I'm writing this review because i'm not impressed with how you people operate your business. Around three years ago you guys had a service for my friend's father, but before trying to stuff his remains in the wrong urn, you called him the wrong name during the service. i think if you guys took a little bit of time to get the fine details down i wouldn't be so distraught. Thank You. Ceddrric. D P.s. Your salad was great though.
