Carol, is my Favourite lady at the door She will go Beyond .. to Help you out ( Even IF you're beyond ) And make sure, IF you need some extra hands They will be there ( She fully, Gets it When, we have lost much of our Independence ) There's another lady, Kelly ( Customer service ❓️ ) Who is Awesomeness too She's, Helped me out a few times too. When others just DON'T give a Shit❗️about you .. After they have taken your money ‼️ With NO offer of anything ❗️ Yet, more than happy, Well they stand there, Watching .. at you carrying & making several trips to your car ‼️ Absolutely DISGUSTING ‼️ Lisa, is my Favourite girl all round .. She's very knowledgeable In plants too She's a Gem 3 really Awesomeness ladies Keeping this Bunnings, A L I V E
I went to pay for my order today and realised I couldn’t use my Klarna card at checkout so I apologised and moved out of the way. I was told by a staff member I shouldn’t be using the self serve and I shouldn’t be wasting people’s time.I was told by a staff member if I placed a click and collect order it’ll be done in 30 minutes so I did so, I waited around and when it wasn’t done I went back to my car and called up. I was then told the click and collect wouldn’t be ready until the next day so I drove home a little disappointed. Once I got home I got a text to say my order was ready. The lady standing at the door was the same lady who told me I shouldn’t be using self serve, she made me stand at the front door for a good 10 minutes while she went over my order. I used to enjoy coming here but after today I won’t be returning. I’ll go elsewhere.
Thank you so much, Enit (I hope I have spelled the name correctly). I had some troubles with booking a hire Ute on a day that I really needed it. Long story short, I went into Bunnings to pick up the Ute and left half an hour later without the Ute due to some errors that were made. I left frustrated and angry, and unfortunately, during my disappointment, I was actually quite rude to Enit during my exit, even though it wasn't her who was at fault. She called an hour later, still working hard after I had left, and found me a Ute to pick up that same day. Despite my rudeness and anger (unfairly) towards Enit, she still made some calls on my behalf and found me a Ute. She is a great human being, and I wish her all the best. Thanks so much for your kindness, Enit. It takes a great human being to show that level of customer service.
Bunnings is a great place to shop. Knowledgable staff etc however, I have always recd a bad service and rude customer response from staff.Last evening at 7 the Lady at the door continued to joke with her colleague while I was waiting for her to get someone to Flooring section for assistance. Another staff passed me on to a more Jr staff as she had to leave she also ignored another Family waiting to speak with her and just walked away. Finally got a Courteous staff who was happy to help but after 40 minutes at the store they didnt have stock of the item I wanted. While at the Flooring section I called the bunning store number 59913100 4 times and gets disconnected. Bunnings dont let you guard down, many other stores are improving their level of support .Good Luck.
Was told by a Bunnings lady to walk along the road with a trolley because of the line was along the front wall (Covid 19) to many cars in front so I had to walk with the trolley the other side of the road. No barriers. I am going back to Narre Warren next time as where the have barriers for this. Who parks their buggy in the middle of a VERY SMALL LANE With boxes all over the floor. Crimbourne Bunnings IS NOT COVID SAFE. Entrance and exiting customers have to cross paths. Please goto Narre Warren to learn as they listened early. Look at the path customers have to walk just inside the store. Not the whole store as that is the customers responsibility. Dandenong south is also NOT COVID SAFE. Clyde is also NOT COVID SAFE. 102 minutes on hold
Bunnings Cranbourne Fail unsafe work practices seem to be a thing at Bunnings these days.. ▪︎lack of signage upon entry ▪︎no customer support ▪︎messed up products with pricing missing ▪︎washroom needed cleaning ▪︎made to follow worn out arrows made from cheap tape stuck on the floor like sheep - very degrading especially if the signs are not visible and employees yell at you for not being a sheep! ▪︎china's number 1 customer that destroys Australian businesses and of course the isles full of pallets with no cautioning or isolation for the public...a worksafe hazard for all who are there! suppose this is what happens when monopolistic opportunities arise... be careful down those isles people
Bunnings nearly has everything you need. It's rare to not find watch you're looking for. For example, I need specific black 8mm button head bolts. Yes, they have 8mm hex head bolts in silver, but it's for a custom motorcycle, so I need the black. I always think you should go here first because of the range and the low prices and the specials you find when wandering around are so good you walk out with a chainsaw you didn't know you needed. But the price was so low I thought I'll find a use for it. Now I have a fantastic box and letter opener. Yes, it's scaring the children and wife, but it's a chainsaw, and I'm using it in the kitchen, so fear is natural.
