Finally! An outlet store for those of us who can't afford the rich-witch stores. I am loving this one so far. I went to shop for Christmas gifts for others, but it quickly became the ME ME ME store. I walked out with a black cashmere sweater, black North Face boots that are just the cutest foot covers I've ever had (well, except the 4 inch heels from my younger days), and a black pea coat for hubby, and a couple other outfits for ME! I went back to exchange hubby's pea coat because he's too fluffy for it. Too bad, they didn't have another in his size. SO, more stuff for me! I did get an adorable pair of cheetah Jeggings for my 9 year old granddaughter, and a highly desired Guess jacket for her. I actually bought it for my 13 yr old g-daughter, but she's already upgraded to The North Face, so minky number 2 gets the Guess jacket, and Princess got the NF one she wanted. LOVE this store! Going back today to see what else they have for ME! p.s. When I returned the pea coat, and then later a pair of pants, they were SO polite! Most department stores act like you threw up on their shoes when you want your money back.

The customer service is horrible! My mother, brother and I went in today to find a nice bag she had been looking for . We where in the store for about ten minutes. My mom is a very indecisive person so my brother and I just waiting being patient with her . A older lady I didn't get her name started giving us a look so then she followed by , hello how are you , we responded and said well. She then looked at her sales associate and start telling her something. Then she asked if she could help us with anything. We responded with we are just looking around. We walk away and she sends someone behind us to ask us the same thing . Next thing you know she's coming again this all happen in ten minutes. It's very unprofessional and a very uncomfortable situation. I than ask was there a problem? She responded no and continue to follow . We decided to leave it was to uncomfortable. You guys need to teach your sale associates to not judge a book by its cover .

never really cares about the service but this place needs a proper manager, who can communicate rather than repeating policies like a talking puppet. i kept my sunglasses at the table while changing shoe & then occupied in shopping around the store but then i realized, when i checked back, somebody had picked up the glasses from the spot. when i ask the associate to help me find or see cameras to make sure but she straight denied saying im not liable for anything as if im shopping at a street vendor. A very horrible way of handling customers when they ask for help. she could have just handle it the right way like okey let me send in a request to check or leave your info for your contact or anything but she straight up said like i don’t care you lost it you find it? like im not in her store.

Be careful, the tag price is sometimes different from that in the system. You may pay for a higher price than you think. The cashier may intentionally hide the real price. If you go ahead and check out without calculating the amount you should pay, they won't tell you there is a difference. If you ask them why the price is different from the one on the tag, they will deny that's their problem, and will say "what you see is wrong, and we have the correct price in our system".

Whatever you all do do not order from Bloomingdale's they will trick you take your money and steal from you then pend your account And you won't be able to get your money back until it posts they will also place an item online that says it's in stock and then wait for it to go out of stock and send emails and saying that they needed to verify information you verify it and then they say that they need to speak to the card bad customer service

I was there last night shopping with a friend for 2 shirts for a night out, while he was in the restroom I was looking for the fitting room and couldn't find it. When we finally found it the employee associate said it was close because they close at 8:00pm and we had 1 minute left to shop or to make our way to the door.... I found it very disrespectful and disappointed. Never again going to that store or any other Bloomindale's store.

Before I met this Bloomingdale's I was rather indifferent to the store. Out of all the shops in the area this one is my favorite. Everything is well organized (a huge difference from The Rack across the street). There are always sales and I happened upon some of the greatest booties for $20, even a year later, they still get random compliments from people. Hit or miss, it's worth the walk-through.

This outlet has some fun trendy finds for incredible pricing! I adore Pat and Sydney who often love to help and are professional and fashionable ladies themselves. The selection is wide in shoes, casual, and professional wear. I do wish they’d carry more size 23 jeans/xxs pants and shirts. Small sizes seem to be snagged quickly! There are often a lot of medium-xL is women’s wear.

I was happy to be greeted , As soon as, I walked into the store with a pleasant smile from Allante. She offered to help me with my shopping needs but since this was the first time in the store I wanted to walked around. Allante, gave me details of each department and told me if i need any help to please see her or any her coworkers. The store was clean and easy to find items.

Asked to look at some jewelry while shopping and an employee named Rodolfo was the one who came to open the showcase. He proceeded to tell us the price and make a remark as if we could not afford it. It was very unnecessary and unasked for. Fortunately, the manager there was very helpful and friendly and helped us out after we shared our experience with her.

Bloomingdale's Outlet is a decent place to go shopping which is also a good place to relax and unwind. Nice and high-end products to choose from in different types of brands. You can see by the looks of their products that they are all made of high-quality materials. Went here with my entire family and we had so much fun shopping. Thumbs up to this place!

Great outlet store, with very helpful and friendly staff. There are usually good discounts, and the store is spacious so you will enjoy looking for stuff. I read a review about the prices at check out being different than the tag price - but that is definitely not true, especially since they have machines throughout the store that check prices for you.

This is my favorite clothing store. I hate buying clothes, usually, but the seasonal variety, name brands, friendly staff (except for one kid named Rodolfo), plus the more heavily discounted clearance area with name brand clothing, makes this my go-to store for clothing year round. They have casual clothes and sleepwear and suits, too!

Just copped a pair of 7 mankind jeans outta here for the low 49.99 ticket with a 30% clearance discount. So I'm dripped and I saved some bread too! I'm loving the selection too. What a waste of time! Bloomingdale's should be embarrassed by the men's section in this store. It makes me wonder why they even bothered to have men's section. The section is poorly stocked, poorly organized and I never saw a staff member other the guard at the door.

Despite being an outlet the store is neat, spacious and open. Even the clearance section is neat. Their organization and tidiness makes it easier to get in and out quickly. I found a complete outfit from top to bottom in less than 20 minutes.

Good prices but beyond horrible customer service. As I was waking out of the fitting rooms, a worker asked me to take the clothes out from my fitting room. Isn't that her job? The clothes had been left in the stall, hanging properly.

It was a pleasant experience I don't go often because I don't shop that much. I did not find what I was looking for but they were only one of 28 stores that I have been to trying to find what I needed. I will be back at some point.

a worker here would not stop following me and i felt very uncomfortable the entire time i was shopping here, i would never come back here. i felt profiled because i am brown and would just not recommend this place to anyone.

The store had few maskless employees and many customers. The store had great displays and a few haphazard items on a couple sale tables in the back of the store. There was only one cashier but the line moved quickly.

Excellent store but can be pricey. However on holidays you can get some of the best deals on designer goods in the area with extra discounts they don't always tell you about! The customer service is always great.

Love this store! It’s always clean and nicely organized. The reason for 4 stars is although some of the employees are exceptionally kind and helpful, I’ve also experienced the opposite end of the spectrum.

The items are not difficult to find. The staff are lovely and are always there to help. I visited this place twice and I found some decent deals and clearances. After each visit, I ended up buying shirt.

I didn’t even know this beautiful gem this place was. It’s a Bloomingdale’s mapped out mall. Best and I was able to work at Nordstrom and appreciate the people there and staff.

If you're over size 12 give it up but if you're under they have some amazing pieces. I love to go just to see the clothes but I can't wear a thing in there but shoes and bags

The clothing and shoe items vary, so it's difficult to know if you'll find what you want. Prices are for the budget conscious, as well as the "shop to you drop" person.

Always well stocked, organized and staffed. Head towards the back right of the store, I always find some great deals on clothes in that sale section back there!

Great selection of athletic wear! Off Saks and Nordstrom's had lots of dress socks but a limited supply of athletic socks. I'll definitely shop here again!
