"What do you call a good shopping center that was really an institution for many years and is almost a throwback to the good old days even though they upgraded and updated and modernize it? That's right! :-) you still call it a good shopping center! They actually have a barber if you enter through the double doors and walked right past the two different companies of cellphone boutiques and The barbers right at the end there"
"I was at the coaching looks shopping center a couple of days ago on the 25th was it? No 26th because Google Maps is off by one day probably they're being hosted in a country that's 12 hours different from ours so I was there specifically to see one of my clients at a dental surgeons office"
"Pros : Dollarama, pjc w/ post office, parking space, independent sushi restaurant (never tried), cordonnier, florist, SAQ, nerd shop, ink shop"
"big parking lot but , so much potentials , it's like the owners don't want people to come , bring a few big brands and you'll see people coming more , i know it's small comparing to Cavendish Mall , but you could use that for your advantage too , big names but in small shops , then you will have lots of foot traffic , also the IGA in this mall is really outdated , i would prefer a wallmart , SUPER C , Look at the malls in west island they usually use the lot space for different activities during different seasons "

What do you call a good shopping center that was really an institution for many years and is almost a throwback to the good old days even though they upgraded and updated and modernize it? That's right! :-) you still call it a good shopping center! They actually have a barber if you enter through the double doors and walked right past the two different companies of cellphone boutiques and The barbers right at the end there. A really old fashioned old school truly excellent Barber. But right beside the barber facing it at the end just on the right is one of the nicest guys ever and he has a dental office lights he owns and runs. Dr. Harold Green, DDS. if you need dental services that are reliable and honest and honest is hard to come by in dentistry just like it is in car mechanics whoops did I say that!? LOL? Well this is the right place to go. Dr. Green is authentic and honest. And he's actually unfortunately, carrying and realistic. And he's a good communicator and he will always tell you what's up for real. Nothing exaggerated and he certainly doesn't secretly drill holes like some dentists I met to make extra cavities and make himself more money this guy is honest as the day is long and he's a substantial decent human being. Between myself and people like him we are few and far between. I highly recommend dr. Green dentist needs. the shopping center itself has all sorts of things from an SAQ near the dentist and barber that's the alcohol place by the way, and it did grocery store so everybody shops there and everything else down the long hallway right to the end or there's a big general department stripes store and a whole lot of things in between. It's your basic needs extra stuff and it's smaller than most shopping center malls are and is primarily a shopping center that is modernized and upgraded. It's friendly and there's tons of parking and it's got stuff you'll always want to buy and go shopping at in this place. I wonder if I could sit in the barber's chair and have my dentistry done or could the barber come over to the dentist and cut my hair while I'm doing my teeth? I probably not LOL so go to the barber and definitely go to see dr. Green dentist needs and go walk them all cuz it's easy going and not too big so you won't be exhausted like Fairview or Rockland malls for all those other supermodels. You can actually feel good after you finish here versus feeling exhausted and drains I'm frustrated like super big balls make you feel. It has parking so give it a try that is free parking and plentiful. .
I was at the coaching looks shopping center a couple of days ago on the 25th was it? No 26th because Google Maps is off by one day probably they're being hosted in a country that's 12 hours different from ours so I was there specifically to see one of my clients at a dental surgeons office. If you definitely think you could do better than the dentist you have and go see dr. Green in the Cote Saint luc stopping Center. He's tightened up is shop and drop the dead weight and concentrate solely on the task at hand in one of the most excellent and carry and totally honest manners that you will find anywhere in the dental industry. And his assistant is superb. Together as a dental surgery seems you won't find anybody better and you can find Doctor green and associates dental surgeons in the Cote Saint luc shopping center right near the barber. After all, back in the wild west wasn't the dentist and a barber the same person and even sometimes the sheriff! :-) LOL
Pros : Dollarama, pjc w/ post office, parking space, independent sushi restaurant (never tried), cordonnier, florist, SAQ, nerd shop, ink shop. Cons : looks straight out of the '80s, with almost no upkeep. Deplorable state of the parking and premises. Washrooms only in a dark corner by the SAQ, and creepy. Given the elderly clientele, for whom walking long distances may be an effort, clean washrooms are need at both ends, as well as in the middle. Some shops such as the IGA that provide poor customer experience. McDonald's car line makes it difficult to enter.
big parking lot but , so much potentials , it's like the owners don't want people to come , bring a few big brands and you'll see people coming more , i know it's small comparing to Cavendish Mall , but you could use that for your advantage too , big names but in small shops , then you will have lots of foot traffic , also the IGA in this mall is really outdated , i would prefer a wallmart , SUPER C , Look at the malls in west island they usually use the lot space for different activities during different seasons .
