"I have had some terrible experiences at other vets in Montreal past 20 years"
I'm sure the vets here are great but I had a horrible experience and my cat nearly died because of it. My cat had dental work done here in late May 2023. Dental work was fine and he came home alright. About 2 weeks later I noticed he had decreased appetite. I figured this was because of his teeth healing so I took him back to have him looked over. The vet said that his teeth healed fine but he looked yellow. She did a blood test and his blood values were not good (liver specifically). This is where my issue is. The vet told us that our cat either had FIP, or Cancer, and there was really no way to test if it was FIP. She did an xray to check for chest fluids and that was negative, so she said it is most likely dry FIP but he will need tests to rule out cancer. Keep in mind my cat was absolutely fine prior to the dental work. We aligned with the vet to urgently get FIP treatment (injectables) and we began treatment 2 days later. After a couple days of painful, stressful, emotional, gut wrenching injections I felt something was off since my boy was not getting better. I took him to a different vet who did some bloodwork, ultrasound, and told us he needed an emergency vet ASAP because he had an infection in his gallbladder that was affecting his liver and pancreas. 5 days in emergency care and 8000 dollars later, my boy was healthy as can be. He did not have FIP. He did not have Cancer. We were told by the emergency vet that the cause of the infection was likely the dental work/healing mixed stress of the dental work. We wasted so much time treating for FIP and worrying about Cancer based off of this vets diagnosis. If we treated the infection immediately he would not have ended up in the emergency with a feeding tube. I will never forgive this vet and I will never forgive myself for accepting her diagnosis. Take from this what you will. They are friendly people and I'm sure they are more than capable vets. But something went wrong here. The emergency vet and my usual vet was SHOCKED when I told them that this vet had told us it was FIP. They both said there was 0 evidence of FIP. and Cancer? how can you conclude its cancer based off of one blood test and an xray that showed nothing abnormal? Also my cat had to be transported room to room in his carrier because there were "dogs that didn't like cats" roaming in the lobby. While my cat was getting blood drawn there was a german shepherd sniffing and pawing at the door. Horrible experience for my sweet boy. Oh one more thing.. We were referred here by out vet to get the dental work done. We booked the appointment for what we thought was the dental work, but they just charged us for an examination to tell us that yes, he needed dental work and we had to book the appointment a month away. So we wasted almost 200 dollars for no reason.
Went there when my cat was suddenly sick and we were extremely confused and scared as to what he had. The staff was super kind and took us in in between two appointments for an emergency appointment. ( called them in the morning when they opened then they immediately gave us an appointment for 11:30 ). Met both the vet and the veterinary assistant, both were kind and went straight to finding what the problem was. Since my cat was making weird hacking noises they showed me videos examples to see if it sounded like what he was doing. Then they took him for a scan like 2 mins later. The scans took around 20/30 mins ( my cat is super docile so he probably didn’t fight as much as others would have i guess..? ) and i was then called back in and they showed me the scans of my cat abdomen from different angles. The vet explained in details what was showed on each and told me my cat have asthma. They then prescribed me meds to give him for a while and also explained to me the repercussions of asthma on cats and the what could happen in the future. I waited another couple of mins and another veterinarian technician came to me to explain the medication and steps for it slowly and with details. When i came to pay i was preparing myself for an enormous amount of money but the whole thing ( appointment+medication( two bottles and one of them was prednisone)+ the scans+ treats to put pills in ) came 383,23$. So in all 5/5! Good and kind staff+ good prices + good variety of pet products ( treats and food at least , from what i saw multiple people were coming in to get they pet food and not only specific ones for pets that have dietary restrictions)+ they are bilingual. The only negative thing i found is that they dont have an entry for wheelchair users but only stairs to get in, sadly.
