"Guys don’t believe them they are so unprofessional I showed up at the store around 11:40 without appointment and the guy gave me an appointment for 12:15 for the red light therapy , he makes me wait for more than half an hour and when I went back to the store he was like I am sorry I can’t take you today because another lady have an appointment at the same time that one of his collègue forgot to add that lady on appointment board and he refuse to take me and I have to leave without treatment that’s was so unprofessional and I am so angry he let me wait for nothing he could have just call me also when he find out the weird situation"
"I've been going to Rockland Center for atleast 30 years and have always liked it"
"Would put zero stars if I could"
"I want to give this mall credit for trying to be the only mall on the island of Montreal to accept dogs"
The mall has a rich history, having first opened its doors in the 1960s. Over the years, it has evolved and expanded to become one of the premier shopping destinations in the Montreal area. Centre Rockland offers a wide range of stores that cater to various shopping needs and preferences. The stores are well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The mall is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. You can find great deals on a variety of products, and the mall offers several dining options for a break during your shopping trip. The mall also has ample parking and is located in a convenient location. Overall, I would recommend Centre Rockland shopping mall to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience. With its rich history, variety of stores, great deals, and friendly staff, it's a good destination for shoppers in the Montreal area.

And their products are so expensive I haven’t seen any difference on my skin so far I am using since 4 weeks .scam scam scam
I've been going to Rockland Center for atleast 30 years and have always liked it. I'm not crazy about the new eating section as their are fewer choices of restaurants compared to years before. Also, the name brand stores are over priced. Another bad setup is their parking system and getting in and out of it to leave is terrible now with all the traffic. I liked the mall when it was easier to get in and out. But the area is so populated and the traffic is crazy at times which makes it a stressful mall to go to. Their are many other malls like cote vertu that you can find the same stuff with outdoor parking and not in the middle of the merging highways. However, It's probably a great mall for TMR and Park Extension residents to have close by.
Would put zero stars if I could. That’s how terrible I found this mall. For starters, the parking lot is a big question mark. If you’re going to make a mall so big and cold you should at least supply golf carts for patrons to get around. Definitely being a sweater. The only thing that was redeemable was the stately food court. Very sophisticated and a great smoked meat sandwich was had. This mall is definitely geared towards an older generation. Many stores are not relevant to our times. The sales associates seemed absent minded and more interested in their own minor dramas than the needs of the clientele. I will avoid this mall unless absolutely forced.
I want to give this mall credit for trying to be the only mall on the island of Montreal to accept dogs. Unfortunately after a few great years they have now reversed course. We were made aware of this in an abrupt and upsetting fashion when, after commuting here for some Christmas shopping, we were intercepted by a security guard who informed us we were not welcome. This mall had been a destination for us...now we will be taking our pup and our business to Quartier Dix 30, which is still dog friendly. Whoever made the decision to ban dogs made a big mistake, in my opinion.
I love rockland and Starbucks but I was there today at 4h30 and I was in a rush to leave so I ordered and asked the barista to hurry but he took it the wrong way and got so mad when we asked to cancel the order, he said that we insulted him but in reality we didn't. He started telling us how he only gets paid 6$ an hour but the law says that employees get paid min around 15$. he was very rude when all we did was cancel our order. he took very long and threw the mix to restart which is why we cancelled because we were in a hurry. so that is why I rate dockland a 3 star.
Cool mall with a lot of different shops. Nice and big food court as well, which is great for hanging out and even studying! My favorite place is definitely the food court. Sometimes I even go to the mall just to eat. The biggest life hack that will save you lots of pain & stress is finding the right parking spot. I would recommend you park on the L2 parking, as it is the most accessible one from my experience (I've never driven a motorized vehicle in my life).
I always like this shopping mall. Very clean every where. Smells perfume in all corridors. Visitors are quiet and friendly. Stores are mid to high quality range. Their employees are super nice people. If you wanna just to eat or just to hangout with friends, drinking coffee or rating together or just to do virtual shopping then it's a good place as well for such activities. So amazing place to spend time or to do real shopping
This shopping mall is really nice now, I remember going when I was much younger and it was kind of a dump but they really renovated the whole place, it looks really nice now and is mostly full of stores all open not a lot of empty spaces. There is construction now so you have to walk around to get in (for those walking) but otherwise it was quite pleasant if fairly empty during the week.
Love this place. It’s never too packed even on a Saturday. I would like to also add that it’s so amazing to have a mall that accepts dogs. My small chihuahua is super sweet and loves to follow us around. Is very clean and would never bark at anything. Often other malls want us to hold him or just simply dont allow us to bring him in. Just amazing! Definitely became my favourite mall.
