This by far is the worst CVS I've ever been to. The staff is unprofessional, incompetent, slow and disrespectful. I sadly came here to fill a prescription out of convenience. But I'd gladly go out of my way and recommend anyone that needs to fill a prescription go elsewhere. I witnessed a pharmacist sneeze without covering her face while counting pills. And another talk bad of someone in pain waiting to fill their prescription. Waiting in front on them on a long line only to be ignored while they whisper and giggle and laugh is the worst customer service ever. It's so sad.

this place is no good. They do not answer the phone at all!. I tried calling for a simple perscripted cough syrup for my daughter and they don't have it or made no attempt to get it. I called Guy Brewer pharmacy nearby and they answered asap and although they didn't have it they assured me that they will get it for me in a couple of hours if i send over the insurance info... Big company like CVS could not do that?? this place needs to close down. They always have issues

This has to be one of the worst cvs i ever went to. This place is a joke. Pharmacy really don’t know what they are doing. Everyone seems to be in la la land. Its a total mess. Store is super dirty and filthy at the same time. I asked the manager why they don’t try to change it. He said he doesn’t care and told me to talk with corporate.

I really cannot explain exactly why but this is by FAR the absolute SLOWEST pharmacy I've ever used, just for a simple pickup you'll need at least 5-15 minutes... I'm writing this review standing in line with ONE person ahead of me and they couldn't move any slower. If you can do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs

This is my second time at this CVS. I guess it all depends on who’s working because the first time I went there I got through in decent time and this time I’m here for 2hrs. It’s no way I’m standing in here waiting for a “ready” prescription for 2hrs. Do better guys, do better.

There are no shopping baskets only shopping carts and because people steal they have the detergent locked up. I only come to get my medicine and that is it. I will never buy anything in this CVS

Lack of customer service. They do not want to be at work so they are treating customer very unprofessional with NO sense of urgency to try and expedite the presciption medicines.

Slow slow slow. The App States Your prescription is ready for pick up but once you get here it's not ready and you have to wait.

Long lines constantly, I tried to add a picture but they won't show it. They do not accommodate their guests

I like CVS but this store is bad on stock Send you text to pick up meds not ready My time is valuable also,!

There is a lot of room for improvement. Customer service should be improved they need more cashiers

two bathrooms or make sure the bathroom is always working and a dedicated attendant

Check the pharmacy’s lunch break time if you plan a trip in early afternoon.

Very good for you shopping also and picking up your prescription …

Keep the stores fully stocked when possible.