My appointment at this clinic was quite disappointing, especially after having such high hopes from reading the great reviews. I understand that Covid has complicated matters and that there can be waiting times and whatnot, but I didn't know that my appointment with the doctor would be done in the waiting room amongst other clients. I also couldn't go in the room to soothe my cat during the checkup and shots that followed our conversation afterwards. Some of the secretaries didn't have masks behind their glass separator and one of them was coughing in the air without at all trying to cover it up. It's not like the glass separator is very big and it's got open spaces in-between so I found this quite unprofessional and would not recommend this place to people who are particularly vulnerable. Being that my appointment was in the waiting/ paying room, it was loud and somewhat chaotic, which stressed my cat furthermore (and I don't know what exactly happened when my cat was taken in for a checkup as I heard her go hysterical for quite a while; it made me feel very uneasy by not knowing what was going on), plus it was unpleasant to talk over everyone else to get my points across. My interaction with the doctor felt impersonal; she didn't seem interested and gave vague answers. Maybe it just wasn't a good day, but it was enough for me. My partner was with me and agrees. Needless to say, we won't be coming back here and will instead get an Uber to our old vet that's much farther away but where we know we will get much better service.
Based on my intensive research about the best Montreal vet from internet ocean, god sees my effort, and it arranged me the BEST VET, and her amazing staffs( highlights: Sara, Jasmine(She is an angel, transcended human quality and she loves people and animals for REAL), 2 Emilys( one vet technician, one receptionist) , Isabelle( omg, she is very knowledgeable, I see she will become a vet one day!), and the rest of amazing friendly staffs… through two times visits with Dr. Allison, I see she truly love animals even though one of my chihuahuas Barney is processed or turned or Satan( even beyond), however, she loves him no matter what. She cut his nails during the dental surgery without let me know, I don’t take this kind heart act as granted. Also she did a quiet sharp and solid dental surgery for my little fur demon. I will keep in short from now, I have been very impressed by how front line employees coordinated super well with back office employees from vets to technicians in a highly efficient manner. Very impressive and they give me a very good human orientation vibe and aura. And it is rare in our dull and cold hearted human society. I see this little vet blue house as animals refuge. A magical house free our pets physical and owners’ mental suffering.
I have had some terrible experiences at other vets in Montreal past 20 years. I resorted to a vet off the island until now. This vet office is literally #1 in my books! They work with what budget you have i.e wont force expensive tests if you can afford the treatments, upfront about costs, upfront about different treatment options, honest clinic. They fit me in as a new client last minute as my cat cant wait 3 weeks for her scheduled appointment elsewhere for her sterilization and microchipping as she started to have respiratory issues, lethargy and off her food with a high temp. I will be switching all my animals over to this clinic. I appreciate this vets office as between a child with ASD, a horse, busy schedule, studying they really work with the owner FOR the animal needing treatment <3 I cannot thank you enough. This place deserves more praise than I can give. Please, trust them, I dont trust easily and this place put me at ease and my daughters Sequoia is perking up. The whole amazing team and Dr. Allison Felley are a dream to work with. Any vet visit usually isnt for good things but they made the experience as comfortable as possible.
My dog had an eye infection. Since she has them very often I called them to ask if they could recommend the same medication as I usually use. They asked to see the dog in person. Which I would understand if it’s a new dog but I’ve been on file with them for a while and my dog ALWAYS has eye problems. Anyways I went since they told me to bring her. Covid way they took my dog in without me and my dog easily scared ... they didn’t know how to take handle her at all ! gave me the EXACT same eye medication I already had, charged me for the exam and told me that my dog wasn’t calm and that I needed to over see her barking problem (which she only barks when she’s afraid in new place and I told her that on the phone before going and they told me that they were very experienced in many dogs personally ) So much for a trust that they can handle my dog and they want her best. I come from Toronto where we had the best vets ever to experience this ... eurk I’m changing
I DO NOT recommend trusting your pet to the 'care' of Dr. Allison Felley Jacquemont. She is rude, defensive, and EXTREMELY unprofessional. My dog was a patient of hers and I had recommended that my boyfriend take his dog to her as well. When his dog died shortly after being treated by Allison, I called to ask her to explain to me how this happened as the dog was only 6 years old. She was incredibly cold and dismissive and said that it was none of my business. When I told her that I was shocked by her response and that I no longer felt comfortable having my dog as her patient, she said 'so don't bring her, I only saw her once anyway' (she had seen my dog 3 times...). She then hung up on me. I know that people who have had a 'good' experience with Allison will find this hard to believe, but trust me, she has another side and I would NEVER recommend her to anyone ever again.