Ordered 20x cement sheet to be delivered the same day, and i was charged much more than delivery rates so i shall get it today. I was told the delivery will be done by 10:00 am till 12:00 pm But sadly its 2:30 now and they haven’t showed up yet. Personally i feel really unsatisfied with the service Bunnings are providing. My whole day have been wasted on job site waiting for the delivery. Real bad deals, nothing is under scheduled, the team likely does what they wish for without acknowledging the rules and regulations Bunnings have got. Not satisfied Poor delivery timing.
What can I say about all Bunnings stores, firstly Bunnings is probably my all time favourite store and I could spend all day or even all week or year there looking at all the items/products they sell. Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help out. That have everyday cheap prices and always willing beat a cheaper advertised price on the same item else where. I could not recommend Bunnings highly enough to anyone in need of any hardware, tools, anything for home improvement or just some free time to browse all the great products they have there.
bunnings actually a good place to shop, But unfortunately the poorest delivery timing ever. The delivery was meant to be made by 10:00 this morning, Its now 3:00 and still no response for them. My whole say have been wasted and i have 2 employees who’s gonna charge me their wages anyway. Made me feel really upset, if i had idea the Bunnings had sucha poor delivery timing, i wouldnt even choose my local Bunnings. And the address that they need to deliver is exactly 10 minutes away, Yet they are taking the whole day to deliver it .
Exceptionally rude staff member at the information desk. I tried to return some plant trolleys and the woman was just bossy and rude and talking on the phone and pottering about and huffing and puffing and doing everything but doing what she’s meant to be doing i.e being friendly, courteous and professional and serving the customer. If you’re not customer service oriented, then don’t get a job in customer service, as simple as that. This store is below standard and staff need more training to improve customer experience.
I recently had a disappointing experience at Bunnings Warehouse in Cranbourne. The customer service I received was subpar, and one of the team leaders' behavior was extremely upsetting. My wife ended up in tears due to the treatment we received. It's crucial for a store like Bunnings, which many rely on for their home improvement needs, to prioritize respectful and professional customer service. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in employee conduct and overall service quality at this location.
Look, I love Bunnings. It is one of my favourite stores. I do often travel to different stores to see what plants they have to offer. This Bunnings is just not very well-staffed. The self-serves are never open and normally neither are the normal registers. I'm either stuck going through the tool shop or the Information counter to purchase my items which isn't very ideal when this is where people are going to exchange and complain so you are often stuck waiting. I much prefer the one in Frankston.
I’m so glad we came by Craig at the tool section back in December. We had to drill 4 holes to install a Ring (brand) on brick/concrete wall; I took my drill and took pictures of the wall, he helped us to work out which drill but was needed and he also told us to take care of our drill, which is a very old, but in perfect condition. We ended up borrowing another drill from my FIL which even though is not a hammer drill, but with more power than ours. Thanks again Craig for your help!
Inquiring on Swann CCTV 8 Dec 23 , first guy at the counter miss informed product channel capacity. Then higher rank employee knowing about product not helpful enough told me to go special order counter. At this counter, I was just standing waiting quit sometime they have only 1 employee. This Bunnings Cranbourne should re organise to serve customers and so no time wasted. Hoping Bunnings management will look at this issue.
