Derry Village Physio for well over 5 years and must say that they provide exceptional service. They are prompt and always keep to the schedule with virtually no wait time. I do not about other reviews but i went there for my lower back pain and the Dr told me i will need 5-6 visits for it and i took more than 7 visits but dint feel any difference with my pain. Dr would only see me for 2-3 mins and he would always tell me that in next visit i would be perfectly fine.. He doesn’t discuss any thing about the pain or treatment.

Dr. Jamie is a class act, really knowledgeable, and super professional. I've dealt with a sore lower back for more than 5+ years. After multiple visits here, the knots and sores in my lower back are almost completely diminished and I'm able to be a lot more flexible doing regular daily activities. Overall a really good experience, definitely recommend.

I visited Dr Devassy with stifling pain on my chest that was acting up when I was lying down or turning. He diagnosed the problem and treated me for 2 weeks to make the pain go away. Dr. Jagpreet (Chiropractor) took me in on his hectic Saturday schedule and looked at my muscle injury, explained everything in detail in layman’s language. I took 5 sessions for my shoulder and back injury an I am 90% healed, recommended some really useful exercises.

May be the doctors are good. But I have been waiting with my wife for around 3 and half hours to meet the doctor. She was carrying and kept her starving the whole time. That’s not something great. After all we just needed a referral for the 20th week scan.