Its a good shopping center, just don't like the small parking lot so only going to rate it four stars. I normally only go here to visit Sports Expert, Linen Chest, and IGA. The mall has a very clean and renovated look so that obviously attracts nicer stores so don't be shy and go check it out yourself. Don't forget to treat yourself to some ice cream at Laura Secord.
A lot of differ services are available in this center such as buying clothes, shoes, accessories and phones. In addition, a pharmacy and medical services are available. ITM and banking services are also available. Don't forget to having a rest and eating some food from the variant restaurants available in the food court in the second level.
You can find Zara, Footlocker, H&M and many popular stores... The only thing is that they're not organized as their type. For example, at Centre Easton, The 1st and 4th floors are mostly for food. And the 2nd and 3rd are for any other stuff like clothes... Oppositely to Centre Rockland. All types of stores are combined in two floors
Great shopping experience. the stores are all the good brands you may look for. the parking is big indoor outdoors. the food court is fancy and really nice sitting areas just not alot of interesting restaurants options. tried almost all of them and they weren't good. There's an Iga too which is a great advantage to a shopping mall.
A great cosy mall in the Northern side of the Montreal island! Has many major store brands and fun to walk around! A variant food court with great views and clean set up! DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE MALL so feel free to bring your 4 legged friend and enjoy a day with it! I highly recommend this shopping mall
Now newly opened Dollarama at the Rockland Centre. When I visited on September 5th,2023, the clerks were running around unpacking boxes of goods. The store has lots of space but it is missing some items, too early to judge. Located at the basement level and easy to reach it via indoor parking.
Nice upmarket shopping mall, wide variety of stores , BMO, Pharmaprix, a good food court , restaurants , gym, post office, all cellular network providers, jewelers, beer store , seating lounge and much more. Located right at the highway 40 East of highway 15 ,ample parking.
I can spend almost all day here! Almost all of my favorite stores are here, it's beautifly spacious and organized. The plant game is Amazing! Especially in the dining zone, which is the very best part of the mall! So beautiful, modern and cozy, the best I've ever seen!
I like it very much! Always super very clean which is very important for me! Parking always available. Great selection of stores! Hours are convenient. The food court is way better now than it was before! I like that it is close to my home and can do a quick stop by!
A nice mall but nothing special except a Zara that is relatively empty (even from clothes not much ) Becareful if you have a stroller do not park underground there is no elevator the breakfast place (eggspectation I think wasn't good at all.. do not recommend)
Best mall for lil kids. Has beautiful kids boutiques, car buggies, never very busy, super clean and accommodating washrooms for moms, beautiful food court…it’s the best mall I’ve experienced for lil kids and babies with mom across Toronto and montreal.
I love Rockland it’s close to my house and has almost every store I need my favorites are H&M,Sephora, footlocker and Dollarama but I kinda miss Ardene I would go there a lot lol but Rockland is still the best Mall and I especially love the elevator
Bright and clean place, but not very well connected to neighbouring shopping places, the city did a very bad job when they renovated the Rond point l'Acadie, a real nightmare, takes 12 minutes to cross to the other side to go to Marché Central
I wasn’t expecting Rockland to be like this. I was amazed to see how clean, organized and well done it is. There’s a lot of options for shopping, the bathrooms are so clean and I like the couches dispersed a bit everywhere around the mall.
Great new facility! The new self checking stations wouldn't work if you don't place the items into your bags, as the the place for the bags were the scales. Took a little while to figure it out. In overall, great store at your convenience.
They have lots of places. Very quiet comparing to other malls. 3 floors. Food court not impressive at all, but is being renovated now, so what's to come is still a mystery. It is clean and you find something for pretty much any age group.
Many different stores to choose from for clothes & shoes. Food Cort on the last upper level. I like this place a lot. Even during the summer I use to take my kids & my mom & go there for ice cream. My kids loved it !!
It's a nice mall, it has everything you would want or need, nothing really over the top, nice and clean, friendly staff, lots of parking outdoor or covered parking, great spot too, right next to Marche Centrale!
Went with my big family group for brunch. Terrific service! The staff and owner went out of their way to make us feel welcome. My kids loved the food and we will definitely go back next time we are in town.
Great place to hang out during cold weather, it has all kind of stores that fits all your needs, if you have a child, you can even breastfeed him in the designated rooms. Parking also available. Like it!
Not the best mall i have been to but definitely has a lot of retail shops, from H&M to ZARA to Madsimoduti to alot of other shops. But unfortunately i prefer shopping online since there are more deals
Whose bright idea was it to put that stupid fence leading to the buses on the side door? The mall is already dead and it feels like they are trying to dig their own grave even deeper. Good job mo***s.
