I live in NC and used Charming to send flowers to my best friend for her birthday. After searching endlessly the past couple of days through the many florists in the Dallas area, I was unable to find any that fit the specific aesthetic that I think younger generations tend to go for (that effortlessly cool, not over the top, but still stunning look) that was also reasonably priced. This morning I remembered that she lives near the farmers market and raves about all the cool shops in the area, so I decided to google “Dallas farmers market florist” and found this place. I was immediately drawn to the arrangements I saw on the site and when I saw the prices, I was sold. I love how simple everything was; there weren’t too many options which can be overwhelming, and the checkout process was super quick and easy. The bouquet was GORGEOUS and wrapped so perfectly with a brown paper and a cute little ribbon. Like something you see in a movie. It could not have been more perfect. And the recipient said the woman that delivered her flowers was so pleasant! I’m so glad I stumbled upon this company and I will definitely be using them again when it’s time to send flowers to my friend!

Not Charming or kind or inviting at all. I adore my nieces and spend lavishly on them and wanted higher end cards to accompany their most recent gifts so I googled and yelped from my downtown office and found “charming floral…” which was on a list of finer greeting card stores in Dallas just around the corner from me. I called steeping into Bank of America Plaza to confirm they were open and they indeed had cards for my purpose. The women who answered the phone couldn’t have been less inviting. While she did confirm they did have exactly what I was looking for boutique quality cards for my occasion, I found her tone incompatible with the joy and excitement that the gift giving was giving me. So I turned around and exited the building. I wonder what I would have found in their had she been as excited and charming as I was and not a crusty bitter kunt.

Charming @ The Market went ABOVE and BEYOND for us!! I called them at closing time to have flowers delivered to a special someone at a night club. Although I caught them at the end of the day they were gracious enough to still fulfill my order and deliver the flowers. Upon delivery it turned out the recipient address was closed and the flowers couldn’t be delivered. They were nice enough to figure out a solution for me and lined up an outside courier to deliver the flowers for me at a later time. The flowers were delivered later that night! I live all the way in Atlanta and I would recommend to anyone!! That’s called white glove service!!

I know very little about flowers, but I ordered a bouquet for my sister's baby shower from Charming. A few minutes later my phone rang, and it was a sweet lady explaining that there was 1 flower in the bouquet that didn't quite look nice enough for her, and she was wondering if I was flexible enough for her to swap it out. I told her to use her expertise and to make whatever changes she wanted, and explained that it was for a gender neutral baby shower - I think she created a bouquet even more beautiful than what I ordered! And I was very excited to support a local business who clearly cares about their customers <3

I highly recommend Charming Florist. They was the lifesaver we needed for a last minute order for our Sisters Wedding on Sept 1st. We called them literally 40 mins before closing to help us before the ceremony and they welcome us with open arms and smiling faces. The Florist truly exceeded our expectations and saved the day for the Bride. The arrangement was perfectly put together just like she imagined. Charming Floral & Finds dis an amazing job on my last minute order. I ordered before 9 am today and they had the bouquet delivered shortly after lunch. Customer service was a 10 out of 10 as they called to let me know that they had a shortage of flowers that was part of the bouquet that I had selected and gave me different options to correct the situation. The bouquet itself is of outstanding quality.

I called from New Mexico on a Friday morning to have flowers delivered to my daughter-in-law, who had just giving birth to baby twins, that afternoon. The flowers arrived, and they were absolutely gorgeous. I ordered the mid-range Emerald Oasis from Charming Florals and Finds in Dallas, TX as a birthday gift for my friend. It arrived right on time and was not only beautiful, but very large (many stems) and fresh. My friend was thrilled and explained that it was "over the top gorgeous". I ordered flowers from out of town for a guest staying at the Dallas Marriott City Center. The number for this florist was easy to find online, they were able to deliver the same day (within 4 hours, actually), the staff member I spoke with on the phone was very friendly, and the flowers turned out beautifully. What else could you want? Five stars!

We ordered a premier bouquet of the Lush Lavendar florals for our office and were looking for something simple and elegant. The bouquet we received looked like a regular sized bouquet and the flowers did not look very lively. We were disappointed to see how underwhelming this order was especially for pricing up to get a bigger bouquet.

The arrangement was full of the most gorgeous flowers. I had asked for all mostly purple flowers and they truly fulfilled my wishes. The arrangement was not stuffed with a bunch of filler greens to make the arrangement look larger which I loved. It was delivered on time and I will use Charming Floral Market again and again.

The flowers/roses I received from my sons were nice but... there were only 11 sent & there was some sort of greenery put in with them that appeared to be dying (did not smell good either.) Some of the roses had brown at the tips and looked a little “worn.”
