"Awesome" Pharmacy Tech. Mike was patient, helpful, and had a very upbeat, cheery disposition ! I had a few prescriptions for more than one family member, and there was a long line and this young man juggled it all whilst still maintaining a steady smile. The only reason that i didn't give CVS the 5th Star is that i was just recently informed that ALL CVS stores give green card weilding Eastern blockhead aliens and South of the border knuckleheads all of their medications for FREE ? I couldn't believe it when the overindulgent communist pig in front of me stated several times "I am Russian, I No Pay !" the other cashier immediately replied "ok I'm so sorry" and handed her 5 different medications ? What the hell has happened to our America ? I'm a U.S. Army Veteran and i pay full boat even when i get my medications from three Brooklyn V.A. hospital ?

You know there’s a problem when you dread picking up meds. I almost feel like an inconvenience and have to brace myself before going to the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is so unwelcoming, unfriendly, and make you feel like you’re a burden to them. I’m also not sure why I have to continuously provide my insurance each time I go all though it’s unchanged from my previous visit. I’m assuming they have a system that saves all of this information. There hasn’t been an instance I’ve encountered someone nice. Honestly cannot wait to have an insurance Walgreens accepts so I can fill my prescriptions there.

Definitely never a good experience the employees are rude never give you eye contact to help you with whatever you need help with at the store The pharmacy is even ruder Which shouldn't happen because at the end of the day you are taking care of patients Who need their prescription and they're always rude and disrespectful In other words whenever you enter here you are treated like a savage totally Unacceptable.

Came in around 2am with my sick 3 year old looking for pinworm medicine. The staff were very friendly and tried to help me find it. Not a super common medicine. The floor manager came through in the end looking in multiple sections even after initially giving up he kept looking. I left with the goods and could treat my daughter 20 mins later.

CVS 1361 Hylan Blvd is always out of stock and don’t have the courtesy to call you or the doctors office for a change in medication ! They wait till you get there and then they have attitude with the costumers I have no idea what type of people they hire so disgusted

Hats of to Jenat for helping me navigate a complicated insurance issue! And helping me save money too with a coupon! Extremely grateful! This particular location is really high volume, so props to the staff for trying their best to balance service and speed well.

Stupid people who do not understand anything. Two very elements. They deal with people. The dirtiest treatment. Black place ever. They hire. They have the lowest level of respect. Really, it is a place for garbage, not to deal with people.