I’ve always liked Rockland. There is a very good variety of stores. Today was a bit hectic due to Boxing Day but it is a very good shopping centre! They also have good parking and a good food court.
Very nice and clean with interesting shops. The food court is small but is the most elegant one I've ever seen in a mall, plus it has some nice options and seating that is actually comfortable.
I love ❣️ it. It's a family center. It's nice to see children with their parents. The food area has safe structures for the children to play joyfully while parents finish eating peacefully.
Beautiful mall, great for shopping and even just an outing, enough parking, many places to eat, good location near the few major highways in Montreal, feels as a safe environment. …
Rockland is a great shopping mall. Less crowded with a good selection of restaurants in the food court. Sometimes the parking lot would be busy but overall its a great place to hang out.
Dogs are not allowed anymore. This mall is completely useless now. Most people go during lunch or after work, if you bring your dog to work, well you can’t go there anymore.
I like this center . nice and clean , and the eating erea is lovely place. i hate that elevator in the heart of this center ..... too tiny , but deserves 5 starts
I love this shopping mall There is a wide choice of stores, the place is clean and well organized. The food court has spots new big windows which is lovely.
It is hard to understand how this mall manages to survive… the mall is dirty and the tables in the restaurant area covered with left overs and dirty tables…
Loved the food court: La cuisine. It is very stylish, modern, clean and comfortable! You have a lot of choices to pick from. The staff is professional.
It was packed due to the power outage but it had a nice little selection of stores. But the foodcourt was very uninspiring and lacked choices
Hugo disappointment as they don't accept dogs anymore. I guess it makes them just another regular mall now. Will definitely go elsewhere then
The variety of stores is good, but it's such a hassle to get to the mall by car. There's only one way to get in and out. Not the best layout.
My childhood love. This mall will always have special memories for us. They do have the new food court and the mall is always upper scale
New Dollarama is huge and amazing, Children's place nice, only thing missing is more choices of food kiosques in the food court …
After the food court renovation, only a few go to have lunch. Sad It was a great shopping mall and full of people. What happened?
The place was very good. There are many store options that you can go, like Canadian tire, maxi, Dollorama, sports experts, etc.
Nice mall not too big , clean , with 2 restaurants , 900 pizzeria and Eggspectations open from 7a to 4p every day free parking
My go-to shopping here. Well managed car parking. All needed stores are available. We'll maintained. Weekend mostly crowdy.
nice and bright food court, you will find stores that you need. men's bathroom needed to be fixed. water was on the floor
Great place to shop and walk around some good food at the food court and expectations for breakfast and lunch☕️ …
I my opinion it's one of the best mall in montreal for shopping has variety of stores to choose from. Highly recommend.
It had been a long time since my last visit but I really liked it. Comfortable - friendly - nice selection of stores
Love everything about Rockland. Lots of parking in the upper levels too. Thursday always is my favourite day to go.
Great place for a quick find. Never had issues getting a parking spot, then again I probably avoid rush hour…
Huge and beautiful shopping mall with lots and lots of shops . It has the best food court I have seen so far.
Big modern mall, not as high tech as some of the bigger places in Montreal but very clean and polished.
Lovely mall and nice one there are alot of shopes like Zara hm American eagle ...etc big recommended
A nice mall with good upscale shops. Traffic and parking can be a bit crazy, especially weekends
Beautiful mall. Eggspectation was very good. Belgian waffle isn't good. Delicious rice pudding.
A shopping paradise ... variety of stores from clothing to homewares, resto lounges and more.
Was good to walk around, I bought myself some crystal earrings. Clean and spacious atmosphere
Very clean, quiet, and you have the choice of many shops and eatery with variety of choices.
A decent mall with a variety of shops and neat interiors. A very good experience overall.
had a coffe there, it was ok. idk what else to say there were stores that were cool ig.
Yes, Amazing place !!! I go with my friends every month. Very clean and nice place.
I love to spend time at this place when I am bored and good place to do shopping.
In the food court there’s barely any veggie options on the menu. Very upsetting.
Nice shopping center with a big selection of different store. …
Nice mall . You don't want to miss the food court area. Delicious food.
Clean, not busy and have most what you need in a small shopping center
One of the best shopping centers where all boutiques are open.
The place is good, but the transportation is not very frequent
It’s pretty and with a lot of good stores. It’s always clean
No map of the mall. Not easy to find stores.
So many stores and food is amazing …
Great mall! The food court is amazing!
Amazing but some of the shops degraded
Very nice mall
