If you want good customer service go to the other Aritizia store on 1125 Sainte Catherine not the Eaton one. They are more professional and more helpful in handling customers. My Superpuff needed zipper fix and the lady in Eaton center was so cold and unprofessional, told me she cannot help and to go back and call the concierge at home, not giving any more information, when I asked her to take a quick look at my jacket zipper because it looks ok but it is not working she refused and acted like I was wasting her time! I went to 1125 store and the service was amazing, the employee there carefully looked at my jacket zipper, gave it a try then explained me how their tailor service works and If Im ok with getting my jacket a week later. She gave me a receipt and told me they will call me when my jacket is ready! I was really happy with their service! I told my friends about it and they said they experienced the same rude unapproachable service from Eaton branch employees and they agree the ones on Saine Catherine branch are always offering better services.
Voilà le service que j'ai eu. Je viens rendre un article, pas de remboursement possible car leur politique est de 10 jours pour obtenir un remboursement. Sur le ticket électronique que j ai reçu ce n'est en aucun cas précisé, il faut suivre un lien se rendre sur le site pour connaître la politique du magasin. La gérante m'a bien fait comprendre que c'était non négociable. Je n'y mettrai plus jamais un pied ça c'est sûr. Partout on offre 30 jours et ici 10 avec des prix bien trop élevés pour des choses qui n'en valent pas vraiment la peine. Alors un conseil si vous avez un doute c'est 10 jours pour le remboursement sinon vous avez un bon d'achat mais pas votre argent. C'était un gros achat pour moi 200$ et j'avais besoin de cette argent mais je suis venue 13 jours après mon achat.

Son numéro d'employé est 144304, je n'ai pris la peine de lui demandé son prénom. Elle n'a pas accepté de faire le retour d'un article que l'étiquette était placé à un autre endroit prétendant que j'avais enlevé l'étiquette pourtant je l'ai reçu comme ça par la poste! Bien sûr j'appelle le service client et ils m'ont bel et bien informé qu'elle n'avait aucun droit de ne pas accepter le retour. De plus je lui ai demandé de jeter le sac Aritzia puisque j'en avais plus besoin et elle ne voulait pas me rendre le service de le jeter au recyclage pour moi! L'audace!
Went to try on some pants. When I was done I was I was looking through my bag for my shoe horn (it sounded like I was just searching through my bag), the sales associate opened my changing room curtain without my consent to see if I was doing “okay”. And that was not okay to open my changing room without my consent and to assume that I was probably shoplifting by looking for my shoe horn. Didn’t want to cause trouble by speaking to the manager since it was clear what kind of culture they have at aritzia, it’s better to use my local guide platform for the whole world to know what kind of brand these sales associate stand for.
This location has a super chill vibe and also never fails to maintain an impeccably organized store. I love how each employee clearly has their own sense of style, but they also respect that their customers do as well. Thanks to Laurence for being such a well rounded stylist who served as a particular inspiration for today’s shout out. Also an important mention to Emily the store manager whom, undoubtably, manages to successfully guide her employees when it comes to finding an amazing balance between work efficacy and top notch customer service.
La dame qui a reçu mon retour m’a accusée d’avoir enlevé l’étiquette. J’ai précisé que l’item avait été reçu tel quel par la poste. Elle n'a pas accepté de faire le retour sur place, a plutôt suggéré de le renvoyer avec mon étiquette de retour. Elle a suggéré que je prenne celle-ci en photo. C’est plutôt insécurisant car je suis parti sans le produit, avec une photo simple de l’étiquette, on ne m’a donné aucun reçu pour cet article comme preuve qu’il est maintenant en leur possession… bref, très désagréable comme expérience!
I was racially profiled at this store; I was asked to leave my purse in a locker before entering the dressing room when all the other women were allowed to enter with their bags and coats without any questions asked. when I confronted the sales associate about it she made up some stupid excuse that not all stores do it but this one does. It was quite clear that this was done because I was the only person of colour in the store. I love the clothes but I will stick to buying online because the customer service is horrendous!
I have mixed feelings. I loved Aritzia before walking into the store. I mean I still do but some of the girls there are just not friendly. I only order online but the store is near my work now so I decided to take a look today. Some girls greet you as soon as you walk in and offer you help, others completely ignore you or act bothered if you ask them something. For this reason I didn't buy, I tried on then placed my order on my own, I don't want to give them any commission for being so rude and unhelpful.