The place is big, has a lot of shops, like IGA, Dollarama, Jean Coutu, and fast food stores, like sushi and hamburgers. They have mobile phone stores like Virgin Mobile and two other ones. So you have a great variety of things to shop. The only thing that's is a little uncomfortable for me was that the entrance door was very far from the bus stop, so if you go in public transport in the winter, you will have to wall through the parking lot and be careful of the cars.
A local mall that serves the community boasts an IGA with car orders, Dollarama, Jean Coutu pharmacy, Caplan store, Royal Bank, flower shop, clothing and shoe stores, Domino pizza, a well frequented muffin and coffee shop, a tailor and dry cleaning business, a SAQ and more! Wash rooms are downstairs across from the IGA and plenty of parking. Grab a bite to go at the drive through or stop at the McDonald's restaurant on your way out located on the parking lot.
Only visited Jean Coutu for an item that is in short supply...fail again. This decent medium sized shopping center serves its purpose, providing trending services to the community. grocery, bank ,pharmacy, etc. It has been around for 70 yrs and hasn't changed in size since it became an enclosed shopping ctr. years ago. Service is comfortably bilingual but leaning on the English side as the foundation of the population is still predominantly English speaking.
Live in this area close by for years IT used to be the best place around with camera shop. Bakery etc. It went completely downhill and looking like a flea market place instead of a decent mall. Very discouraging to see. They need to do better..!..(having the pharmacy.. IGA dental.. flower shop and cleaners .. Tailor barber shop shoemaker r the only places that have been here long. .. the rest of it is shabby or empty...
There is a dollar store, grocery store, RBC, jean coutu and other stores, as well there is a McDonald's in the parking lot. This dollar store usually has the seasonal things in stock that the other dollar stores already sold out of. As for any store, the best selection is when the seasonal items just come out because things start selling out in just a matter of a few weeks.
Cote St-Luc Shopping centre is known as centre for the Golden age people. Rather than regular store there are more service store. Very clean and beautiful indoor environment. Sometimes it is quite too. IGA JEANS COUTO keeping the centre busy. Subway, Domino's pizza and outside McDonald also brings some people. Gym, dolarama and Royal Bank also keeping the centre busy.
A great little shopping centre that carries all the essentials. Hungry? There's an IGA. Need money? There's a bank. A bar of soap? There's a Jean Coutu. Need something cheap? There's a Dollarama. Still hungry? They have a Subway. Then wash it down with something from the SAQ. Then leave your car in the ample parking lot. Don't drink and drive.
Not very big, but very convenient. It has everything for the life basics. There is pharmacy, dollar store, grocery, home decor, florist, a few clothing and shoes stores and a few food places, some phone providers, SAQ, etc. Not very crowded, clean, and fast to walk through.
This is the mall that time forgot. From the mmmuffins to the outdated fashion outlets it feels like stepping into a mid-aughts Kirkland strip mall. However the conveniently located box/grocery stores and the hidden gems (that sushi place) earn this place some credit.
Not the most youthful mall. Doesn't look great and also doesn't have great stores, a whole bunch barely seem open. Barely any food, except Subway which sucks. I would say the Virgin Mobile kiosk is a highlight, especially the young Portuguese man who works there.
Needs a serious facelift or remodel. It relies too much on the grocery store, pharmacy and dollar store to attract clientele. I think a proper food court, a renowned clothing boutique or a few specialty shops would revive this very antiquated mini-mall.
This shopping centre is really convenient for the grocery store (IGA) , the SAQ, Dollarama, Dominos Pizza and Jean Coutu. All of the other stores that exist in that shopping centre don't stand out much. I recommend it for those stores and not much else.
