If I could give this store a ZERO I would. I absolutely refuse to go back ever again I would rather drive somewhere else. I went to pick up a click and collect order and was completely ignored by the staff when I was standing at the counter. They processed about 6 people’s returns before the person next to me at the key cutting counter went over to ask the staff if they bothered looking around to see if they could help the other customers waiting rather than serving people who have literally just walked in. I got served by a guy that was new, he was lovely however when he asked the other staff member if she could help him navigate the computer as he had only been shown how to process a click and collect order once. She called him a “dickhead” right in front of me while she huffed and puffed clearly annoyed that he had asked for help. I then went to pick up another click and collect order 6 days later. I again walked to the click and collect counter, but this time I got served straight away. As the girl went to go and get my order, she was interrupted by one of the staff processing returns. This staff member asked her to process this return so she could just walk off and go on a break. I stood there for about 10mins while the original serving staff member continued to process people walking in with returns, one after the other. I called out “excuse me” to get her attention, she turned around and looked at me and then ignored me. I ended up yelling that I needed my click and collect order and she went and got it, dumped it on the table and walked off. Disgusting, rude staff. Completely ruined my day. I will never go back. I wish I had asked to speak to management that day to complain in person.

Very disappointed with the online ordering. I ordered a few things and the total was around $60. one of the items was not in stock so they returned my money which was all good. when my delivery arrived, i realised one of the items were missing so i thought maybe it wasnt in stock and theyd give me my money back but a long time passed and nothing happened so i emailed customer support and i get no reply?? do i seriously have to go to bunnings in real life to complain about this (planning to anyways since noone on customers service has replied to my email ughh)?? im very unhappy with the bunnings online ordering.

Manager really idgaf at this Bunnings unfortunately. Had to do an exchange and was treated like a criminal when I told her it was definitely on Zip until i pulled up statements. Then without even informing me about days long delay in refunds, she processed it and when asked why she didnt let me know so I could exchange it, she just snapped "it's up to the banks" and walked away from said register. There was a line behind me. What if i didnt have money to pay for the exchange?? Girl at the front concierge was literally asleep on her arm. Wow. Honestly worst bunnings I've ever been to.

New Bunnings displays 100 per cent turnaround in customer service compared to the previous one. In addition the new place is fun to shop and is accompanied by changes to its website (for example, you will know exactly the location of the item you may be interested so it saves time when shopping). I cannot believe many items are now in stock (though quickly depleted). Everything feels new and there are quick and warm smiles around (even among the old staffs). The new team is catchy and dynamic. Hope these changes will keep regular customers coming back.

Going into Bunnings for any large materials as a smaller, older lady is a bit intimidating but the boys in the timber yard are super friendly and old school! Ian and Juan dropped what they were doing to help me find the right timber, and carried everything back to my van. It was so appreciated. Everyone who is working at the Business check-out at the wood end, is amazing, they are doing 3 things at once, answering the telephones, helping customers with enquires and taking payments, and they never miss a beat! Best place to Buy Everything All of garden needs, and home too. Recently attended the 2023 Easter with Kids, Magic Show for kids, Bunnings Signature BBQ sausages, kids drawing painting stalls and a Competition to find a Easter surprise winner, Easter hat painting competition . Kids absolutely loved it. It was fantastic that Bunnings Organise these kind of Surprise Easter party. For Family and kids. Which is great. And just found Today They do Kids Activity every weekend 11 to 1 pm , Free . How good is that.

Rude and unhelpful staff member who walked away from me during a conversation . Was not interested in listening to my concerns about a $45.00 fruit tree that had failed to thrive. Was supposed to be the knowledge person in charge, but obviously didn’t know anything. So much for Bunnings plant guarantee. Would give them a zero out to ten. Buy your plants elsewhere

Although the satellite images don’t show anything, the new and improved Bunnings is located here. It is extremely spacious and large, with a lot of spaces between all the aisles. It has a really large outdoor garden area as well. There is a ton of car park spaces and the toilets here are really clean and nice. Overall, it was a pretty good Bunnings

Ahhh bunnings Saturday morning Bunnings snag for breaky while enjoying shopping for the fun stuff Always a 10 out of 10 here Knowledgeable staff, lots to choose from always clean always helpful, they got there staff and act right if they don't know they get someone who does to help you, if they don't have it in stock they find a solution for that problem

bunning in Melton is a 5 star wonderful store. However Some of the staff give bunning a bad name because of their poor attitude, lack of social and customer service. They bring their psychological and control issues to customers. This employee- She needs mental treatment. Management should evaluate the employee with narcissistic behaviours.

The new staff are arrogant, rude, And clearly playing ignorant. Athena mostly They treat you like your asking them to go out of there way so they can price match. Last time I checked this is store policy is it not. Athena needs retraining particularly with human to human interaction and computer skills.

Never a bad experience with that staff at this Bunnings! Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff who enjoy engaging with you, learning about the current projects you're doing I may have just had amazing luck, but still! 5 stars baby! Never an issue with returns when I obey their policy!

Had the best visit at Bunnings today. I had the lovely Daniel and Abby at the paint shop help me with what I’d need to paint my fence. I’m clueless with anything DIY and I usually dread going to Bunnings but their assistance really mean’t a lot.

You'll find almost anything home maintenance and DIY, plus the tools required to do the job. Prices are fair, and the staff (when you can find them) are always helpful when you can't find something in the warehouse or need help with something.
