I wish people didn't find this BRISBANE sign such an attraction to be climbing on the letters & through the letters. It's an attraction for tourists to take photos of, with city in back ground, it's not for the purpose of climbing all over on it. That is not what it's intended for that purpose. There is a perfectly great park, about a 2mnts walk. Go to that peoples. If it's too busy for you with your children wait till later or for another day, but surely leave the BRISBANE sign for the tourist's to take a photo & not be photo bombed of your children, & same goes for the older ones. Please be mindful of this, to tourists & for people who would like to take photos.
If your looking for a place to enjoy around with your loved ones, Families or Friends or even finding a place to be at peace, this place is the right place and i highly recommended this place. It's located in central Brisbane or people call it Brisbane CBD. If you loved Arts Queensland Museum is located here too. Beautiful views and there are few coffee shop and Restaurant near by here. PS: But as an Asian like me,i would prefer to bring my adobo with rice here hehe..Not only saving guys,it's just i loved my cooking too. Specially a views like this mapaparami ang kain mo talaga ika nga malayo ang mararating ng mga mata mo
Quintessential tourist attraction in Brisbane. It is placed well, so that when you photograph it, you have the water/ river view and city in the background. When we came, there was some sort of maintenance going on so it was difficult to take a photo without the fencing in the image. However, it was still beautiful and you could get close to the letters if you wanted. We were trying to figure out the meaning of each of the artworks and how they related to the letters, which was quite fun (whether we were accurate with our interpretations or not). There is lots of seating nearby, so you could even just sit by the sign and relax.
Beautiful place and kinda must visit if you are in Brisbane. There are few things to do in the area like the Brisbane wheel or just walk on the bridge to go the other side or even walk to the South bank which has some amazing food options. The Brisbane sign is one of iconic places in Brisbane and is located on south bank, this is a family area and the park has kids area on other side The walk on the river side is very refreshing as well.

Oh my, the word "Brisbane" in big letters, I better get a picture by it! Calm down, everyone; it's literally the name of the city and that's all. The letters don't dispense cash, food, or alcohol, and if you didn't already know you're in Brisbane then call the police, because you were probably kidnapped. Where was I going with this review...oh yeah, lots of cities have this kind of "attraction" nowadays so unless you have a photo collection of you standing by big letters, it's not really that cool.
Great place with good vibe. If your looking for a place to enjoy around with your loved ones, Families or Friends or even finding a place to be at peace, this place is the right place and i highly recommended this place. It's located in central Brisbane or people call it Brisbane CBD. If you loved Arts Queensland Museum is located here too. I also got to see some amazing fireworks when I went there once. Beautiful views and there are few coffee shop and Restaurant near by here.❤️
It's a Beautiful place and we had a good time with friends. It was not very crowded at night when we visited there, Brisbane Sign looks amazing at night. The only issue we faced was parking, it was paid parking and our card was not accepted. So we parked our car 1 mile away and booked Uber to enjoy the evening in Brisbane Sing and the cultural centre. There was a paino a d a lady was playing it, which made our evening more beautiful. Thank you Brisbane.
Iconic Brisbane sign, next to the wheel of Brisbane. Come here at afternoon to get best light for pictures. Not to crowded, but you have to take turn if you want to take picture just for you. Its free, and you can explore another great attractions/views arround this area. A must visit place if you are in Brisbane.

A must visit iconic point of interest to see when in Brisbane. It gets very busy during peak times and it's difficult to get a photo without too many people. A good location near quite a few other points of interest, with the river and skyline as the background. Worth stopping by for a quick visit and photo when in the area.
Situated in South bank parks location. Beautiful location with excellent surrounding views along the riverside. Lovely illumination in the evening hours. A great photo spot in Brisbane. Best part that there is no entry fee here.

I walk by the sign every morning. The view forever stays breathtaking with the city in the background, scooters just around the corner by the big wheel, and accessible and cheap parking underneath. The sign is always packed during the day and night so morning shots are best for those that like photography.
Visually striking, but with a stunning disregard for the multicultural diversity of Brisbane. The letter N has I counted 16 photos of children, every single one of them white. It's way past time to update this image to reflect the city as it is.