I am a Black American woman. This is my first time in Montreal for the jazz fest and Aritiza is one of my favorite stores. Not one employee greeted me but looked me dead in my face and didn't say "Bonjour" "are you looking for anything in particular"....Nothing. This was also Including the only black woman that was working at the time. She too stared and didn't say anything. Needless to say I didn't buy anything and won't be back. If I could give this location zero stars, I would.
I love Aritzia, but when I go to this specific location I find it hard often to get the same quality of Customer service. Sometimes I go and I am greeted right away and other times the staff seems too busy to bother. I had a bad experience with one of their staff member. She gave me attitute because I did not purchase any of her suggestions. Plus one of my co-workers said that she was looked out by this same girl in a weird way, because she was not purchasing.
The employees are Nice (understand forced smile and high pitched voice ) but waaay too pushy. Thanks for proposing to help but I don't need you to check on me every 3 minutes. It looks like the shop's policy because it's the same experience in both Sainte Catherine's locations. Also some of the employees there act like if they own the place, look down on you if not dressed well enough etc.. I would rather shop online.
I love Aritzia but I visited this store location yesterday at 6:30pm and was absolutely appalled by the service I received. The sales associates were really rude and the customer service was subpar. In addition, the cashier yelled at my sister and was incredibly impatient when my sister did not hear the cashier asking for her phone number. I will not be returning back to this location.
The staff asked me to not wait on the sofa while a friend tried on some clothes. Said men not allowed in the dressing room lounge. Moments later another guy watched his gf try on some clothes. So i guess its a random policy or i was just singled out. In any case I was in no mood after to like anything she tried on after she had to come out in the store to show me.
The quality has gone downhill since its main designer has quit and gone to dynamite. Some sales associate are condescending. The return exchange is okay but worse than other retail. If you buy aritzia, you buy an aesthetic not the quality. It gives me Zara with rude sale associate and overpriced garments (again their ribbed fabric snags)
I love Aritzia but the customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. I found the staff unhelpful almost every time I shopped there and they are downright rude to me whenever I am returning an online purchase. I'll continue returning things here but I'll only be shopping online or at their other locations from now on.
I been standing here, waiting for a fitting room. Took over 10 min, it’s not a busy Monday afternoon. Clearly the employee doesn’t care. There’s a guy just sitting inside the fitting room, while there’s chair outside at the waiting area. Had to hold the curtain close everytime I try on a new pieces. The worst Aritzia I been to.
Terrible service!!!!! Whoever is in charge of the girls working in this store need to do something, I love Arizia, but these girls who works in Eton Center store are the worst, can't use not friendly because they are basically mean. I would rather walk a bit more and go to St. Catherine store, it's a much better experience.
I would like to thank Kat and Cindy for such a great personal shopping experience. Cindy went ABOVE AND BEYOND and helping me choose whole outfits while giving me her opinions. I had amazing outfits and I plan on shopping at Artizia again. Thank you so much to especially CINDY!!!!!
Les vendeuses sont gentilles et donne de bons conseils et on ne se sent pas sous pression non plus . La dernière fois que j'y suis allée la jeune fille qui s'occupait de moi a été très patiente et m'a suggéré plusieurs manière de porter le même jumpsuit se fut très apprécié
The WORST location for customer service. I love Aritzia overall. But If you want to be treated like your business matters at all, avoid this location. It’s always a frustrating, discouraging experience because of some rude employee and poor hardline management.
Il y avait une erreur de prix sur l'étiquette. La vendeuse n'a pas voulu me le faire au prix le plus bas, sauf si je prenais la taille sur laquelle il y avait l'erreur de prix. Ce n'est pas normal, et c'est contraire à la loi. Tant pis, vous perdez une cliente
Loved the service! Came in looking for a new winter jacket and one of the stylist Sylvie didn’t hesitate helping me out. It was clear that she knew every detail about the super puff and helped me with all of my questions. Super friendly and impeccable service.
Déçu cette fin de semaine de la saleté de la boutique aritizia sur sainte Catherine ouest. On voit de la saleté sur les escaliers et au dessous des meubles. Merci de rendre la boutique plus propre svp compte tenue des prix pratiqués sur les produits.

Very rude staff. Wanted to do an exchange and the employee was very unhelpful, rude (yelling and being aggressive toward me). If you need anything done here that requires effort from the staff, I'd consider going to a different Aritzia.
Please someone give the sales staff in this store some customer service training. I walked in excited to buy an Aritzia coat and left not wanting to ever buy anything from Aritzia. Not friendly and not competent or helpful.