I've always found the staff, especially the veterinarian himself, to be rude and condescending. I would never bring my cats here, I'd rather travel the extra 20 minutes for someone who is polite. However I was willing to come here to get the occasional refill of specialty food and medication as it's only a 3-minute walk from my home. Today I had a prescription from the DMV (Emergency & Specialist animal hospital) faxed here, and I went during regular business hours (14:30 on Tuesday) to pick it up. I was informed that the staff does not have access to the fax machine, it's in a locked office that only the vet has access to. Furthermore, thee vet doesn't allow his techs to fill prescriptions, so even if I brought the prescription with me, I'd have to come back during his working hours, after 5pm. This place simply isn't service oriented.
This is the best clinic I've been to. Dr Sandra was very thorough and spent a lot of time answering my questions and concerns. I have a feisty bengal cat, and she was very gentle and managed to calm her down. Not only that, I got called few days later by the vet tech to check on my cat 's treatment, which is something I really appreciated it. She recommended few things, and the Dr even prescribed calming pills to be able to administer the treatment, that the tech gave to me without me bringing back the cat (in other words without a new consultation). Maude (the vet tech) was very helpful and assisted me with a new problem, all over the phone, with the recommendations of Dr Sandra. I would definitely recommend this clinic and I know I will bring back my cat there for anything. These people truly care about their fur clients.
I recently had to have my beloved elderly cat euthanized. The staff at this clinic went above and beyond to make it a quiet, peaceful experience for both me and my cat. The vet and the vet tech were very compassionate and patient with me as I asked a million questions to make sure I was doing the right thing for my cat. The procedure was done in the back room facing the garden, with the window open so all we could hear was birdsong. They gave me plenty of time to say my final farewells. Then they sent me a lovely sympathy card signed by everyone at the clinic. They clearly had my cat's wellbeing and quality of life in mind (vs some other clinics I've gone to, which were only interested in making more money). I won't be needing veterinary services anymore...but if I did, I'd definitely go back to this clinic.
I brought my 12 year old Labernois in for a check-up as he was having some pain in his hind legs. Allison was a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating and kind to me and my sister who accompanied me. She was also very gentle with my dog, and it shows that she cares about the animals in her care. I had a small issue this morning for an invoice that only appeared 6 months after the fact and phoned in for resolution and the receptionist told me she'd speak to Allison and get back to me today regarding what went on. She just phoned me and informed me that since it was due to their invoicing error the charges would be removed. People tend to not leave good reviews and only bad ones of negative experiences... I wanted to do the opposite today: A+ for CDN Veterinary Clinic.
Excellent care, follow up, price and thorough consultations. They are compassionate and knowledgeable people who genuinely care about the pet and i trust their expertise. My cat had tooth pain and was really hurting, they provided modern pain treatment and noticed an irregular heartbeat that i wasnt aware of! My cat was able to have a cardio ultrasound at their clinic within a week and once cleared, they did a wonderful job extracting all the teeth. They provided x-rays and explained all the problems so you understand everything. They were always in contact if the situation changed and were proactive in following up I dont think my cat will ever 'enjoy' visiting the vet, but i feel so relieved to have found this place. I fully trust Dr.Chapman and Dr.Felley Jacquemont
Allison Felley is so kind and accommodating. She is passionate about dental health and did wonderful things for my senior cat who had a lot of problems with his teeth. She explained everything to me in a way I understood and I left feeling absolutely confident he was in good hands. She cares about making this kind of care affordable and accessible. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and will be recommending it to all my friends with pets! It's a shame that previous owners of this clinic gave it such a bad reputation - now that it is in the hands of Dr. Chapman and Dr. Felley I hope people will give it another chance. It's hard to find a vet as empathetic, patient and experienced as I have found here.
Very happy at first, staff was so welcoming, been going there for a few years but unfortunately, they are getting very busy and popular and the service is no longer what it was! I left messages about my cat, urgent messages and no call back! I left messages about my little dog as he needs help now, they put me on hold for so long and once the desk person answered she said no appointment today and to call back tomorrow, I explained and she lept saying sorry, it is too bad! And sne passed me to one of her colleagues who was quite assertive (almost rude), no compassion, same words as the other girl, adding, this is a very busy clinic! I am so disappointed!
