Best pharmacy experience I’ve had in NYC so far—staff is kind, helpful, and extremely organized. I made the switch from one of the big chain store pharmacies that had become a bit nightmarish to deal with—received notifications infrequently, prescriptions were often not ready even when I was notified—I would be asked to return upwards of 24 hours later, and medication was often out of stock with no way for me to check in and communicate/call. So much wasted time. Careland is a huge quality of life improvement for me and I am glad to be able to step away from the soul-less, contactless, corporate vibe and support a local business that is just way better at being a pharmacy

While there is a nice selection within the pharmacy, double check that you are being charged accurately at check out. This morning I went in to buy some dish pods (I was nearby and saw they also carried cleaning supplies) and I was charged over $20 for the bag of dish pods! I thought to myself that it was expensive but I figured city prices/this seems to be a niche pharmacy. I walked home to realize that there was a sticker on the bag for $8.65…a little on me for not double checking but I am curious if the staff is also running up random prices?

This is one of the kindest pharmacies in Brooklyn. My doctor recommended them when my insurance would not pay for a medication. She knew these guys would find a way to provide it affordably, and they did. I’ve stuck with them because they deliver, even though I live in a different neighborhood. They take calls and actually answer them. Careland cares! And they are a great testament to why going outside the pharmacy chains is the way to go.

They are fantastic. The service is fast and to the point, they go above and beyond to find any medication you need or get any authorization needed. They are my go to pharmacy for my family and myself. Also whenever my patients have any issues getting a prescription or they are told it's not covered by commercial pharmacies, I suggest Careland, and they resolve the issue.

Great customer service experience. The employees will make special orders for anything you don't find in the store. Careland offers free-pick up and free delivery. Having the pharmacist there everyday is very helpful because you get a second opinion regarding your health & the medicines your being prescribed.

This pharmacy is the best..customer service care is top notch. Mimi is wonderful always answer all my questions and helps me with medicine/insurance information. They give free home delivery too. Highly recommend this place.

everything is too expensive and the service is terrible. I wanted to support a local small business but it’s honestly not worth it. do you’re self a favor and go to walgreens.

Great place, and they deliver. The delivery guy is phenomenal. Since I have been with them I have not had a reason to leave.