Generally I'd say the customer service at Bunnings is a running joke. Like "hey it's almost as hard as getting good service at Bunnings" My experience at Cranbourne Bunnings however was outstanding, from being greeted at the front door to the ladies who left there counter in the paint section to show me exactly where the items I needed where. You guys are great thankyou. I'll be back
I been there many times. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. Callum was the person giving us a high quality service and the best helps with our big project for the garden. He was so kind and patience and qualified for his job. Highly recommend to go see him if you need hlep for your project. Thanks Callum.
A lovely young girl helped me out tonight in the paint section Wednesday 13th September around 6pm) . I was needing help to choose the correct products for oiling a deck. She recommended everything I needed and was so knowledgeable. I didn't get her name but she was absolutely brilliant and so polite. Thank you!!!
What happens to your stock? Always " Out of stock" . Please learn from your colleagues at Clyde North. Order more stock & maintain your stock levels. Customers can't do it for you mate. That's the store manager's duty. Always fed up going to Clyde North from Cranbourne because Bunnings Cranbourne is a let down.
Today I went to cranbourne bunnings timber department and the customer service provided by Mohammed was exceptional. He helped me work out my project, cut the timber to size and made sure I was happy with the results. The best customer service I've had in years. He deserves employee of the month.
My local at the moment. Often don't have stock that other Bunnings stores have in abundance. A bit smaller than other bunnings in the area (but still big, it's a bunnings after all) checkout staff consistently painful to deal with. Tool shop and timber yard staff always great to deal with.
we just experienced the most amazing customer service from Keryn. she helped us search for a fireplace tool set that was apparently in stock, however was not on the shelf. there was a similar sort of product, and she offered it to us for the same price as the other. thanks a bunch Keryn!
Guess what? Bunnings Cranbourne is just like all the other typical stores. Nothing out of the ordinary or special about this one. Having said that, on this particular day the club they had organised/registered to do the sausage sizzle pulled out on the morning of.
Went to purchase timber on Monday afternoon about 3pm which needed to be cut. I was told that the guy was on the forklift and too busy to cut it So I put my timber back and went to Frankston to get it where they are never to busy to help. Step up Cranbourne!
Witnessed one of your staff members being rude to customers and myself. Older bloke named Gary. ( While on self serve check out . Saturday 8/04/23 ) Worst attitude and had grumpy face while serving customer. We will be escalating a complaint to head office
Craig from Tool Shop is a champion. His advice is very, very practical and helpful for people doing home repairs/improvements. He knows what he’s talking about. Management should buy this man a beer for his knowledgeable customer service. Thank you.
Great experience so far. Usually get a booking within 24-48 hours for click and collect. Have already made 5+ orders that were able to be picked up within 24 hours. Staff are friendly. However, not a great variety of stock compared to other stores.
I go to this store for at least 6 years with always positive experience and they will go above and beyond. However today I was asking a plain question about an appliance and i got a reaction like she doesnt know, she doesnt want to know and
I have to give a huge shoutout to Glenn from Bunnings Cranbourne Garden Power Tools for his outstanding assistance today. As someone who has worked in the customer service and operations industry for over two decades, I can confidently say
Very poor , unhelpful staff, who prioritised sorting out trollies instead of doing the work they are paid to do. Waited patiently in the outdoor furniture section for over 40 minutes . Eventually called the missus to assist with handling
We were given THE BEST service today, in the building department, from an extremely helpful and knowledgeable KATIE who went out of her way to find something for us that other staff had put into the wrong place. We had been told by two
Sunday - The middle of the day, around 20 to 30 people trying to get through the checkout & only 2 assisted checkouts open, got better things to do & get done without waiting 10 or more minutes in line. Other than that not a bad shop.