Male cat/Bladder Stones/ Blockage of Urinary Track/Unable to Pee. We have come to witness that good vets still exists. Alison and her team have done exceptional job caring for the wellbeing of our cat which we witnessed through the amount of care and informative information that was provided to us. You will get to know that your pet is in good people hands when you get to see that this vet cares for your pet more than you do which makes you feel secured especially during stressful times. Furthermore, the care and compassion extends to the pet owners as well, surgeries are expensive and you will not find more affordable cost anywhere else in Montreal.
This clinic and Dr. Allison Felley Jacquemont saved my dog's life! Sara is nice and responsive; Dr. Allison is super professional. My dog is 15 years old, and he had discharge come out of his nose for months due to the bad teeth he had. We took him to this clinic and Allison performed a perfect dental surgery and teeth extraction on my dog. My dog is now back to healthy and starts to eat more food! I have been told that one of the Dr. Allison's specialties is small animal dentistry, and now I can say it truly is! Dr. Allison is so professional and knowledgeable. The price is also very fair and reasonable. Again, thank you so much!
I started my first experience with vets on the wrong foot as my recently adopted cat was diagnosed to have dental surgery and then I was handed an estimation bill that even looking at it was giving me vertigo!!! But then I was introduced to CDN veterinary clinic by a friend and wow...everything went so smooth snd well! The doctor was so assuring and professional, the staff were really knowledgeable and attentive, my kitty is feeling great after having 7 of her teeth removed, and finally the pricing was soooo much more affordable and fair than the other so called vet that I've been. So thank you CDN clinic
I contacted the clinic to receive some semi-emergency care for my mom's cat. Our own clinic could not provide care because they were overbooked, and the vet hospital was crazy expensive. Sandra agreed to help, even though her day was already overbooked. She helped to make a proper decision weighing pros and cons, and looking into different options. She was very caring, humane and attentive. I am very grateful that this kind of veterinarians do exist and they truly care about animals and their wellbeing. The rest of the team was also very helpful and supportive. Thank you very much for your help.
Unfortunately I have had to use the vets services a little more than i would have liked. Sick furry friends are the worst but I take solace that I have the professionalism and expertise at this vets. The end of term experience for our family dog was made as comfortable and pleasant for the animal as possible. The staff were amazing and made the whole unpleasant experience as professional and respectful as possible. Since my experience, I have moved my personal dogs care to C-D-N Vets and find comfort in knowing I have a great professional team to take care of all my pet needs.
Our 12 years old cat Sid had a dental cleaning, some extractions including X-ray, anesthesia, medication, and a coming follow up consultation, plus a grooming hair cut, one good package for a well justified price, in the medium range on the market. High quality medical assistance, a very friendly atmosphere and excellent communication. Thank you everyone in the clinic, we'll continue to come here and we are warmly recommending this place! Bonus: there are 2 parking spots off road in front of their lovely ultramarine blue building, and parking on the street free of charge.
Avoid these people at all costs, the staff are incompetent and lazy. Their laissez faire unprofessional and demeaning attitude contribute to one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a vet. They knowingly take advantage of younger clients and are purposefully ignorant to hide their mistakes. My young puppy had two surgeries with CDN Vet Clinic both of which ended up with post op complications due to their negligence. They take down these reviews if they're poorly rated, dont trust the 4+ star BS on google. In a word "RUN!"
What a relief to find a vet so close to home of such quality! I was pointed in the direction of this practice by a friend who also lives nearby and has been going for years. This clinic is run like clockwork by the admin staff, and the vet (Dr. Felley Jacquemont) is lovely. In our first appointment today, she was kind, warm, interested and helpful. I was very grateful they agreed to see a new client at a time like this, during the pandemic, when they're pressed for time due to safety protocols. Can't recommend this clinic enough!
Very professional service, they are honest and knowledgeable. I have been taking my dog there since the beginning of the year, they have been very accomodating and have taken really good care of her. My dog needed surgery to remove a difficult regrown tumor and it was wonderfully done by Dr. Alison. The doctors take their time to explain everything in detail, you can tell how the whole staff really loves animals. They do not try to upsell services or products, just what you need, that's all. I highly recommend it!
