I went to the clinic because my cat was dying, and I wanted to speak with the veterinarian who had always taken care of him and knew his entire medical history. I hoped there might be something that could be done to save him. Just a week before, he had been hospitalized for three days at a hospital they recommended payed 1200$ at their clinic , then the hospital ended costing me $7000 for the 3 days. However, when I asked to speak with the doctor on her day off, the receptionist said they couldn't disturb her. It was distressing to realize my cat was dying, and they couldn't make an effort to reach out to the vet on her day off to help me try save my beloved cat. In the end, I had to put my cat down on the same day because he was suffering, and I didn't know what else to do. His doctor never contacted me to check how I was coping with the situation. I'm uncertain if this clinic is the right place to take your beloved pets. I would prefer a place where the doctors are more available and compassionate. At this clinic, it felt more like a business; they were ready to charge a lot but unwilling to help in a critical situation like mine and my cat's. Now, my beloved cat is gone, and I'm struggling without him. They were aware of how much I loved him and cared for him, yet they refused to contact the vet on her day off, just to discuss whether we should proceed with euthanasia or wait a bit to see how things developed. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this place.they don’t care for your pet , they care more about your money , find a vet that is human

the receptionists are always really rude and seem like they don’t wanna be there, look totally exasperating. Never been smiled at. One time I spoke to one on the phone and her answer for me trying to understand the price of my missed appointment was: “well you should have known” What kind of attitude is that in a place that cares for animals the charge for missing an appointment is totally ridiculous anyways for this kind of service. A service you have to wait months to have. You don’t treat your customers right, how can we trust you treat our animals right

I was at this clinic for the very first time this morning and was so worried about my cat. They took good care of her. They were very nice and professional. My cat don't like many people, but she likes the vet she got. He gave good explanation about her condition and manage to calm me in the process . The visit didn't burst my budget, was very affordable. He answered all my questions and I had a lot. Fast, efficient, affordable, professional, good service, nice employees. Thank you so much. I found my new vet clinic!!

Very nice people. The employees who receive you are very polite and very welcoming even when you call they always answer. The veterinarian is also very passionate and takes his time to explain everything. I've always felt pushed at other places to buy certain products but here it's really what's best for the animal. I absolutely love it here and I've already recommended to many others.

Great service. The wait time wasn't too long. The veterinarian was really good with my Mom's cat Lola. Dr. Francis Desjardins took the time to examine the affected area, shave and cleanse the area. Finished with an antibiotic shot. His assistant held Lola gently to make sure she wouldn't move during the treatment.

All around great service!! The reception was friendly and helpful, the vet herself was amazing! So good with my two cats, answered all my questions, very reassuring. And the price was very reasonable, better than most places, especially if you consider how good the service was.

I went by a couple weeks ago for my cat Monsieur since he was getting some kind of infection in the inner corner of his eyes, he got a ointment prescribed and he is now better than ever trying to steal food like usual. The vet was nice and he was chill so great service!

Really nice and friendly staff who really care. The wait line can be long so go early. They also sell some pet products and food for your dog. It’s very clean and a lot of seating area for you and your pet.

EDIT: they contacted me for a return appointment to help treat his ongoing ear issues. They offered to charge me for a follow up appointment+ medication instead of the full appointment fee.

Pretty solid vet clinic. They generally answer quickly when called, and offer some emergency visits if you can't wait for an appointment. Well reccomended if you're in the area

Edited review: they no longer answer the phones and their hours are ridiculously limited. Cannot get there 9-5 to buy my cat's prescription food. I work.