Usually a good store. However, this purchase was a complete waste. The water rushes through too heavily and the handle broke. Very disappointing, and the receipt is lost too. Please do something so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
2:30 on a Monday. About 25 people in a line waiting to pay. Tool shop open and returns desk open. Why are there no registers open Put staff on so customers don’t have to line up for ages to buy things!!! Poor service
Cranbourne Bunnings not very helpful. I went to do a special order in the evening and was told that I needed to come in any time between 9 and 5 for someone to help me. So what happens if you work between these hrs.
I’m fortunate to reside walking distance from my favourite shop. Bunnings are just the best for all my DIY needs. All staff are friendly local and informed. Isn’t that what you want from your local Bunnings.
It can be disappointing when the item you're looking for isn't there. It happens quite a bit at this bunnings. Not sure if it's because they don't stock up regularly, or if those items are just popular
If you are a Bunnings enthusiast then this store is highly recommended, it's one if the bigger stores and you got everything you need under one roof, a regular here and find the staff very helpful.
Big ups to Charlie! She helped me find the ponchos and had to move all the wheelbarrows out of the way for it. She could have very easily just lied or gotten someone else to do it but she didn’t :)
Not only did i find beautiful lavender and a garden barrier, but also got some toys and collars for my dogs!!!! Most of the staff are friendly and the variety in products are always great to see.
Has a very big range of this year's tomato plants zucchini cucumber capsicum beans Good size plants The Cafe has the best coffee maker yet she makes it just the way you like it Makes the day
I found the garden centre a bit lacking really. Was hoping to see a bit more variety. Prices were missing and no staff to ask. Definitely a different experience from my local bunnings
Exactly what you would expect from a Bunnings store. Now busier than ever. Plenty of stock. Prices rising, crowded much of the time. The new pets range is interesting, but overpriced
All the good things you expect of a Bunnings Store, plus an added bonus of sensational service and extensive knowledge from Michael. Thanks for the wonderful shopping experience.
Maybe not their fault (it been between Xmas-New Year) but so few staff to ask about an item they had run out of stock of. Guess we're all doing our decking this time of year :)
The lady working outside near the plants was extremely helpful and even knew the price of the potting mix and where it was, 10/10 amazing worker , was there around 12.50 today
Very clean easy to find what we wanted. Staff very friendly happy but sonetimes hard to find staff on the floor. Otherwise we go there 3 times a week. HIGHLY recommended
I always enjoy shopping here, I sometimes wish that a staff member would walk up to me and ask if I need assistance, but sometimes I just can't find one.
Rude staff at information desk, slammed my receipt on the table. Bro get another job if you can’t even be professional and respectful to your customers.
Love this place, ex worker at another Bunnings store. I successfully found air plants I was look for. It’s great to know they come in different sizes!
This time was looking for oil burners for food warmers. Unfortunately they were available online only and there was no substitute! …
Good range larger staff service was good, sadly not enough cash registers becoming a real problem losing point of sale relations …
Great Bunnings, really friendly staff! Clearance trolley for plants which I love - a lot don't seem to have these anymore.
Easy access to products one needs. Customer-friendly service. Staff approached before we even thought of seeking support.
Came in today to look for some items and Margaret was such a great help! She was funny and has awesome customer service.
We purchased four chairs and received a substantial discount, paying only $8 for each chair when the true cost is $25.
Good Bunnings much like all the rest but this one's my local, nice staff never have to wait long to be served 10/10
The store is good. But the food at the cafe is laughable. Coffee tastes horrible and the the meat pie was bad too.
Super busy store, went to check out the new pet section but left empty handed. Friendly and helpful staff.
Every team member are very helpful. Ellesia was very help today such a lovely lady. Thanks for your help
Great store. Lots of items to choose and very helpful staff. Onsite parking available, easy access .
Got there last minutes and staff was helping for a quick shopping so far I would say convenience
Huge variety, most of the items were in stock, lots of flowers and plants.
Products are barely organised, isles are messy as are the shelves
Great for Home improvement ideas and items for around the house
Great store. Friendly service. Has everything you need.
It's fine. But I don't need help from the staff so...
Great place to get all diy stuff