Brought our cat to this veterinary clinic since we were very concerned for her deterioration health. Dealing with this clinic was pleasantly professional. From the initial quick appointment, to tests results follow up. The vet(s) were friendly towards our cat, caring and patient. They always took my calls and explained/answered all my questions. This clinic is not close to our home but will remain the only place we will bring and trust our cat to. She is doing so much better thanks to a change in her diet.
This place is amazing. We've gone numerous times and at each visit we're treated with kindness and understanding. The clinic staff and vets are knowledgeable, they carefully walk us through everything, and the main consideration is always our cat (and not in a way that ignores the personal cost and implications for us). I cannot recommend them highly enough. We've had some scary moments and they always know how to deal with our pet and us in a way that we immensely appreciate. Thank you CdN Vet Clinic.
Went there for my Boston Terrier that needs an special endoscopy, they give me free advice and they spend 20 minutes discussing the symptomatology, and suggesting the best practices. They derived me to an specialist in dog images and I will come back. All this first advice at no cost. Warm people that understand our emergencies. I suggest you to visit the clinic even without your pet so you know the new owners because they changed a week ago. Then you'll realize their human warmth and bring your pet.
I have had the pleasure to meet Dr. Allison at another clinic . I must say that she is one of the best doctors I have ever met. She is very professional and really cares for the well being of my cat. She took her time to explain and answer my million questions . She was thorough and had much empathy. I called her every time that I felt I needed to and she was very patient. ... I have met Dr. Chapman at a follow up appointment with Dr. Felley for my cat. She was very professional . Thank you
Everyone who works at this vet office are so sweet and professional. The prices are reasonable, you can see they not only have the animals well being in mind during appointments but they also take the time to look at you and ask “are you okay?” When they’re performing a test on your animal that might be difficult to watch. I really appreciate that. I’ll continue to go to them for my pet needs in the future. I’ve taken my cat to other vets where I didn’t get this kind of quality service.
I followed Sandra Chapman here from another clinic. Her business partner, Allison Felley, is also excellent. Exceptional skills, talent, professionalism and compassion at prices less than most. They are also great people who you’d be happy to befriend. I’m happy to have found them and can count of them for all the routine stuff and emergencies. They’ve also provided various advice and resources which has gotten me out of a jam more than once. I’ll support this clinic in any way I can.
Excellent service and competitive prices, they take the time to actually listen to you and your issue(s) with your pet(s) and treat you like a person and not a number. I love how smiley and friendly the secretaries are on the phone and in person and the vets are super nice and have quickly given us the right remedies/ the solution to alleviate indigestion and other issues my chihuahua's have had. They are very professional and the place is very clean. Bravo! Kiki & Bella
I've only been going to the clinic for a few months (during the pandemic) and my experience has been amazing! I brought my cat in to get neutered, for shots and also for some emergency digestive issues. Each time the staff were very warm and professional and took excellent care of my cat. The prices are reasonable and they take the time to carefully explain all the steps and possible treatments for your furry friend. I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone
Best clinic in Montreal! When my puppy was spayed they called to check in on her the next day and answer all my questions. Furthermore, when I called later in the week with more questions they had a technician call me back right away! Another time I called the vet in the morning because my puppy was limping after getting hurt the night before. They gave me an appointment for two hours later and took such great care of my puppy! I 100% recommend this clinic!
Terrible clinic. I brought my cat here after he fell from my 8th floor balcony. He had 2 broken legs, broke palette and internal bleeding. This vet offered to my friend to listen to my cat's heart as he died after giving my cat a lethal injection. I reported the incident to L'Ordre des médecins vétérinaires du Québec. They told me that the vet's actions were insensitive but that there was no malpractice here. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
Absolutely wonderful clinic and the prices are very reasonable. The staff and vet are lovely, the vet does her best to make sure to keep us well informed as to what's going on with our pet. I had an emergency situation with my cat and they took us in immediately after I called and took great care of him. They even let us come in and spend some time with him in an empty exam room the next day since he couldn't come home yet. Would definitely recommend!!
This is such a wonderful vet experience - they are so professional and kind, and always went above and beyond for my pet. It was so reassuring to take him to a place where it was clear that they didn't just like animals, but they liked every pet that came in - they knew everyone by name and went above and beyond what was expected. They're busy, but it's with good reason - it's an excellent vet clinic.