It's definitely a cool tourist attraction with the city backdrop. Shame that most people ignore the huge NO CLIMBING signs and insist on climbing the letters, ruining photos for other people.... But if you go early enough, you might get a great shot without a bunch of strangers kids in the background.
The atmosphere is very sunny and the weather is very cool. The metropolis can provide a place for children to play all day to cool off. The environment is very clean and many people are running and exercising. You must come here to play.

It’s a sign. When I was there they had fencing up for landscaping improvements. It was nice that I was able to get a picture without everybody climbing all over it. It was harder to get a picture with the sign, as it was disproportional. It’s in a lovely area and worth the visit.
One of the best viewing area in Brisbane. I loved alot. You have big choice of restaurants & museums around the area. There also a huge public swimming pool which feels like a real beach. Also, we will fine different entertainments thing just by walking around.
If you come to Brisbane and don't visit or click a photograph here, it will not complete your visit to be honest. This is situated in the South Bank parklands, near Brisbane Wheel and Culture Center. A great place to spend few hours with friends and family.
Went explore Brisbane and visit the Queensland Museum and the art Gallery, enjoy the pictures and if you have time check it out.explore for yourself experience. “they say the more you see the more you know “, “the more you hear the more you know”.
The heart of Brisbane. Visitors first place to Brisbane. So cool and calm. The place is relaxed. Everyone will get a chance for a full scape pic if they're lucky

Beautiful City and Southbank provides the perfect vantage point. The Brisbane sign is forever changing and just gorgeous with the twinkling lights backdrop. Hard to get a great photo because of everyone climbing on it
The recognizable Brisbane letters are a perfect spot to stop for a photo, located on the South Bank in a grassy park right next to the Wheel of Brisbane on the river. Great views of the city's skyline as well!
Good sign. A lot of people around. If you want a photo says itself you have been to Brisbane, this is the place.

Lovely landmark the front side of the Brisbane Sign letters' can be more solid colours to make it look more outstanding in the picture. It rained night before, so the ground was a bit muddy. …
Interesting to check out, but it’s pretty much as the name suggests! Great place to grab a photo / selfie for your trip but! Certainly worth checking out. Lovely backdrop against the city scape.
Great way to take a pic and remember always the nice trip to brisbane. I wish people stopped climbing on the letters, sometime it will be ruined and we must conserve it. Recommend to everyone.
Love taking pictures here with the kids for each visit and will make a lovely view back for them flicking through pics growing up. cheers thanks for the well kept up park and free access.
Located at Southbank with a great view of Brisbane City and the river as a backdrop. Is lit with colour-changing lights that complement the lights in the trees and the Victoria Bridge.
This is a must-visit venue when visiting Brisbane. Located in South Bank, near to Queensland Performing Art Centre, The Wheel of Brisbane, Victoria Bridge, and ABC Brisbane Centre.
Momento of Brisbane City Unfortunately construction works still ongoing on the river right behind Good photospot for tourists

Its one of the best views of the city. Loved every bit of it. Little sit down area to look at the sign. I'd like to go there again but at dark time. When all the pretty lights show
Crowded! Go in the morning to avoid the bunches of people and to get the sign to yourself

During daytime, it's very crowded. If you go there during night or at evening, you will see the letters enlightened and there won't be many people.

Lovely view of the CBD & nice place to have a stroll. Gotta bring your friends & family from outside of Brisbane!
It's a great place for taking some photos. There were lots of school kids climbing up when we were there.
A must go location if you are coming to Brissy. Experienced NYE firework from here and it was beautiful
Really nice tourist attraction. I'm happy that Brisbane has something that can be so well recognised
I really love this sign. I've enjoyed photographing it especially when the buildings are lit up.
One picture here must be taken if you come to Brisbane. Good view of buildings of the city.
Nice and must do in Brisbane but always many peoples so hard to get clear shots.
Big sign that says ‘Brisbane’. Usually busy
They spelt Brisvegas wrong
