They don't answer the phone, does not allow you to leave a voicemail despite their message saying to leave a voicemail, do not answer their emails. How am I supposed to resolve and issue with my order that is the Book Stop's fault? They sent me the wrong book, yet still charged me the 50$ more for the book I purchased.

Awful service from a man with long hair (did not receive name as he was dissmissive) did not inform me of the line politely which was unclear to begin with, was aggressive, condescending and so rude! When I asked him a question he was sarcastic and dismissive. If you don’t have patience don’t work with the public.

Sometimes security is a bit uptight, I guess they're doing their jobs ... Make sure you go early or at an obscure time so there isn't a line in early sem. But obviously they always have what you need, and if you need to go here you can't avoid it so just plan accordingly …

Horrible! They close at 5?! And are closed on weekends?! Oh also, if you order a textbook for pickup and show up at 5 on the dot because you live an hour away they will not let you pick up the book. Don't try calling either, they won't pick up. Good luck!

They never have the texts I need in stock. I would rather use the university store than Amazon, but I find myself consistently forced to revert to Amazon just to get my books on time. Terrible service; avoid whenever possible.

Great place for parents and students to get concordia swag. Got myself and my husband concordia parents shirts. Since we're footing the bill we may as well advertise. Staff is very helpful and their English is excellent.

They had almost everything I wanted but one of the textbooks I needed was out of stock and they'd only receive it in around a month or even a bit more which was disappointing. The staff was very sweet though.

THE WORST PLACE. Very rude and offensive people. The two managers are the worst people. People that work here have the worst experience and also the costumers. They charge you more for the books.

I find practically all the books I needed. I also appreaciate they sell used books (like new) as well. Save money is a plus, but reduce environmental footprint is a +++.

Always disorganized, overpriced, and bull policies in regard to coursepacks. They steal from students that already deal with an insane amount of school fees.

Good place to buy new books (at a premium), with good, friendly service. If on a budget, books can be found much cheaper (and second-hand) online.