We’re so happy this clinic is now owned by new wonderful doctors and new wonderful stuff! Everyone is so nice and kind. You can tell they really love their job and they love ANIMALS. Just an amazing place. Our dog loves coming there even after the surgery and nails cutting. Every visit is a wonderful experience. If you live in CDN neighborhood like us that’s the right place for your pet!
Am very pleased that Dr. Felley and Dr. Chapman have teamed up and taken ownership of this clinic. I had never been in the past, but can assure potential clients that these are 2 very skilled and empathetic practitioners. I have had experience with both in the past and have nothing but high regard. I have already been to the new location and my cat will be having dental work next week.
AMAZING SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES My dog needed emergency surgery, I went to the hospital and they quoted the surgery at 2000$ I could not afford it and I had very little time to decide because her condition was bad. I found this clinic on Google called them and they took me right away they moved their whole schedule around for me and the surgery was only 800$. I am so grateful!!
Phone consultations avoid unnecessary trips and staff has always been transparent about available options/treatments and their necessity. They are well organized and the veterinarian clearly reviews your pets file before each visit or call. Approachable, caring and trustworthy team. Can't say much about the prices, but as a student, they seem reasonable enough.
Brought my dog who is obsessively licking between his toes, to the point of the spot being swollen and bald, and Dr. Chapman says it's all normal, allergy season", and refuses to prescribe anything to help him. When I protest, she refuses to treat any of my dogs anymore (no worries, I was never coming back). This is not professional behavior. Beware.
A lovely clinic full of passionate staff, from the receptionists to the techs to the vets themselves. They are so attentive and patient, and also do their best with anyone who comes in. They are also incredibly attentive on the phone which is very helpful when we are not able to be there immediately. Best vet in Montreal and our cat loves to go!
I brought my 11 year old cat here today because of an unexpected, rapid change in her health and behaviour (sudden weight loss, dehydration, appetite loss, lethargy, change in posture). I am not sure what will happen but right now I am both relieved and grateful to have found a vet with such kind, sincere, and attentive team members. Thank you!
I went to the clinic two weeks ago with my 8 years old beagle and I found that Dr. Felley, Dr. Chapman and all their staff are very professional, friendly and concerned about the well being of my pet. Dr. Felley and Dr. Chapman arrived around 2 weeks ago and they are not related at all with the last administration. I recommend this clinic 100%.
A first rate clinic! Excellent service, follow-up, very reasonable rates, and super friendly staff. My dog has special needs and we were accommodated perfectly. Staff is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help out. We are so pleased with our experience at the clinic. Well worth the 90-minute drive for us. Thank you from Homard and I <3
My cat recently was in need of urgent care from a urinary Blockage. The vet and staff were professional and brought my baby back while being very caring. He had to stay for four days and this was quite hard but I was able to visit him and the conditions were very as pleasant as can be. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.. love , shadow
I wish I can give more stars but I can't. They are very compassionate and easy to talk to. We felt they had given our dearest Cody the best care. Their rates are very decent too! If you're looking for reviews before trying them out, I encourage you to give them a chance. Such a fantastic team! Kudos to you, and wishing you all the best!
This clinic is under new administration so ignore older reviews-Both Dr Felley and Dr Chapman are great-attentive to animal needs, never pushing to up-sell unnecessary treatments and always following up on animal’s progress. I bring my cats here even though it’s not in my neighbourhood because the level of service is superior!
Took my little Yorkie Goliath to this clinic and met Dr.Allison Felley. Although my guy might be little, he's big on energy and quick on temper. Dr. Felley handled him like a pro. She is kind and gentle and we got all his shots done in the blink of an eye. I highly suggest checking out this clinic for your little furry babies.
We had our first meeting with the vet a few weeks ago (about 30 min).Told us our kitten was too slim, dehydrated, had a horrible gingivitis - no cure possible he said - and probably had leukaemia or AIDS... all in one sentence! Definite lack of social skills and empathy. We felt rushed to leave his office and pretty shaken.
We love this vet! We have never been given such amazing service or shown such compassion for our pets. Allison has taken care of two of my pets teeth and did an amazing job and was super reasonable. She made sure we understood everything that was happening with our pets care. We can not recommend this clinic enough!
