I cannot possibly out in to words how impressed I am. We had 4 Ethernet points and a power point installed today. It started with making an enquiry. We had a confirmed date and time to prepare a quote for us within an hour. During the quote it the electrician was thorough but concise and we had the quote itself really quickly. The pricing was great so we went with it. When it came to the actual works today the care and consideration the electrician Michael showed was remarkable. He proactively worked to minimise any disruptions to the two of us who work from home. The quality of the work is perfect with all the new wall plates flush and the cabling for them installed neatly. To top off an already great experience the clean up after was better than I’ve had by any trade before.

Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by the team at Balmoral Electrical. Always on time and wonderful communication from the first quote to the final invoice. Very patient and accomodating with amending and suppling additional quotes (I was the indecisive one) The boys that showed up to do the work, were polite, respectful and really easy going - again and brilliant communication. The price was also more than competitive (Spilt System Air con instal) I received three quotes from local companies. Highly recommended, will definitely be engaging the balmoral team in the future for any electrical work I may need done.

This is the third time I have had peter and the team out to do some electrical work. They have been responsive and extremely fair on price each time. We had 2 lights installed, a fan and a power point changed over they were here for 2 hours and the only charged $500. We had already bought the parts so this was labour only but I am very happy with that price. We will have them back in the future for further work as we renovate. Work is guaranteed and they provide frank advise about what they recommend for cost and design.

Initially, the solution was looking to be very costly as they would need to access the ceiling via the roof. However, Peter presented two innovative, alternatives within days, for no additional cost. Very reliable and quick to call out. After a walk through quote we went ahead with the work. 16 LED replacement down lights plus an additional 2 we required. An outside fan installed to replace an old one and a floor lamp repaired I'd hardly used. A truly beautiful and professional job.
