Had the best dentist visit I’ve ever had at Dallas Dental Arts! Which means a lot after experiencing dental care elsewhere in Texas that led to me having a panic attack and anxiety about trips to the dentist. A friend recommended I visit them after explaining my previous dental anxiety, and I’m really glad they were able to see me. Dr. Sheena Allen was so kind and really addressed all my concerns, and even geeked out with me about teeth (which I find fascinating). All of the staff were kind and professional and the office was incredibly clean (and had a great view!). I was even able to get an orthodontist referral and talk about a basic game plan for my teeth with Dr. Allen. I also really appreciate how transparent they are about their prices, and how helpful they were in mentioning a payment option that would help make visits more affordable since I don’t have dental insurance. I will absolutely be recommending this office to everyone I know in the DFW and NE Texas area!

The most wonderful dental office I have ever dealt with. Dr Allen rocks! And the best hygienist I have ever encountered! No pain and no chastizing! Every member of the staff from front office, dental assistants, hygienists, to dentists are extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Allen and Dr. Margolin are quite the team. I've been a patient in this practice for many years, and have complete confidence and trust that any dental need I may have throughout my patient lifetime will be handled with expert understanding and a solid treatment path. I appreciate that this team always share the options with me, the costs, the recommendations, the pros and cons. Additionally, I'm not always the best patient...a bit anxious of procedures, and their chair-side manner and conversation always gives me a sense of calm and knowledge of what is happening. They let me know what they are doing, check on how I'm feeling at each step, always putting safety and patient comfort first. I drive from Southlake to Dallas, as there is no distance too far to have the dental care from such an incredible practice.

Dr. Allen is amazing— each patient is treated based on their individual needs and she truly has her heart in this business. Highly recommend and if she is out of network for your insurance and your insurance allows for out of network providers, her team is highly effective at navigating all of the insurance needs on your behalf, so you simply wait for your reimbursement checks. All around love going to her office and chatting with her each time. She goes to great lengths for any and all of her patients, and follows up with anything you request or discuss same day. You do not have to question whether or not something she discussed will be seen through to the end. Being from a small town outside of the state and seeking a dentist in the city that did not feel as such, Dr. Allen exceeds all expectations!

I would have never thought in a million years I would walk out of a dentist appointment happy and looking forward to my next appointment but I can say I woke up the next morning and thought that. I came to them because of a bad experience with another dentist firm. I had thought that I may have just gotten more sensitive over time and was worried I may need to be sedated. Christine and Ashley heard me out and were so careful to make sure I was ok, I had no anxiety or pain, none of which I had. I got a thorough exam and cleaning and zero pain. No soreness after either!!! It truly was just a matter of being in the hands of people who are aware and are great at their job. I had great conversations with them and Dr. Allen. I am actually looking forward to my next visit!!!!

This place is top notch. Everyone I encountered was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Sandra was extra sweet and spent a lot of extra time with me. I never felt scared or anxious during my consultation. I really appreciated the straight-forward and honest approach offered by Dr Allen. She’s interested in making sure the treatment plan will benefit you long-term Instead of just putting a bandaid over a bullet hole. They offer almost all dental services in one office (cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals by an endodontist, implants by a periodontist, cosmetic dentistry, dentures, etc). Dr Allen’s credentials are impressive, and it seems she’s interested in looking at the whole person instead of just the teeth. Definitely recommend.

I drive 3+ hours to see Dr. Allen, Dr. Margolin, Dr. Ayik and Kristin (my teeth are SO clean!!!) The practice is owned by a female MAJOR veteran! This team of superbly knowledgeable, extremely professional and caring experts (in their respective fields) is hands down the BEST dental practice on this planet (I've been to all the others... it's a fact!) And could Rosa please just adopt me??! The front office staff is on point (I see those nails and hair, Ms. Raven!) and so friendly. I’m so happy I found Dallas Dental Arts. This is what a doctor experience should be like. After a few sub par experiences at other offices, I researched the Dallas area to find a place that knows the value of patient experience. From my initial paperwork & appointment, Rosa at the front desk walked me through every step and answered all my questions. Dr. Allen is extremely comforting and professional as well as experienced. Keep in mind, this is not a massive office that runs through as many patients as they can so you may have to wait a bit for an appointment, but it is worthhhhh it!! Dr. Allen and her staff are amazing. My wife and I have been long time patients/clients of Dallas Dental Arts, going back many years before Dr. Allen took over the practice. Initially, I worked downtown so it was convenient, now we live downtown so it's even more convenient, but we are glad that we have continued our relationship even during the years that we had no other reason to go downtown. We look forward (which might sound a bit strange) to our visits with our favorite hygienist, Kristin, and everyone new or tenured is welcoming. Highly recommend whether you work or live downtown, or are just looking for a skilled and friendly dental office.