Finally found good veterinary care for our cat, Babbie. Doctor and staff were efficient, helpful, and kind. We took Babbie for his annual, and received a call with his blood test results by the time we got back home. This clinic also had his correct medication on hand. No hassles; no worries. Thank you!
They are so sweet, I've been adjusting to my cat being on meds and calling a few times here and there and all the team are so sweet, patient and understanding. Our veterinary is Sandra. She takes the time to explain, answer questions and she's very compassionate. I will come back anytime with Kitty.
I was referred by my usual vet for an oral exam and possible surgery. Dr. Alison was fantastic. She seems very experienced, knowledgeable, quickly inspired trust and was very generous with her time. Even my nervous shepherd mix loved her and leaned against her during part of our discussion!
Everyone was so nice, and knowledgeable. I am extremely satisfied with my experience here with my cat. I felt very comfortable, reassured, and safe with Moonie here. They were very nice and playful with Moonie. Will definitely be coming back as a regular. Thank you for your service! :)
Great experience, the staff was very carring, professional, the price was unbeatable i saved 700$ on my cat surgery, i went to another veterinarian who asked me 1.600 $ for tooth removals imagine these ladies saved my cat and i recommend them to anyone who love their pet …
I adore this clinic and it's amazing staff. I cannot thank the staff enough for their care with Beans. ♥️ Beans came in for surgery and was treated so carefully by Dr. Allison and Jade and all the techs. The incision from the surgery is beautiful and I have never felt so at ease!!
I was impressed how kind and sweet the staff is. My cat was always treated carefully, with all respect and empathy. After my cat's castration, they called to follow up how he was doing. They give great advice if you're not sure about how much to feed or what to buy for your pet.
We had an amazing experience with Allison at the clinic. She took excellent care of our cat Buddy who needed several teeth removed. The staff were very polite and professional. The prices were fair and most importantly we feel that our pet was given the best care possible.
Drs Chapman and Felley are a great team. It was a pleasure to deal with them. Very professional and conscientious people. My 2 cats went in for dental surgery. It went well. This clinic's popularity is exploding! They'll need to build an annex on that blue house soon.
I can’t recommend Allison, Sandra and their team highly enough! I took my dog Sasha in this morning and they really took their time to figure out her diagnosis. They are all so caring and professional. I will always trust my dog’s care into their hands. Thank you!
Not impressed, given bare minimum of service. I had to insist multiple times to be shown how to give my cat her pill before she conceded to. When asking how to transition my cat to wet food, I was brushed off & told cats are stubborn and likely can't be done.
I highly recommend this clinic. Everyone is extremely nice. You can tell they really love animals. The Vet was super helpful and very informative. Going to the vet can be stressful for some animals but my dog was super happy the entire time. Great experience!
I love this vet. The doctors and staff are very friendly. They are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Both Sandra and Allison take care of their patients with love and tenderness I suggest if you need a vet with reasonable prices this is the place to go.
Im grateful for the help and treatment the vet has provided for my cat. I have been to other vets where I felt taken advantage of but at this clinic the vet took the time to explain the treatments and the experience seemed a lot more genuine.
Dr. Sandra was coughing during my appointment with my cat last week. With everything going on in the world now, that was very unprofessional of her to not even bother covering her mouth. The staff was nice though but I'm never going back.
I went one time for an emergency, my cat had eaten some human medecine. They were responsive, caring and they call you with news and know what they're doing giving you all your options, the prices etc. I would definitely recommend it :p
Our experience with this clinic is nothing short of fantastic. They're kind, reliable, and clearly care about their pet and human clients. They frequently have scheduled us in for emergencies even when booked. Highly recommended.
We love this clinic! Dr Chapman and Dr Felley are wonderful and compassionate, as well as all the techs & staff we have met. The prices are reasonable. We also appreciate how careful they are being in these crazy covid times.
I've been going there with my furbabies and I am very satisfied not only for their professionalism, but as well for their responsiveness, availability and kindness. Everybody have always been very kind to me and my furbabies.
In the past year and a half we brought Jack (our schnauzer) to the clinic for various issues: regular checkups, scheduled interventions, emergency visits. We received an amazing service every single time. Highly recommended!
Very appreciative and thankful that this clinic took my dog during an emergency situation, because our regular vet clinic did not help us. Very clean. Nice environment. Staff was friendly. Also, I like the check up calls.