Still hanging in there, this center is practical for food (IGA) drink (SAQ) and Pharmacy. It also has a bank and a small gym. It could use a bit of charm and a face lift but its still a necessary center for the community. Plenty of parking.
It is not the biggest of Dollarama but its substantial. Some of the food items you can find here cheaper then IGA and cosmetics cheaper than Jean Cotu. Don't worry about the quality if the brand is same as others then need not worry.
This is a great mall. It may not have a movie theatre like the Cavendish mall, but it does have one of the best Jean-Coutu pharmacies, RBC bank, IGA grocerie store, Dollarama, Dominos pizza, Subway rest, Mmm muffins, SAQ, and more.
The shopping centre doesn't have too much to it. Stores always close and new ones reopen but I find the place kind of warn down. It's good if you just need to get quick shopping done but other than that it's not that great
What the hell is this mall? There’s a pharmacy and a grocery store. Rest seems to be empty space with some random stores scattered throughout. Depressing place, local community here probably deserves better... weird place.
Sad mall bought my Virgin cell and internet there. I hate cell phones. Then i cancelled my home bell and yak internet. I regret the decision....Virgin will cost me too much! Over two years and their internet is week!!
A part of my upbringing. Today you can buy sushi here, subway, clothes shopping. There is an IGA an SAQ and a flower shop, you can even get your haircut here, not sure if Tony is still around but he's good.
Clean, friendly employees around. And I get most of my things from there. The janitor is extremely helpful and caring. He opens the door to everyone and greets them as they come in and out. Big parking lot
A disgusting dirty place, it's always empty, dust, mice, garbage all over the place, it needs to be renovated 10 years ago, when you walk in, the ceiling has fallen down, you can see the exposed wires.
needs some serious upgrading, selection and quality of clothes cheap, room for improvement.Best stores in the mall are Jean Coutu and SAQ. Oh yes and of course the dollar store for frugal shoppers.
Grocery store, hair and nail salons, bakery, pharmacy and dollar store. Great neighbourhood shopping centre to get what you need. Cleanliness is kept up, all stores staff are friendly and helpful.
Having IGA, PJC, RBC, Dollarama, Subway, Domino, McDonald's, SAQ and some other local sellers as well as a gym makes this commercial center a good place to buy everything you need at home.
Not that many stores, but it's got the essentials. Between the dollar store, IGA, florist, clothing store, and some fast food places, it works for one stop shopping if you are not picky.
Love the iga here, the Jean Coutu is big and we'll stocked, caplain Duval offers a little of everything you are looking for your home. All in all this mall is my go to place.
After 2 decades of visiting this mall, I'm not sure why it exists. It's pretty dumpy and the stores are mostly nail salons. You're better off going to Quartier Cavendish.
The shopping center is a convenient sort of one stop shop. Every thing you might need can be found there, no real high end or brand name stores but definitely the basics.
Like to shop here because there is a good selection of stores to service customers from groceries , restaurants, pharmacy, bank, etc. All in one area - one stop shopping.
Tired old mall in desperate need of some investment, new merchants and renovations. If it wasn’t for the IGA, RBC, SAQ and Jean Coutu there is little reason to go here.
Mall is old but had a decent selection of independent boutiques. But is seems more are closing. I do hope they give this mall a face lift, it is a great place to shop.
Good place to buy a wide range of stuff and even get your hair done! LOL! It has an excellent pharmacy, bank, a Dollarama, Subway, supermarket, flower shop and more.
Important shopping centre in the middle of residential neighbourhood featuring IGA grocery store, McDo restaurant, small stores, banks, and a huge parking lot
You can find these points there such as IGA, RBC, Dollarama,Jean Coutu, Burger King, Salons, Flower shop, SAQ, mobile points, sushi shop and other stores.
The IGA is very good. A lot of choice and plenty of kosher items and a kosher meat shop and meat refrigerator meats. The Jean Couteau is up to par also.