Dallas Dental Arts has been one of the best dentist offices I've ever gone to. The whole experience is great. Raven at the front desk is incredibly kind and welcoming. The wait times are usually very short if there are any. Kristin does an amazing job during cleanings. She is both gentle, but thorough and very friendly throughout the whole process. Dr. Allen is great at her craft and very personable. I was referred to them last year and went in for a cavity filling, teeth whitening and bonding on my front teeth due to damage caused by an orthodontist when I was a teenager. The results were amazing and very natural. Highly recommend them!

I’ve been going to Dallas Dental Arts for over 15 years and I can’t say enough good things about them. Both Dr Allen and Dr Margolin are extremely experienced and constantly learning the newest technologies for dental care. They truly are at the top of their field and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. What can I say except this is an exceptional group of dental health experts. I always feel welcome and the energy here is so calm and cool. Ashley is my hygienist and she is so incredibly gentle and thorough. Front desk mamas are the sweetest and I think Dr. Allen is just the bees knees. I had my semi annual cleaning today at Dallas Dental Arts. I've been a patient there for 10+ years. Ashley has been doing my cleanings for several years. She is very thorough, detailed, gentle and is such a nice person. Dr Allen is awesome as well. Very professional, super detailed and really caring. She makes it a low stress visit every time I see her. The thing about DDA is one stop shopping. From cleanings to crowns to root canals to extractions: it's all in one place. Dr. Allen and her team have gone above and beyond for my dental care. I have had the worst experience with dentist in the past and I am so thankful to have found Dallas Dental Arts. They truly care and the attention to detail speaks volumes. The hardest part was the fact that they are out of network but I have no regrets. I would much rather pay full price for outstanding dental work. It has been refreshing to be able to fully trust Dr. Allen and Dr. Margolin with my treatment plan. I am so happy with my transformation over the past year.

I have trusted my dental care to Dr. Allen and her staff for about three years now, and every visit has gone flawlessly. Although the office is downtown, parking is a breeze (and free). Everyone is professional, but incredibly kind and friendly, making the entire experience as enjoyable as possible. I have my teeth cleaned frequently by Leigh (who is amazing) and although I have to drive an hour to get there.. I will continue to do so...because it’s worth it! If you want the best, then Dallas Dental Arts is the way to go.

Kristin did a fantastic job getting my son and daughter acclimated to all of the dental gadgets and had a wonderful cleaning done. They were apprehensive at first but once we got started, they warmed up quickly. Dr. Allen did a thorough check up and made sure that not only their teeth were healthy but also their gums and tissues. I’m glad to report that they did not have any cavities at this visit. Can’t wait for their next cleaning!

My husband and I have been going to Dallas Dental Arts for about 5 years and we cannot say enough good about our experience. Even though we moved far north of Dallas last year, we still drive downtown to get our dental work done because everyone is so exceptional. Went in for a 3-D scan in preparation for some implant work. Team was friendly and helpful. Rosa greeted us. Denise assisted. Dr. Margolin was great as always. This was my first visit to the 2100 Ross office. I have seen Dr. Margolin at other locations. Scan and examination were thorough and enlightening. We found some things that may change how the treatment plan will be implemented. I'm looking forward to my 'Hollywood Smile.'

I was so nervous about my appointment because it involved removing old composite veneers that had been on for 16 years. Dr Allen was careful and compassionate as she worked on my teeth. She worked hard to get every bit of composite off without harming my enamel. She had a positive attitude and had a calming demeanor that helped me to relax. An appointment I had been dreading turned out to be better than I could have hoped for.

I recently relocated to Dallas and needed to find a reliable and trustworthy dentist-Dr. Allen is that dentist! I had a cleaning with Ashley, who was bubbly, energetic, but also incredibly detail oriented and gentle. I’ve been coming here for years. I have a repaired cleft palate and dentists are very important. Dr Allen, Dr Margolin and Dr Ayk have all done great work to keep my teeth, gums and bones healthy. All of the hygienists are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I always feel like I’m in great hands. They also have an X-ray and CT machine in house for emergencies. I’ve used them all in my years. Highly recommend.

I had an awesome experience from my first phone call to schedule with Josh. They were accommodating and helpful. Mira, the Dr.’s assistant was attentive and put me at ease immediately. I avoid the dentist office because of my TMJ, but Dr. Allen understood and made my appointment pain free. Kimberly explained the costs also painlessly. This was a totally remarkable experience. Incredibly detailed work-up over a two hour exam. The prosthodontist that saw me informed me that my issue was not gum erosion but another issue that needed to be seen by another specialist. He could have convinced me to have a lot of gum surgery but was totally transparent and clear. Very unusual these days. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking care for complex dental issues.

I am a fairly new patient to this practice. Upon moving to Dallas I researched dentist in the area and Dr. Allen's name came up repeatedly This was my first cleaning with Anna, the new hygienist. I was skeptical considering she was new to the practice. She was conscientious and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth.