Great vet clinic with knowledgeable and kind staff! Brought my cat here and everyone was helpful. I even received follow up calls to make sure the treatment was working. Priced reasonably. I would recommend this place
Love this clinic, wont get a better and more personalized service anywhere else. Excellent doctors. Specially Lubrina! Thank you for being the first clinic not telling me to put down my pitbull because of what he is.
The price are fair, the staff are amazing n the Doc is super super sensitive, kind and honest bring your pet with no regrets they took care of my last 3 cats and i wouldn't bring them to no one else. …
Expensive (about 480$ total with tax for an ear infection, hence the 4 stars) but worth it. I went in early to avoid a wait and she was treated immediately. Vet was very accomodating and answered all my questions.
Based on the recent comments, this facility takes new clients. Yet when I called today, they told they don’t. And I live nearby. I’ll let the public draw their own conclusions on the honesty of this organization.
i have been bringing my dog here for years, extremely friendly and knowledgeable group of doctors. always great service, and follow-ups. Overall a really pleasant experience for a sometimes stressful occasion
I just had an amazing experience, Simba was clearly happy too, Simba’s done a surgery yesterday. veterinarian called me today to check up on him. I highly recommend as their prices are affordable too
Very nice, knowledgeable and helpful staff, they’re always cheerful and they never made us wait too long to get an appointment. PLUS, they have their own free parking spot (actually only 2 places:)
Both Dr as well as all the technicians and assistant are wonderful. Very helpful, patient and love animals for sure. I've been going there for a year after adopting my dog and I am very satisfied.
This is by far the best clinic in the city. The staff is knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals. You don't feel rushed or pressured to get services you don't need.
SO. GOOD. Both Drs are so nice and actually love the animals. My cat has never been so at ease at a clinique. The technicians are wonderful and I feel so relaxed when I leave Tiberius overnight.
Doctor Felley, nurses, and receptions are very perfesional, polit, and kind with pets. The clinic is clean. I trust this clinical more than others in whole island of Montreal! They are amazing!
Amazing vet clinic, the staff is so caring, the technicians are the best I have ever seen, and the vet is a superstar! Kovy and Lychee thank you for always lovingly taking care of them! ❤️❤️
Excelente service , very kind with the animals, they explain you with detail all about your pet’s problem. They really care for the animals not just your money! I really recommend them.
They are extremely professional and dedicated. They frequently check in on my cat's condition after prescribing her medication, and are extremely attentive to her needs when we come in.
My old Dave cat had a mouthful of bad teeth that Allison caringly rid him of-- he's been loving his mushy food so much more ever since! Wonderful service and staff, highly recommend.
Toki loves her time at the vet now! Alison has been so kind to her and our cats as well. She truly cares about animals and people. I haven't known a better vet. Thank you so much!!
My first visit today with Charlie my 10 years old Shih-tzu? I'm very happy to have come here, Dr. Alison and her staff members are professional, kind and caring! …
Good place. First time always good experience. Next time it's ok. Sometimes they don't want to take extra trouble for aggressive pets. They charge extra $$$ to handle.
I have nothing but amazing things to say, professional, kind and not there to squeeze you for every last penny like other vets. Allison is just amazing, we love her!!!
Amazing clinic with amazing vets! Allison has been my vet for a few years now and she is excellent with my cats and an all around wonderful person. Highly recommended!
Everyone who works there is so nice and really takes the time to get to know your pet! They have great hours too. They're available everyday of the week except Sunday.
Im writing this 20 days after my female kitten got sterilized at this clinic, they did a great job taking care of her. I recommend this place …
Best veterinary in town, we've been bringing our two cats since 4 years and they have always been professional and super kind (to us and to our cats)!
Everyone was so nice and professional. They answered all my questions and treated my pet with kindness. Really happy with the service provided.
Was able to get an appointment for my sick cat very quickly. Professional and very kind staff, from the receptionist to the veterinarian.
Staff is super friendly and professional at the same time. The vet is very efficient I'll be always taking my dog with them …
Amazing place and people. They have helped me soo many times when my dog got sick. Would 100% recommend this vet to anyone!!
These people are the best, they have always been so accommodating with my fur baby, Samson is always so well taken care of.
