They do not respect people’s privacy at all. The electrician they sent to our place opened my wardrobe and fridge without asking for my permission, made a mess in our toilets, wandered around our house when I was supposed to have given him access to where the smoke alarms were to be installed only. Not to mention how he half closed the door most of the time so I couldn’t see what he was doing in my room and toilet. He also ended up spending four hours in my house when I was told it would only take an hour, and I missed one whole day of work because of this. Also, don’t bother asking them to come at a certain time because you might have something more important to do during the day, cause they do not care. The another guy they sent came right in the middle of my exam when I had already told them about it and they said they would come after. I just hope they never ever come back.

Absolutely unprofessional technicians I’ve ever come across. Made a booking for 11 am but they decided to come into my house at 7 am without my permission or at the very least giving me a call to ask if they could come earlier. I am guessing the two technicians that attended weren’t happy that they had to come back during the allocated timeframe that they were meant to come at originally and decided to unplug my hot water system. Bearing in mind there was no need for them to unplug it because it had nothing to do with the air-conditioner unit. And even better is that we have camera footage of them unplugging it so they can’t deny it. Very unprofessional I will never ever use this company nor will I ever recommend them to any Real Estate considering I am a property manager myself this is disgusting and inappropriate behaviour Which I would hate for my own tenants to experience.

Called twice to have someone call me back re a job at a property. Advised twice someone would call, details given. No call back to explain the issue, instead sent quote to my property manager quoting other work than originally sent for. You guys service a number of my properties, electrical and for smoke. As a landlord making an inquiry that was time sensitive since I'm paying the bills I'd expect a call to discuss things and explanation about the quote I received. Originally sent to replace a cap that was a defect insted quoted to replace the whole box at almost 4k. I'll find another business that can discuss the quote, and if further quotes come in for the same work or if the work does not need to be done I'll review again, so other landlords can make the decision to question any quotes/works received from DC Electrical.

Recently booked these guys to attend my home to conduct smoke alarm review. They wasted no time asking for a $100 deposit. The day of the booking they were booked for first up at 8am. I waited till 8.30 am and when the tradesman did not turn up I called the office only to get a recording to say opens at 9am. At 9.10 am I finally got to speak to someone that advised the tradesman called in sick and would I like another day. After I just took a days leave to be at premises and they did not even contact at time they were supposed to arrive. Terrible service and really does prove larger places like these are not as good as smaller operators. Would never use again.

Just had a brand new air conditioner installed by DC today due to our existing one failing. Right from the booking and choosing the suitable unit through (Tegan) to the actual day of install, gave us heaps of confidence we had the right people on the job, a very professional team. The installers turned up right on time (Raz and Addison) and were nothing short of amazing. Polite, professional and attention to detail in the finish - checking how we wanted the install to go and look and they made it all happen in just two hours. This morning a very pleasant young man arrived on time and installed a ceiling fan with a light in our bedroom. We were surprised at how he made it look so easy climbing up and downstairs removing the old inefficient fan that was already here when we took the unit over almost seven years ago. The fan was not able to be used as the previous owner of the units refused to fix it. Now we will no longer swelter with a stand alone movable fan we purchased but a modern efficient fan that is pleasing to the eye. Many thanks to DC Electrical and their employee we are rapt. We highly recommend AIR DC. They guys did an outstanding job of replacing all our aircon ducting, ceiling outlets etc, cleaned everything after removing the existing ducting and took everything away, even cleaned down our driveway. Don't know how they reached the ceiling in atrium to replace ceiling outlet, but they did. A special thank you to James, Edward and the team. They all worked so well together and were very helpful and polite. James in particular was very helpful with info on using the aircon system. Will definitely be using them in future for yearly maintenance etc.

Called them for last minute order to pick up and install new oven that Owner bought for Tenant. Got confirmation they will do it in 10-15 minutes. In property management we so much in need of good tradesmen as our right hand and DC Electrical has been super awesome so far. I first used DC electrical in an emergency situation at our home last year and was so impressed with the tradesman's skills, punctuality and care that i started to use them in our businesses as well. Shifted into my new apartment and there was no power . Dc had been booked to come and fix the fault at the property on the Friday it was Wednesday .Gave them a call at 5pm on Wednesday afternoon to see if i could maybe get them to come on Thursday instead .They changed my appointment straight away and sent Rhys around after he had just finished another job. He arrived at 7pm and explained what the issue was and within 5 minutes i had power . Cant thank the team enough ,Fantastic service and super customer service skills to boot.

This is the second review I left on this company. When I thought it couldn’t get any worse after the previous experiences with them, this was by far the worst. An extremely rude technician, Dave, who didn’t seem to understand that he was in someone’s unit, got very aggressive cause I needed to see what he was doing in my room. Had no COVID safety plan or whatsoever. Also, their technicians are never on time.

Compliments to Nathan for such great work. From the start DC took the work order, admin staff - great communication, Nathan attended last Friday for an A/C service, prompt, professional and friendly. He is an absolute credit to his trade and to DC, fantastic work and he wouldn’t even let me help clean up - such a rarity these days with some contractors. Air DC / DC Electrical have installed my ducted AC. The team is very responsive and communicates clearly which is unusual nowadays given my experience with other AC companies. Quotes provided are detailed and clear. The work was done as promised and I appreciated that Air DC went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and answer any questions I had. I would recommend using them for any AC work.

Return customer here! DC sent a young bloke out to replace an old AC unit in the bedroom and install a couple of lights. He was amazing. Installation was neat, no mess left behind and everything worked perfectly. He even picked up a faulty switch on a power point and fixed that as well for no extra charge. Bill was very reasonable, and cannot recommend them highly enough. 10/10 would use again.

Repeat client, have used DC a number of times and their guys/girls have always been very courteous, on time and professional. They also offered to clean my air conditioner filter and even wiped down the dust around the AC vents. Reasonably priced too. No gouging. No hesitation in recommending DC.

I hired DC Electrical to service a 2.5kw AC on 4 November 2020. Two weeks after the tenants moved in, it was reported the AC is not working. Requested for a review after 3 times, no progress. No refund of faulty service till January. Poor service level. I would avoid using their service.

Exception service with a smile. We needed our AC serviced ASAP as it's for a retail space and they where there the next day! Our poor old AC unit went from an asmatic mouse to a monster summoned by Queen Elsa, now out customers are commenting how refreshingly cool the shop is! Love it!

Very disappointed with the service I have received from DC electrical. I have engaged DC electrical twice for minor household electrical work. 1st instance the electrician did not turn up when promised. 2nd instance the requested light model indicated on the quote was not installed

Chances are.. you are being ripped off. We had been given a quote by these guys through our real estate for a whopping amount and they wanted to do work that wasn't necessary too. Just shy of $3000 difference in comparison to who we went with for aircon installation in our unit.

I had Glen and Phil from DC Electrical come out as I had a fault and needed it fixed same day. They found out it was the fridge tripping the switch. They also replaced a PowerPoint for me.