Basic shopping mall to run errands friendly service at all the stores im a regular.. however they could add some better shops and restaurants in there
Was not overly busy, had hand sanitizer at the entrances, but not all of them were full or working. Regardless, each store had its own sanitizer.
Nice local mall. Has the essentials like grocery store and pharmacy. CSL shopping centre is like if cavendish mall went on a diet and got thin.
This is a mask with done good stores that feels like it should be way it of its prime but for some reason isn't. Love the new McDonald's
Small neighborhood mall ... has grocery store IGA, jean coutu , dollarama and other small independent stores and a few restaurants...
Great community, great mall! I would move in if I could afford it! So bring your wallet and be civilized, if not this is not for you!
Great shopping center, not too big but has everything, great neighborhood and not so crowded and noisy like other shopping centers.
Big IGA plus big Jean coutu and many other boutiques ample parking all wheelchair accessible great place to shop in Cote st-luc all
Nice quiet little mall in Côté Saint Luc. It has a Dollarama, Subway, Jean Coutu, Dominos Pizza and many other family run stores.
A couple of staple stores like the SAQ and IGA, surrounded by bizarre, rag-tag shops that sell off brand clothes and merchandise.
Pharmacie, et plusieurs commerces varier accessible chaise roulante, stationnement gratuit, arrêt autobus a la porte...bus #103
Stop asking for mask we want our freedom back! Also the mall is boring ! I would Raye at zero star if I could do it! …
This mall is amazing. You can buy cheese, water, socks and winter jackets. It has great prices. Parking lot has lots of space.
Small and cozy. Not too many stores but all the essential services are available (grocery, pharmacy, small food places...etc)
Has a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a liquor store. There is plenty of free parking. There are no restaurants except a Subway
Well-kept, clean shopping centre. It’s not a busy centre; it’s easy for customers to keep two-metre distances from others.
Decent place , I came here to get some stuff at the dollar store , but overall is clean and decent, next to a McDonald's
For some unknown reason every thing closes around 5 even the mall dors are locked. That's bad for attracting client's
Nicely laid but a bit dark but all in all nice place. Although could use a few more sets for our senior population.
Oh yes, it's one of my favourite shopping areas, very quiet and peaceful and not too busy. What I needed I got it.
It's small but they have a lot of great stores Specially the Maison Caplan...Never know what you are going to find
Love ❤️ this plaza need more stores . Would be perfect if it had a gym ️♂️. It's real community friendly. …
Time has settled in at this place is more of a grocery store and pharmacy connected together by a long dead mall
The parking lot is always packed and there never seems to be a crown inside, peculiar. Decent old school mall.
Sorry not for younger adults with no time, Waiting time's are unbelievable because of our elderly community.
Not very big shopping center but you can find grocery store pharmacy hair salon and fast food restaurants
Very nicely organized. Good parking space too. You'll get mostly everything you need in day to day life.
I would like to see more stores in here. We don't have many places and options to buy different items
My favorite place for different services and shopping, RBC, Dollarama, IGA and a lot of small stores
Qualité stuff are all here, the brands name it. Accessible to any transportation, clean and organise.
Good mall, good location, but almost every store closes in there not long after the grand opening.
All your needs in one place, however I really want to know if they will EVER reopen the gym there!
Good mall, has all the basics… grocery store, dollar store, pharmacy, a couple of restaurants.
All what you need. Friendly area and clean. Watch for promotional prices in iga and Jean cotu.
Few shops if they add more it will be more interested as winners ,supper c,maxi, marshalls....
It's a small local center, enough parking, easy access from bus and driving.a quiet center.
Just being here just sucks out my youth and vitality, but still better than Cavendish Mall.
The meat was much better here than the IGA on Viau. Props to the butcher at this location.
Great place have almost all the foodstuff I needed except great strawberry yogurt.
Nice place with plenty of variety. Pharmacy, grocery, dollar store, dry cleaners
Lots of parking spots. Good mix of retail stores plus a SAQ. Kept really clean.
Grew up in the area and been going for many years... Nice little shopping mall
Still cheaper stuff than other malls... Like Fairview or Angrignon
I always liked this little mall with various family owned stores.
Great shopping center. Has dollarama and domino's inside.
